I nodded and started moving in that direction. "It's good that you are smiling again Jo. I hope this helps, I really do," I told her pulling my coat tighter around me as the evening air hit me. "Let's hurry up, it's really cold out here," I warned and started to walk backwards as I waited for Jo to catch up with me. I bumped into a lamp post doing this and couldn't help but let out a small giggle before straightening my face again. It felt strange to act so girlish, but I was determined to figure out a way to get Jo to be happy.
