Transformation: Blaise has the power to be able to transform two other form to a cross between a man and a wolf or he can change into full wolf.
Enhanced Speed & Reflexes: Blaise's speed is quicker than the average person and due to that his reflexes are much quicker. This is apparent in all his forms
Enhanced Senses While Blaise is in his full wolf and half wolf forms, his senses are enhanced to that of a wolf. His hearing is better, he can smell and track enemies. He can also see in low light.

Weapons: Fangs, claws(when in wolf form) pistol and short sword (when in human form)
Personality: Blaise is a bit rough when it comes to life. He is brutally honest when it comes to naive people. He does not try to sugarcoat things when things look bleak. He holds no love for the Church but will not declare open rebellion to them(for now). His only soft spot is for his sister and other demon kids that are living on the streets.
History: Blaise was originally born and raised in a demon village on the outskirts of the church's influence. As he got older, the influence spread and eventually his village was attacked by a vigilante group claiming to be attacking on order of the Church. The men that attacked seemed to be trained in the art of war as they began to slaughter the village. Blaise's dad went out to stop them and never returned. Blaise's mother snuck out of the village with him and his younger sister. Both Blaise and his sister were not old enough to know how to conceal their look at the time. They hid in the woods, surviving on livestock from the occasional farmer and whatever they managed to find or hunt.
When old enough to conceal, his family would head into the city of Torim. It was hard finding work for his mother so they would stay with other demons in an apartment complex. Blaise would run off to help his family by stealing and pick pocketing. He learned a lot from those around him. He was always watched and tended to create havoc for those who would abuse the authority given to them by the Church.

Appearance: A geeky teenager, normally found up to his elbows in some esoteric machine. He understands them better than he understands people.
Faction: Church/Neutral
Occupation: Head Researcher in the Mechanist Division
Powers: Random invention (think of Macgyver, just less reliable), repair of basic faults of cybernetics, if equipped with spare parts can create rough cybernetics, can obliterate any bit of machinery he gets his hands on.
Cybernetics: Enhanced hands (he's left handed), enhanced right eye can see in thermal, but not in the normal spectrum.
Weapons: Mostly a mechanic, excellent at figuring out complex machinery, carries an emergency blade in his hand, and a small vial of poison in the other.
History/Personality: Edeard is your average geeky, pimply boy. With limited social skills, he much prefers being in his lab/workshop, and leaving the adventuring to other people. In fact, he enjoys leaving going outside to other people. However, the Church heard of his prowess, and wanted him. The Church normally get what they want, but Edeard was happy. Now he was doing his hobby for money, and saving the country at the same time. It was fun. However, Gaberiel found him out, and now wants him as his personal surgeon-mechanic, for him and his men. However, Edeard is not really afraid of Gaberiel, or any of the Vanguards for that matter. He helped make them, after all.

She can also use this through physical contact, decaying whatever her hands may touch. However this effect lasts only as long as her mana stream will allow, but several minutes without interruption could prove deadly.
Weapons: One pistol strapped to her thigh and two katanas strapped to her back
Personality: Eilonwy is more quite and reserved, preferring to observe and listen than to jump right into the action. She does not feel that there is a right or a wrong, just a means to an end and how you achieve that means. Self preservation is very important to her, and she will do whatever it takes to make sure she stays alive through this war. If that makes her a bit arrogant or coldhearted, then so be it, because as long as she survives in the end that is all that matters.

Powers: Chaos Magic - the reaction that occurs when Light energy and Dark energy are forced into the same space. Both energies fight for dominance within the given space and neither is able to win due to equal yet opposite power. The result is an extremely volatile new energy that is extremely potent and powerful even at low levels. It is so unstable however, that it is just as dangerous to its user as it is to its target. This in turn means that its use generates a recoil effect on its user that is proportional to the amount that was used, though the amount of damage to the user is still far less significant than the damage to its target if used in a direct attack. However, this magic is used most often to enhance the attributes of any given thing. Anything from speed, to durability, can be enhanced exponentially with its use, but at the cost of proportional recoil. Chaos energy's physical manifestation, in its most raw form, resembles electricity that is constantly shifting from black to white and back again, though when it is concentrated enough, it can become more defined.
Cybernetics: Taiken only has one type of implanted cybernetics, but he uses a variety of cyber gadgets. He wears a pair of custom made sun glasses at all times, which can be used for both night vision and infrared (heat) vision. The glasses can also connect wirelessly to a small but very powerful computer strapped to his right forearm. When connected (which is almost all the time) they give him a full HUD display, providing situational awareness, target tracking, aim correction, ammo tracking, as well as access to a large array of databases. For example, if he is looking at someone who has any kind of state records, he can access those records and have the information appear on the lenses, allowing him to gain information on most targets before even engaging them.
The only implanted cyber modification he has is a set of 6 "Blade Wings" which are connected directly to his spinal colum. This allows him to control the blade wings as he would control any other part of his body. They are highly manuverable and can be folded onto his back for concealment when not in use, and slide out in tiny slits in the back of his clothing when needed.
Weapons: 2 custom made high caliber pistols(depicted in his appearance)

He also has built his own Rail gun. This gun is built like an over sized sniper-cannon. He must be connected to a capacitor (which he also built to go along with it) and is used to launch projectiles using electromagnets, which is enough to propel the projectiles at speeds of several kilometers per second, far faster than any normal gun. The shots can hit with enough to punch craters into the ground, and demolish portions of buildings. The problem is that this gun requires a lot of effort to transport and set up, as well as a significant amount of downtime between shots for cooling and reloading purposes. This makes the gun great for super long range target destruction, but completely useless in close range combat
Personality: Taiken is a very cold and calculating person. He loathes all non-human races that could ever pose a threat to humanity, meaning both demons and angels (and whatever other races that might pop up other than humans) and will stop at nothing to end the lives of any that he comes into contact with, regardless of faction or morals. He is also not against taking the lives of humans who willingly aid these others races, or get in his way.
History: Taiken was born a genius. He graduated from college at the age of 14 with a master's degree in physics, engineering, and cyber mechanics. His parents were both very wealthy people. His father was a successful business man working in weapons development. His mother was a powerful real estate tycoon, with ownership of all different types of property in different areas. His parents never wanted to have children, but due to religious beliefs, they kept him once he was born. Though that didn't stop them from pretending like he didn't exist at most times during his life. He was raised primarily by the house workers and his nanny. Once he graduated college at such a young age, his parents finally took notice of his achievements, seeing potential to profit from his talents and perhaps even build a family empire built on the mighty dollar. However, Taiken wanted nothing to do with them, but he played along enough to keep them interested. They gave him an incredible sum of money in order to start his own life, leaving him to do as he liked in the hopes that he would make good use of it. He took the money, and began traveling the world, seeing there was to see. He enjoyed exploring old ruins around the world, and while exploring some ancient ruins on the eastern continent shortly after turning 17, he came across an old gauntlet that was still intact. Curiously, he put the gauntlet on his left hand, and found that he couldn't take it off. Shortly after, the gauntlet began to surge with power, and infused him with Chaos energy. The power changed his body, and demanded to be used. Now, Taiken is forced to live with this curse, and chooses to use his powers for what he deems to be the greatest cause anyone could have: The destruction of all that would threaten the Human race.
