"Once we figure out what's going on, I can head out and start disabling fighters. Or destroying them, if that's what we need."

Aatch-Ti sends his mind out to find out as much information as he can.
He begins by attempting to scan for basic information such as the combatant's factions, how long the fight was going on, and who, if anyone, cared that the Metal Bird was involved.

Next, he pinpoints the nearest leader.
If they do not have mental protection, he attempts to extract any relevant information.
If they have mental protection, he attempts to pinpoint the source and reason behind the safeguard.
Psionics are not all that common, so to protect from one is unique.

After that, Aach-Ti will begin destroying hostile fighters by causing their pilots to crash into their main ships.

Aach-Ti reaches out to the forces outside of the ship, Meditating with in his chambers. Their thoughts where quick, hastened, and fully focused on survival. While Aach-Ti couldn't find the details, he was able to read enough to gather the necessary information. In the Hulen System, several planets run them self sufficiently, without amy influencd or protection from the royal family. One side was dedicated to the royal family, and the other wanted to separate. Between the other eleven planwts planets they have kept up in this war. Based on what he knew their resources where, and the crinis's own knowledge of tactics, he could see this war continuing for several decades.

Upon exiting Hyperspace, the long range communications where jammed. The jamming signal came from the surface of the planet, "Jammed!? Must be an indiscriminate effect if it got us so quickly. Star we - wait...Soldier guy, as soon as we get clear, I'll work on getting the signal back!"
Kallard begin evading the two fleets just off of the planetary rotation. With the assistance of Sek, Kallard was able to evade the fighting and make their way past the battle. While flying the two of them noticed that not a single ship chased them. The made the ship turn around and veow the battle. "What the hell was that about? I thought they were expecting us!?"
"You'll know when we find something, okay?"
"Well...I don't trust you to to keep is alive."

Sara strapped herself in one of the chairs, and stared to concentrate. When she did, a wall of magenta energy surrounded the shields on the ship.

Aatch-Ti reached out to the pursing ship. Attempting to establish a mental connection, he finds out the reason they are being followed.

Kallard activates the ship's ECCM(Electronic Counter Counter-Measures*) suite to counteract the jamming of their communication frequencies via frequency hopping, and boosting the signal with chirping. Then he attempts to resend the data to all nearby Federation units. After that, he fires up the Metal Bird's sensor suite to narrow down the location of the Jammer. Once he does, he uses the Engagement Control to create a virtual target for an ARM (Anti-Radiation Missile) in the general area of the believed jammer, and fire. Hopefully, the Jammer will be in the area for the ARM to pick up on it's sensors so it can home in and destroy it.

*Yes, that is a real term.

Kallard kept an eye out for hostile ships, seeing one make a B line directly for the Metal Bird as Sek read off the distance of the jammer, "It's about two thousand meters...fifteen hundred...one thousand..." Kallard saw the Culrulian class 'smuggler's ship' as it was often called due to the nature of the outlaws that made a living in that system, making its way to the Bird. There was no mistaking it, this was the ship that was trying to keep the Bird's communications down. Interestingly enough, neither sides of the fleet attempted to attack this ship.

Aach-Ti reached out to the pilot of the ship responsible for the signal issues, and found...nothing. No trace of organic or sentient life anywhere on that ship.

"Seems that ship means busi-"
Several shots came from the planet's surface, and headed directly for the Metal Bird. As soon as he saw the blast head for them, Kallard made sure to send the ship forward, and twist the ship in a cylinder motion to avoid the incoming fire. Kallard unattached the package he prepared for the jammer, firing it directly at the mysterious ship. The Ship attempted to evade the shot, however by the time the reaction time allowed the pilot to do so, it was to0 late. The missile smashed the ship head on. Through the fire that dissipated within seconds, the ship continued on, having taken heavy damage to the shields, "Huh, clearly this guy has a decked out ship, but not not a match for my baby!"

It is massively implied that Kallard did a barrel roll. But more like this

HA. There are no organics on that ship..
No matter.
Kallard and Sek, Keep us from getting hit by those blasts.
Ansel, ready yourself in an escape hatch in case.
Sara, keep doing what you are doing.

Aach-Ti sits down in the center of the ship, reaching out and attacks the ship's main computer with his mind.

"An escape hatch? Are you serious? Surely disabling the enemy craft would be a more worthwhile use of my time?" Ansel began moving to an escape hatch nonetheless- Afterall, it would be a way out if he needed it."

"No organics, eh? That means I can take control of it if we get close enough. After that, I can back trace the signal. Perhaps find out who would build such a sophisticated electronic warfare package." Kallard says to everyone. He operates the controls and brings the ship's bearing into an intercept course with the enemy vessel he just previously tried to destroyed, and punches the Metal Bird to full sub-light speed.

Aach-Ti may not understand the inner mechanics of space crafts, but he knew well enough to attack anything important looking. with a heafty telekinetic strike, he tore out unknown parts of the engine. From the outside of the ship it shook a moment before keping on course to the Metal Bird.

Kallard knew the risk he was taking by piloting the ship so close, but he took the opportunity regardless, he charged forward. Before Sek could say anything about this plan, they already passed the enemy ship., and fired at each other. The enemy sheild nearly fell as the ships flew past. The flashing red lights caught Sek's attention, "Well, despite the fact we got 72 meters form enough from hitting it, my Bird's A-OK. Next time you-"
The ship suddenly rocketed back and for a few moments before gaining stability. Kallard took a glance at Sek before asking, "What just happened!"
"He has 180 rotating auto guns! How the...he's probably got a crew on there, unless he has crack shot AI guns on there which...means he can hit us from behind. No major damage yet...Well soldier guy, did you do whatever you were trying to do with that stunt?"
"Negative. He has a high security system on the ship, far to much for me to hack on less than a second."
"Here, let me drive, you can focus on the hacking then, unless you think you can get lucky?"

Ansel growled from his position at the escape hatch. "Permission to destroy the enemy ship?"

"Ansel, destroy the auto turrets. If we can capture this thing in one piece, it will be a good source of intel." Kallard says as he lets Sek take control of the ship. He then focuses entirely on hacking the enemy vessel.

You're right.
If this ship and the AI piloting it can be retrieved..
It will prove invaluable.

With that, Aatch-Ti reaches out and begins attacking the engines themselves. Preferably the connectors from the engine to the boosters. They should take a while to fix, especially if he can tear them to shreds.

"Finally!"
Ansel presses the air lock button, and charges out into deep space at the enemy ship. Just as he is closing in, the ship's turrets turn to him, and begin firing. Given that he was miniscule compared to his target, Ansel flew straight at the ship, and was only struck by the missile the ship launched. The fire disappeared less than a second after it hit and the smoke cleared right after, with Ansel charging out of it, more annoyed than anything. He flew through the shields designed to repel energy based attacks, and plunged his fist into the ship's side. The ship flew off course for a moment as Ansel's fist plunged through the left most turret on the underside of the enemy ship. With his fist inside of the ship, he held what remained of the turret in between his knuckles.

"Ight, I got this!" Sek informes Kallard. With Ansel and The Bird in pursuit, the ship turned away from the ship then performs a Immelmann Turn and faces The Metal Bird, with its auto guns preoccupied, the ship could only use it's forward guns on The Bird. Both ships directly hit each other, but neither side damaged the other, being absorbed by either shields or resisted by several layers of frigate level hulls.

As the ship passed by again, Aach-Ti destroyed several cords and cables connecting the engines to various machines with the enemy craft. A small explosion erupted near the underside of the ship, close enough for Ansel to see.

Sek followed the same motion the enemy ship made, and turned the ship around by diving upwards, then turning upside down, bringing the bridge of the Metal Bird closer to the enemy's ship. Kallard's suit connected to the enemy ship's software. Beyond a few subsystems that required a manual key such as oxygen, power distribution, gravity, and other miscellaneous systems, he had total control of the ship.

While attempting to avoid breaching the hull of the enemy vessel, Ansel began moving from one turrent emplacement to the next, destroying them as close to the hull as he could manage.

Next, the engine itself..

Using what he could, Aach-Ti tore at the innards of the ship. Crushing the engine with his mind, he hoped to stop the ship without destroying it. Hopefully the fuelsource was not volatile.

Aach-Ti took another strike at the ship, this time severely damaging the engines. the smoke was sucked into the vacuum of space and could clearly be seen from the outside as Ansel tore the second turret off of the ship.

Ansel noticed the battle going on in the distance, one ship in particular caught his attention. It seemed... familiar.

For a while it kept his attention, up till threee one man fighters approached the Metal Bird. Flying faster then their equipment could track, he cracked through the first fighter, without getting hit once by their incoming fire. They turn around to chase Ansel.

As Kallard knew he had the ship under his control he returnee to his roots as a soilder, "Sek, prepare the bording units. Sara, your with me! Ansel, watch for enemy crafts! Aach-Ti, keep on Overwatch!" He nearly leaped ut ofthe co pilot seat, grabbed a modern Federation assult rifle and pistol, then marched down to the bording pipes. Sara joined him sortly and asked, "You so worried about what's in there, over outside?"
"Your brother and Sek are a decent countermeasure to anything that might attack us. Besides, this is the only ship that's been attacking us."

With a shrug, she started glowing a magenta hue, and the doors open. Sek informed the pair as they entered, "The oxygen levels inside the enemy craft are stable and plentiful enough for you two to be in there, however I would advise caution regardless."
"Roger."
Kallard reached to theoxygen mask container next to the boarding pipe entrance, and placed the mask over himself. He took a look at Sarah, "You'll want to be careful just in case." He added as he tossed a spare mask to her. Sarah reluctantly strapped on a mask onand the two of them made their way inside.

Moments before they reached the inside of the enemy ship through its access port that Kallard open for the boarding, the power for the enemy craft was turned off, "Hey soldier guy, from my readings he has an old school late 21st century reactor in his ship. I think he just severed the power in there. Probably trying to keep you out of the systems."
"I gathered."

Kallard responded, with his rifle in the ready position. Sara was much more relaxed, still glowing. With the boarding pipes now held open Kallard peaked around the corner, as Sara matched past him, "Agent! Be more careful! You don't know what's in here!"
"Oh relax, I've been hit with bullets, explosions, Ansel, I think I got what ever this guy can give us."
"You don't know that! Now get back here!"

She groaned and waited for Kallard to enter and catch up. They moved onwards together through the first corridor. Forward and to the right didn't yeild anything different from the other, but Kallard chose to move forward regardless, checking each nook and cranny their was as he moved, Sara following close behind him.

While moving, he discovered a laser on the ground, acting as a trip wire. He hovered his arm in front of Sara for aoment before pointing it out. He then scilently lowered himself to examine the laser, "This will take me a moment to disable."
"It's just one laser."
"See those small circles on the wall here, here and there? All ports for trip laseres. Who ever this is, he wasn't prepared for some one who knows security systems as well as I do. Sloppy or arogent I say."
"Wait, how is this thing still on if the reactor was cut off?"
"They are likely miniature wall mounted mines. Don't worry, I'll have them off in a second."

It took him a few moments to disable the Mines, but he succeeded with little effort on his part. Stalling him more than anything else.

They moved through the hallway and could hear someone running echoing through the hallway on to the left. Sara charged after him and shouted, "I got em!" before she lifted herself off the ground, a large pulled her backwards by the shoulder, "Damn it Sara! Be careful! You nearly set of that massive mine right there!"
Kallard pointed out the bowling ball sized mine with a painful obvious light above it "Well...I knew that..."
Kallard didn't feel the need to roll his eyes.
"Move over it slowly, and it won't go off. It was designed to destroy high speed vehicles moving at the very least of five miles an hour. I've seen these things get used back in the Terabis galaxy. This guy is probably Culrulian if he uses tech like that."
The two walked past the mine, and it continued to beep as normal. When they turned to corner, a blue and sparkling mass of energy nearly struck Kallard as he moved behind the corner the man ran to. He hid behind the wall again and motioned for his partner to move in. She cracked a smile and simply walked past him.

With every bolt of blue energy that flew by it's either was repelled by Sara's energy, or flew past her and struck the wall behind them. With the shooters attention preoccupied, Kallard returned fire. While barely able to see the silhouette, he did manage to suppress the target at the very least. In a flash she threw a bolt of magenta energy to the shooter. The silhouetted shooter ran off again, with Sara in pursuit. Before Kallard couldbscold her a third time, she brought the man back, and threw him on the wall.
"Cht'aga, suni varoumotonm! Korak so toma!"
"Aach-Ti what did he say?"
"I...am unsure. His thoughts are sheilded, I belive to be from an artifact of some sort."
"Close, law man."

As he finishes his sentence, several a large explosions tore apart the upper deck of the ship. The group could here the boarding pipe failing to keep itself attached. With that, the armored man took advantage of the surprise, kicking Sara across the jaw, and uses his rocket boots to jettison himself to another room. Sara recovered from the strike and turn to chase the unknown man.

"Stay here. I'll flush him out." Kallard turns on his suit's stealth field generator and proceeds to move down the hall. He readies himself to strike.

There is more than one way to stop you warrior.

Aatch-Ti says to himself. Looking through Sara's eyes, he throws the nearest mine from off the wall into the jetpack. From there he will tear off parts of the ship to create obstacles. With his mind being shielded, it would be more difficult to attack, though with Sara in pursuit, he is able to at least slow the man down hopefully. Looking for any other life forms on board in the path of the man, he will also infiltrate their minds. Using them, he will lock down as many doors as possible, to further impede the man's progress.

The unknown man evaded the mine itself and the explosion afterwards, nearly crashing into the corner he was trying to move past. Kallard was in hot pursuit not giving his target a moment to escape. firing his pistol. The man proceeded to run, completely unaffected by the lead based weapon, using his jettison boots again but only to jump a few meters down the hall, "Try this Crinis!" he shouted, punching empty space.

Aach-Ti felt the psychic attack brush upon his mind like a gentle breeze. Had this been anyone who hadn't specialised in this area of combat, he could have done some damage. Aach-Ti proceeded to tear apart the steel around the mysterious man, sending repeated waves of debris in his path, and some directly into him. Kallard recognized the tactic, and chased him around the corner. With a sigh, the man bolted in the opposite direction, avoiding miscellaneous parts of his own ship.
CRACK
A decently large pipe caught the man straight across the face, making him stumble backwards. Kallard came from behind and his fist followed through, causing the man to fall forwards. He tumbled, rolled, and rose back on one foot, using the other to strike Kallard in the stomach.

As Kallard prepared to strike again as his target seemingly disappeared, but he wasn't discouraged, recognizing his own go to move, "Good thing I have my suit." he told himself, tracing the target with his infrared vision installed in the suit. While not much of a spectacle on a visual scale, the two experts traded fist and foot for a time, each one countering and striking with astounding precision. The invisible fist fight continued until Kallard sent an elbow into the man's face plate, however he realised his opponent willingly took the attack, in order to gain one of his own. With a single punch, Kallard flew down the hallway he was he was sprinting down a moment ago.

Ansel continued to reign destruction on the fighters that attacked him. He seemed to be pulling attention of full squad of eight one man fighters
