CHARACTERS: BY INVITATION ONLY - CHARACTER INDEX - Darkening Skies: Characters
Main Thread: BY INVITATION ONLY - Darkening Skies: An End To History

Almost three hundred years ago, Imperus of Great House Djuke slew Their daughters after decades of civil war. Peace has not been perfect, to be sure, and the scars of the terrible magics unleashed still linger, but the world has moved on.

It is the Year of Dominion 288, and the people of Imeria live in interesting times.

The Ember Rose, airship of recently-promoted Desolator Olimak Lenore, is docked at Puddleglum Spire where progress and tradition are preparing to clash for the throne. Worse, her crew includes an exiled Stormlord noble with some of the deadliest assassins in the known world pursuing them.
Can they turn this crisis into an opportunity?

In! Urral and a slew of others are ready to go!

Hallo friends, resident Marshmallow-chan has returned from her blanket nest, and I bring small dapper ratkin with me!

Any decisions made about starting XP for remaking characters?

I have records of the starting and campaign XP from the previous game, thanks to scrupulous record keeping on my sheet.

It was 60 XP on Attributes, 60 XP on Skills, and then 24 XP given out during the campaign.

I just realized that it's been the better part of a year since I've statted a Crucible character. Forgive me if I'm asking a lot of stupid questions. It's been a while, and I'm rusty as hell!

In which case, I think we can safely go with those values.

I actually have my character sheet from before. I could concieveably find the other older ones too if people would like. Is that okay?

Ah here now.
Don't forget things like that; you need to keep shocking them from afar ^_^

Hammering out character nao.
It seems this ship could use some subtlety and few other things, so I'm putting some points into pilot, some into murder, more into diplomacy, and everything else into sneakiness of a varying degree.
@Silvertongued - Lenore is gonna be getting a letter soon, politely asking for an audience.

Neat. So, let's recap?

Lenore - Burly captain.
Mr. Colby - Polite craftsrat.
Urral - Impetuous murder-blender.
Heresh - Cheerful pilot.
(Alexandra) - Subtle operative.
(Hair) - Crafty gangster.
Weaver - Eccentric biologist.
(Sideris) - non-specified stowaway.

Sideris is contemplating an elderly rat martial arts grandmaster.

Much stroking of whiskers and educational cane-thwaps.

Silvertongued is currently working to get sheet templates ready, so please bear with us - he is a dog, and thus projects requiring manual dexterity and prolonged focus are a challenge.

The code here doesn't support some of the things I used previously, such as table headers or multiple column cells, which is a bit of a pain in the butt. I've had to remove those, and get around to rejiggering the tables so they don't look like total ass.

The main problem now is that nesting tables inside tabs throws up a shitload of space above the table; it basically looks like a blank page with a small anecdote at the bottom, which is both ugly and really unhelpful. I can't find out why it's not working, so now I'm talking to the site staff and seeing what I can do about it.

Sorry about the delay and stuff.

Also, @Ragoza, I'm figuring that the Captain would have hired Weaver in an attempt to help with the physical rehabilitation of those harmed in the "exit" of our previous crew members. In particular, the Master Colby, who according to our dear @PixelWitch, is... not having a good time, physically or mentally.

With regards to a sneaky sneaky, I figure that's why the Captain would bring @Alexandra and @Hair characters. Intelligence, to find out for certain who did this, to find them, and then to make an example of them.

Thoughts?
