Annie feet came out first. She slowly tried climbing down. "I can see the angels dancing in the sky Mr. B!" she said.
 
Hello child. The angels? He reaches out and helps her down, his drill switches to the machine gun as he prepares to get attacked, it seems to happen every time.
 
There was only silence this time with the occasional laughter of splicers heard throughout the room.
As Annie was helped to the ground she turned to V. "Thanks Mr. V!" she smiled remembering. She then skipped to a rotting corpse. She kneeled down and stabbed the corpse. "Good girls gather.." she hummed as she kept stabbing. Splicers screamed across the building but only one came, it was called the brute splicer. He was three times the size of a regular splicer. He grabbed the girl who screamed. "She's gonna watch me do you son!" he laughed and body slammed into V as Annie struggled to get free from his grasp.
 
Daddy V roars as he's off balanced. He spins and places the gun against the head of the splicer and opens fire. He's running low on ammo, but he has several other weapons available. He grabs the splicer in case it ain't dead and tries to get Annie back. His lights are a glaring red. A splicer takes the chance to run forward and attack him from behind, but V was expecting an attack like that. His machine gun meets the splicer halfway, bullets flying out.
 
The brute splicer runs away with the girl and throws several boxes at him.
 
V stops the boxes with his telekinesis and tosses them back. He chases after them and roars, he switches from machine gun to shotgun and charges it with exploding rounds, his left arm glowing with electricity. He barrels after them not concerned when a splicer attacks him. He fires at the ceiling causing the roof to weaken and crack.
 
"Let go let go!" Annie said then bit him. The man roared but kept going. "Daddy's mad and your gonna get it!" The young girl said. The brute splicer felt himself get shot, it was the last thing he felt and he fell to the ground dead. Annie ran to V and saw that another splicer was shooting him. "Leave him alone you bully!" she screamed and ran close to V.
 
V ruffled her hair and thought to her This is ridiculous! He turns and roars at the splicers. He looks around and fires a shot into the splicer, You're upsetting my Daughter! The splicer shrugs off the blow and takes a step closer before the shot explodes. Switching to his richet gun the Big Daddy fires at any splicer that get close he uses the brute's corpse as a shield.
 
"Crazy people want power! Adam means powers like yours!" Annie said.
"He won't stop killing us!" one annoying splicer shouted to another.
"Retreat to fight another day!" they shouted and left. It was quiet for a moment until there was the sound of heels clacking on the ground. It was Susan Amier, and she was with Suchong and Tennenbam.
"So, this is the...Big Daddy?" Susan asked, turning to Suchong. He nodded and she nodded. "Your father would have been very proud" she said.
Annie whimpered when she saw Susan, "that's a bad lady" she whispered to daddy.
"V..." she said, speaking to the big daddy. "We tried many times to save you from your torment...having memories about your family and motives...drives, even freedom must be terrible..." she then grabbed Annie "you can thank this child for that..." Annie tried pulling her hand away.
"I agreed to let you keep your child if you became an experiment for the protector program...however...when your child gave you free will you didn't become our experiment, you became a real father...the deals off" she said. Suddenly V was boxed in an three freezer splicers froze him.

It's been 10 years now and more children were being stolen from the surface.
Somebody unthawed you and let you out of the box. It was a child, it wasn't your child but it was a little sister. She smiled "Your girls alive...alive and well...Susan has her...on the other side of the city" she smiled.
 
V looks at the girl. His vision is hazy, he looks at his hands and then around, disoriented. He looks at the girl again, with a groan he steps forward and places his hand against the wall, a green moss grows around it, he turns to the girl and thinks at her Can you hear me? He doesn't stay still, but stretches his muscles by moving around. He looks around for her escort, while part of his brain is still trying to fight. He subconsciously switches to his drill, his prefered weapon, and waves it in the air warding off splicers that are no longer there.
 
She smiled and was about to tell him more but just then a big sister ran by and picked her up. She screamed and the big sister shocked the main and only door closed. It was obvious that Susan didn't want him near his daughter.
 
V reacts a little late, he moans quizzically, and then his head follows the path. He tilts his head and then slowly nods. He knocks on his helmet with his drill, looks at his drill and then looks at the door. He walks over to it and pushes his drill against it experimentally.
 
Nothing happened but the lever that kept the door closed was sparking with electricity, it was jammed closed. When the big sister took the little sister she dropped her doll. A blue vial was sticking out, it was the plasmid Eletric Bolt.
 
V looks the door. He frowns in his helmet and looks at his hands, out of the corner of his eye he sees the doll, a memory stirs, he brings it to his hand with a little spark of telekinesis and looks at it. He finds the vial and puts it into a plasmid port, injecting into his veins. He feels the power return to him, just a fraction, and with it more of his mind awakens. He flicks his wrist and then readies a bolt, standing back he fires at the locking mechanisms. The door slides open and he walks through, finding a camera he reaches up and rips it from the wall. He pulls a wire out and ties the doll to the back of his helmet frame. Can anybody hear me?!
 
There was only silence, then static coming from the radio in his helmet "hello, can you hear me" it sounded like Tennenbam. "Your signal is very faint..." she said but the signal slowly died down. Silence filled the room again. A female splicer sees him and uses her machine gun to shoot him.
 
V rumbles as he gets shot, he looks over at her and groans, his light turns red, he holds his drill in front of his chest and shoots a bolt out at the splicer. He dashes forward and slams into her knocking her to the ground. His drill finds itself buried in her chest. When he pulls it out he reaches down and gathers the ammunition. He flips her over and grabs her ankle. With a cry he tosses her across the room and onto a corner then turns away and switches to his richet gun.
 
All that was left of the room was a long hallway that led to another part of the building. In the corner was a tape player.
 
The Big Daddy walks through the hall, he picks up the tape player and looks at it. He starts pushing the buttons to get it playing. He shocks it slightly and it starts playing. He carries it with him and continues his trek.
 
It was Tennenbams tape player.
Her voice spoke, sounding...annoyed and impatient.

Ten years...ten...I have to...to keep covering my tracks everytime I bite the company hand. I thought it would be easy being a double agent against Susan but if anything it seems harder than ever before.
I think that they are starting to suspect me...right after they froze Annies big daddy they were going to kill her as well..
You could hear her giving a slight chuckle in the recording. Then, there was a brief pause.
I guess you could say I grew a conscience...but I couldn't let them hurt her...I made her seem useful around the laboratory...I hope it buys me enough time to at least come up with a plan...but I can't do this alone...I just...I can't do this alone...
The recording was done and the tape player shut off.
 
V stalks through the halls, he doesn't make any sounds, other than the thumping of his steps as he jogs, and the sound coming from the tape player. When the tape stops playing he stops as well. He takes the recorder and crushes it in his hand Tennenbam... I'll let you live the longest. He looks around and spies a Gatherer's Garden, lumbering over to it he switches weapons and starts using his drill to smash the machine. He doesn't care for the rules they have in place, the harder it is for others to get plasmids and tonics the better.
