"Look who turned up"
An exhausted sigh parted from bloody red painted lips, dull grey-blue eyes shifting behind closed lids as the orange haired menace approached. His voice struck a chord in the blonde currently leaning against a support beam, though she denied him even a glance as he spoke up. It was to troublesome to deal with the joker that was Henry. Isolde reluctantly dragged herself from what kept her up, movements lethargic, to face the vampire before her. From the second the quiet taps of his shoes echoed in the quiet space, Isolde's body language shifted. It became guarded. Standing properly now her arms were folded defensively over her torso, eyes flickering open till cool depths analysed him critically as she cocked her head in mock confusion.
"You act as if I had a choice in spend any time with your delightful self, Henry."
The other, donned in a sharp black suit and crisp white shirt, shoved his hands into his blazer pockets as a devious grin appeared upon his pale features.
"Well, that is true." He muttered, stepping closer into her personal space as the two observed one another carefully.
"But! I do, fortunately, get to give you orders! And you can't avoid us forever, Sol~". The mention of her nickname caused a slight hiss, lips pursing angrily.
"I don't see why you hate us all...-" Henry muttered, a purely false look of sadness creeping onto his expression as he stepped around her carefully.
"We are 'Family', Sol."
The simple idea she had any link to him was repulsive, the thought alone breaking her usually cool façade as her lips twisted into a scowl, brows furrowed. Isolde shifted, turning her head so she observed him without turning fully.
"We are not. You are just a little pest that Alaric and Julia fin useful. A pawn so they don't have to dirty their hands..." She couldn't help but spit it out, venom coating her words.
"And once you are no longer useful, you will be nothing.". Much to her delight, Henry had turned around with a vicious scowl, twisting her own into a look of delight and amusement.
"Hard truth, 'Brother'?"
Isolde found herself calming, her posture visibly relaxing as Henry released a feral snarl, only to twist and storm off a few seconds later to leave the site, most likely to head back to where Nox primarily resided, hidden away. A soft chuckle broke her steely mask as she stretched her arms out for a moment, feeling a mental exhaustion settle from just laying eyes on her so-called 'brother'. At least, he was gone though. Recently painted red nails lazily adjusted the buttons on the cuffs of her black, long sleeve shirt as she glanced around cautiously. There was a few vampires littered around here and there, the rest she assumed were out hidden and watching for any type of threat to the plans.
Guard dogs essentially.
Like the rest of the vampires scattered around, Isolde was clad in formal professional clothing in the standard monochrome colours. On top of her black shirt was a white waist coat with very thin black pinstripe detailing and matching smart, fitted pants with a pair of simple heeled black boots. As professional looking as always it seemed. Though it differed, the other vampires were dressed much the same.
"Knew I should I swapped the colours..." She grumbled, finishing her adjustments as she swiped some of the shoulder length blonde locks from her face.
"This is just going to get dirty, I know it." Isolde looked at her outfit longingly before shrugging...She would buy another if needed. Turning to one of the other vampires on scene, Isolde shifted back to her previous mask.
"I am going to check in the back. Keep an eye out here and make sure to keep me updated." Her tone allowed no warmth, her gaze threatening as she stared the others down before departing to the back rooms of the building.
It didn't take long for the blonde to wander into the barely lit rooms, with only a few candles scattered around to cast a dark orange hue into the lifeless and stale space. The doors opened with the sound of metal scraping on concrete, Isolde in comparison, stepping through silently as the orange glow was cast across her visage. Despite the odd sound of shifting limbs or quiet whispers, the room seemed to drain the life out of all who entered as cages, steel bars, lined any free space which cast its inhabitants in further darkness as even the flimsy candles failed to reach there. Isolde could only wonder if it was to give them false hope that the Nox allowed the candles to stay but remain out of their reach. The dark did seem to frighten other some species, Isolde noticed, but it was the loving domain of the vampires.
She took a few seconds to study the room before she headed forwards while taking a shallow breath. Despite her goal here being mainly to mess with Nox and disrupt their plans, even Isolde felt disgust at their actions. It was barbaric. It was going to drag every member of Nox, one day, to their deaths when their leaders foolishness and arrogance meant they stepped a line they could not retreat from. She swallowed, brows furrowing as she headed over to one of the corners in the room.
"Where to start..." Scanning the mainly empty enclosed spaces, Isolde noted a few where she could hear the faint beating of hearts and make out the curled up forms of, even in the darkness. Stepping quietly over to the first one she began to work on the locks. It took a while, especially since she had to work quietly but she eventually settle the last heavy lock onto the ground and turned to the people who stood at the open doorways.
"Okay, now listen to me...Don't try to run yet. They will hear you. Soon there will be a power cut and then you run. Your captors will be distracted so you need to use this time to run fast and far. Grab a candle and get out of here, there are people that'll take you out of here."
The small group of seven or so nodded, some more hesitantly than others considering with each word the glint of fangs were visible from between bloody red lips. The only thing that led them to even faintly listen instead of screaming was the fact she released them and promised freedom.
"Good. Now wait here for a few minutes.". Isolde furrowed her brows slightly, observing them all before turning around to leave while she took her phone from her pocket. A few swipes later it was unlocked and she opened a contact and chat log. A completely blank log with a single name at the top.

Released them. Your turn.]
Pressing send, Isolde continued her hurried path back to the heavy door while shoving her phone away once more. Her steps, however, was halted then a frail hand grasped at her own. The vampire froze, eyes widening as fear briefly lit up her gaze as it slid to the young child that grabbed her hand. Instantly, Isolde was visibly on edge as her thoughts raced at how easily this human could get hurt, causing a disruption in her composure.
"M-miss...T-There is someone else...In the cells..." The girls voice was quiet but her senses, more advanced than a mortals, picked it up easily and a frown took over parted lips.
"Another...?". Silently cursing the vampire organisation, Isolde studied the child carefully before gently pulling her hand out from her grip and softly ruffling the girls messy hair for a moment.
"Okay...Don't worry...I will go get them out as well.".
It was quickly after she spoke that she shot out of the room as her composure remained briefly shot. Isolde did not know how to handle children at all - they were so small and reliant that it freaked her out. Not that she would admit it. In a few moments the power would go out and Dimitri's men would flood the building and take out the Nox members inside. She was supposed to fake her involvement in the fight to keep the Nox's suspicion from her... But, she couldn't leave one here and release the rest. It would be giving the Nox a win she wouldn't be able to sleep knowing. A sigh escaped her lips as she grumbled, turning around and heading deeper into the warehouse to find the cells.
Her steps had fallen into a sprint once the power running through the warehouse was cut, Isolde's hearing catching the muttering of the other vampires in confusion along with the sound of Dimitri's men entering inside and the fight engaging. Finally finding the cells Isolde hurried over to the only one that wasn't left open, approaching with slower steps till she was close enough to begin fumbling with the lock. It took a few seconds for her to decide that this was taking to long and she enclosed the lock with her grip, applying her strength behind her gasp till it began to curl in on itself, eventually coming free of the door. Isolde tossed it carelessly to the ground beside her as she pulled open the door, caution now influencing her movements till they were slower, more drawn out to suit the human eye.
"Hello?..." Stepping inside slowly she took note of the girl, raising her hands carefully till they were completely visible and unarmed. She wanted to get the girl out and free, not to freak her out and make this harder.
"Can you talk? Stand up? I need to know so I can get you out of here quicker."
