Kallard, mostly uneffected by the situation in a direct sense, fired his pistol straight up at the demon warriors looking down at the team. Between the fire of the soldiers and Kallard, the five demon warriors were either killed before they dropped, or were killed before they landed.

Aach-Ti broadcasted his location to his allies, as Mr. star looked around the area for a safe place to set his leader, "Uhm, uhm, Ah! here we go!" He flew into the rubble that used to be the South Headsmen Power Plant, finding the office that was still intact. He set the Crinis down by several soldiers, including the plus one, and told Aach-Ti, "If this thing can survive that crash, it can keep you safe." Star flies off to assist in moving the rubble and find the other soldiers.

One of the soldiers spoke with Aach-Ti, "Since your team helped cause all this wreckage, would you mind finding our men under their?" Understandably testy, his tone showed both respect and great anger, "Agent Kel, do you copy?"

"Agent Kel, I copy. I have fourteen of your men with me."
"Good, can you get yourselves free?"
"Negative, I can barely hold the steel on me now, let alone free ourselves."
"Copy that, we'll send a clean up crew."

Ansel continued to move through the rubble seemingly talking to himself. Before he took off, he could hear a liquid moving behind him. He turn to find a pile of organic material forming Luon. Before he could properly form together he started shouting, "You know, that Real God Damn Hurt!" He didn't bother attacking until he was mostly put together, "I hope you understand by now, I can't die." His disturbing smile tried to pierce Ansel's resolve, but to no effect whatsoever.

Watch your tongue soldier.
The attack was a necessary one.
In fact, the target is still undefeated, so I suggest you and your men get back into formation the best you can.
We will be along to help shortly.

With that, Aach-Ti reached his mind out to Mrs. Blake.

Where is the wizard?
His pet has some sort of regeneration powers, and my mind is not powerful enough to assist Ansel other than a distraction.
We may need to join together our strength to take him down.
After which, we need to help those soldiers who are trapped.

We have a problem. I don't think I can actually do more damage than that. And he's back. "And you can't kill me. So what's your plan?"

"If I could get my hands on him, I could burn him to nothing." Kallard thinks about before, he flashes off another bolt of black fire at a demon.

You sure? I kinda punched him from re-entry. He should be gone by rights.

"You know, I was never meant to kill you. That won't stop me however!"
Luon teleports on top of the ruined factory where are the warriors and soldiers were covered, beckoning
Ansel to fight.

"The apprentice knows that he has lost, but he doesn't want to give up. Ansel dear, try to restrain him forcefully if need be, or just keep his attention. You are right about him not being able to kill you. I will be there shortly. Agent Kel, Aach-ti, once the two of you get a moment, whatch Balthasar for me."

She raised her hand over to the large chunk of steel that trapped the Academy agent, with a flick of her wrist the steel rose. She sent the steel in front of the stairs that led to the inside of the old factory. Agent Kel launched himself out of the crater he was in, as well as the soldiers under him. Kel and the soldiers moved towards Balthazr and Mistress Blake, moving some rubble to free other soldiers.

"Men, let me know if he moves, and I'll smack him."

Kallard lowered his pistol and launched Blackfire at the demons falling from above, assisted by the soldiers upwards as well. Two of the four before they could land. The other two tell straight on down to the bottom end of the room one of them moved to attack kallard. The other attacked one of the soldiers. Thanks to there CQC training, the lone soldier managed to repel the sword coming at him by using his rifle to take the attack. Kallard step backwards over a filing cabinet, causing the demon soldier to trip.

Watch him?

This is a dangerous enemy that we could only take down by endangering all that were around us.

Why have we not executed him yet?

Aach-Ti shouted through his mind. In order to assist Ansel, Aach-Ti attempted to mind-grapple the reforming enemy.

"Well, something's gonna stop you." Ansel said, soaring straight toward Luon, aiming to smash the invincible foe in the face with his knee. Killing him might be impossible, but keeping him occupied would be simple.

Kallard's tone changes as he speaks to the demons. It sounds cold and calculated with the underlying malevolence and dread of a sociopath.

He engulfs his fist in the black fire again. "You know what this is don't you? You all sensed it before when I burned your comrades away. Your intuition is not wrong."

Kallard holds the fire within his hands, glaring down at the demonic warrior. The magical construct hesitated staring at the abyssal fire, as if being held in a trance. Within seconds it realised what he was fighting, and dropped his sword. It's trembling legs dropped him to the ground

Luon saw that attack coming and prepared to avoid him, but again, an unknown force held him in place. Ansel threw his foot into Luon's stomach, crunching his bones with a sickening, CRACK. Luon took a moment to recover from the attack, spitting out an unnatural amount of blood, "Do it!"

A massive amount of light surrounded what was left of the factory walls. The light shot up and above the line of sight of our heroes. Mistress Blake immediately pulled as many people as she could away from the factory, Agent Kel, a hand full of soldiers, Mr. Star The unconscious Balthazar, and attempted to pull Aach-Ti, Kallard, and the other soldiers in the collapsed office. With them being too deep in she failed to save everyone.

When the lights faded, Ansel, Aach-Ti, Kallard, where in a rugged teleportation chamber. Before they could asses the situation their bodies became weakened. Taking notice in the air, one of the soldiers shouted, "Don't breath...." The chamber had been gassed before the teleportation started. Within seconds, the soldier's fell to their knees, Aach-Ti as well though he remained conscious. Kallard managed to make a few steps before ultimately collapsing. Ansel lasted the longest as he attempted to break the floor down. With a mighty punch he cracked the steel floor, but even he couldn't help but be overwhelmed by the lack of oxygen.

As the party faded off, A tall skinny man rushed inside backed up by several soldiers wearing gas masks. The soldiers round up the Federation soldiers, and held their weapons on the Academy Agents.

"Brother...I had them."
"Oh, really. What do you call you're little retreat? Honestly, if Balthazaar wasn't there, you'd be dead."
The boys looked around for him, but only the soldier's and the heroes.
"You could not wait for Balthazar? You ignorant rat! You could not even bring the actual target here!"
"Katal, they had us outnumbered, the big one here was enough to push our teacher-"
"Don't worry, we can salvage this. Master Blake will be here will be too caught up within her affection for her apprentice. She will find him by interrogating her inevitable captured prisoners. For now, we keep the important ones alive."

Katal walked over to Aach-Ti, and told him, "Good night my prince. When you wake up next, you'll be greeting our king in chains. Soldier! Be careful with that weapon! We still need Ansel, and...execute the rest."

The last thing any of them saw before the group fell unconscious was Luon and his brother Katal.

When he woke up later, he saw the woman he was fighting in the city skies of Saseal. She was standing there watching him, being restrained by a continuous cycle of energy keeping his hands and feet restrained. She was pressing a few buttons on a nearby console, talking to herself. She and mostly ignored him. The straits holding his hands and feet suddenly turned off. Still groggy from the experience, he rose. She took a look at him but did not react yet.

The Crinis had chains wrapped around his hands and feet. As well as a neural restrainer on the top of his head. His powers felt nullified while he had it on. With that, one of the soldiers that he was fighting in the city, walk into the chamber. He took a the tool to the chains. Long golden blade came out of it, cutting his restraints, "We got to get moving." Sek removed his helmet and removed the neural restrainer on Aach-Ti.

Kallard awoke in a ice cold steel morgue drawer. From the outside he could hear some voices, "See? It's a heat signature!" "Well, pull him out!" When his drawer was pulled, two scientists for peering over him. One of them held a gun mere inches away from him. The other had a needle filled with a green liquid, and ready to stab him.

Ansel stood and faced his apparent captor. "...What's going on? Why turn off my restraints?"

Kallard, without a word, pushes the firearm away from its current trajectory toward making brain salad of his head, and then grabs the top of the refrigerated body box, using the leverage to kick the one with a needle, aiming for needle guy's solar plexus.

Sek.. how did you..?
Are the others safe?

Aach-Ti muttered quietly before standing up. The drugs had left him with a wicked headache. This must have been planned long ago. There are few poisons that work with both Human and Crinis biology, and who knows what other races the soldiers were. That, coupled with the fact that it could take down Ansel, a powerhouse with more fortitude than all the others combined, the drug must have been very powerful, and fairly rare. Perhaps Aach-Ti could remember something about this..

Realizing that there is most likely contingency plans for Aach-Ti's chamber and possible escape, he elected not to read Sek's mind. Instead, he brought the boy in closer and asked him very seriously,

What do you know of this place, and can they sense when they use my powers?

"Long story short, we're busting you out. We're in a ship right now. If we go bashing down the area Not only would we alert everyone on it, the planet below, and Katal, We'd risk causing a vacuum. For now, we have to be stealthy. Sek is working on your Crinis friend, Star is at the ship. Now we wait a few moments for you to recover, and Sek to give the clear signal." She stopped talking for a moment, only to give an annoyed, "Idiot." She beckoned him as she opened the door, "Come on, the way is clear... brother."

"To answer your questions; Sara, Yes to varying degrees, and....no idea, but She thinks we're safe for now. If we get into a fight though go nuts I guess. For now we're trying to be all stealthy." He flicks out a hand held camera showing a hallway, "Sara, this is Sek. The hallway is clear. Also, do you find it weird that we both have names that start with the letter 'S'?" Aach-Ti could sense someone the woman he fought on Saseal.

With a solid thud, the needle wielding scientist fell flat on his back, as the other morgue worker fired the laser pistol into the air by accident.

(Did this over facebook with Zack to speed things up a little for him, since I was going to be doing a lot of talking)

Kallard rockets off the drawer, letting the towel covering his modesty fall to the wayside. He turns to the one with the laser pistol and delivers a kick to the side of his head with non-lethal force. The force sends the morgue worker falling to the side as his face slams into the steel drawers. The other one stands up picking up his needle and stabbing at him, but he was more than prepared sending his elbow to meet the morgue workers hand. Using the momentum he had, he delivers a disorienting punch to the needle wielding mortician, and then pins him to the ground with the opening he created.

Before the morgue worker could even react he was on the ground helpless under the ex soldiers hands.

"Whats in the syringe?" Kallard asks accusingly, picking up the syringe from the ground, the other man fully as his mercy

"I-uh-you were dead! Why aren't you like that now!?!" the man asks rapidly, his shock all the more apparent.

"Answer the question" Kallard says once more, making threatening gestures with the syringe.

"You soldiers we're supposed to stay dead for our experiments!" the man replies.

"So, this is some kind of contingency." He says in regards to the syringe. "since you obviously thought I wasn't dead." he continues, thinking about laser pistol guy passed out on the floor. Thinking back to his time with SFD9, he focuses his attention back on syringe guy.

"If you're nice, and answer my questions, I won't use this on you. Now, what is the nature of these experiments?" Kallard asks calmly, beginning his interrogation.

"G-genetic alteration! We were figuring out how to make clones! It's an exact science but under our years of research we're getting close." he nervously answers.

"You should know that federal law prohibits cloning persons. Carries a sentence of 20 years." he menacingly says, emphasizing the last bit. "Alright, next question. Where am I?"

"T-The s-ship is called the matriarch- it is the flagship for Lord Katalak!" he replies. Kallard doesn't recognize any of these names. "Alright, and who is Katalak?" he asks.

"The man everyone reports to. Him and his little brother basically lead everything this organization does." the man says.

"And who is his brother?"

"Luon."

Kallard gives a terrifying grin at that sound of that name.

"Are...you going through let me go...?"

"Answer a few more of my questions, and we'll see. Now, where can I acquire a layout of the ship and where is my equipment?"

"My PDA has a map of the ship, your equipment should be across the hall on the left...."

"Give me your PDA." Kallard commands

"I-its on the counter!"

"Alright, one last question. How many people have you killed and how much technology are responsible for developing for these bastards?"

"I haven't killed anyone. They just bring me the bodies and I conduct the experiments! Please don't kill me!"

"I'll be honest. I don't like you. Law says you're a terrorist and I would agree. However, I won't kill you if you two things."

"Please, anything!"

"If possible, I need you to modify his security badge with my image and another name. And two, if I call for you to do something in the very near future, you'll help. As a federal agent, I can recommend leniency if you cooperate. Oh, and make sure your friend there stays... incapacitated"

"I can't edit his badge for you, I'm not one of the technicians! But most people don't look at the badges anyway. Unless you do something weird."

"That tells me a lot, actually. You can handle everything else?"

"I don't know what favors I could help with, but if you let me go I will try..."

"I'm going to place a little trust in you. Also, I'm going to borrow this." He says picking up thr laser pistol. "And these." he adds as he strips the other man's clothes and puts them on. Afterward he grabs the PDA

"So what about him? How do you want me to explain this to him?"

"You guys play around with chemicals all the time right? Just say he was exposed to something and it made him go crazy. Shouting about the undead and such."

"And his Cloths...?

"He tore them off in his hysteria"

"I can't believe this is happening, get out of here before someone comes to investigate the blaster shot."

With out saying anything more he leaves the room and heads to where his equipment was.

Blinking his eyes, Aach-Ti fiddles with the remnants of the restraints. Confused still about the situation he asks,
Where.. where are we Sek? And that voice sounds familiar.. Did we not fight her not long before meeting Balthazar?

"Yeah that uh... psycho chick she was all, 'Fight me, I'm bored' Then Ansel fought her, me and Grandama had to save that building, ect."

A droll tone overlays his voice as he continues to speak,
Yes. That one. Why are we communicating with her? And I ask again.. where are we?

"Well after you guys were teleported...actually long story short, she's needs to rescue Ansel and you from this ship called...Marix...May-tree...Matriarch! Some guy called Katalak owns this ship." The name Katalak reminded Aach-Ti of the assassin he met on Earth II. The image that was in the assassin's mind was the man he saw when the group was captured!

Curious.. there has to be a reason behind all of this.
Why did they capture us I wonder.. No matter. Sek, do you know where Ansel is? Or Mistress Blake?

"Sara is getting Ansel. And Grandma...she told us not to go. She was concerned what would be out here, but after she convinced Sara that her cloner people wanted to use her as a tool for war, Sara decided to she wanted to get Ansel for some reason. So me, her, and Star flew over here got disguises and snuck in."

Hmm.. very well. We have to make sure Ansel is safe as well. Imagine his power in the hands of cloners? Also, if we need to fight our way out, he makes an excellent distraction.

"For some reason, you were placed on the other side of the prison cells. We're supposed to regroup with her within the medical bay."

Very well. I will not use my powers until absolutely necessary, so you will have to take care of anything that comes our way. I trust you Sek.

The smile on his face shoots up, but quickly goes away as he opens to door to the cell, "Aight, this way."

Ansel followed after the girl. If it was a trap, it was a trap, and he had nothing better to do. More to the point, it wouldn't make any sense to restrain him, then set him free to trap him in some other fashion. "...So, did my creator try again or what?"

Sek puts his helmet back on as he hands Aach-Ti come cuffs. "For now, let's pretend you're getting a prison transfer." The Crinis nods, and puts them on as they continue. After a few minutes of walking, A couple of soldiers walked down the hallway, approaching the pair. One of them took a double take of the 'prisoner' turning around to talk to Sek, "Hey soldier, where are you taking that prisoner?" "The Crinis is scheduled to be moved into Katal's prison." "Really...how come no one told us?" "He told me personally." "Highly doubt that Katal said that, I'm going to radio hi-" With a flash of movement Sek's fist and elbows flew into the soldier's face, chest, stomach, and threw them into the walls rendering them unconscious, "So uh, let's hide them?" A few moments later, of moving the soldiers bodies into one of the empty cells past as they hear footsteps. A man with a lab coat walked around the corner.

"Depends on what you mean by what specifically he was doing...Dad...seems to think, between our genetic code, he can turn himself into a weapon of massive destruction like us." The siblings walked down the hallway together. While walking, any soldiers they came across only looked at them curiously, or fearfully. One particular pair of soldiers approached Ansel & Sara, "Sol, we've been ordered to escort you Ansel to Katal. Thanks for starting it for us." "Yeah, let's go." She speaks to her brother's mind "This isn't good. Your ship is on the other end of the prison."

Keeping the laser pistol in his new coat, Kallard walks past several soldiers and scientists. While moving to the medical wing, he sees a soldier escorting Aach-Ti.

Man, my life is lousy with telepaths. So when were you slapped together? Before or after me? And why does it matter what end of the prison my ship is on? We both know I can probably tear my way to the other side with barely an effort.

What about the rest of my team? Are they here, or are they dead?

Kallard makes note of the direction their heading for future reference, and continues towards where his equipment is being stored. He makes it a point to think about sports scores and how much he hates his job working on this ship... Just in case someone decided to listen in. He also acts like nothing is suspicious with the soldier escorting the crinis. After all, he's just a scientist, and stuff like that isn't his concern.
