" Well, we could always get you a long, thick coat? At least that might block the light, but it's so hot here. Not sure that would be a good idea. You might get heat stroke or something." Creed continued eating. He had almost finished his entire breakfast, but found that he was still hungry.

"Damn, I should have ordered more food." Said Creed thoughtfully as he chewed his last piece of bacon. He wanted to help Helaine, but at the same time he wanted to kill the vampire. He wondered if there was a way they could do both at the same time. He flashed back to his dream and about the girl named Terra that was the navigator on the ship. She, like Helaine, seemed to have some sort of ability, a power. Just then Helaine spoke.

"Alert you of danger? Well maybe...we would be able to use it to find danger as well?"

After finishing her breakfast, she definitely felt better, but knew Creed could probably devour two more breakfast plates, so she handed him back the menu with a small grin. "I'm thinking it does help find danger. Right now it must be glowing because that vampire is close by." She narrowed her eyes. "I want to kill it for biting me." She drank the last of her milk, before relaxing in her chair, trying to sort out everything that was happening. "We'll go hunting after night falls and most of the people are asleep." She told him, glad to at least be able to think clearly again. Most of the dizziness had gone away as well.

"Good idea. Wouldn't want some poor little kid on his first trip to Disney getting in the cross fire." He smiled at Helaine, noticing how beautiful she was, but quickly shaking the idea. They were friends, and more importantly than that Co-workers.

Creed, who had been awake almost all night looking after Helaine, felt tired and drained, both mentally and physically. And now that he had a full stomach, he felt relaxed and for the moment at peace. He laid back on the bed, kicking his shoes off and picking up the TV remote.
He had always hated "Theme park TV" as it usually played stupid advertisements for various attractions. However, he found this one to have a wide selection of channels. HE flipped through them before finding an old episode of the twilight zone. It was the episode where those people are living on earth and the sun never goes down. Great show! Creed loved it.

"You like the Twilightzone, Helaine?"

Helaine smiled sadly, beginning to realize that even if she and Creed had been an item in their dreams... it might never happen now. "Yes. It's always a good show." She answered appearing casual, and thankful at least that the glow hid some of her facial expressions. She kicked back on her own bed and held a pillow as she tried to stay awake during the t.v. watching, but eventually she fell asleep, unable to stay awake, from so much stress and tension...... and... rejection on her mind. Just another stupid Helaine-dream of actually having a nice man at her side dashed. She guessed she was lucky enough that he even cared what happened to her though, and steeled herself to settle for that- being as far as their relationship would go. Nothing seemed like it could break the ice between them.

Creed, while relaxed, found that sleep would not come. He felt that he couldn't fall asleep, because that would mean leaving Helaine unprotected. If she was attacked again, he would never NEVER be able to forgive himself. Already he was finding it hard to forgive himself for more and more things since he had met Helaine. HE only hopped that she wouldn't take his distance, as far as a relationship, as a way of rejecting her or giving her a cold shoulder. The truth was, with the way things were, he couldn't handle being romantically invested in her. It would be too painful -if- something did happen. So yes, all in all, creed was selfish.

It appeared that they were playing a marathon of the Twilight zone. After the endless sun episode, another came on. This one was about a man who was on the verge of death, and feeling doubt about the way he had spent his life. In the night he entered the Twilight zone, and found himself being revisited by all those that he had touched in his life. Great Story, Creed thought. He decided that since he wasn;'t eating he would order some more food. It was only half past eleven, and the room service operated till two. He picked up the phone.

"Yes, I would like to order a hot pastrami sandwich and a large root beer. Can I also get a large order of garlic fries and a piece of, no make that two pieces of strawberry cheesecake?"

Helaine was dreaming again, of Lance Silver and Terra. They'd managed a happy ending for themselves, in spite of all the danger they had both faced! So. . why couldn't Creed? She frowned in her sleep, waking up eventually to hearing Creed ordering room service. It was late evening, almost 5p.m. She rubbed her eyes, knowing it was almost time to go vampire hunting. She stole the phone from Creed, and ordered a cheeseburger, fries, with a slice of chocolate pie, and one Dr. Pepper with ice. She'd woken up very hungry for a change.

More food! Creed couldn't remember the last time he was so hungry. By the time it got there Creed was already at the door with the cash in his hand. He thanked the delivery boy and handed him a ten dollar tip. He was a big tipper, because like the delivery boy, he had worked his fair share of dead end jobs. He got the food and started to eat, plowing through the food like a bulldozer. It was delicious, and so satisfying. He watched Helaine, seeing that she was enjoying her food as well. And in that moment, he thought she had never looked more beautiful....He was completely lost in the moment, and with a half a sandwich in his hand, he leaned forward and kissed her gently on the lips.

Helaine was definitely liking her dinner, but just as she'd finished everything with a glass of soda, she was kissed! her heart raced and her eyes fairly sparkled as she eagerly returned his kiss, glad to see him so happy for a change, and so light hearted. Who knew... maybe things would work out in the end. She hoped so. They both needed to solve the monster/demon issues, but that didn't mean they couldn't find romance too.

Helain's glow fascinated Creed. It excited him, it made him want her. He slid his arm around her, pulling his body close to hers. He wasn't sure if what he was doing was right, but it sure as hell felt right. The kiss had sent small waves of sensation down his spine, however where they ended yup was much lower. It almost felt like it was forbidden to Creed, he had told himself that He and Helaine would never work out, so often, that he believed it. In all honesty, it was him that wasn't ready before, but now he was. After this though, he planned on retiring as a hunter. They would kill this last one and then Creed would do somethings special, something he believed would surprise him as much as it would her.

As the kiss progressed, Helaine felt partially as though she were dreaming. The glowing hadn't stopped or dimmed in any way, but all her troubles felt silly, even her fears of someone else discovering her glowing bright blue. It was evident that Creed found this attractive to say the least, as he couldn't stop gazing at her. She curled her arms around his waist, lost in the moment, and to hell with every other problem the two of them might have later. She wanted Creed as much as he wanted her. Her face was bright red even during the kiss, but she ignored it in favor of leaning against him. He was so safe and strong... how lucky she was to be with him like this.. Everything felt peaceful.

Creed pressed his body even tighter against Helaine, deepening the kiss, easing her back on the bed. He brushed her hair back, then kissed her lightly on the lips, then on the cheek and then down her neck. His hands moved down the length of her body, and then back up, slowly pushing her shirt up. Where ever her skin was visible that blue light shone out. Making him want her even more. He continued kissing her as he took his own shirt off. In the 'tense state he was in' his pants were becoming a major pain, but he didn't want to her more than he already was. While he wanted to slow down, the blue glow from her skin made it nearly impossible. After all this, Creed was going to be at the mercy of his emotions.

"Are you alright, Helaine?"

He kissed her again.

Helaine was as much 'at mercy of emotions' as Creed was just then! Her heart rate and breathing had definitely sped up a bit, and she was clinging to his shoulders for dear life as he kissed her and started lifting up her shirt. There were numerous scars mostly faded, still on her body, but for once she didn't feel embarrassed for having them. "I'm fine, Creed... are you?" She asked, a challenge in her vibrant eyes. She ran her own hands down his back, examining his marks as well. There was definitely chemistry growing between them.~

'I'm not the one that is glowing like a Christmas tree' Creed thought, in response to Helaine's challenging question, although he actually remained silent, still transfixed. It was soon forgotten as he lifted her shirt the rest of the way off and started unzipping her pants. Her body, although laced with scars of different sizes, was very attractive to Creed. He took his own pants off next, now only in his cotton briefs, and continued pressing against her, feeling her bodies warmth against his own. He wanted her more than ever by this point, just being close to her, after all this time, was almost enough to make him... It was sensual, even without the sex. Creed slipped his hand in Helaine's pants, and slowly slid them off.

Through the entire day, they spent it in bed, exploring each others bodies, and merging together during a wild, erotic frenzy. Quite a few moans and even a few giggles could be heard on occasion with the bed creaks! Their armorous activity lasted well until late evening, when it was almost completely dark! Only a serious matter of hunting vampires could possibly dis-entangle this couple! As for Helaine? She was exhausted and finally curled up under Creed after their intense lovemaking. Content to rest for a while.~

Creed had a smile on his face that stretched ear to ear. He was in bliss, totally and uncontrollably. With his hands folded behind his head, he looked out the window. He knew what was rapidly approaching with the seting sun, but he had a new found strenght. Something inside him, it had always been there, his hunters instinct. His hatred for the Dark ones that haunted the world. For the first time since they reached Florida and Disney, Creed knew what must be done. They had to find and destroy that vicious creature of the night before it attacked again. He kissed Helaine once more, deep and lingering, before getting up and throwing on his black cargo pants. Next came his boots, which he laced to the top hole. Then his white tee shirt and Chrome planned .45 with the silver bullets.

"You ready, Helaine. We gotta take this sun of a bitch out!"

Against the setting sun, the Vampire that attacked Helaine watched and waited. It's eyes were red, reflecting the light off a steel bar from the roller coaster it was posted up on. Little did Helaine of Creed know...it had followed them from hopefalls. It WAS the demon that had ultimately plagued Hopefalls for all the Years Creed and Helaine had hunted there. It's name was Maximus and he was centuries old. His spirit had consumed the innocent lives of so many, that it was now reliant on something more powerful...It needed the blood within Helaine to live. This is why it had followed them to Disney.


If they were to kill it, Hopefalls would be safe and free once again.

Helaine yawned, and stretched, feeling surprisingly relaxed. She showered, then changed into an all black outfit. She attached her weapons belt, and her blade to her waist, along with a few elegant looking stakes. "Ready when you are," She said, letting him lead the way. Disney this late at night was virtually empty, usually it was still bustling with crowds.. But tonight was..... a little too quiet to say the least.

"Alright, Lets go."

They headed out into the park, just as the sun was setting. It was almost pitch black by the time they got to magic kingdom. Once They got within a quarter mile of the Magic Kingdom castle, Creed froze, nudging Helaine. Above them, Maximus circled in the night. It had it's sights set on Helaine and her delicious blood. It wanted to suck her dry, it wanted to devour her whole. It went into a dive, heading straight for them. Creed couldn't make out much of anything, but he could see two, red eyes. A small chile screamed as Creed pulled out his Weapon and fired, he missed, but in the flash the body of the hideous beast was visible. It had a bulging face, strange and grotesque. It's shoulders were huge, like a gorilla. And its mouth was stretched into an impossibly wide shape. In its twisted jawline, two, huge fangs were visible.

There it was! Helaine raced after the monster, drawing out a stake and tackling it head on, plunging the stake right towards the chest area. She only hoped this thing wasn't super fast. It could be a huge problem if it moved wrong and pinned her somehow. That would reeally just piss her off. But at the same time, the bright glowing aura was expanding, nearing the creature at an alarming speed, and burning it on contact. It was as if the aura wanted to completely erase this creature from both existence -and- memory.

Creed stood back. his gun pointed in the air as Helaine tackled the creature. A light trickle of sweat ran from his brow, he wanted to blast it, but couldn't get a clean shot. Then Helaine rammed her stake into its chest, and her blue light was glowing fiercely. A red, dark shadow had erupted from the Demon of Hopefalls. The two lights seemed to be having a war of their own. In the air they clashed and exploded into a vibrant display, more beautiful than anything that disney had ever done with fire works. THe light hit the top of the magic kingdom castle and knocked the top peak off, which came crashing to the ground. Creed held his own ground as the beast got up, seemingly almost dead. A blackish oooze was dripping from where Helaine had plunged the stake. Creed took a step back and aimed his weapon, but there was no need. Helaine had killed it. It began to disappear as the blue light projected from Helaine destroyed all its evil powers. After a few seconds, it vanished completely. Creed could feel, that for the first time in his life. Hopefalls was finally safe....as well as the rest of the world.

He walked up to Heliane, kissing her softly and slippng an arm around her waist.

"We did it. Helaine." He paused for a moment, as if thinking about something very seriously"

"I love you."

At that moment. a fire that had started up in the Magic Kingdom Castle, set a spark that ignited some of the fire works. They exploded and crashed over head as Creed leaned over and kissed Helaine.

Helaine kissed Creed back, deeply. She gazed in his eyes after they pulled back. "I love you too, Creed." She told him, as fireworks went off that night. She was extremely happy. The blue-silver glow finally returned to inside of her heart, and she knew the danger was over. "Let's finish our vacation and then go home, Creed.." She said smiling. After all, they still had quite a few weeks left at Disney! She planned on enjoying every one of them.
