Ridian Vincula Chronicles

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Miharu watched her brother, and the other's as they made their approach... Barry, she gave him a soft smile and a wave, she trusted that man, as many did more then maybe she should. As Nixon explained the situation and the issues at hand shaking her head "it's the very same reason we were separated when we were younger, our father, died trying to protect him, to keep him hidden." The girl shook her head lightly and she looked to Barry, they both knew the streets rather well. "Barry, get to the gates, don't let them see him." With this she would grab the other man's wrist and drag him along, so fast, he would not have time to argue. She had to go get Astral, she could not leave him on his own. She and the boy lived at a dojo not all to far, and normally, she was not so worried, but like her, Astral, had nobody else, he was an orphan and she swore to the five year old that if the time came that she had to leave, she would take him with her.

"Don't ask, just come, you have weapons, I don't have my guns, or my blade." She spoke she realized fast enough that this man and Barry where, her friends, her brother's friends they where not the enemy. The girl raced through the streets. Tugging the man along by the sleeve of his shirt. Long last she finally let him go and kept running, keeping to the alley's and the darker corners if she could, she didn't know why she was being so careful, but she did not want to be stopped at all costs. See the issue was, Miharu was physically incapable of lying so if she was confronted or if she was stopped and questioned she would not be able to lie to the men... This was part of her breed, it was simply well it could not be done, (This comes from her being partial fairy) This was part of the reason she drug the other man along, hoping and praying he would pick up on it.

At the top of the hill, she would race through the Dojo, bowing to the master as he stopped her in the door
"Your late for dinner Miharu, is everything ok?" She shook her head "Where is Astral?" The master smiled softly and pointed to another room where he laid asleep. She nodded... "Yes Master, it is time for me to go though." She moved down the hall and collected a small bag of coin as well as her weapons, two semi automatic pistols, that rested on either thigh, and a short sword on her back. She tied the coin to her hip and grabbed the teddy bear she had bought for Astral earlier that evening. With this it was simple really, the girl moved to pick up Astral, careful not to stir him as he slept placing her cloak over his shoulders she would then look to Racutio with a simple nod "Hmm. Let's go."

The Master looked at Miharu as she moved to leave the Dojo and stopped her for a moment, handing her a small pack and a simple satchel of coin
"I knew it would come in time, do come back and visit when you can Miharu, I hope you find your brother." She smiled lightly and took the supplies "I have, he is why I am leaving Master, thank you for your kindness and be well." The both bowed their heads to the other and she headed off, it was hard to decide really, to be in a hurry or not, it was going to be harder to run with Astral, so she prayed that she did not have to, that she and Racutio could make it to the gates without interruption or without delay.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Racutio got all the info he needed from Nixon within moments, and noticed the soul who was escorting the men who work for Griffith right away. He wouldn't question it, however, as he instantly took note that he's an ally of Miharu's, so he wouldn't question it. Almost as soon as he'd gathered all the information, he'd quickly be dragged along by Miharu. He had a feeling he knew what for. The little boy she was with. He'd keep pace with her as they ran down the streets up to the hilltop home. He'd nod his head in response to her. He knew her plight. He was the skilled warrior right now, after all. After a few minutes, she'd come back out with the boy. "I see you got everything you came for." He'd listen to her say it's time to go after a thought, and he'd laugh. "You sure you want to go? Don't want to grab some food while you're at it?" He'd say sarcastically out of humor to lighten the tension she was under. He'd smile and take his knife out, holding it with the knife facing down from his palm in the way of the assassin, gripped firmly in his hand. The blade being jet black, and covered in a shady aura. "The other's are waiting for us. Let's stick to the shadows and the alleyways. We'll get out faster that way. We'll commandeer an abandoned vehicle on our way out. Bellatrix is full of old unused things of all kinds from what I gather." With that, Racutio would take the lead, with Miharu running beside him. They'd both quickly turn down the alley on the left as soon as they came within distance. The sound of their footsteps is all that would be heard down the alleyways. Racutio would see a few fast moving souls up ahead, and he'd hold out his arm to stop her, both of them coming to a dead halt. He'd motion his hand, telling her to back up, and they'd take a few steps back. A few men in black, accompanied by two guards, would come rushing past. They'd stop after running past, getting ready to back track. Racutio would hold his right index finger up with his knife hand, and ever quietly say, "Shhh...This'll only take a moment. On my cue, down that alley next to you..." Racutio would point to the alleyway branching off just next to her, then he'd quickly stab his knife into the wall next to himself just as the men came around the corner, rushing into the alleyway. The whole alley would go completely black in an instant, filled with shadow. All that would be heard is a barrage of hits, and the sound of the two men in black going down, then two more consecutive hits, and the sound of all four bodies hitting the ground in but a moment. Racutio would tap her on the shoulder, and run back over to unhitch his knife from the wall, just as she runs down the alley. He'd smirk, looking down at the two men in black with their souls punched out of their bodies, dead, while the other two guards are knocked out from palm chops to the back of their necks. He'd chuckle a little and run down the alley with her, catching up quickly. He'd point to a nearby abandoned SUV up ahead in another alley that leads into the same street. "There! That's our ticket out of town!" Before she can make a retort, he jumps through the air, and leaps at the driver side window feet first, smashing through the window with ease, and with little sound from the glass breaking. He'd then unlock the car and start reaching under the dashboard quickly, hotwiring the car in seconds. And not a moment too soon, Miharu opens the back door and gets situation with Astral next to her, still asleep. He'd shift the SUV into first, and drive out of the alley as soon as her door is shut and they're fastened in. "The entrance isn't far. Hopefully Nixon and and that other guy are there by now! Stay low. They'll notice you, but I doubt they'll notice me." With that said, Racutio would pull his jacket's hood up, and he'd brush the glass off the window, making it look like the window is just down. Miharu would get low, and keep Astral low as well, as they make their way out of town, all the while, unnoticed by the guards and men in black, still searching, as they drive by as if they're just another normal civilian vehicle. The gate coming into view...

(Cut it off there so that you guys can get your posts in and meet up with us in the commandeered, unused vehicle. It's not theft if nobody owns it anymore. XD)

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

As Barry turned back the way he came, towards the gate to lead the friend of Miharu's to safety, trusting in his own ability to read Miharu's character, three of the group of men had spotted them. Turning back to the man in green, with a determined look Barry said, "You have to trust me." Grabbing the man's hand, Barry walked out into the open, letting go of the man when he saw the group. Waving his arms in the air Barry yelled to the men, "Hey! I found him! This is him, right? The man you're looking for?" Placing up his own wall, glass like and fragile looking, Barry turned to apprehend the man in green, only to be denied by the wall he created.

With a thud, Barry hit the ground, only to be followed by the group of men who hit the same barrier shortly after. Standing, Barry gave a wink to the man in green, saying to the men, "This way, I know a quick way around!" Barry took off a side street, leading the men away. After a few winding turns, Barry turned to the men. "Eh, guess this be it for you fellers. I can't in good conscience let you go any further." At this, the smallest man of the group raised his hands, shortly after spraying out flames from his hands. The heat poured over Barry's body just long enough to burn partway through his clothes before he put up a barrier. The wall wouldn't take much, it was meant to stop people, not magic, those barriers are more complex and take more time to assemble.

Barry took off around the corner, zigzagging towards the gate. Luckily for Barry they were outsiders, mindlessly following him for a lack of the city layout. After running down a long alley way, Barry pulled out a special lock he's been working on for some time. A customer special ordered this lock, which would deploy a neigh unmovable wall, about 10 feet tall, and reaching up to 20 feet in both directions, if it doesn't come into contact with other surfaces. Barry placed the lock on the ground, activating it when the men came close, forcing them to run back down the long alley, and then attempt to find their way out after that.

Exhausted, Barry made his way to the gate, chest and arms slightly singed, almost as if he'd been in a bad science experiment. The man in green should be here somewhere, but Barry didn't notice, he just sat down by the entrance, keeping watch for the men and the others.

Re: Ridian Vincula Chronicles: A New Path

Watching Barry disappear into the side street leaving him out in the open the young Secta know's what he must do, get to the meeting point immediately. Pushing off with his right foot he pivots around on the heel of his left to face another ally, like atomic energy his body bursts forward kicking up dust. Everything around him seems to blur as he moves, his eyes scanning for routes within that he could take. "Perfect," He says to himself noticing a nine foot high ledge. Racing for the wall he jumps the second he hits the right point using the momentum to then run up the wall, jetting up his arms reach for the edge of the ledge. As his fingers meet with the destine threshold he pulls himself up. Now nine feet from the ground he scans searching for a straight shot for the entrance, the meeting point.

"Splendid," he says to himself. Nixon had been crouching on the shelf found on the side of a building for four minutes before he saw what he was looking for. If he was to leap from the ledge clearing the wall separating the alley from the street he could run for another alley found twenty yards from him. From there he could jump over the wall placing himself on the outskirt of town. Smiling he stands up, "Here we go." Backing up he takes two steps and jumps clearing the wall, landing he rolls into the street as an on coming car swerves around him. Smiling he brushes hair out of his face as he stands up rushing for the alley, in his mind he hopes his sister and Racutio are safe.

Adrenalin, it was pumping through his veins as he reached the wall. Jumping he never made contact with the eight foot concrete divider, landing softly on the other side the welcoming feeling of being out of the danger zone made him smile. Before him was a ten yard straight shot for the meeting point which he knew he could get to with no problems. Breathing softly he smiles as he smells the familiar scent of the locksmith whom had distracted the Agents giving Nixon all the time he needed.
"Why hello friend," he says as he steps around a small structer, his eyes looking over the male from head to toe. "I see you got yourself into a skirmish with the agents." Turning his head he hears the sound of a vehicle coming telling him his sister and Racutio are close. "They're here."

-Walking down the road of what looked like a forest to one side, but to the other side was a lake of some sort, nothing he had reallyu seen before.. He wasn't looking for anything special except for a place to call home, or people to call friends. He had always kept in his mind that there was going to be something out in this world that he will finally be able to fit into. After a few miles of walking withing the forest roads, he rose his head up under his hoodie to notice a farley large gate that stoody high in the sky, the medal swirled around in unique designs, the enter held letters "RVC" right in the center, it looked as if it could open up in the middle by 2 gates. Running through his mind, he became curious to know what that was or what was behind it. Dropping his head back to the floor, he began walking forward towards the gate, his tail dragging across the road behind him, his arms crossed over his chest as if he was cold, but in the air wasn't a single tempeture drop of weather to be close to being cold. His feet drug in a leap as if hes feet were hurting from walking for days. He came to about 150 yards away from the entrance gate of this strange gate.-

As Miharu sat in the back of the SUV, the tree's passed and she took a long deep breath, she glanced to her brother with a gentle smile. So much time had gone by, and there was not even a glimpse of him, and now he was there. Her heart swelled with pride as icy seer's inspected him from head to toe. In the race against time with Racutio she had lost her top hat, she was going to have to get a new one somewhere along the line. Her dress was frazzled, and in truth for the first time she was in no mood to be constricted within a skirt. Her gaze shifted with a flicker to Astral, still sleeping leaned against her and sprawled out in every way he could, one foot on the leather, the other dangling and swaying back and forth with the bumps of the SUV's tires. Racutio had been driving for hours, the sun had tainted the darkness for awhile now, and she wondered if he needed to sleep soon. The icy blue hues shifted again, to Barry. The man had been Bellatrix's number one locksmith. He had kept the city, beyond safe and now... He was doing the same for Nixon, she couldn't help but smile to him. She had never expected one like him to stand up and say enough so easily. She had never expected him to runaway with the rest of them.

The SUV lurched, sputtered and steam rose, gracing the atmosphere a rise that definitely meant trouble. Miharu sighed as Racutio pulled over. With this she stepped out of the car... telling him to pop the hood. Yes, she was a girl, and no they were not used much within the entire nation, most traveled by foot, or horse back. But if there was one thing Miharu knew and well, it was engines. As a very audible click echoed through her ears of a popped hood she pulled it upward to be smacked within the face, a cloud of steam so warm it flushed her cheeks and shined her face. She stepped back and cursed silently. She then stepped back up and onto the bumper looking over the entire engine, she tapped her nail on the radiator cap... the entire radiator had been split. She groaned silently and shook her head.
"It's no wonder it's lasted this long." Her gaze swept to those who approached her. "We need a whole knew one, we may as well walk from here." She dropped off the bumper and glanced up beside them, a gate sat and she tilted her head 'RVC?' She wondered if it was a name, something of the like. She shrugged slightly and moved to the side of the car once more, she intended to collect Astral but something caught her gaze a form. Figure, moving on its own accord. This was no puppet, this was something else entirely. "Hm." She nodded and stepped back away from the black, hunk of metal again "Racutio." She called out and her dainty finger lifted pointing to the figure on approach. "I think, we may want to be a bit ready yes?" The ground trembled a bit beneath her feet "Nixon, stay hidden." She meant it to just for the moment.

Racutio would step out of the car, all the while, his carmine red eyes would be glowing brightly in the fog that is blanketing the neglected highway and the entire forest around them. He'd look to Miharu and then back to the others inside the car. "I haven't been this far out of Bellatrix. Wherever we are, we aren't gonna find a replacement of anything. You're definitely right. We need to walk from here, or find another mode of transportation somewhere..." Racutio would cut himself off just as she had noticed something, he also did. A sound, however. He'd turn to look in the direction she was looking, and he'd she the figure she saw, lumbering through the fog. He'd already be a step ahead of her, drawing his newly acquired gun and knife quickly, pulling his gun up to hold the figure in his gun's sights, and holding the knife under his gun hand with the blade pointed in the same direction as his barrel tactically. "Got it covered Miharu." Racutio would then make his way around the driver's side of the car towards the figure slowly. He was far from tired. He's gone days at a time on contracts and hunts killing things ten times as big as himself at times. He was known for his extreme endurance in the face of adversity and time. After all, he's ageless. He's had what seems like an eternity to build himself up for certain things. His work as an assassin made him especially good at going days at a time waiting for targets to appear where they should, and tracking some targets for days at a time. He'd aim the gun at the figure's head, and breath before finally speak out loud to the figure. "Hold where you are!" Racutio truly wasn't taking any chances right now. They'd just been chased out of town. A town he barely got to know for that matter, so right now, he was a little short with having any more delays or distractions. "If you go hostile, I won't hesitate to shoot you." He'd start to see more of his appearance, and to Racutio, this guy looked like he wasn't human, just like them. He'd lower his iron sights in his gun to get a better look at him, wondering what he is for a moment. "Who are you, and why the hell are you all the way out here in the middle of butt-fuck nowhere..." He'd say this completely straight faced, still keeping his gun pointed at him. So long as this guy didn't come at them, he wouldn't hurt him. He really didn't like the look of the whole situation. Car breaks down. In the middle of nowhere. This guy appears, lumbering like a zombie. All of it put him in a state of minor irritation. And Racutio hated being irritated...

After a nice short nap, resting from the fight with the mage back in the city, Barry wakes to see the man he learned to be named Racutio, at the ready, aiming a gun at some creature nearby. "Whoa, whoa, whoa there big fella!" Barry would say, stepping out of the vehicle. With a calm voice, trying to get a handle on the situation Barry said, "I may be a locksmith, but a part of my profession is something called barrier magic. No locksmith worth a damn would be caught without it. Not only does it make and break good locks, but it keeps the shop safe. If'n he does attack, I can put up a wall quicker than you can say Barry. So let's all be calm here, shall we?"

Taking a few slow steps forward, plenty confident in himself with his dealings at the shop, Barry would give the creature a smile, holding his hands to show that he doesn't have any weapons. "Take it easy feller, I won't be lettin' them there people take a swipe at you, ya hear? We broke down here runnin' away from some down right nasty fellas, and everyone just has a little case of the jitterbug ya see? I was just wond'rin' if ya might be interested in exchanging names and telling us why you be lurking about? I'm Barry!" All the while Barry would have made his way closer, holding out his hand in the age old sign of friendship, a handshake. All the while Barry was prepared for self defense if need be, holding a calm nerve and body, years of practice with dealing with shoddy looking, yet pleasant enough customers.

Nixon accepted anticipation; he knew the SUV was going to cashed in its chips sooner or later, three minutes before the cough and sputter of the engine he had made a statement involving how shitty machines can be. Not just any being could make sense of the exact sound to listen for but with Nixon; well he's certainly something else. He managed to detect the soft audible tone that's frequency vibrates so high it would have been a miracle for Racutio, Miharu, and Barry to hear. Normally he would have warned them, by the time the opportunity arose it was far to late. All the while a smile formulates on his face, he happens to notice they were in Heliconia Linum. Reason for the upturned corners of his mouth is because he knows some of this land and is aware of the fact that if one isn't careful they could either become lost or dead.

Leaning against the front right fender he watches as his sister investigates the piece of machinery. By no means has he been a witness to such a scene; that scene itself entailing his sister giving the engine of the vehicle a high maintenance check. what makes this so unusual is the fact that it's his sister he's watching instead of an actual mechanic. After all some people don't fit certain categories and this certainly is one that's quite, confusing. How many females simply act first jumping up to run an investigation verifying what's wrong with the vehicle. Again and again the 18 year old has stood by to witness nearly everything, this however was just plain alien to him. Nixon's fun about to be ruined by an intruder.

Hearing his sister tell him to hide Nixon becomes rather upset, after all she's of the same blood as him she should be suppressing her identity as well. Nevertheless he chooses to listen to her, backing up he steps around the front of the SUV to stand on the other side. Typically Nixon decides on another more suitable form of hiding but he's done enough of that lately. Smirking he finds his voice as he speaks from behind the SUV,
"Hahahaha, I can smell him, his scent." The second the last syllable passed through his lips Nixon crouched down only to thrust himself upward into a graceful leap; landing on the other side of the automobile his body had ended up off to the left making himself more open for an attack in the male was to engage in violent actions.

"This male isn't anything to worry about, or I don't find a reason to fear him anyways." Nixon tilts his head to the side, his top hat sliding off his head and into his already prepared left hand. "Please, step out into the open so we can get a better look at you all this hiding in fog bull shit is growing old." Nixon's eyes remained locked on the other, every physical motion the creature/being takes would register in the Secta's head telling him what he should do in response. Mist settling on his velvet green elegant top resembling that which a circus ringmaster would wear with the tails on the back. The focus in his eyes locked like a heat sinking missile while his body remains in a relaxed standpoint; pale hands down at his sides with black painted nails anxiously strumming against blue jeans. "I don't want to sound rude but I really hope you choose wisely."

[workonME]tophat0.jpg (Above: Nixon)

-The more he walked closer towards the gates, his tail grew more violent across the ground with slaps and scraps, indicating he was slighty excited from the voice he heard across the road he walked on. though he had a small feeling he had nothing to worry about, just as long as he kept quiet and out of business. Rising his head up above the beam of lights that radiated off the sun, he more of his figured showed to the others standing by the vehicle that had seem to broken down in the road leading to where he was heading. With a small lift to his left eye brow, the mist just around his figure would dispurse, putting his entire being now to visuralize to the man speaking out and the others next to him.-
"I'm not here for violents or for an attack, though I will if provoked." -He spoken, just enough for him to hear, the tone was calm but deep to show his aggressivness. A small burst of wind shouted out a few feet to blow a larger amount of the mist from his figure, his hands coming freely from his pockets to show he was unarmed and showed no threat towards them in anyway. Reaching to the end of the vehicle which they stood near, his hand came resting over the side of the truck, showing a biohazard tattoo mark over his hand, follwoing behind that was a sleeve tattoo of a zombie crawling from his skin, his jacket covered the rest of it to reveal the rest of the art work.-
"I see ya'll ran into a slight problem" He said. -his eyes locked towards the male that continued to stare at him, not knowing rather boku was good or evil.-

The girl took a single step back, allowing Racutio to do his thing. Miharu glanced at Nixon as he moved to walk away she nodded lightly giving him a gentle smile. It was an elder sister's instinct to protect her younger brother, they shared the same DNA yes, the same thing he was being hunted for but her's had been diluted luckily, it gave her different specifics, details that kept her under the radar, up until now. As Nixon jumped up onto the SUV and over it she cursed lightly. "Nixon." She whined slightly, but it was all right, he was a lot stronger then most would give him credit on first appearance.

As Barry stepped up she listened to him speak... As well as he brother. She would nod
"Hm." She was curious about the one on approach but they could not be to careful at this point in time, a lot had taken place. A situation they could not control. Finally as the man spoke she stepped forward and laid her hand's on Racutio's telling him to lower the gun, that for now it was alright she would step forward. She tucked pink hair behind pointed ear's and shrugged lightly. "I think if he was going to be a problem, he would have made his move by now yes?" Icy hues penetrated his sanguine and she turned her gaze to the man approaching them.

With this she would step forward and tilt her head lightly
"Do not mind our harsh tactics, it is not without reason." She tapped the hood of the SUV, and smiled lightly at the second sentence that passed his lip's "What, this hunk of junk, who need's it anyway." She then pointed to her feet, toes bare, well painted and wiggling lightly "besides these are the most reliable source of transportation ever." She scratched the back of her head lightly and scrambled behind the other's again, quickly realizing she was all to open and bubbly with people she did not know. She then blinked even further and looked to Racutio "Oh, he's cute, can we take him with us?"

Racutio would hear Barry's response to him pulling out his gun, and laugh. "Barrier magic or not, some beings and creatures are stronger that barriers. I doubt you've encountered a Daedroth before, and their claws can cut through barriers like scissors through paper." He'd feel Miharu's hand go over his gun hand, and he'd look to her, and nod, lowering his gun and his knife. He'd re-holster his gun, and sheath his knife back where it belongs. He'd make his way to the back of the car, and pull open the back, rummaging through the abandoned materials in the back of the car. He'd pull out the lug-wrench in the back of the SUV. He'd then shut the trunk and make his way around to the driver side again, walking back up beside Miharu. "You think this undead-looking guy is cute? You have a curious taste in people, Miharu." He'd look to Boku for a moment, then to Barry. The look in Racutio's eyes said to keep an eye on him, because he now knew that if he did anything, he'd probably be their best defense with his barrier magic, and other magic he might have in store. Racutio would look to Nixon, still holding the lug-wrench in his right hand. What he planned to use it for, still being a mystery.

He'd look to the gate, then back to Boku, and then to Nixon.
"What do you think? Take the silent guy who just appeared out of nowhere with us? Sounds like a quick judgement, if you ask me, what with him coming out of nowhere just after we were attacked. Sounds sketched if you ask me." Racutio would play with the lug-wrench in his hand, spinning it slowly, as his eyes wander back to the gate, and deeper into the forest, before they fall back on Boku. "Nixon, this guy, and this forest, are giving off a dark aura...The forest itself is more so...The forest almost reminds me of the Lost Woods..." He'd then go quiet, knowing that the Lost Woods are in another dimension, and knowing they won't know what they are. "Let's just say this place has the same dark, forgotten aura that the other forest I've encounter does...And the other one, once you go in, few ever come back out...I've traversed the other without fail, but this one..." He'd go into thought again, reaching his left hand up and rubbing it over his chin in thought, his red eyes glowing again. "This one is slightly different. Something about it is off...But I can't place it at the moment. Something's here for sure though..." He'd look to Nixon. "Do you know the name of this forest? I'll need to take note of it later once I get the chance." Racutio would look to Miharu, and thumb point to the back seat. "Might want to wake up the little one now. We'll be moving out here soon. Can't have him sleeping the day away." Racutio would look to the gate, then back to Miharu. "I really hope you guys brought food. Something tells me this forest is gonna try to claim us for a good period of time before we ever encounter any sort of civilization. I can't see any souls other than animals for miles. And those are at a minimum."

"This would be Heliconia Linum, a forest that can either be quite lovely while other parts get ugly depending on what part your in..." During the time he answered Racutio's question Nixon keeps his mind focused on his surriounding while his eyes still remain locked on the other. He's not sure what part of Heliconia they are in and doesn't want to find out the hard way.

Still holding his gaze on the new male, he was rather curious about this guy; why would this guy be traipsing around Heliconia Linum? That which what Nixon can extract from within his head isn't good memories at all, this forest in particular brings back the most horrific. He know's that there's certain portions of the forest contrasting others. "What I don't get is why your traveling Heliconia by foot?" Like a rocket his question explodes forth, he knows what he must execute in order to absorb a better understanding of this guy. He doesn't trust what he's seeing, some beings are capable of hiding lies by keeping calm.

(Not the best.)

"I'm traveling from lost of family, I have know where else to really go. And to why im on foot in these woods... I can handle my self with anything I come upon."
His foot slid back just a slight inch to push a bit of dust within the air, this was to see what they would do in responce from just a small movement. His hands came un folding from the pockets of his hoodied jacket revealing snake like movements across his skin, but this was only his bones crawling around his arm, small spiked needles would come sticking out all down his arm from his elbo. His nails growing in length from being intimidating from the others, except one person within there group, he actually trusted and knew rather well. His eyes shifted to each figure to examine their emotions or facial expressions. His tail lightly jumped up and down across the ground, waiting for something to happen between the group or to except him to the group or leave him be to let him go on through the gates.
"If you don't mind, could I get on by ya'll and enter the gates? I'm not here to harm anyone."

(A tad weak, I have 5 RPs im trying to rp back too, and its throwing my brain off a little)

Miharu nodded as Racutio had told her to go get Astral "Hm." She headed off to the other side of the car and moved to pull the sleeping child out of the seat shifting his small frame so she could lift him easily, she already knew if she needed to run with him that she could. She moved to wake him "Astral its time to get up". With this she put him on her back so he could hold on he himself rubbing his eyes looking around slightly confused "Miharu we aren't at home." she grabbed the pack the Master had given her before they left the Dojo "No, Astral we aren't I had to leave, so I took you with me, just like I promised." She tossed the pack to Racutio "An, you made fun of me for bringing to much." She winked lightly his way.

As Nixon spoke she listened to him intently and checked her guns, the clip's ensuring they were full,
"Well there is only one way to find out isn't there?" She glanced back at Astral "If we need you are you willing to try?" The five year old nodded eyes determined just in case "Yes, Miharu." She smiled and ruffled his hair lightly "Thata boy." Her gaze then shifted to the new man with them and then to Racutio, the spikes, they were so familiar, a squeak escaped her lip's and she covered her mouth and took two step's back away from the man shaking her head softly one blink two before she spoke "It isn't quick judgment I assure you." She said nothing more as her mind raced back through time space, her memories her gaze fell on her brother, then lifted all over again to the gate "Do we go through there or?" She waited for everyone to respond. Rocking up and down on her heels slightly, pink hair dancing about in the wind she cursed lightly at her hat being gone. That was her own issue for the time being.

Racutio would chuckle a little, letting the name ring in his head a bit. "Heliconia Linum, huh? Not a bad name for a forest like this..." He'd look around at the huge trees around them, as if they're all watching them. He'd hear Boku's foot scoff against the ground and pick up dirt, and his eyes would only turn to look at him out of the corner of his right eye, glowing faintly, looking at his soul, and the others around him, even now. "You know, all those sudden movements to gauge our reactions aren't very smart. If you have a plan to push your luck with us, I'd simply recommend doing a full one-eighty, and turn back the way you came. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, and give you a chance man, but if you show any sign of turn on us at any given moment, I'm probably gonna either punch that skull off your shoulders." Racutio would catch the bag Miharu tossed his way, and he'd turn to look at him with a leisure smile, as if it wasn't so much of a threat, but more of a warning. "Only giving you fair warning, because I also have no family, and feel your pain. I know what it's like to lose those closest to you." Racutio would throw the bag around his shoulders to carry it on his back, and he'd re-situate his jacket on his back to perfectly fit the pack. He'd then look back to Boku. "So, if you plan on joining us, just remember, don't turn on us. I don't tolerate betrayal in the least. I will kill you if you try to harm or steal from any of us. No holds barred..." Racutio would look to Nixon. "I say we go through it. Whatever is in there, all of us, against this forest, I say let it throw whatever it has to throw right at us. After all, nature sure as hell doesn't beat fire. And darkness is on our side too." With that said, Racutio would pat his gun and his knife as his sides, and he'd grin, tossing the lug-wrench up into the air and catching it back in his hand. "This thing will come in handy too in due time. Believe me. There are hundreds of uses for this that most people never think of." Racutio would begin to make his way up to the gate before lifting his right hand, his red eyes glowing, and the doors of the gate being forced open on their own with a resounding pulse. He'd look over to Miharu, and throw his right hand in front of him to bow like a gentleman. "Women and children first. Good karma will come of it. And this journey is gonna need it..." He'd turn to look deeper into the forest, sensing an ominous presence. "...I know we will."

Nixon watched as the male (Boku) launched his movement by firstly sliding his foot back slightly; the keen android green eyes of the 18 year old Secta catching every minuscule detail, the component caught in different frames. Hues beautiful in every aspect firstly saw the tiny particles rise into the air; these specs from the forest's floor zoomed in on. From there he was able to scheme the start to a plan if he needed to physically assault the other. Nixon's eyes working like a camera lens makes it so he can see things either more clearly while also giving him a better view. Unconcerned, the look in his eyes and the body language from Nixon wasn't of worry; he was completely laid-back as his eyes zoom out to their normal percentage of view to take in his whole body. Like forest fire his eyes burn into the males.

A smirk saunters onto his face; passing into amusement Nixon laughs at the bravery of the critter who then took on a small transformation. Nixon believed this new look was pointless, a bad idea indeed. If the living thing was to attack it would be his biggest mistake he's ever made due to the fact that Nixon was the closest to him as well as the fact that Nixon is part of the group. Nixon's speed adept to position him either in Boku's line of travel or any other location in which he could administer a great amount of pain.
"Your foolish," he says in a calm soft tone showing how he wasn't amazed one bit. The 18 year old know's this guy isn't going to attack, he could tell because he was reading his body language while listening to his pulse. The reason for focusing his hearing on the pulse was because he makes out how fast it beats. If a being is to attack their pulse usually speeds up because of adrenalin. This doesn't work on Nixon because he's able to keep his pulse and heart rate at a consistent rate.

"However, I know your not going to attack; your testing us." Watching his sister retrieve the young lad from out of the vehicle thus waking him from his nap he know's what their only option is; travel into the forest. Switching his gaze from Boku to the gate his eyes hold the look of engrossment, he's not to thrilled about the change in their route. The last time he traversed this portion of Heliconia he found himself having to fight off a monster horrific in nature. Notwithstanding of what happend last he know's he's stronger now and more capable of protecting each and every one of them.

"Heliconia is beautiful yes but it's also malignant, evil." Reaching down he snatches the hat from the ground only to smash it between both hands making it dissapear into a cloud of sparkling green haze that fades away quickly. "I wont be needing that on this portion of the adventure. Everyone here's the plan, we are going to travel into this here forest. Each and every one of you stay alert and Racutio your ability to see the soul energy won't work here. My eyes are the only kind that are able to work like they should when in this foul place however I will still need you to be on guard."

Keeping his head fixed straight ahead his eyes scan the landscape as he takes a breath.
"Here's how we are going to engage, we all either walk in a line or side by side, two in the front two in the back. Either way we are to stick together. If we are to travel with two in front and two in the back I want Boku and I to be in the lead." Shifting his body weight Nixon turns his head slightly to see Racutio and his sis out of his peripheral vision. The young 18 year old takes on a predictor like character for he knows each and every sense must be cranked up eminently. Nails appearing as if they are painted black grow one cm in case he must rip and tear at anything that gets in their way showing violence and hostility.

"Hmm.. well I assure you im not here to harm anyone, but to join the group.." there was a short pauce after the last word he spoke to glance over at Miharu before he accept the invitation. His arms crossed over his chest with a light low glimps of the fog around his body began to arise around his figure, his eyes darkening to the center. Moving his arms to his hoodie he'll push it down to reveal his short boned hornes that poked out from within his hair, the black markings stretching down passed his left eye down across his shoulder before it cuts off to block the rest of the tattoo that seemed to have a connection with the "Zombie" tattoo on his arm. His nails slightly longer then normal made with bones.
"I'll join, just, where are ya'll gonna be heading too, since ya'll are leaving this place. I was told by certain someone that this place was safe."

After speaking he walked passed the other males and stood next to Miharu, his hand coming down to rest over her left shoulder.
"Well isn't this a surprise. Fancy meeting you again.. but I do have a question..

As her brother's words caressed her ears, she looked to the gate gaze narrowed lightly. She let Astral slip off her back he instantly went to stand beside Nixon. With that she looked to Racutio then to Nixon "Nixon's right, he isn't going to attack, hell he isn't even a threat, what he is doing, is letting me know exactly who he is without uttering his own name. Or am I wrong Boku? I still can't believe it's been four years." She then turned back to the gate and shivered she would go first but there was no way in hell she was going to actually let Astral be with her as she did "Oh sure, let the woman go first into the creepy forest of doom." She muttered lightly but before she could finish what she planned, a hand landed on her shoulder and she took a breath closing her eyes. His scent was intoxicating, his touch so warm she nearly melted on the spot. She took a breath. "Before you ask it, do you remember what I said that day in the woods, if it's meant to be it will find a way?" With that her gaze met his "It found its way." She lifted on her toes pressed a kiss to his lip's and shook her head "I will explain why just not now." She made a motion with her hand "Now step back."

She closed her eyes lightly focusing everything she had, the ground rumbled beneath her feet, a seismic wave race along the ground as the asphalt behind her cracked as did the ground... She was so out of practice. It took her a moment longer then it should but Astral's voice pipped up
"You can do it Miharu." A smile curled the corners of her lip's and clay dirt rocks moved up around her, orbiting her as if she was the sun to its solar system she nodded lightly to Nixon, after she stepped through, she would allow him to take the lead, but for now this was how she preferred it. With one more breath she crossed the threshold. The earth itself swirling around her still. As she crossed it she made her way three step's in, her head moving back and forth, to an fro. It seemed clear enough, it took less then a second for her handle on the earth to fall and she nodded Astral chased after her and leaped up onto her back. She giggled to herself and poked his nose. Her gaze met Boku "Can you still control him?" She tilted her head waiting for his response "If so, he just may be needed."

Racutio would look to Nixon, and raise an eyebrow at his comment of not being able to see soul energy. "I doubt that, Nixon...Soul energy is around us at all times..." Racutio would only close his eyes and shrug. "Whatever. Caution and objective are my forte', so even if I can't use my soul sight in here, I have plenty of other things I can use." Racutio would turn to his left, and a rift would swiftly open up next to him only a few inches from him. He'd reach in, and pull out a massive black sheath with a flourishing golden trim, with a huge sword sheathed inside of it. The hilt would look like it's been tempered heavily, glowing with heat, and at the end of the grip would be a huge pommel spike made out of a large red stone, that seems to pulse and glow brightly with soul energy. The sheath is well over five and a half feet long, and over a foot and a half wide, making the huge blade that now rests in his hands classified in the art of swordsmanship, as a great-sword. Racutio would reach back, and slide the sheath inbetween the pack and his back, and it would situate itself on his back. A black and gold strap would instantly manifest itself and wrap around his chest over and around before connecting at the center of his chest. Another strap would manifest and quickly connect the first strap to his belt around his waist. The rift would then close as fast as it had appeared, and the sword would give off a faint warm hum in response to being with it's wielder once again. Racutio would smile, and reach back with his right hand, running it over the hilt. He'd close his eyes, then reopen them, his eyes glowing only dimly, but his irises with have a tinge to them now, almost like fire burning in his eyes, as if his soul is on fire right now, at this very moment. "Now that I'm fully armed, I don't even need to see soul energy in here. However, I'd suggest not relying on your own senses too much, because I have a feeling this place is gonna toy with them, and you. You've been here before, so you know what to expect. I haven't, but my advantage, is exactly that." Racutio would look over to Miharu and Boku, watching her kiss him, he'd only look at them with a blank stare. "So, you two know each other? Well, the way you just said that, Miharu, if you two are lovers, I'm gonna tell you right now, that in horror stories, the lovers usual die first...Better be extra careful." Racutio would laugh at his own joke before making his way inside to scout things out, looking around. His sword would hum faintly again, and he'd nod. "I know...We've been to forests like this before." The sword would hum again as he takes in the scenery, and he'd rub the back of his head, closing his eyes to think. "Yeah, I like your idea and all, but let's not burn this place down unless we really have to..." Racutio is more than apparently talking to the sword, and it was talking back, though they can't hear it, he as it's wielder can. It'd hum once more, quietly, and he'd smile. "Glad you agree. This place is beautiful, no matter how terrifying they think it is, whatever is here, it can't be half as bad, or a fraction, of some of the shit we've faced." Racutio would pause, and turn to look back at them. "You guys are wasting daylight. Let's go already before the sun goes down. We don't have all day. I doubt any of you want to be stuck in this forest in the middle of the night, let alone the day, the way you all are so hesitant already. I understand caution, but over-caution is gonna get us back to square one where we started."
