(I really think it's cute you quoted Andrea in you Sig :)
wolf_o_donnell_by_almitanine-d3bfbgu.jpg

Wolf nodded at the terms of the ship trade, acknowledging them, but he was also taken very aback in shock about Andrea's response to the stability of her own government. Her administration, by comparison, is way more stable than Wolf's but the people she administrates, are way more out-of-line than Wolf's, and It drove her furious, of course, the job of leadership is always stressing. He got up from his seat, and instead, leaned on it, keeping his eyes on her the whole time, trying to take it all in, knowing each and every second more who the heck makes up Andrea Schultz. She seemed to have a brief moment of calm, apologizing for her ranting, but he just brushed it off and gave her another sly smile before going back to anger once more.

After a short while or two, she went toward the subject of what lies beyond, and finished that subject of matter by saying that's why she never leaves her office often. To which Wolf got a little annoyed at, but not all to particularly angry,"No worries Andrea, we're leaders, stress builds up inside us everyday. It's good to just go and let that out here and there, that's actually a good sign between us, it shows that, at least, you're comfortable with me. You wishing to share you're knowledge and your past to a guy whom only hours ago, you've just met, what I must ask, though, is why? I already know you're not willing to trust me, but yet, you tell me your past." he stopped leaning from the chair, and walked slowly toward the window, placing his hands behind his back while speaking to Andrea,
"Now before you go about thinking on that, it's time I told you a bit about my government situation. Across the street from this building lies a casino. The person who resides on the top floor there's some fat pig guy named Pigma, He's the leader this city knows, what they don't know, is that I'm the one pulling the strings here. You could say he's a great fool, because he LOVES power. Ironically, Pigma's very greedy, and want's the city all to himself, apparently he wasn't the only one who thought that way, and now I've got to worry about some guns pointed behind me. It's as simple as that." He came to the window, opened it up, and breathed the fresh air outside, but below, the city looks dead, the party has long ended, The music is only a repeated jazz tune, and, with the exception of a few plebeians and guards strolling about, nobody's out. they're either sleeping, playing casino games for the long haul, or drinking their sorrows away now knowing their life's about to take a real bad turn.
He gave Andrea a quick glance; "You see, my administration is terrible, but the PEOPLE who live here, well, they've not really rebelled. This could be the fact that there is very few resistance members up here, or, at least how I like to put it, we dominate by fear & simplicity. basically, we give non-winner citizens a straight line they follow every day: eat, work, party, sleep, repeat. It, for the most part works, hence why you see the little parties that go on, people spend most, if not, all their resources from their work on the casino and entertainment business, they spend it all, so they go back to work to earn the money to restart the process. Nice huh?" He turned fully toward Andrea, leaning against the window this time.
"Look, as for the leaving your office, I do it all the time, and every time, this is what I've come back too. I'll tell you what, since you have been so kind as to stay a night at my place, how about I return the favor and go to your city and spend a day in it? I'm sure by that time your requested people should be there, and you can carry out your plans. I want to know what it is having a day in the life of Andrea Schultz."

"Eh, I'd be surprised if there was any radio stations left anyways." Bird said in response to Kira's complaint about the radio.

"Umm...Do you think we can make it there before they do?" Sora asked them.

"Probably not, no. The Normandy's designed to travel light years by the gallon. Even incomplete as it is right now, I'm pretty sure they're at least near Havensville. ...Oh, No offence Kira. Anyways, we should prepare ourselves for a fight. The holes appeared again, which means we may have to consider the possibility that our leader's now in a penalty box." Bird then said, much to Sora's dismay.

Hikawa listened to Aleister's explanation of her sleeper agents without a word, then heard her ask about Sauron's forces, the so called 'orcs' that are always at his beck and call.

"...For now, they pose little issue. Unintelligent as they may be, they are pathetically loyal to Sauron. However, if they do notice his absence and become hostile as a result, then I shall personally make them know their place." Hikawa said to them.

"I lack confidence in your leadership of those creatures. The Orcs under Sauron's control acts as a horde under his will. It is more effective we give command in substitute to Kerrigan, as she has experience taking command of hordes." Vader said in response.

"Lord Vader, I have worked with demons in the past, demons of all kinds. I know how to deal with the creatures of Sauron's will, and if need be I have enough power to subjugate into my will." Hikawa said to him.

"Having the power of a god alone does not instantly make you one, Hikawa." Darth Vader said in response.

Sha'lit looked down towards the ground as the lion made his statements. Yeah, it was indeed true that peace as the objective is a lot more difficult than simply establishing or breaking the current order of the world. What she wants grants restriction on her chosen few that no one else on this planet has. Much like the last question however, before Sha'lit could give an answer, Raven takes the words out of her mouth, leaving a smile of relief on her face. It's kind of funny, how one of her chosen was giving her some resolve when it really should have been the other way around, not that Sha'lit isn't thankful for it of course though.

"She's right. I have been aware of how much more difficult it will be for me as well as for them. But as long as there is even a speck of hope left in this world, there is a chance to make it peaceful again...just as it was so very long ago." She said. Although she was saying this to the Lion, it seemed she was also saying it to herself. She then looked towards the lion.

"...I understand. Until we meet again, please be careful." She said to him. With that, she flew off towards the others, flying above the group.

"Musubi is to the Northwest of Havensville. Look for a giant mass of red fog and that will tell us we're close." She said to them.

"Red...Fog..." Teddie asked. For some reason, the word fog seems to ring a bell, but...for the life of him, he couldn't quite remember why.

The Tenth was struck silent with the suggestion shot down. Well, not shot down really, since it was hardly a suggestion anyways, more a guess to his next incarnation's suggestion. He then saw Crais walking towards the Tardis and, much to the shock of both doctors, started talking to it, as if trying to strike up a conversation...no, it was more like she heard the Tardis as if it was talking. Before either of them could speak and ask her their questions, sonny-boy spoke first. 10th was going to ask what Daniel was talking about and was hushed before he could get the

"Auntie? ...More importantly, hearing is one thing, but you can understand her? Also, You managed to get a human projector installed, where did you get something like that for Sexy?" Eleven asked, first to Daniel, then to Crais, and then right back to Daniel.

"Sexy...?" Tenth asked out of confusion, but before he could ask anything else, eleven held his hand up the same way Daniel did.

"Long story, filled with spoilers, so can't really talk about it." He added to it.

Raven listened to Sha'lit answering the Lion Man. Hearing how she was right Raven gave a small smile underneath her cloak's hood. She understood the words Sha'lit spoke and remained quiet then after Sha'lit told the Lion man good bye Raven gave a nod then turned. Seeing Sha'lit levitate to catch the others Raven soon seemed to rise faintly off the ground and follow as to not fall to far behind.

She heard one of the others repeat about the fog Raven herself raised a brow underneath her hood in question. For some reason the thought of red fog seemed unusual to her. "Interesting way to find somewhere." She commented aloud and in complete monotone.

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]"Why did I tell? Because you asked. Those who want to know will find out anyway. Or at least it is part of a habit left from what industrial espionage taught me: always know your enemies and allies. Part of the winning against the competition was always to kick them where it hurts, and when it would hurt them most. As for you, making it harder for you to know me would be... Unproductive." [/BCOLOR]She said, looking at the glass, tracing her finger on the rim of it. She looked at Lord Wolf with a very strange, joyless smile, her tone became more professional, if it can be more matter-of-fact as it is: [BCOLOR=#000000]"That is why I don't entirely approve of dummy leaders. Personally I prefer having a public relations person, and instruct him or her to never disclose my name publicly, or even deny them of this information, it depends on what I get to know about it first. You could say I am indefinitely unavailable for an interview. It's much easier that way. Dummy leaders still have to show up, and say something, and if it is really a dummy leader, well... He does not do any of administration, even then, most preferably you would have to put him in denial of information, just so he would never accumulate the real power to challenge you. On one hand, sure, it has a degree of advantage, considering that you can put any expendable to the position, who can so much as read what you wrote. But a skilled spokesperson is usually better. Instruct him or her on espirit de corps of the... governing body, tell it which statistics it is to cover, what class of events and the scope of it, in what light it is to be shown and if it is a good enough spokesperson, you're set. They're PR people, they do not have power, they never will, they are just relays, ergo they can't try to have all the power to themselves, because there is nothing to annex. And also with good enough security staff, only lower subordinates ever get something from you. Then, they do not point their guns at you, but at each other. It's an amusing sight when they blow over at each other. Then, naturally, you cut those who are the most active, it's kind of like taking care of a lawn, you cut it regularly."[/BCOLOR] when Lord Wolf mentioned his administration, she leaned back: [BCOLOR=#000000]"Why don't you rule the administration with fear and simplicity? They do poorly, they loose their heads, they do well, they live another day. That usually gets everyone straight, and the most incompetent either realize their incompetence and leave, or they eventually get axed."[/BCOLOR] she laughed at the final Wolf's sentence, when he asked to stay the day in her city: [BCOLOR=#000000]"Believe me, my life is nothing magical, but if you think this will amuse you, very well. But I do believe, that for getting back, I will call out my helicopter. It's no fighter jet, but comfortable enough. Actually, I did just call for it, they know their instructions, and since they are one of the most competent staff, they don't make mistakes. ETA is six hours, so I don't know how about you, but after this chat might as well take a bit of a nap."[/BCOLOR]

Wolf wasn't rather pleased at Andrea's spiel about how bad his government ideas were, and that this was all business, they weren't closer to being friends at all! All he was was another booster to her plans! And that, was a VERY dissatisfying thought. He handles things quite fine here, things get done, people are happy, and resistance is little! What more could a leader want.
As much as he would love to go and poke at her government, he simply is too lazy to go out and find it, much leas have a conversation about it. Besides, argument is bad news for a blossoming alliance, and he would like as many allies as one could get on this strange, vast and unknown planet.
He kept in these thoughts in his head, although he stopped listening at points in her conversation. He finished the remainder of his glass, handed it toward a servant to dispose of, and started to head to the door, before speaking; "Interesting points you're selling to me Andrea, thank you, I'll take these into consideration as soon as the cleanup of the government is done, heck, I might even give you a place here, if you have the time to do so, of course! But I think the night's almost dead, and that means it's high time I go and take my leave, unless of course, you have anything else to say to me, any questions? At all?"

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]"So long as by "place" you don't mean work, I am all for it. Not that I am lazy... no wait, it is because I am lazy - I am in and over my head with what my own city needs to have looked after, and it's already a big drain on my mental state - there's only so much, that I can do."[/BCOLOR] she said in a lighter tone. After Wolf mentioning questions, she pondered for a moment, then answered, still thinking if she will come up with anything else: [BCOLOR=#000000]"I think it's enough information for the day. I might come up with something tomorrow, but just not for now. Might be because I am getting tired, and I am starting to enter that zombified state of mind. Speaking of rest, I expect that I will be shown, as per where am I to sleep, right?"[/BCOLOR]

wolf_o_donnell_by_almitanine-d3bfbgu.jpg

Wolf took in the response, and replied about the bedrooms, "No, I'm not going to show you where the bedrooms are, but I can tell you, perhaps one of the servants may escort you up the stairs either to the right or to the left of you. Since you don't have any questions, I will take my leave then, I hope you have a fine sleep, and I will see you once again in the morning, where we may go back to your city, so you can show me the works of it." He finished the sentence as he walked out the door, out of Omega tower, and silently back to the observatory tower. He was greeted only by the guards at the door, as Panther was nowhere to be seen, most likely assumed to be back at the government thing doing government stuff.
He's a good leader, similar to how Vextra is to Andrea, perhaps?

He shrugged, he was all to tired to care or even process the thought properly.

  • Andrea calmly nodded, and approached one of the servants as soon as Lord Wolf left:
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Would you kindly show me to my room?"[/BCOLOR]
The servants nodded and shown her to a hotel room, and once she was alone, she took out her smart phone. Obviously there is no mobile phone connectivity anywhere outside of her city, but that was not the reason why she brought it along. In the phone's menu, she clicked a red icon, which resembled a human brain with stylized fire on top of it. The screen animated an echolocator-like ping, and then after a few moments, stated a code of sorts: [BCOLOR=#000000]"47NMW; AZ94.376".[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Interesting..."[/BCOLOR] she muttered to herself, then she put away her phone, and gone to an ordinary evening routine. Just before going to sleep, she used another device, resembling a phone, but not entirely. Then she packed them both, and went to sleep. As she laid down, she noticed someone standing in her room. It was an imposing figure, and it's gaze could be felt, even though the lights were out. It felt cold and frigid. Familiarly frigid. For once in her lifetime she was regretting not that she did not take her medication, but even though she mostly felt disassociated with weapons, she regretted that she did not have a sidearm with herself. Something made her feel, that it was not just her mind playing tricks on her. The figure was staring at her, blocking out the light pollution coming from the city. She laid there frozen for a moment, until she softly, quietly, and meekly uttered:
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Father?"[/BCOLOR] The figure disappeared, as if it was never there. She kept, scanning her room for any further activity for about ten minutes or so, until she felt too tired to keep her guard up. Nothing but dancing lights of the city... Nothing but dancing lights... She doze off to sleep, and had the most vivid dreams she had in a while. It's either because of all the new impressions she had today in a long while, or because she did not take her medication, or both.
First she was dreaming of the mental institution she was locked up in for three or so years until this whole cataclysm. The dream reminded her, of the corpse-strewn hospital with no-one to blame for their deaths. It was a strange place to walk through, just like in that recent past - bodies of both patients and staff were bent in almost impossibly unnatural positions. Some seemed to have broken spines. One doctor in particular had his back like that. The upper half of his body was perpendicular to the lower of his spine, foam at his mouth, and eyes with an expression, impossible to tell. Was he having a convulsion? Why did everyone look much like that? The cause of death was not clear for any of these people. Can the shockwave of a cataclysm be so influential, that it would deplete a person's mental condition? Or worse? She did not know the answers, but she was glad that she could do away without counting herself into the casualties' list. The dream of hers was her walking idly through the corridors of that mental institution. That day, when she was set free, all doors blown open as if in impossible gust of wind. It was both frightening and mystifying. In reality as soon as she went outside, she was greeted by Nohetzlav. She was not sure if he was the culprit, as he never mentioned a thing about it. But then... How? In the dream however, all the corridors, that she took lead her nowhere, but more corridors. It was an infinite maze. The windows were way too high up, that she could see a thing, and there were no sounds whatsoever. With time however, she encountered a patient. She ignored him and he ignored her, in the next corridor, she encountered a patient and a doctor, same story. As she was going through more and more corridors, the more and more these corridors were filled, until she encountered a corridor so filled, that she could not pass. She tried talking to anyone, but she was unable to. Then she noticed everyone to have leather face masks, which prevented anyone from moving their jaws, and then noticed she had one too. She tried to scream, but to no avail, and everyone ignored her touch. Eventually she saw a dark figure, with a frigid gaze, staring at her from the other end of the corridor. She collapsed to the floor and covered her face. She did not want to see that figure anymore. It was frightening her as it is, and now she is trapped with it. Within a moment, she heard a clear, raspy voice tell her: [BCOLOR=#000000]"What are you afraid of?"[/BCOLOR]
Her second dream was at a space research rocket launch site. Something, she was never at. She heard two military astronomers argue, she could not make out their features, but one was a female voice, and another-one was a male voice. The female started:
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Do you really think this will be kept quiet?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"And why not? It's like what? Eleventh Icarus-Daedalus configuration rocket that we've launched with this payload. To the sheep it's another fancy astronomers' toy. We will show a few pictures of outer space through it's scope, the public will wow and nobody will raise an eyebrow. Just another space research satellite, nothing new."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"I just don't feel easy in knowledge, that these really are HAMMER [Heavy AntiMatter-Matter Energy Ripple] lasers. You've read the report of it's firepower tests. One of these laser cannons could shatter the crust of this planet with ease. Why would we even have something what can destroy all of us aimed at ourselves?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Forgot the nuclear deterrent strategies? It's the same principle - peace at a gunpoint, I really shouldn't be explaining something as mundane and fundamental as that."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Do you really think this will not be used at all?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Apart a symbolic entry? Probably not. Make it fire at the fraction of the firepower... Everyone would shit their pants, and keep their heads down. Until they are either sabotaged out of the orbit or hacked."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"That's exactly my concern - hacked. But tell me, by who exactly? What if some fanatics would hack it?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"I am aware, that I made the notion, but tell me how would you hack a military satellite, when it only connects though digitally encrypted signals? Just the keys to that signal are guarded by at least sixteen different people, all carrying only a fraction of the key, and every person only knows after which key theirs goes. The full key makes the algorithm, it's impossible to hack or emulate that. And even then, to command the satellite needs another similar set of keys. The laser can only ever be fired deliberately, and only ever by someone who has all the keys. Between each possible attempt of entering the key, there is a thirty minute shutdown sequence. Brutal hacking of the code is literally impossible - it would take forever to hack it. A hacking bot on average does 30 hacking attempts per second, that is 1800 per minute, and 108000 per hour. Now for that same bot to try this many sequences would need... Guess what? 54000 hours. That is 2250 days, more than six years. What a hacking bot would usually do in an hour, it is forced to do that over the span of over six years. Work the numbers - it's all-round forget-about-it. I know this, because I designed the framework for the security system, but let me tell you - other specifications, and what they did with them... It's beyond me, even if say, anyone would capture you or me, it wouldn't work, it just would not work, as there is nothing else to tell. No backdoors, loopholes, or alternate access. It would be cheaper to build your own laser cannon, than trying to slave it's systems, even if directly - the on-board system only ever responds to the dedicated signal - if communications are down with it, they'd send a repair crew, but the crew cannot make direct access to the system."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"And if any of the key bearers get killed?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Then tough shit, the toy becomes non-functional for a looong time. In my original design the key is 16 digits long, but they might have changed it to 24 or 32 even... Trying to guess what the 32 digit length key contained... You don't even need to have special characters or alphabet in order for it to become a pain in the ass. Think for yourself, just how many different combinations of numbers a 32 digit key can be."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Wow. That does sound like an iron wall."[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Rumor has it, that one key bearer of the last satellite is already an MIA. Now guess what this launch is about?"[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"New toy, because they can't use the old-one?"[/BCOLOR]
    [BCOLOR=#000000]"Precisely."[/BCOLOR]
    [BCOLOR=#000000]"Woooow. This is actually a mindblow."[/BCOLOR]
    [BCOLOR=#000000]"I know right?"[/BCOLOR]

Andrea realized one thing - she was not dreaming. This right here was a vision from the past. She is after the Hammer satellites and it is no coincidence, that she sees this now. Actually, she is after the only Hammer satellite remaining in orbit - the StarCruiser 2400. The younger StarCruiser 2600 was a more powerful satellite, but it was not as tough and the cataclysm wrecked it beyond repair, but the 2400 was still good, even if damaged and does not receive or send any signals. With some repairs on the communications systems it would be good to go again. Until she saw the whitepaper of the satellite, she did not realize what the numbers were meaning. Turns out, that the number referred to the diameter in millimeters of the lens in the laser cannon. The very first satellite was a measly by comparison 860 series, but it was packing enough of a wallop to crack open the crust of a nearest planet within a system. While still orbiting Charlmede. What a 2400 could do was beyond her, but it was in her best interest to have that satellite in her possession, much rather than in somebody else's. She may be deemed crazy, but if with anyone, the secret of StarCruiser would be safest with her - she still quite enjoys the life on this planet. Although... Some use could be made of it. At the moment of that very thought she started seeing things again - a dark hall, built of slate slabs, and full of some damp, cold, luminescent mist. A dark, imposing figure appeared. Not again... It closed the distance with Andrea at an incredible rate, halted, right in front of her face, and then said, in a raspy, distorted voice:
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Consequences shall be yours to pay for."[/BCOLOR]
    And then the figure vanished.
She woke up, covered in cold sweat, her heart rate beating to insanity. She looked through the window. Sun was barely coming through the horizon. She looked at her clock. The tritium-illuminated arms on her wristwatch said it's still three hours before the ETA. Fantastic. Nightmares... She rolled to lay on her stomach, pressed a pillow on top of her head and returned to sleep. The rest of her sleeping time was unintriguing, but it gave her some peace and rest, that she needed so badly. She then got up, ensured herself, that she looked acceptable, and then proceed to go to the restaurant area of the hotel. She sat by the table and awaited for breakfast, and possibly Lord Wolf as well. He seemed keen on work shadowing her. Maybe this will keep her entertained after all? She looked at the odd device and finally received a real time ETA - barely less than an hour. Well, that means the flight crew won't be kept waiting too long.

Wolf smiled upon exiting the penthouse, he awaited for some guards, then quietly and swiftly made his way out of omega tower and the Golden Plaza, thankfully, with minimal sight. He went by ship to the observatory, and didn't say a word as he made his way toward his own room sitting atop the tower. He waved his guards off as he was only met in his penthouse by Panther Caroso. A shame, really, since it was supposed to be every leader here, but it's best that not everybody shows up then, since some of them really do not like the way of life he bestowed.

Wolf sat down and asked for his trusted buddy to follow suit. "So, I'm going to be gone again, to see our friendly person's place. It's great, we have a research agreement, resources coming in and out, and even got a trade thing going along! It's great, really."

He frowned; "Great to hear, so, if that is true, then, what is the matter? You are not you...I am well aware of the growing tensions between you and the other leaders grow ever so great, but you must calm down, I honestly think these trips will be great for you! That's why I personally made it my goal to not let Leon and Pigma know of your coming absence, go on, take your vacation, you really need it."

Wolf was taken aback in surprise, "It's pretty creepy how much you know about me, I don't know whether I should be happy or scared about you...But you're right. I do need to do this, thank you, very much, but please don't be creepy and read my mind again."

He laughed, "Alright, no promises though."

"I think it's time you left, I have a big day tomorrow!"

Panther nodded and left in the blink of an eye, leaving Wolf in an uneventful yet lonely night, but during which realized that with this growing tension came an increased amount of being alone, maybe he needed a friends, and that was the whole reason why he asked for an ally? Perhaps.

He awoke the next morning, wondering why he only drew blanks for dreams. He went about his daily business as usual, and made a beeline straight for Andrea, apparently she had her own means of transporting herself and Wolf over to Nova Shelka. He can't wait to see what she has to say for her little establishment.

He stood at the door top the penthouse, hopefully where she still was. He was unsure what to do, so he just went up to it and knocked.

Hopefully, her night was as uneventful as his was.

"I'd like to taunt right now, but no, I do not think he chickened out. He was having the upper hand, even if by sheer attrition. Do not let your guard down, he might as well be trying to deceive us." he said, as he kept scanning the air. After a moment he collapsed abruptly.
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Aero! Are you alright?" [/BCOLOR]Artemis kneeled beside him, not sure if she should try to get him back on his feet.
"Just low power reserves... I don't think I will be able to give any flight for the moment."
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Just how long is that moment of yours?"[/BCOLOR]
"If you mean bringing you back to base... At least twelve hours until I could perform that kind of flight."
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Great, so what now? We can't just leave you here. Staying in the same place makes us sitting ducks."[/BCOLOR]
"We might get our time in the area useful... South-West off here, about two hours of walking time, I saw a workshop complex, I'm not too optimistic, but it might just have what I need for the most basic repairs, and most probably provide some shelter from any searches. Oh and... If I don't respond... I'm not dead, just giving the systems some recovery time, to get my energy levels nominal... Speaking of which... I'll see you in a few hours." and then Aerophobia's head bent forward into an awkward position. Artemis sighed with irritation in her tone, grabbed the Aero and rested him on her cybernetic shoulder. She said to Marina, as she slowly started to carry Aero to the mentioned direction:
[BCOLOR=#000000]"Well, you heard him, we might as well do some good for him."[/BCOLOR]

  • "So..." Adjonta'al mused: "Not at full strength... He definitely desires to rise back to his former glory... Do you see, the opportunity unfolding here?"
"Should we try it now?" the shadow demon inquired.
"Don't be foolish. If anything, call them off. I may not be very patient, but as Astaroth loves to gloat - play your cards, when the gains are best. Right now it's too early, I'll give the order when the time is ripe."
"Very well, oh grand overlord and master." the demon agreed, standing by Adjonta'al's side.

Raven looked to the girl who seemed to speak with a mix of everyone's voices. She wasn't going to question why to follow especially with wishing to remember so much that she felt was lost and a a small grasp. She simply gave a nod and began to follow. Her thoughts felt a bit empty to her but still there soon seeing the fog she gave a sigh. She wondered why so many seemed so quiet. Finally she felt like speaking for a question was now on her mind. "What do you mean by violent ones? Do you mean like the two we met but were called by different means?" She asked feeling that was the best way to state her question.

  • Nikki turned her Teddy-morph head at a sharp angle, almost 180 degrees, and then spoke up to explain the term better. She stated in her spliced voice. It sounded eerie and twisted, yet at the same time, very oddly matter-of-fact: "ThOSe wHO sEEk to fight, those whOSE hEArts are fillED with neEEEEed fOr vioLLLence, and ARE jUSt loooOOKing for A justificAtion to haVe thEir hands staiNED." then Nikki walked into the fog, to demonstrate, that it is safe for them to cross. Nikki looked around, taking in the environments. Such a strange place. Such a strange aura. Who made this?

Marth awoke in a dark room, it was the belly of a black hole, one of the many that seemed to plague this world. He stood and looked around, placing a hand on falchions grip just in case. He saw that there seemed to be some kind of hallway behind him. 'Perhaps this will take me back' he thought to himself, then proceeded to walk down the hallway.

Raven gave a nod of understanding. She seemed to understand a bit more after asking that. Why she had asked she wasn't sure more than perhaps some dought within herself possible the past she couldn't recall. Once more she pushed feelings such as that aside and moved to follow seeing how the girl was right it appeared they could pass with no problem. "Interesting" Was her only comment as she followed into the fog deeper. Her thoughts of possibilities on why this must be yet again she chose to keep to herself.

Finally Marth found his way out of the black hole, though he was not in the same place as he was before. Instead he was in front of the Rebel base, though to him it seemed more like just some random building.

Wolf nodded as a response to Andrea's question, "Yes, I guess you can say that. Even if I wasn't, what harm will being optimistic do to things?" He followed Andrea down to the restaurant and sat down, although wondering why she couldn't have ordered all of her items from her room...she DOES have a call button for that...oh well, nobody's even awake enough to notice the talking wolf and the fancy lady sitting at the table and ordering tea. She offered a ride to the sea would be best for the ride to Nova Schelka, to which Wolf agreed upon as well, "I'm alright with around 99% of the things most people do. While I'd rather do things my way...it's nice to see a change of pace for once, since, after all, you ARE such a nice person! And might I say the city changed you quite a bit as well, since we got here I noticed you didn't go crazy as much...perhaps it is the cleaner air here? Or the excessive partying? Who knows, this...this is good, I assume. Keep doing it! Anyways...I'll be going before more people nitice me, I like to be a leader in disguise if you know what I mean! I'll meet you by the ship you described, by the Denks I presume?"
With that, he started to make his way.

  • "It's a gunship, it needs no docks..." Andrea said, before Wolf could leave: "You will see it for yourself on what I mean. Slightly archaic in some respects, but it does come with it's own advantages... It should arrive shortly at this point. I imagine they are going to take the nearest wide, open area to this location. They know, I hate being inconvenienced with long walks. Just come where there is a lot of sudden noise going."
She finished her tea, musing to herself about what Wolf said. Did this environment really change her? Or she just had some peace of mind for once? The distinct feeling of being haunted still pursues her, but it did not become too bad as it could potentially have. Although having medication at hand would have been preferable. She got out of the room, because feeling entirely alone would not provide her mind sufficient distraction. But then again, neither this does. Everyone is minding their own business. The room did have a nice vista, but she knew that she needs to have an exit close to her by now, the gunship will need some extra guidance. 'Speak of the devil...' Andrea thought to herself, as her phone rang. It wasn't really the typical phone function. It was more of a radio-phone intended for important contacts. She answered the phone:
    "You're here already?"
"ETA two minutes, ma'am. Could you establish an infrared link, ma'am?"
"I've to do everything for you, don't I?" she sighed musingly, clearly in a good mood: "Stand by, I'll be outside shortly."
    "Copy that, ma'am, Stingray out."
Then she stood up and went outside the hotel, activating the infrared beacon function on her smartphone. Soon enough she heard the howling scream of the engines and rotors passing by, making a circle, now scanning for a good area to land to. The gunship that passed was massive for such class of a vehicle, but deceivingly agile and fast all at the same.

It easily turned on a dime and shifted speed, like physics wouldn't even apply to it. It was painted black and had multiple pods with different kinds of devices on its wings. Some were weapons, others were sensors or external fuel tanks, while others were impossible to comprehend [unlike in the images. The one I'd have in mind would have substantially longer stub wings, but the baseline concept of this-un is much the same]. The rotary cannon was sitting underneath the chin of the cockpit, with three long barrels, menacingly watching at a slightly elevated angle.

Andrea went to the landing site of the gunship, and approached the helicopter closer as soon as its rotors slowed down and stopped kicking up so much dust and the gusts have relaxed. The side doors, leading to a passenger compartment soon opened with a pair of soldiers going outside the gunship, ensuring the immediate safety around it. Andrea commented, when Wolf was present in the location as well:
"Back in pre-collapse days we called these "Terrorists". Top of the line helicopter gunship when it comes to firepower and speed. What it gained its name and reputation for was because one option for a loadout was adding exclusively fin-folding rocket pods, those rockets being laden entirely with a mix of flechette and white phosphorus loads. Anything not in armored vehicles - burned to ashes instantly. Vehicles would be immobilized by the flechettes piercing mobility components, thus anything in armored vehicles - slowly roasted to a crisp. The volume of firepower even just by an individual gunship was nothing short of hair-raising. And my country mass produced these in thousands. When they flew in formations, they gave a whole new meaning to death from above. They would fly low, skimming the surface, go up the crest of the hill or other terrain feature, fire a barrage of those rockets, deploy the infantry from the passenger compartment, tasked with designating targets and moping up whatever resistance exists and then pummel any marked or spotted targets with their rotary cannons. Military efficiency at its finest - we knew how to, and to be frank, loved to wage war. Siren gunships were meant to replace them, but they never fully did. Terrorists were simply more versatile. And their reputation wasn't even close to fading. Okay, I talk too much, nostalgia took me, we better board it. Don't worry, inside it's not loud at all."
Then she approached one of the soldiers:
"He's with me, stand down. Is the gunship ready to go?"
"Yes, ma'am, just give the word." the soldier acknowledged.
Andrea nodded and boarded the gunship, waiting for Wolf. The interior was much different to what it may have struck as at first. It looked more like a passenger liner, than a military aircraft. This gunship was specifically hers and as such the passenger cabin was re-done to make it a more comfortable personal transport. It had a table on the left and center side of the compartment, with passenger chairs on both ends. Inside there were two more soldiers and they sat on the far corners of the compartment, ensuring the safety of Andrea.

Wolf nodded with a giggle at Andrea's words; "Hahaha! Excuse me! I must have misheard what you were saying, I apologize then, by gunship! We go then!" He followed her to the nearest, abandoned, and wide location for this thing to land (Which was Ironically the top of Omega Tower, and stood cross-armed as he thing made its way to the ground and blowing much air into the animal's face as it possibly can, with the ships and jets Wolf flies normally made this helicopter seem just a tad bit obsolete compared to his arsenal of aerial firepower, but Andrea seemed to take a lot of pride into her helicopter, talking about all of its powerful abilities for something of it's nature, and almost seeming to connect things to her, as if she was speaking about her child almost, Wolf smirked at the thought.

The Helicopter was called the Terrorist, and he gave a slight chuckle, "Back in pre-collapse days...I was called a terrorist..." He continued listening as she listed all the firepower that thing had. With the huge amount of firepower she described, it made him wonder where the heck it all fit on that thing.

Finally, the Terrorist landed, and awaited for the two of them to come aboard...or more like for Andrea to give clearance for the both of them to get on board. As they made their way inside the belly of this metallic beast, Wolf couldn't help but gave those guys who were sticking their guns at him a dirty look and a disgruntled snarl, as if they should've known who he was. He took a chair in the passenger area and eyed the guards suspiciously, his eyes were in bewilderment, when Andrea came over to him, he commented about the ship.

"I like this creation, which I am assuming you had a part in making somehow...And yes, you were right, it is quite significantly quieter and less blowing wind in here than out there! Just a quick question...How do you get all that firepower to fit in this thing and STILL have enough room for a table and some chairs? Not to mention all the guards!"
