Name: Parse
Age: 20
Race: Saiyan
History:
Parse was born on Planet Vegeta to low-class parents. Her power readings at birth were strange and seemed to fluctuate, which led them to believe that their machines were faulty. At first. Additiinal scans showed her power rating dropping as low as 1 and raising as high as several hundred. After deliberation, it was decided that the faulty readings must be because she was weaker than even average and it made detecting her strength difficult. With this in mind, and her parents feeling shamed, she was sent to a weak world where even she, with time, would be able to crush the planet underfoot for their inglorious ruler.
When Parse arrived on her new home, she was met with no intelligent life for many years, growing as a young child to fend for herself alongise a family unit of tailed primates, whom seemed to view her as one of their own. When she was still fairly young, before maturing, she was disovered by a group of sentient lifeforms, humanoid and capable of speech. They, with difficulty, took her away from her adopted simian family, and through threat of death via technology, or worse, to be an aid to this party. After living with them for some time, Parse discovered that her captors were hunters that preyed upon various lifeforms throughout the galaxy. They had meant to hunt her when they had first seen her, but changed their minds for uncertain reasons.
It wasn't until they witnessed her defending herself and flying into a rage that they decided she would be more useful as a sort of bodyguard or enforcer for when they dealt with other sentients. Thus began the next chapter of her life as an enslaved warrior bent to the whims of weaklings. The distant memories of who and what she was clung to the back of her skull, and her rage grew. One night, while visiting a planet called Earth, her captors slept, and in her boredom and inability to sleep, she wandered off into the night, guided by moonlight. Upon noticing the massive sphere of light, she was enthralled, and discovered the truth behind her strength.
When she came to, her collar was gone, having apparently broken off, and the area around her was destroyed. Her captors were dead, either disintegrated or crushed entirely. Unsure of what to do with herself, she returned to their ship, only to discover it only had one destination programmed into the computer. After traveling there, a planet called Yardrat, she lived for a few years, still serving as an enforcer or bodyguard, as it was all she knew. Through them, she learned much of the galaxy, about herself and her people, about fighting, and about life. She was, at least somewhat, content.
At least until the next tragedy, when she was mistakenly transported to another planet, a familar one. She barely had time to realize where she was before her consciousness faded, until she awoke in yet another mysterious locale.
