Standing at 6'2", Herchel definitely fills out for a kid of his age and can get a very tan complexion during baseball season. At eighteen, he weighs about 178 lbs and is well fit, with hard-trained muscles—he prides himself in his calves, oddly enough. Just this side of intimidating, Herchel carries himself with broad shoulders and a subconsciously puffed chest. The tallness adds to the effect very well and it can be just this side of scary when he approaches, of course, his personality displaces that and alleviates the imposing nature of his physical form. It's mostly the confidence he carries with him that weighs down the air and the nonchalance of his mannerisms. With a cocky face and clever blue eyes that suits his angular features, Herchel isn't usually without a smile on his lips and a kick in his step. Aside from the intimidation factor, once you can get past that, Herchel is very joyous in the way he acts and, however possible it is, optimistic in his movements.

Not really one for tattoos, there's not quite a lot on his body that's distinguishable. However, there is one factor that he's semi-proud of (a little rebellious act after a fight with his mother) and that's a piercing on his right nipple. Aside from that, he does have a few freckles on the bridge of his nose that usually come out in the summer, a feature he shares with his adopted sister.

A usually average dresser, who doesn't spend too much thought into his everyday wear, Herchel's wear consists of various cardigans, tight shirts, and Henley with a pair of snug jeans and the occasional shorts. To top it off, Herchel has a favorite pair of shoes he likes to wear in the form of ankle high, galaxy converse. On the off occasion he does wish to use his fashion sense, Herchel dresses up pretty snazzily and has an attire array of formal wear and high-end casual outfits. As well, he usually likes to keep his hair short, though when it's a tad longer, it's often styled in a wavy, slicked back look.

From first glance it's very, very easy to peg Herchel as the typical boneheaded jock or the rich kid with too much privilege. It may be the fact that Herchel can often be a rather loud individual and doesn't have an issue with being direct. It does help that he's a very honest individual, but sometimes honesty isn't as discreet as it should be. But, boneheaded and spoiled wasn't at all how Herchel was raised and, especially with how important image is to his family, that's not a modicum of his personality.
A shrewd kid from such a young age, Herchel likes to think of himself as, at least, decently intellectual. With a clever attitude, it was a wonder how he got through school before buffing up. Of course, that doesn't account for his amicability that he garners from his father and the fact that he's a rich kid and that attracts more attention than he'd often like. But, Herchel is a kid raised to keep up an image and that he does, often hiding parts of himself in order to do so. There are definitely a few things Herchel wouldn't quite be lauded for and because of that, he's often very reserved and protective of himself and his emotions. The surface is what he gives people and what's deeper requires a deep trust to earn. In the face of absent parents with expectations reaching astronomical heights that can be quite the challenge of one is up to it. Once you have it, you have it for life and that can be both terrible and amazing.
As such, Herchel also knows the meaning of diligence and works hard to achieve what he wants. Most of the time that's an extension of what his parents want, but he has the occasional rebellious streak and finds the time to do things for himself. Due to this, however, Herchel is prone to overworking himself and leaving little time for anything else in his life. He does that often, filling his hours with all kinds of mindless work to simply forget about his usually empty home. Though he does find himself surrounded by people, and he is glad for their company, Herchel finds himself a lonely person. It's hard for him to open up and though he wants to, he's afraid of that—deeply afraid.

Being able to afford to give millions of dollars to charity. That was the bar.
Of course, that was years from now, but years from now became just a few and a couple the closer to age he got. No one asked it of him, they just expected it and that is far worse. To ask is to hope for over achievement; to expect is to hope for average. Average was becoming a renowned actress at age 18. Average was fighting tooth and nail to become something no one thought you'd become. Average for his family was impossible for others.
When diligence and hard work is expected of you, there is no silver spoon unless you've earned it and not a person's biting remarks could change that. His parents couldn't afford to spoil him because they couldn't provide the time nor the effort to do so. It was the best for Herchel if and only if he was the best to earn it. Of course, that never meant that his parents spent the due time needed to nurture and raise a child; they were far too busy with that and they loved their jobs far too much. And, sure they did love Herchel more, but work often called them unexpectedly and before they knew it, Herchel grew amazingly fast and they got left behind. They cared for a few years, worried for him even, but when Herchel exhibited no intentions of rebelling or denying them, they soon moved on. Not that Herchel would tell them of his intentions or what he truly felt.
The absence turned Herchel into a very reclusive individual, with a select few people he trusted: both his aunt, is older sister, and eventually his other two soon-to-be sisters. They gained that trust by being consistent, unlike his parents (though he could say they were consistent in their absence) and to them he opened up and was allowed to be a child. Even in his years in school, and only the best schools for him, Herchel had a tough time adjusting to all the people and all the socialization. Of course, Herchel was his father's son and eventually got over that anxiety and became the man that he is today. With a little reinforcing from his mother, family image became a very big deal for Herchel, not because he cared for his own, but he did care to not disappoint his parents. Doing such often pushed aside the less popular aspects of himself and though he adored those things, and what he liked, they were unessential to what his parents wished he'd become.
Underneath all the sports and athletics and education, Herchel grew to love a myriad of things. His aunt taught him the amazement of books and fiction and writing. His older sister taught him the wonders of film and movies, often blurbing on the nerdier aspects of such—she dearly wanted to become a director on top of her acting, but reserved it as a simple hobby. And his other siblings convinced him just how great video games could be, how things like chemistry and hacking and a multitude of other things could pass the time away. Thus, Herchel became a closet nerd. But it wasn't just them who taught him to love these things for the sake of loving them, but he taught himself, as well. Though he didn't wish to pursue it, ballet and piano were things that truly enraptured Herchel to the point he nearly obsessed over them. Star gazing is also something he quite loves and learning about space and the like is something more than a hobby to him.
Then came high school and it wasn't a wonder Herchel succeeded greatly in more than just his classes and extracurriculars. Not only was his popularity accumulated via his wealth, but also for the fact that Herchel was genuine and usually amicable with other people. Didn't mean he was nice, but he wasn't mean either. He was simply likable. That went a long way and, especially when it was backed up by his father's charm.
Despite all of the attention and work he accumulates, Herchel is often a lonely individual. And though success is on its way, it's been difficult to sustain himself through all the hardships erected in his way. Though it seems like his life is easy, there are a multitude of challenges he's had to face and overcome and multitude more ahead of him.

A rather petite young lady in frame, Muriel is actually rather tall for her age, reaching about 5'11. She's just an inch taller than her brother, which she reminds him as many times as she can a day. Of course, aside from that, she seems rather frail and spindly, which is probably a side effect of not really exercising much. She just isn't too worried about her appearance to care all that much; she makes better use of her time, or she likes to think she does. Of course, this lack of care doesn't translate to her attitude and it shows in the way she holds herself. Often jovial in nature, there's always a little skip in her step and Muriel is rather energetic and fidgety. There's always something her limbs are doing and Muriel is almost always moving in some form or way, and a lot of the time, though she loathes to admit it, it's usually dancing in place if she can't find anything better to do. She as a genuine air about her and a sincerity in her round face that can melt into sympathy in an instant. The softness of her features reflects the softness of her personality.

There are a few features on Muriel that standout, among them are most likely her stark red hair and freckles. As well, she has distinct lips and her roundish, young face is always familiar.

Muriel adores period dress, and even though that encompasses medieval and fantasy, it's mainly outfits that resemble styles from the fifties and sixties, etc. Along with this, she often wears petite, cute, outfits and loves dresses and skirts for their 'twirling' factor, as she says. As well, high heels and converse are just about her favorite shoes, she even has a pair of high heel converse that Balthazar gives her so much shit about.

A bubbly individual, Muriel can't help but be look and act happy; it's her default mood. That doesn't mean it's always that way because of course not, but Muriel likes to be happy more often than not. That usually means he doesn't much care what other people think of her or how she acts—she often does what the hell she wants. That also means she doesn't quite know where or when to stop and Muriel is rather impulsive because of it. Her spontaneous nature can often get her into sticky situation, but that's where Muriel is pretty tricky. She doesn't get into things she doesn't want to or isn't prepared for in some way or form. Almost a hundred percent of the time, Muriel knows exactly what the consequences are and usually how to deal with them. She's got a good head on her shoulders and she owes that in great part to genes, but, unlike her brother, she's fairly adaptable because of it. Clever and witty are her staples and Muriel makes use of them just as well.
Aside from that, she's pretty geeky and eccentric in what she likes. From comics to anime to video games, Muriel does it all. The spontaneous carries over into her hobbies and Muriel will almost always try something at least once. Most things. Some things are always off limits. This, however, does garner her some form of hate from bullies and the like and with her frail form, it's hard to fight them off (that's what Herchel is for). But in a contest of the mind and the tongue, she can lash out just as well and, though her temperament is locked down and usually on the happier side, she can key into a pretty quiet rage. The darker side of Muriel is vindictive and grudge holding and if she'll almost always find a way to get her revenge, scorched earth or not.

Quiet living in the UK, to a Scottish mother and an American father. As twins, it was obvious both were practically inseparable and incredibly close in terms of what they liked and did. It didn't quite change from there and it was obvious both were destined for greatness. Well, destined for something, at least doing what they loved.
Being an Eberhardt and children to loving parents, it was obvious both were spoiled rotten at such a young age, though that didn't much affect them in too much of a negative way. Especially with what was to come in their future. Both parents provided a wealth of both knowledge and money, with their mother an esteemed professor of Biochem in Oxford, as well as an chemical engineer for the hospital within the city. She was a scholar and that translated to both her children, both having inherited their mother's exceptional smarts. Their father, they inherited their ambition and innovation from, the man being a scientist for UK's SIS. That, growing up, was a big thing for both children and, alongside the usual Star Wars and Star Trek, were raised on James Bond. Of course, that job didn't really entail such a dramatic life, it did mean a lot of things for the children. Namely, it meant their father did often work exceptionally long hours, but he almost always tried to make time for them. It also meant that there was a real danger to his father, though it was only a tad more than say the police, but it was still very well there.
Unfortunately, that wasn't exactly what did his father in. It was working with his mother that both met an unfortunate end. The machines they used during the studies were overlooked the night prior out of laziness or forgetfulness, it didn't matter. What did matter was that it malfunctioned and, as they were working with highly radiated materials, they were unknowingly poisoned within the small lab. Out of a dozen scientists within the room, about ten out of twelve of them died and the two that survived lasted only a few years afterwards. Among the ten quickly hospitalized, the twin's parents died within the week.
Orphanages weren't an option for either children, though, and both were immediately shipped off to their godparents. The Fontaines quickly took both children in with open arms, and both twins, though it took awhile, quickly took to their two year older cousin-turned-brother, Herchel, first. It took awhile to attach themselves to the rest of the family, their godparents, due to their absence, were the last for the twins to get used to. Fortunately, Herchel adored both kids and, since his sister was due to leave sooner or later, he quickly welcomed their company. It made the huge home a lot less empty and Herchel's life this much easier. Not only that, but they taught Herchel a lot about himself and vice versa. Soon both twins made a niche for themselves within the family.
Of course, it took a lot to get used to everything and adjust to moving to a different country. With the death of their parents still on their shoulders, it was a wonder they even got out, much less did things past school. They were smart though and, for kids, pretty well adjusted (something they owed to their mother), so they made it fairly well. They still are and appreciate the help of both their new sibling, though there are occasions where the change is often a bit much. It's nice to have people there for them, though, even for the small things.

Priding himself in his dress wear isn't the only thing Balthazar does, he also likes to be narcissistic about his own physical appearance. Gaining most of his genes from his father, Balthazar didn't shy away from any of his attractiveness and that's quite a thing he likes to flourish. Standing just an inch shorter than his sister, at 5'10", Balthazar makes up for it in physique. He's bulk, but has does have a more wiry, swimmers body, it is stockier than most of his other teammates. Unlike his sister, Balthazar isn't quite keen on expending all of his energy and is usually overcome with urges to nap and relax, regardless. There's a lethargic feel to Balthazar, with his shoulders hunched and his head leaning—he's an intensely relaxed individual and it shows. In combination with his sharp features, he's got a lazed charm to him. Of course, that doesn't help when he falls asleep in class.

Though he doesn't have the extreme red hair of his sister, he does share her amazing green eyes. He also has most of his freckles on his back. However, the thing he prides most is his amazing, toothy smile and, though Muriel disagrees, they absolutely shine like pearls.

High fashion is the utmost important thing to Balthazar and it shows in the way he dresses. He takes great discretion in what he wears (though not how much money he spends) and goes to great lengths to look great. They usually consist of designer wear that Rayna goes crazy over it with him. As well, he often likes to style his hair to match and often comes to school way too overdressed. Muriel tends to make fun of him for it. Of course, he's also not one to shy from the geekier side of dressing and often does duo cosplay with Muriel 'cause why not (and he's just as nerdy).

Being twins doesn't mean things are always quite the same, but a lot of things between him and Muriel are. He doesn't mind that, not one bit, but there are things he likes to think of as unique to himself. His charisma and lethargic manner are among those things. There's a relaxed air around Balthazar and it can be just this side of contagious. There's nothing spontaneous about Balthazar and he likes it that way. Predictable and planned are things he wants out of life and how he lives his life. He likes to take things slow and organized, a key feature to his relaxed state. Just that much gets the attention of a lot of people; contrary to popular belief, quiet and predictable are things people really appreciate and Balthazar provides just that. Add charismatic to the touch, and he's got people just aching to be associated with him.
Unlike Muriel, it's very hard to make Balthazar angry and he does definitely deal with things with a lot more tact. A forgiving individual, he's not one for conflict and avoids it as much as possible, to the point of near cowardice. As such, Balthazar is an incredibly slippery individual and, even if he wants to be in a situation, he can almost always find a way out, whether it be actually finding a way out or using his words, Balthazar is quite adept at vanishing. Just for that fact, Balthazar is also very discrete and subtle, despite his flashy attire and he often makes himself less unassuming for that fact. Not less known, hell no, but he makes it a point to make himself seem as little of a threat as possible, though with a mind like his, that's often not very true. Being attributed to a snake, which is what his sister likes to do, isn't really a good thing. He more likely refers to himself as a rabbit or a ferret just for the fact that they're a lot more adorable. Or a dolphin cause they're hella smart. Regardless, Balthazar is both a tricky individual and a reasonable one.
Aside from all of that, Balthazar shares in his sister's geekier nature, though he more focuses that on things like chemistry and math and biology. Of course, there are still things he follows, mostly things his sister does just because they're interesting things and he likes them, he's just more inclined to be attracted to a different kind of geekiness than her. He's more subtle about these things, though, and just for that he can come off as a bit of a dunce. No mistaking, however, Balthazar is just as intelligent as his sister and he has no qualms with showing that. He also has no issue with following his sister around, since she's the most likely to lead, regardless of what other people tend to say.

But, boneheaded and spoiled wasn't at all how Herchel was raised and, especially with how important image is to his family, that's not a modicum of his personality.
A shrewd kid from such a young age, Herchel likes to think of himself as, at least, decently intellectual. With a clever attitude, it was a wonder how he got through school before buffing up. Of course, that doesn't account for his amicability that he garners from his father and the fact that he's a rich kid and that attracts more attention than he'd often like. But, Herchel is a kid raised to keep up an image and that he does, often hiding parts of himself in order to do so. There are definitely a few things Herchel wouldn't quite be lauded for and because of that, he's often very reserved and protective of himself and his emotions. The surface is what he gives people and what's deeper requires a deep trust to earn. In the face of absent parents with expectations reaching astronomical heights that can be quite the challenge of one is up to it. Once you have it, you have it for life and that can be both terrible and amazing.
As such, Herchel also knows the meaning of diligence and works hard to achieve what he wants. Most of the time that's an extension of what his parents want, but he has the occasional rebellious streak and finds the time to do things for himself. Due to this, however, Herchel is prone to overworking himself and leaving little time for anything else in his life. He does that often, filling his hours with all kinds of mindless work to simply forget about his usually empty home. Though he does find himself surrounded by people, and he is glad for their company, Herchel finds himself a lonely person. It's hard for him to open up and though he wants to, he's afraid of that—deeply afraid.

He's not around often, but both he and Herchel have a decent relationship going. Though, the distance causes a fair amount of turbulence between them, it's not enough for Herchel to quite say anything. Of course, then again, he doesn't usually get the chance to. But, his father has a charm about him that's gotten him through a lot in life, though he's had to work for most of it. It's not odd to assume he's used that on his family plenty of times in order to slip away easily. A serpent would be the best way to describe him and boy can he be venomous when he wants to.

Elizabeth Eberhardt-Fontaine, the eldest of her family, inherited a great amount of wealth and fortune. Despite that, however, Elizabeth has certainly had her fair amount of incredible hardships in achieving her dream. It took an intense amount of work and time before she garnered the respect of her colleagues working as a government official. In her time that was almost unheard of and it was an incredible surprise for her to gain such a high position within the U.S. government. However, it was no real surprise when she landed an equal minded husband.
She often pressures Herchel to act and behave in a well manner due to the press tending to hover around their family. One wrong move or slip up and Elizabeth's career could possibly cave in and all her hard work goes down in shambles. It's unfortunate that she mostly worries for her career rather than her own flesh and blood.

She likes to keep close to the family, as they are the only ones she has after the divorce of her husband and the death of her own son. They call it a success, since she grew to become a well known actress (stage name Sue Fontaine) at a rather young age, after her bid as a model well into her teens. Of course, she still went through all the education and though she eventually graduated from an Ivy League college with honors, she still pursues her dream as an actress. Close to her family, she adores her brother and is often there for him when their parents are not. She doesn't quite understand his woes, as she was happy to get whatever affection she could garner (still far more than Hersh, as she calls him), but she tries as hard as she can for him. She makes sure to visit as often as she can when not busy filming.

Being able to afford to give millions of dollars to charity. That was the bar.
Of course, that was years from now, but years from now became just a few and a couple the closer to age he got. No one asked it of him, they just expected it and that is far worse. To ask is to hope for over achievement; to expect is to hope for average. Average was becoming a renowned actress at age 18. Average was fighting tooth and nail to become something no one thought you'd become. Average for his family was impossible for others.
When diligence and hard work is expected of you, there is no silver spoon unless you've earned it and not a person's biting remarks could change that. His parents couldn't afford to spoil him because they couldn't provide the time nor the effort to do so. It was the best for Herchel if and only if he was the best to earn it. Of course, that never meant that his parents spent the due time needed to nurture and raise a child; they were far too busy with that and they loved their jobs far too much. And, sure they did love Herchel more, but work often called them unexpectedly and before they knew it, Herchel grew amazingly fast and they got left behind. They cared for a few years, worried for him even, but when Herchel exhibited no intentions of rebelling or denying them, they soon moved on. Not that Herchel would tell them of his intentions or what he truly felt.
The absence turned Herchel into a very reclusive individual, with a select few people he trusted: both his aunt, is older sister, and eventually his other two soon-to-be sisters. They gained that trust by being consistent, unlike his parents (though he could say they were consistent in their absence) and to them he opened up and was allowed to be a child. Even in his years in school, and only the best schools for him, Herchel had a tough time adjusting to all the people and all the socialization. Of course, Herchel was his father's son and eventually got over that anxiety and became the man that he is today. With a little reinforcing from his mother, family image became a very big deal for Herchel, not because he cared for his own, but he did care to not disappoint his parents. Doing such often pushed aside the less popular aspects of himself and though he adored those things, and what he liked, they were unessential to what his parents wished he'd become.
Underneath all the sports and athletics and education, Herchel grew to love a myriad of things. His aunt taught him the amazement of books and fiction and writing. His older sister taught him the wonders of film and movies, often blurbing on the nerdier aspects of such—she dearly wanted to become a director on top of her acting, but reserved it as a simple hobby. And his other siblings convinced him just how great video games could be, how things like chemistry and hacking and a multitude of other things could pass the time away. Thus, Herchel became a closet nerd. But it wasn't just them who taught him to love these things for the sake of loving them, but he taught himself, as well. Though he didn't wish to pursue it, ballet and piano were things that truly enraptured Herchel to the point he nearly obsessed over them. Star gazing is also something he quite loves and learning about space and the like is something more than a hobby to him.
Then came high school and it wasn't a wonder Herchel succeeded greatly in more than just his classes and extracurriculars. Not only was his popularity accumulated via his wealth, but also for the fact that Herchel was genuine and usually amicable with other people. Didn't mean he was nice, but he wasn't mean either. He was simply likable. That went a long way and, especially when it was backed up by his father's charm.
Despite all of the attention and work he accumulates, Herchel is often a lonely individual. And though success is on its way, it's been difficult to sustain himself through all the hardships erected in his way. Though it seems like his life is easy, there are a multitude of challenges he's had to face and overcome and multitude more ahead of him.

A rather petite young lady in frame, Muriel is actually rather tall for her age, reaching about 5'11. She's just an inch taller than her brother, which she reminds him as many times as she can a day. Of course, aside from that, she seems rather frail and spindly, which is probably a side effect of not really exercising much. She just isn't too worried about her appearance to care all that much; she makes better use of her time, or she likes to think she does. Of course, this lack of care doesn't translate to her attitude and it shows in the way she holds herself. Often jovial in nature, there's always a little skip in her step and Muriel is rather energetic and fidgety. There's always something her limbs are doing and Muriel is almost always moving in some form or way, and a lot of the time, though she loathes to admit it, it's usually dancing in place if she can't find anything better to do. She as a genuine air about her and a sincerity in her round face that can melt into sympathy in an instant. The softness of her features reflects the softness of her personality.

There are a few features on Muriel that standout, among them are most likely her stark red hair and freckles. As well, she has distinct lips and her roundish, young face is always familiar.

Muriel adores period dress, and even though that encompasses medieval and fantasy, it's mainly outfits that resemble styles from the fifties and sixties, etc. Along with this, she often wears petite, cute, outfits and loves dresses and skirts for their 'twirling' factor, as she says. As well, high heels and converse are just about her favorite shoes, she even has a pair of high heel converse that Balthazar gives her so much shit about.

A bubbly individual, Muriel can't help but be look and act happy; it's her default mood. That doesn't mean it's always that way because of course not, but Muriel likes to be happy more often than not. That usually means he doesn't much care what other people think of her or how she acts—she often does what the hell she wants. That also means she doesn't quite know where or when to stop and Muriel is rather impulsive because of it. Her spontaneous nature can often get her into sticky situation, but that's where Muriel is pretty tricky. She doesn't get into things she doesn't want to or isn't prepared for in some way or form. Almost a hundred percent of the time, Muriel knows exactly what the consequences are and usually how to deal with them. She's got a good head on her shoulders and she owes that in great part to genes, but, unlike her brother, she's fairly adaptable because of it. Clever and witty are her staples and Muriel makes use of them just as well.
Aside from that, she's pretty geeky and eccentric in what she likes. From comics to anime to video games, Muriel does it all. The spontaneous carries over into her hobbies and Muriel will almost always try something at least once. Most things. Some things are always off limits. This, however, does garner her some form of hate from bullies and the like and with her frail form, it's hard to fight them off (that's what Herchel is for). But in a contest of the mind and the tongue, she can lash out just as well and, though her temperament is locked down and usually on the happier side, she can key into a pretty quiet rage. The darker side of Muriel is vindictive and grudge holding and if she'll almost always find a way to get her revenge, scorched earth or not.

Quiet living in the UK, to a Scottish mother and an American father. As twins, it was obvious both were practically inseparable and incredibly close in terms of what they liked and did. It didn't quite change from there and it was obvious both were destined for greatness. Well, destined for something, at least doing what they loved.
Being an Eberhardt and children to loving parents, it was obvious both were spoiled rotten at such a young age, though that didn't much affect them in too much of a negative way. Especially with what was to come in their future. Both parents provided a wealth of both knowledge and money, with their mother an esteemed professor of Biochem in Oxford, as well as an chemical engineer for the hospital within the city. She was a scholar and that translated to both her children, both having inherited their mother's exceptional smarts. Their father, they inherited their ambition and innovation from, the man being a scientist for UK's SIS. That, growing up, was a big thing for both children and, alongside the usual Star Wars and Star Trek, were raised on James Bond. Of course, that job didn't really entail such a dramatic life, it did mean a lot of things for the children. Namely, it meant their father did often work exceptionally long hours, but he almost always tried to make time for them. It also meant that there was a real danger to his father, though it was only a tad more than say the police, but it was still very well there.
Unfortunately, that wasn't exactly what did his father in. It was working with his mother that both met an unfortunate end. The machines they used during the studies were overlooked the night prior out of laziness or forgetfulness, it didn't matter. What did matter was that it malfunctioned and, as they were working with highly radiated materials, they were unknowingly poisoned within the small lab. Out of a dozen scientists within the room, about ten out of twelve of them died and the two that survived lasted only a few years afterwards. Among the ten quickly hospitalized, the twin's parents died within the week.
Orphanages weren't an option for either children, though, and both were immediately shipped off to their godparents. The Fontaines quickly took both children in with open arms, and both twins, though it took awhile, quickly took to their two year older cousin-turned-brother, Herchel, first. It took awhile to attach themselves to the rest of the family, their godparents, due to their absence, were the last for the twins to get used to. Fortunately, Herchel adored both kids and, since his sister was due to leave sooner or later, he quickly welcomed their company. It made the huge home a lot less empty and Herchel's life this much easier. Not only that, but they taught Herchel a lot about himself and vice versa. Soon both twins made a niche for themselves within the family.
Of course, it took a lot to get used to everything and adjust to moving to a different country. With the death of their parents still on their shoulders, it was a wonder they even got out, much less did things past school. They were smart though and, for kids, pretty well adjusted (something they owed to their mother), so they made it fairly well. They still are and appreciate the help of both their new sibling, though there are occasions where the change is often a bit much. It's nice to have people there for them, though, even for the small things.

Priding himself in his dress wear isn't the only thing Balthazar does, he also likes to be narcissistic about his own physical appearance. Gaining most of his genes from his father, Balthazar didn't shy away from any of his attractiveness and that's quite a thing he likes to flourish. Standing just an inch shorter than his sister, at 5'10", Balthazar makes up for it in physique. He's bulk, but has does have a more wiry, swimmers body, it is stockier than most of his other teammates. Unlike his sister, Balthazar isn't quite keen on expending all of his energy and is usually overcome with urges to nap and relax, regardless. There's a lethargic feel to Balthazar, with his shoulders hunched and his head leaning—he's an intensely relaxed individual and it shows. In combination with his sharp features, he's got a lazed charm to him. Of course, that doesn't help when he falls asleep in class.

Though he doesn't have the extreme red hair of his sister, he does share her amazing green eyes. He also has most of his freckles on his back. However, the thing he prides most is his amazing, toothy smile and, though Muriel disagrees, they absolutely shine like pearls.

High fashion is the utmost important thing to Balthazar and it shows in the way he dresses. He takes great discretion in what he wears (though not how much money he spends) and goes to great lengths to look great. They usually consist of designer wear that Rayna goes crazy over it with him. As well, he often likes to style his hair to match and often comes to school way too overdressed. Muriel tends to make fun of him for it. Of course, he's also not one to shy from the geekier side of dressing and often does duo cosplay with Muriel 'cause why not (and he's just as nerdy).
.:Personality:.
Being twins doesn't mean things are always quite the same, but a lot of things between him and Muriel are. He doesn't mind that, not one bit, but there are things he likes to think of as unique to himself. His charisma and lethargic manner are among those things. There's a relaxed air around Balthazar and it can be just this side of contagious. There's nothing spontaneous about Balthazar and he likes it that way. Predictable and planned are things he wants out of life and how he lives his life. He likes to take things slow and organized, a key feature to his relaxed state. Just that much gets the attention of a lot of people; contrary to popular belief, quiet and predictable are things people really appreciate and Balthazar provides just that. Add charismatic to the touch, and he's got people just aching to be associated with him.
Unlike Muriel, it's very hard to make Balthazar angry and he does definitely deal with things with a lot more tact. A forgiving individual, he's not one for conflict and avoids it as much as possible, to the point of near cowardice. As such, Balthazar is an incredibly slippery individual and, even if he wants to be in a situation, he can almost always find a way out, whether it be actually finding a way out or using his words, Balthazar is quite adept at vanishing. Just for that fact, Balthazar is also very discrete and subtle, despite his flashy attire and he often makes himself less unassuming for that fact. Not less known, hell no, but he makes it a point to make himself seem as little of a threat as possible, though with a mind like his, that's often not very true. Being attributed to a snake, which is what his sister likes to do, isn't really a good thing. He more likely refers to himself as a rabbit or a ferret just for the fact that they're a lot more adorable. Or a dolphin cause they're hella smart. Regardless, Balthazar is both a tricky individual and a reasonable one.
Aside from all of that, Balthazar shares in his sister's geekier nature, though he more focuses that on things like chemistry and math and biology. Of course, there are still things he follows, mostly things his sister does just because they're interesting things and he likes them, he's just more inclined to be attracted to a different kind of geekiness than her. He's more subtle about these things, though, and just for that he can come off as a bit of a dunce. No mistaking, however, Balthazar is just as intelligent as his sister and he has no qualms with showing that. He also has no issue with following his sister around, since she's the most likely to lead, regardless of what other people tend to say.

— People don't realize how smart he is; Balthazar uses that to his advantage. He's a little sneak.
— Thunderstorms are his favorite, as well as stargazing, the latter of which he does with his older brother, Herchel. But, if you don't keep an eye on him, he'll likely run out and sit in the ran. This was mainly a problem when he was a kid.

GUYS. I'm sorry, but yeah.
SINCE... I made Macius own a diner--I took this thing way to far and it became a restaurant/hangout/modern diner.

Basically if this is allowed it looks like this:
The restaurant is very surprisingly large. It is also divided into 2 parts. A top part and a bottom part. The atmosphere is really welcoming and kid-friendly and whatnot >:}. Obviously theres a schedule with food. so like...
6am-10 am is breakfast.
10am-5pm is brunch/lunch
6pm-12 is dinner.
at this point when its midnight, they serve anything really. just ask for a specific menu like,"O A LUNCH MENU PLS."
um.. its a 24 hour diner/restaurant -YES THERE ARE MANY MANY WORKERS-
AND I AM KEEPING THE 'DINER' THING THERE XD
upstairs is more of a self serve area. Y'know... Walk in, order, takeout (mostly small pastries, snacks, etc).
downstairs the registers and stuff on the left are like those people who says,"WAIT. PLS. 30 MIN." ; in the mornings its like a starbucks/dunkin place. so coffee things are laid out and such.

Here is the entrance. Usually on display depends on the time of day of course. So like pastries, rolls for the mornings, etc for breakfast.
French fries, onion rings, etc on the go for lunch.
and in dinner times, they display desserts.
this is also upstairs (display thing) and moved upstairs during lunch times. So to get the 'cafe stuff' like coffee and rolls, go upstairs. they'll still serve it.

meant personally for the students. The area especially. Its simple getting in, just flash your school ID and you're in.

Sometimes the very back will be cleaned up in order to project a movie or something.
Theres also an outside staircase to leave -also a fire escape too-.

Here is the entrance. Usually on display depends on the time of day of course. So like pastries, rolls for the mornings, etc for breakfast.
French fries, onion rings, etc on the go for lunch.
and in dinner times, they display desserts.
this is also upstairs (display thing) and moved upstairs during lunch times. So to get the 'cafe stuff' like coffee and rolls, go upstairs. they'll still serve it.

So you have a view of the layout. There is also another section/large room where there are more tables and such.
But y'know MORE SPREAD OUT AND ROOMY. ITS NOT THIS TIGHT PLEASE. like ballroom space.
and at this second section of the first floor is where theres another kitchen.... YES THERES 2 KITCHENS-AMAZING RIGHT? WELL 4.
2 down stairs, 2 upstairs due to its popularity fair to say and Zaire, Macius' father focuses on 'Quick serve' to shoo them away and bring in more customers.

But Zaire also made again, another 'ballroom space' which is usually used for the after school kids as a hotspot hangout.
Many seats, boosters along the sides with tables. but few tables in the center of the room scattered -incase theres students who wanna dance and be center of attention and such-. This is where a... 5th kitchen is.. -ok theres 3 on top floor now.-....
meant personally for the students. The area especially. Its simple getting in, just flash your school ID and you're in.
Wild things happen man.
Loud music plays from a retro/modern jukebox -that plays modern music ; even very old ones if wanted :o-.
Sometimes the very back will be cleaned up in order to project a movie or something.
Theres also an outside staircase to leave -also a fire escape too-.
it leads down to an open area/the outside/back part of the restaurant.
2 paths. One leads out the restaurant, the other leads through the seating area outside the back.
Fairly simple.

I can see it now: Herchel gets a boyfriend and they've been dating a few months. They're totslly super affectionate but Reece is STILL the last one to know after Hersh calls his date, "Babe." Things click into place and Reece screams, "YOU'RE FUCKING GAY?!?!" The entire school proceeds to face palm.
I would love if they were besties! Baseball besties <3
As for Hersh and Mace, Im not sure how they'd get along but I can imagine Hersh trying to act nice but quietly seething inside lol. XD
