"Thank you, that means a lot," Fliss sighed and took a small sip of the hot tea. It was warm and comforting, and most important of all, calming, which was what she needed right now.
Bailey was calming too, he always was. He was this big somewhat scary looking guy but he was so sweet and calm and patient. He always listened to her, whether it was minor complaints or big things that had affected her for years, like now. He was just such a good person and Fliss was so happy to have someone like him in her life.
"I guess sometimes it makes me feel like maybe I'm a bad person for not reaching out to her anymore, I used to for so long you know, but the fact that our relationship kind of died I think speaks more about her than it does me," Fliss explained, "I know it doesn't actually make me a bad person, but it's also hard not to want to have her in my life. Even if she has been distant I love her, and she has had her moments when she has come through,"
