-PLOT/SCENE/SETTING-

Section One:
After a long drawn out expedition from Canonica (Large city in Ridian Vincula) to Bellatrix the young lad became fairly weary; exausted. Escaping the last town he was in seemed impossible, people hot on his tail.

Leaving the enemy far behind the story is to take place in Bellatrix, a town spread out making it look bigger than it should be. Even with the town spread out the scenery comes off as something simply beautiful, the stunning craftsmanship praised by most architects. The luminescent glow caused from the moon rising into to sky blankets the buildings and other structure's with a welcoming light. With night descended Nixon's convinced things are looking average. Will he run into anyone he can trust or is he going to keep his distance like an old hermit. Nevertheless the air remains warm as lights in the large town flicker on; firefly's buzzing through the sky gleaming here and there.

[Part Two]
(Anyone Welcome, Please Private Message Me If Curious)

Brief Description of part one:
After the unpremeditated reunion between Nixon and Miharu (two siblings) unforeseen events soon took place; these events interrupting an important episode in Nixon's life while creating new bonds between others. What was originally deemed to be two fused into four, Racutio and Barry joining forces along side Miharu and Nixon.

It all began when he managed to lose the agents that were on his trail back in Canonica, creating a ruckus Nixon was able to hitch a ride with a stranger to the beautiful town of Bellatrix. Once reaching the town the different edifices captivated him, complex designs capable of making any architect dream. Due to the elaborate settlement Nixon felt he needed to explore, examining every little feature. While carrying out this action he happened to find himself at a four way intersection where deja vu collided with the 18 year old.
After the odd occurance at the four way intersection Nixon's next stop was the market where the weekend festival took place, in that location he caught hold of someone or something quite familiar. With quick reactions and pushing away the nervousness he approached that which was so recognizable; the girl turning out to be someone of relation; his sister. While talking to her in an ally which she dragged Nixon within to conceal him they realize they must come up with a plan in order to act fast, the agents working for Griffith made an appearance in Bellatrix.. Little did they know there were two other individuals distracting the evil men, Barry a locksmith/mage and Racutio, a warrior built to kill.
The other two men noticed that the guy the agents were looking for was in the alley with Miharu. With that the warrior and the locksmith confront Nixon with questions bombarding him only to find out he's the brother of Miharue; deep conversation and planning brings about a method to slip out of the danger zone. With all working out as planned while killing all seven operatives under Griffith the four manage to get out of Bellatrix safely.

Now joined together what escapade lay next as they move around from one place to the next? Who will they run into, what crusade will they undergo?

Plot:
A rather disturbing difficulty arises while on the road to the closest town or village; the SUV used to transport them breaks down along the side of the road. Surrounding Nixon, Miharu, Racutio and Barry lies dense tree cover. This would be Heliconia Linum, a cryptic forest blanketed by fog, the sound of a river taunting them off in the distance.. Will they run into any new individuals whom are friendly or will they find themselves fighting off beasts?

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Walking through Bellatrix everything seemed as if it was a fantasy, he's never been in a place like this before and from the looks of it everyone prefers the night time rather than the day. That or there could be some sort of celebration, after all there were quite a few people dressed up in intricate outfits. Nevertheless Nixon was glad he got here in time; the different social functions in Bellatrix will help conceal him if the individuals back in Canonica happen to show up. Still in deep thought he places his hands in the pockets of his intricate green coat as he then decides to walk down the sidewalk watching all the other creatures happily prance about. Since he's here he might as well stick around, he's curious and wants to adventure through the town some.

Reaching a four way intersection he turns his head to the left letting his pale green eyes scan over everything. "Hmm seems safe that way," he says to himself as he changes the direction his body faced to take in everything on the right. Debating which way he wants to go he keeps his sense of hearing at its fullest listening to whats going on around him. The street light casts an illuminating glow around Nixon making his velvet green top hat and stylish light coat with tails on the back appear as if he's glowing. The effect created because of the type of material his outfit is made from, the velvet will reflect light if hit just right.

(Everything from here on out is IC, going to make an OOC thread for the "Ridian Vincula Chronicles".)

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

The wind caught the girl's hat, a pink top hat that now rolled along the ground at a quickened rate. "Aye…" She raced after it bare toes pressing along the stone ground she darted past people, her elbow's gently nudging others out of the way. Finally the hat rolled past a four way intersection and a younger boy followed behind her. "Miharu wait up." She stopped dead in her tracks and smiled gently "Astral, you have to learn to keep up." She had caught the hat, thank goodness. Dainty hands leaned down and picked it up, she dusted it off placing it back on her head tilted so the brim would hide ice blue eyes. She looked down to the five year old that now tugged at her dress jacket. "Pick me up Miharu." She laughed lightly and lifted the child… "Well what would you like to do now Astral?" She looked at the little one.

Bellatrix had been home now for six months, she lived with a family, just up on the hill and trained with them in a new magic… as it was she was an earth bender, but wind, was her next best friend well at least when it was not stealing her hat and running away with it. But she did stop, spotting the boy in green, she tilted her head lightly why did he seem so familiar? She shook her head realizing she had caught her own self starring… the young one in her arms broke her chance "Miharu, I want to go to the market." Miharu smiled lightly "Alright Astral, we will go." She set the boy down and took his hand, walking in the opposite direction as Nixon had gone, with the slightest glance over her shoulder. One thing she had learned is she could no longer stop and ask everyone she got a 'feeling' over. A lot of times it got her in trouble.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

((I saw the OOC and was planning to sign up, but I'll post now and just wait until the OOC is posted if that's okay ^_^ ))

Raiden took each step through Bellatrix slowly. He had to stop to take in what he saw. So many races he had barely seen before. All of them new to him. Raiden was a hunter, which was human with a few extra skills that average humans didn't have. There weren't that many hunters in the world. Raiden was probably the only one in Bellatrix. He kept his bow and arrow hung on his shoulder and his quiver hung off of his other shoulder, because he was only a hunter he would see reason to fight if he ran into the wrong parts of town.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

As Nixon stood there looking down the street with his body placed next to a stop sign something odd was about to occur. This odd occurrence itself is something he can't feel and is so tiny and insignificant he himself doesn't notice it. "Well now, I could travel the direction I checked out first which is the left or I could..." Deja vu made it's appearance, Nixon's ears ringing as everything started to blur together. His words were cut off, stopping in mid sentence his eyes held the visual aspect of being dazed. Only lasting for a couple seconds Nixon feel's like he missed something thus becoming rather aggravated with himself. "What the hell?" His tone held a hint of bewilderment, his body still facing the right as the laughter of a small child echoed in the distance. Light green iris's nearly white with a black outline take in the flicker of a shadow; the shadow leaving in a hurry. At that second Nixon had made his decision.

He could see the lights, he knew he was close and the sound of music and laughter was growing louder every second. Nixon chose to go right, the same direction the laughter of the child back at the stop sign came from. He didn't mean to go this way but felt he needed to, it was like a magnet had pulled him in the direction of the festivale. Rounding a bend he passes by a hut, the celebrations format - general appearance - comes into plain view after reaching a certain point. "Hmm, this looks quite interesting." Uttered softly the comment was merely a whisper, there seemed to be nobody close enough to hear him; the frequency he used was louder then a whisper but only by a tad. Smiling one foot rises only to collide with the ground again, the movement creating a walking action making his way into the mystical market. Beauty was all his eyes happened to capture, one frame however seemed to stick out from the others that passed by or moved about. This detail he caught was the physical structor of another appearing to be dressed quite similar to him in style. "How fascinating."

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

The lights all around the town of Bellatrix would flicker for but a moment unnaturally, and then return to their normal glow. A dimensional distortion. Above the festival, high on a rooftop, a rift between space and time would be wide open at a size of two feet wide, and over six feet tall. From the rift, out would step a man. That man, would be none other than Racutio. The rift would close just as quick as it appeared, and Racutio would look around from the rooftop, looking down on the festival, and all the different people and beings dressed in bright colors and clothes. Racutio would then look up at the night sky, taking note of the different astronomy in this dimension, as well as all the different star and planet placements. He'd chuckle a little in excitement. "Heheheh. I knew coming here was going to be awesome." He'd say. His voice defined and proud. Like that of a hero or a veteran warrior. A voice filled with experience, and honor. But even still, it was casual. He'd rub the back of his head, and the breeze would pick up at the height he's at, making his loose blue hair and thick brown jacket to move in the wind. His eyes would glow for a brief moment, and he'd look down at when he's sensed. "Hmm...?" He'd look directly at the young man in green who just exited a side-street to enter the main street where the festival is taking place, and he'd turn his eyes to look at who or what has caught his attention. And he'd see who it was. A young woman in a similar outfit as the young man in green, but in pink and white. Racutio would rub the back of his head, then look down at his own attire, and sigh slightly. "Damn it...Looks like I'm not dressed for whatever is going on down there." Racutio would shrug. "Guess it really doesn't matter. I'm travelling after all, and don't exactly know the customs of this town." Racutio would look down again, and his eyes would stop glowing. He'd turn around and walk in the other direction, towards where the fire escape might be. He'd come to the other side of the roof, only to find there's no fire escape on this old building. "Haven't these people learned emergency architecture yet? Eh. Maybe this town is just too damn old. Or it's just this building. Whatever. I'll get down my own way." With that, Racutio would step over the edge, and drop, falling several feet to the ground, he'd land in the alley below, and the concrete would crack, split, and shatter under the weight of his drop. He'd lift his right foot, and tap the toe of his shoe to get the concrete dust off of his shoe and pants, and then he'd do the same with his other shoe. He'd then go back to standing normally. He knew nobody would've heard him or seen him back here. Especially over the sounds of the festival. He'd place his hands in his jacket's pockets and walk out into the main street. He knew that his hair and eyes were going to be a dead giveaway he's not human, but he didn't care at the moment. He just wanted to explore and get to know this world. He'd make his way over to a nearby stall that's selling festival goods. He'd rub his chin in thought and curiosity. He needed to find a place to buy a weapon to take back home first. That was his first objective. To gain a weapon in this world to use while he's here. He wouldn't pay any mind to the people who are now staring at him, due to how much he stands out in the crowd. He had an objective right now he planned to fulfill. He'd turn and make his way down to street through the crowd, headed north, looking in both directions often for a weapon shop on the main street.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

"Miharu" The child's voice called out as the two milled through people, he was stopped at a stand and pointing at a bear... She smiled softly "Do you wan't that Astral?" The boy beamed up at Miharu and gave her a quick nod "Yes please." the exchange of coin for the bear was quick. Before they moved on at the moment. They wanted to find food, the swirl of laughter, and yell's over a crowd where magical, the people here were unique each one possessed their own abilities, each one could be severely feared. Miharu's bare toes caressed the ground and her pink hair swayed back and forth along her back. She held Astral's hand as the brand new bear now drug along the ground.

The time passed on and Miharu couldn't help but think of the boy she had saw on the street prior, he seemed so familiar to her... There was something that simply tugged, even still she tried to brush it off, it was a call that she could not deny... She looked down to Astral "Should we go home soon, dinner will be ready." The little one nodded and held his hand up to her "Carry me?" She smiled "All the way home?" The boy nodded "yes please, Miharu." She would kneel and rest him on her back, before making her way through the crowd further. She wanted to head home... So instead of continuing into the bustle of people she turned and went back the way they had come, she had studying to do as it was, so perhaps it was take her mind off the eerie tug.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Barry had lived here a good portion of his life in the beautiful city of Bellatrix. Tonight was a special night. It began as a celebration of the towns construction, but later turned out to be a massive festival, honoring not only the city, but the people who built it and all they went through. Complete with carnivals, theater shows, costumes and more, this was by far the most important day of the year for many who live here.

This was a good night for Barry. While everyone was out at the festival, no one was looking for a locksmith, and since Barry was the best in the city, some would even say the world, he was the man to go too. Hanging around the main entrance of the city, Barry could be seen practicing his barrier magic. He wasn't great, mediocre, but he wanted to get better, so he can create better locks, and break stronger ones.

A group of men came walking up to the city. They were all dressed in black, and, as far as Barry could tell, all human. Before the men could stroll up to the city, Barry placed a visible barrier in front of them, earning him the gaze of the entire group. By his count, Barry could see seven individuals.

"Where you fellows from?" Barry would ask, attempting to keep the suspicion from his voice.
"We are looking for a man." A larger man responded.
"That's not what I asked." Barry grumbled, becoming irritated with the men.

This was a good time for criminals to come into the city. It's not heavily guarded, and most people are at the center of the city for the festival.

The large man that answered before looked back at the group. After a brief moment he said, "We are from Canonica, looking for an escaped criminal. He was last seen wearing green, and he has pale skin. Have you seen him?"
"Now, I ain't the authority here, so you'll have to wait until after the festivities have commenced, just so you can better have the attention of the Guard when you talk to them about cooperatin'. The festival will be done by the morn." Barry isn't one for battle, but he's not one for letting criminals have their way, so he was being suspicious, and, if they were who they said they were, then he did the right thing making them wait. Either way, Barry moved in front of the main entrance to bar their way.

The large man looked at his group, then they did something Barry didn't expect. They sat down, right there in the road, as if to wait there until the festival was done. Barry wasn't getting any sleep with the festival going on, so, after a brief moment of surprise, a slight nod of his head, he went back to practicing his magic, listening to the music in the background as the night went on.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Watching her as she turns and walks away he feels like there's something he needs to do; the likes of which involves some how creating a distraction or way to stop her. Nixon must act fast, he doesn't want to scare her but he wants to speak to the woman who seems so familiar. His whole idea involves a simple question maybe more, the only problem is the fact that he doesn't want to scare her. Some creatures or beings are susceptible to fright and others simply take things the wrong way. Breaking the stillness that ran through his body he decided to go talk to her. his hands jet for the pockets of his coat just as he starts moving. The tips of his fingers had grown cold, the black cotton gloves with the tips cut off at the second knuckle don't aid his hands much.

Strolling across the small open space the air smelled of many different scents, being a Secta
(custom race which I made up, characteristics of a vampire and elf but not the same) he is capable of smelling things that some cant. He's able to also see and hear better than anyone else but sometimes those two things are selective; he will ignore something that he either feels is insignificant. "Ahh rose, lavender, orange." Within his mind he named off a few aromas, a way to calm his mind; his heart aflutter.

"What the? Rather mystifying if I do think so myself" The words said within his head, nobody else able to hear what he had to say about the male who appeared on the roof top. Nevertheless it didn't stop Nixon from moving in on the woman.

"Excuse me?" Nixon made contact with the young lady, his first thought was the fact that she wasn't much smaller than himself. His review creating another realization, she's also young. Nixon had detected this earlier when he first saw her. Deep in his mind he was slamming himself with unsympathetic comments; he wasn't pleased with how he had attempted to get her attention.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

The girl hummed lightly to herself, a tune that was so calming to her ears, the sounds of laughter, and the festival's excitement seemed a bit far behind her at this point, she was lost in thought. The child rested on her back, head resting against her shoulder blades as he rocked his feet back and forth, bear barely hanging by two finger's. A smile over her shoulder she gently took the bear so that he could hold onto her a bit better. "Astral, are you falling asleep?" she tilted her head gently, to glance behind her as best as she could, little pointed ears twitching as she smiled. The child nodded but he pointed as Miharu heard a voice say 'Excuse me.' "Miharu, I think he is talking to you." The five year old's voice was winy and obviously tired, but to be stopped on the street so suddenly, it seemed to be important to Astral that she give the voice the time. A icy gaze swept over the source of the voice... She froze and looked him over.

The boy was unnervingly dressed like her, from the top hat to the frilly outfits that were worn, they were made to stand out... With bright color's and a sense of class. It made sense, Miharu, and her brother as well would have come from royal lines... even in this age, the idea of standing out and being noticed thrilled her. But this, this was near to much. She took in the points of his ear's and the glisten of his eyes... There it was, that tug and thump in her chest that screamed DeJavu. Wind danced with pink hair and she blinked, so suddenly she seemed fine, she had realized she was starring and felt like a fool. A voice, warm, gentle and mousy pooled off her lip's tongue rolling to form words, that in her head seemed jumbled although she was entirely clear.
"Hello, Sir, what can I do for you." Astral slid off her back and took the bear racing off through the crowed. "See you at home Miharu." He waved and ran off leaving her standing there. The city streets were safe enough she was not at all worried about him getting lost, or hurt.

With this Miharu watched Astral vanish into the sea of people, her hearing twitched not all to far from her and the boy's location... 'Last seen wearing green, pale skin' key words that caught her ear's... She looked to the boy in front of her and grabbed his wrist so suddenly, so swiftly that it would catch anyone off guard. With this she would drag him back through the crowed, she knew the locksmith, he was good, but for him to be blocking anyone off? Well that made her wonder... The very second she could she pulled the boy in green through an alley and pressed him against the wall holding her finger to her lip she would peek about the corner ensuring they weren't followed.
"Who, are you?" she finally asked curious now, not only did she seem to know him, but there were people looking for him... this in itself was all well a new twist to the night.

Racutio would continue to make his way down the main street, now entering the main market district, and he'd finally spot what he was looking for all this time. A two story building that looks much like the other structures of the town, with a large steel sign with a gold letters that would catch anyone's eyes, "Bellatrix Armament Emporium." Racutio would grin from ear to ear in excitement. "Perfect. This shop looks hell'a successful, too!" Racutio wouldn't delay at all in running up to the shop's door and turning the knob to head inside. He'd immediately notice all of the finely crafted weapons lining the walls, shelves, and racks, all around him as soon as he entered. His eyes would light up again and begin to glow with excitement, with a smile on his face. He'd start walking around, his head turning all the time to take in everything he sees. He'd soon be interrupted by a hulk of a man behind the counter. "Never seen a young'un so excited to see my work before. You ain't a normal bloke, that's for sure." Racutio would instantly turn his head to look at the man. Instantly observing he's a larger man, in his older years, with a long, thick white beard that neatly braided in the way of the warrior, but moreover, braided to be out of his way when he's working, more like. He'd be wearing a thick black apron, with a dirty white shirt, turned gray from years of work. His build is twice that of Racutio, but he knows that this man gained his strength through years of forging. Racutio would smile and walk up to the counter. "No, you're definitely right. I'm not normal at all. Normal is such a misused word now adays though. But the reason I'm so captivated is clearly because of your work. I mean, I've only seen weapons crafted this well over seas! Your work is incredible!" The man would laugh, and share Racutio's grin now. "Well, I'm glad my work is appreciated so much by you my boy! It's not often that people still respect the old ways and the crafts of the ancients! So, what're you here for on the day of the festival? I had more business this morning than tonight, but I'd expected much more on the night of the festival." Racutio would reach right hand up to his chin and rub it in thought. "I found that a little odd myself. I mean, all of this? It's works of art, every single one! As for what I'm here for, well, I'm sure that's obvious." Racutio would place his hands on the counter with a grin, leaning in a little closer. "I'm here to buy a couple weapons, of course. Your best knife and firearm." The man would smile and make his way to the back of the store. "Hold on a moment. I have exactly what you need in the back." Racutio would go back to looking at all of the weapons in the store around him, and his wave his hand dismissively. "Take your time. I'm still enjoying all of the art in the room." Racutio would close his eyes after observing the whole shop three times, and breathe in the warm air of the shop. He was taking in the soul energy in the air, looking for souls of interest in the city. Eventually, he'd find a few hostile souls at the entrance of the city, with a rather intriguing soul not far from them. He'd then let his senses wander back to closer to him, and he'd find the souls of the two he saw earlier today. The boy and the girl. The girl had a companion, filled with potential on her back. Lots of potential. Both the boy and the girl as well, had souls stronger than many of the others. After observing the souls, he'd open his eyes, and his attention would return to the shop. And not at a moment too soon. The man would come back, holding a large black case with two runes on it. One for darkness, and the other for fire. Both would glow with their prospective categorical elements. "These are what you're looking for..." With that, he'd open the box, and reveal a large black knife. The blade sheathed in a black, gray, and silver sheath, at a length of eight inches. Next to it, would be a gun forged from what looks to be the precious metals taken straight out of a volcano. The gun would have volcanic rivets all over it, with glowing red volcanic energy flowing through the gun, pulsating with heat. The gun would have the make, shape, and design of a magnum, with the combined design of an automatic pistol as well. It too, is in a holster of the same make and design. Racutio's eyes would go wide and he'd grin. The old man would smirk and cross his thick arms over his chest. "This finely made duo is Shade-maker and Red Tempest." Racutio would reach into his jacket and pull out a thick and filled black bag, bulging with coins. He'd drop it on the counter next to the case, and open the bag. "Two-thousand gold ones. On me for these two. One-thousand each is what they're worth to me." The old man would nearly shit three bricks, his eyes wide as hell. He'd look at the bag, then back at Racutio, then the bag again. "T-T-Two-thousand gold pieces?! That's...That's enough to invest in shops all over the continent!" Racutio would raise an eyebrow, with a smirk on his face. "Think of it as an investment. I want to see your craft ascend. So, is it enough for them?" The man would nod furiously. "Of course my boy! They're yours! All yours! If there's ever a way I can help you in your travels again, don't hesitate to let me know!" Racutio would quickly fasten the weapons to his belt, and wave on his way out the door. "Of course! You'll see me again to be sure. The name's Racutio, by the way." He'd open the door, and the man would shout to him from across the store. "The name's Talvar! Do come back my boy! Your business and respect will always be welcomed here in Bellatrix!" Racutio would turn to look to the way of the hostiles he sensed. He'd crack his neck both ways, then make a mad dash down the street at an extreme sprint, much like a blur, flying past the festival patrons with extreme dexterity, untouching them. He'd see a wall to scale in an alley, and he'd make a run for the opening in the crowd, running past them. He'd dash up the wall, and jump, landing on the roof with a thud, he'd start running from roof to roof, making great time on his way to the entrance, ready to test these bad boys out. A grin all the while on his face.

Meanwhile Racutio has just bought some weapons and wants to test them out, the quesiton is, on who? This night in Bellatrix holds nothing but suprises. What will come of Nixon and Miharu after they find out their secret and what will the two others do when they realize the said prisoner is Nixon himself. Will they believe the secret agents or not? And what will come of the strange looking men in suits anyway, will Racutio kill them or are they going to try and get in? Questions arise and answers will come.))

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

As the music begins to die, a faint hinting of the early morning light means the festivals nearing it's end. As the entrance guard returns the black suited men rise, walking to talk with the guard.

"Hey, Barry! Morning fellow, and thanks for the upgrade on the house! My wife feels really safe now." Says Brine, the guard, scrawny and not very intimidating, but more than useful in a fight. "Hey, would you mind being this fine group's escort? The boss hasn't been happy with me lately, says next time I leave my post I better find work hunting monsters or something." Says Brine with a silly concerned smile.

With a sigh Barry replied, "Yeah, Brine, you really should stop slacking, it's no good for yer health!" Turning to the group, "Now here's how it's going down, you search and do what it is you do, and I'll just walk behind you. Now listen here, there be a reason that there guard trusts this task to me, now, if'n you don't want to find out what it is I was practicing all night long, I suggest we just be friends, good listening friends at that."

As they begin their search, Barry gives Brine a pat on the back and says heartily, "Tell your boy I said hi now, ya hear?" With a hearty laugh they set off into the city, politely knocking on doors at the locksmiths request, searching people's homes with their permission, usually with the help of a nod from Barry.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Nixon didn't expect such reactions to take place from the youthful woman who's not much older than he is. This counter action consisted of her grabbing him by his arm to drag him into the closest ally. The whole time he didn't know what to expect, was she going to harm him or simply ask a question? He wanted to plant his feet and stop her from any further actions but he was awfully astonished. Nevertheless it made his mind rush with different possibilities; formulating a scheme that will take effect once he figures out what it is she wants with him.

"Ummph" The sound escapes his lips once she pressed him up against the wall, his eyes searching her for answers. As he scans her he couldn't help but notice her checking around the courner, what was the point? After all Nixon already knows the men are there and he isn't surprised. Forcefully he steps forward creating space between him and the wall of the building she had pushed him up against as his right arm rises from his side. He was about to do something he would never expect. Pale fingers with black nail polish on his fingernails grip her hat as he removes it to reveal her ears, the similarity the first hint in what he was searching for.

"Well that answers only half of my question," he says in a soft tone to keep his voice from being heard by anyone else. "Now let me see your teeth, I already got a glance but I want to see it right here so I can get a better observation." Nixon was looking for two small pointy fangs on the top and bottom, the teeth resembling a vampires. "Oh and one more thing, I already know about the men looking for me. They are moving through the city as we speak, I can smell them. Now show me your teeth, oh and one more thing, the names Nixon Saoni." Standing there with her hat in his hand his green hues nearly white burn into her eyes with inquisitivness as he braces himself for what is to come next. If she is who he suspects her to be then he must act fast; cauntious of the male on his way towards the agents Nixon keeps his senses open and alert. The sky over head showing a lighter atmosphere, this proving morning is just around the courner.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Miharu waited ever so patiently for the boy to respond, but all that came next shocked her beyond compare... When he reached for her hat she scrambled for it trying to take it back, pink hair falling around pointed ears "have you lost your mind?" She froze looking at him, as the next question escaped him "My teeth?" She muttered lightly... An shook her head "No way, there is no chance that I will show you my teeth."

The moments ticked on, seconds stretched like minutes, and those minutes would seem like hours... Why, was he asking questions, let alone he made no sense he spoke of the men
"What, do they wan't with you?" That was her question, "and I ask you again who are you?" But faster then the sentence could escape her entirely he responded. She froze Miharu, the bubbly little agent, that normally had no issue in keeping a smile on her face froze and stumbled back a moment, almost as if she was going to faint on the spot her knee's began to shake and her palms cooled...her lip's faltered into a slight frown, and she looked for a moment as if she was going to strike him. The icy hues searched his gaze and she huffed and pulled his hat off his head inspecting his ears... He had the same eyes from what she could remember and with this she aimed to grip his shoulder and spin him around.

What came next would baffle them both... Miharu pounced him, embracing the boy in her arms in the tightest hug she could possibly muster, tears springing to her eyes. As she moved her hair danced behind her, and her dress fluffed outward bare toes hitting the ground she covered the distance between them in no time at all
"You have no idea how long I have been looking for you." with one more gentle squeeze she stepped back and adjusted her dress, handing him back the hat she had in hand and took her own, a snatch from his finger's that resembled a cobra's strike. She would fasten it back on her head, expertly over her ears and smile holding out her hand to him as if to shake his "I am Miharu Saoni, it is a pleasure, after long last to finally meet you all over again." Even still, she was worried about the men she had heard speaking. "What, kind of trouble have you gotten yourself into?"

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Racutio would leap and sprint from rooftop to rooftop with graceful agility and dexterity, following the souls of the men he sensed near the entrance of the town, all the while, his red eyes would be glowing. He'd keep running until he sees a old unused billboard in his way, and he'd skid to a stop. He'd look around, gathering that there's nobody in sight, he'd slowly back up a few steps, then he'd dash forward, and throw his shoulder forward, leaping through the heavy metal billboard, and tearing right through it, and flying out the other side. He'd soar through the air, keeping his arms wide and legs bent for the landing on the building several feet below. He'd eventually make contact with the rooftop, and he'd tuck and roll, doing a somersault onto the roof before quickly making his way back to his feet just as quick as his roll. He'd turn his head to the left to look right at the souls of the G-men in black, and he'd grin at how close he is. There were a few stories down now, within earshot. He'd make his way over to the edge of the roof, and he'd sidle up to an air vent the leads into the building he's on now. Then next one on their list. He'd wait patiently and quietly, until a knock comes to the door. He'd remain silent, keeping his concentration on the vent to hear the entire conversation. The door would open, and a woman would speak. "Yes? May I help you gentlemen?" Racutio would listen closely. "Yes ma'am. We're looking for a wanted fugitive. He's recently entered Bellatrix from Canonica. He's clad in green finery, dressed extremely well, with a green top hat, and has a neatly combed white haircut with green highlights, with eyes to match his hair. Have you seen this man?" Racutio would hear a paper being shown. Obviously the wanted picture they have on hand. But Racutio already knew who they spoke of. He'd seen him at the festival. Racutio would continue to listen closely. "Hmm. No, I haven't seen him. Bellatrix is a fairly large town after all. Perhaps you should try the main district. Lots of people frequent there." The sound of the paper being tucked away could be heard, and Racutio would rub the back of his head in thought, still listening. "Thank you for your honesty ma'am. The advisory is appreciated. If you see this man, please get to safety. He is considered dangerous." Racutio wasn't buying their story. Something was off about it all. He'd have to keep them preoccupied in this district until he can ask this fellow what these guys want him for. He'd quickly take his gun from it's holster, and aim over at a bush down on the street level that's away from people. He'd pull the trigger and fire a round off, and the gun would glow and fire a bullet covered in fire at the bush. As soon as the bullet makes contact, the whole bush would explode into flames, catching the attention of everyone in this district, and causing a wild panic. He'd take this chance to run and jump in the opposite direction to a nearby rooftop, then he'd jump off the roof and holster his gun in midair, and he'd do so just as he lands into an alley. He'd then make a mad dash, making his way toward's the main district where he'd seen the boy and the girl. After about two or three minutes, he'd come to the district, now homing in on their souls. He'd swerve out of the alley and down the street. He'd stop running now, as he's now walking distance to the boy and the girl. He'd hear them making conversation, and he'd not been a moment too late to hear their names. He'd hold his right hand up for a greeting wave, and he'd smile as Miharu asked what trouble Nixon had got himself into. "I'd like to ask that same question, kiddos." Racutio would place his hands in his jacket pockets. "Don't worry about me turning you in or anything. I know something is up with all this. I just want to know your side of the story, and why you think they might be after you, Nixon. I'm here to help." Racutio's smile would be sincere, and all the while, his red eyes would glow dimly. It was clearly obvious that he too is a special being like him. His blue hair, lightly tan Caucasian skin, and glowing red eyes, are a dead giveaway. Not to mention how built he is and the overwhelming aura he gives off. "Something truly tells me your a criminal for all the wrong reasons."

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

The explosion of fire set the group on edge. One of the men would call out orders, telling some to search here or there, others to clear the way forward so they could search further ahead. Barry follows them wherever they go, blocking their path when they would leave his line of sight, yelling at them, telling them to stay together so he can watch them, the men returning grunts at being barred from their search, yet still compliant.

As they made there way, Barry spotted Miharu and, who was that, the criminal? Miharu wouldn't associate with a criminal, would she? Barry had always prided himself on his judge of character. Not only does it make him one of the most well known citizens of the city, but it keeps him out of shady business deals. The look in Miharu's eyes says she knows the lad, and Barry couldn't just turn him in if he knew Miharu.

After a quick look around telling Barry that, though he was watching the group, the group wasn't watching him, so Barry silently stepped off to the side, making his way to Miharu and company. Prepared to fight if the two others were a danger to Miharu, Barry walked up to the group, asking, "Miharu, are you OK? You know there's a group of people saying that there feller is wanted?" gesturing towards the lad in green. "Now, I didn't tell those fine gentlemen over there I saw you, cuz I ain't have no reason to trust them, actually, they give of some kind of sinister feeling, like they ain't been telling the truth to everyone."

Barry hadn't known Miharu for but a few months, but he can tell she was a good enough person. Barry isn't one for breaking the law, but if these men are lying like Barry believes, he's willing to help. If the men aren't lying, Barry is ready to defend Miharu, muscles tense, readying magic while he waits for answers, as the sound of mayhem in the background dies, mages arriving to fight the fire and calm the people.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Nixon was rather surprised Miharu reacted the way she did, he expected her action to be more aghast. It's not every day your sibling shows up with government agents hot on his tail, not to mention how precise he was about everything. In the same breath he was happy, the second her body made contact with his in a tight hug he knew everything had clicked. Wrapping his arms around her he returned the same brotherly love, this affection only lasting a couple seconds. Stepping back to calmly rest upright against the wall of a building arms crossed along his chest he smiles. Nixon doesn't display the fact that he was teeming with joy, he had more important things to think of at this second.

"Well you see..." Nixon had been cut off from his sentence, the explanation for this is the loud crash he had heard followed by the smell of something burning. After three seconds of smelling this scent he realizes what it was; a burning bush. But wait, what's this. A confused look appears on his face as he tilts his head back slightly, eyes scanning the atmosphere. Not only did he detect the plant but he also picked up on a hint of gun powder. "Miharu, sister I'll explain late-" He heard the footsteps coming towards them, the characteristics of a well built male advancing upon him and his sister. He was able to tell the slight details just by how the different frequencies were created. Bringing his gaze to meet with the other creatures eyes Nixon came off as being somewhat defensive due to his body language. Pushing off of the wall with the heel of his right foot and his back Nixon places himself in the middle of the ally facing the male, his gaze cold, was this the cause of the fire? "Hmm, so here's the benevolent ssoul." Smiling Nixon brings both hands back to meet behind his back crossing in a rather elegant manner, his body language odd. His different stances when under pressure makes it hard to read him.

Just then another joins them, a male asking his sister if she was okay. Tilting his head to the side he scans the man from head to toe making sure he's one who can be trusted, the same going for the warrior. Satisfied with what he see's Nixon then steps back to place himself before everyone else.
"You see, those men there are after me. No, I'm not a criminal and I mean no harm to anyone." Taking a breath pain and anger builds up within him, the emotions noticeable through the tone of his voice and the compexion in his eyes. "They are under orders by a man named Griffith, a human scientist. He's after my DNA and will stop at nothing to get it." After finishing his sentence Nixon kneels down, anger building up each second. Amazingly though he remains calm, he's got to think fast. The young lad already coming up with a plan on escaping and taking everyone here in the ally with him. He know's the scientist will find out about them speaking with him and aiding him to get out of Bellatrix; Griffith will kill them for doing so. "We all need to get out of here, that crazy deranged man will kill you all for helping me. Not only that but even for conversing with me." Smiling he stands back up as his eyes jump from each individual before him. "Oh, and the names Nixon Saoni, Miharu's brother."
