"I grabbed them." I said even though it was a lie. I had some knifes I got for her birthday and figured now would be a better time to give them to her. I got to my apartment easily and laid her down on the couch as I went into the safe hidden in a cabinet under my to to grab an old M4 with no attachments, another pistol, and the set of knifes that she had said she wanted. Suddenly I heard the wolfs howling and someone scream so I ran to the window and could see a small girl running from them.

I looked at the small girl in the purple dress and brown hair. I could see she had nice shoes on and realized she must have been on her way to some sort of party when she was attacked. Then I noticed she had a bite on her leg. "I wouldn't call that fine. Come on in."

She nodded and sat next to Blaise on the edge of the couch. "Want anything to drink? You will have to wait for Blaise to address your wounds... I'm not good with that kind of stuff."

"Hmmm I'll try the best I can, James can you bring the med kit over here seeing as I cant walk?" nocks her tail away from her face and turns to the girl and looks over her head smiling "My vision isnt the best but it can't be too terribly hard, Ill use my tail to guide my hands and fix you up real fast ok? You can call me Doctor Stellan" I said grinning at the girl ears perched up on my head.

"Ok." The girl says nodding. "Mm... Do you know why everyone is killing each other?"

I looked over at the girl as a finished pouring myself a drink. "You mean the wolfs? I don't know what wrong with these wolfs..."

"No, after the wolfs came here and a lot of people were killed others came in and killed my parents grabbing the food they had and ran away with it."

I was speechless. Could what she say really be true. It hadn't even been a day since the wolfs got here and now they are killing people already. I looked at Blaise but didn't say anything. I just walked over grabbing a med kit and handing it to her.

Lets out a low growl, she didnt like what she heard one bit. Steadily with her tail guiding her like a tool she fixed up the girl as carefully as she can. then hands the kit back to James and remains silent. It was too grusome to be true, it just wasnt right. What was going on?

"Thanks." The girl said silently. She sounded sad that she brought up something up that made everyone else uneasy.

"Blaise do you think we should still try to help the survivors? I mean depending on what we do could decide what life is like in the future. Our decisions can lead to the fall of civilization if the wolfs manage to spread."

Rubs her eyes and shakes her head finaly free of the ringing and spots. Looks at you, "we are going to my place and grabing my knives. Next time dont lie to me James, I know what my knives feel like. Though I do like the presents I dont want blood on them just yet." stands shakily uses her tail to balance her and looks at Bella, " Look I know you don't quite understand whats going on but I wont let anything hurt you." Looks back at James "We both wont, now lets go and keep moving fast, Stay in one place to long and we are dead got it?" My tone suddenly had changed from the carefree of the woods to a serious tone, I knew what had to be done and I wasnt about to let Bella get hurt.

"Calm down for a second." I walked into my bedroom and grabbed a strap for my M4 and slung it over my shoulder placing my pistol in a holster on the opposite side of my sword and grabbed grabbed the rest of my spare ammo putting it in a backpack with the med kit and some water bottles. "Ok. I'm ready now." I opened the door and a gun was pointed in my face almost instantly.
