I weight lift 6 to 7 times a week. I have a day for legs, chest and biceps, then triceps and back. Daily, I also alternate between doing abs or a 2 mile run. Triceps are by far my favorite muscle group to work out, followed closely by back. Legs are probably my least favorite although I feel they are the most rewarding. A good leg work out makes me feel fucking great, it's just hard to push myself on leg days. Honestly I just lift for looks and size.
