Nick walks around her looking her up and down then tries hit her in the head with the butt of the gun laughing drunkenly as he swung his arm and took a sip of the bottle in his hand.

I got into the candy store through the smashed window. I looked around and took a chocolate bar leaving money by the cash register. The world may be psychotic now but I'm still not a thief.

Nick shoots her in the back. He made sure it wasn't fatal... that wouldn't be as much fun. He smiled watching the spatter of blood as the bullet slammed into her back.

As I gave the chocolate bare to Bella I heard a gunshot. "Great." I mumbled as I picked up Bella and ran to Blaises apartment.

When Nick heard me yell he held his hand over Blaises mouthand put his hand at her throat. Then pushed her into a broom closet and heldher there.<o:p></o:p>

When I couldn't hear her anymore I started shouting again."Blaise!" I started kicking in doors looking for her as Bella walkedbehind me.<o:p></o:p>

Gags and scream in pain as he shover into the closet. Yanks her head free and bites his hand hard, struggles to breath reaches up and tries to get his hand off her throat. I choke out "James! James help!"

"Your fine." I said seeing he did not shoot any ofher vitals. I realized he must have hurt her breathing when he was stranglingher... which was bringing up her heart rate which affects the blood pressurewhich was bad considering she was shot. The only way to help her survive nowwould to bring her to the hospital hoping a nurse or doctor was still there.<o:p></o:p>

"I can stop the bleeding myself but I need something to patch it up, Bella you wanna go on a trip with James and I?" I said looking at her with a smile. "We need to get to the hospital, James grab my real knives from under my sink in my apartment. Thank you. Bella will stay here and watch over me, I trust her."

"To kill the wolfs. I can't put you in danger when you're like this." I walked out the door and started to aim my M4. I held my breath as I shot and hit one taking it down instantly. The rest of the pack noticed me and I started to free hand, burst shot them. I took most of them down before they even reached me but I still had to draw my sword to fend off the last 5. I was being pushed back as I kept swinging and missing. These wolfs were different than the ones in the forest. I was passing the double glass doors hoping Blaise wouldn't see me struggling against the last five. I didn't want anything to bring up her heart beet or make her want to get up to help.

Bella walked over to Blaise and she nodded while sitting in Blaises arms.

I managed to cut down one of the wolfs but while I did that the forth one managed to flank me and I was tacked to the ground. I managed to slice it as I was falling but now I had to worry about the last two while I was on the ground. Just don't help Blaise... just don't get up... I continued to struggle trying to get to my feet. It was hopeless so I took out my silenced pistol and managed to shoot one before the last one bit my hand holding the gun. I kicked it off but couldn't move my hand. Great just great.

Bella seemed to be nervous. She looked away and buried her face in Blaises shoulder.
