Tirian~ Azmeryth/Moonlight raid group.
Tirian was light hearted a lot of the time, always just enjoying his time, after all Jack on the other end had looked so forward to playing this game with her, and enjoying a world where he could do something. Those thoughts reflected through Tirian as he walked with Azzy and remembered his debts, the schools, and piled up bills that continued to accumulate over the years. This was that escape from that sickening world where nothing was fair, and he couldn't deny being around Azzy gave him a certain level of comfort, but an even greater amount of worry.
His thoughts were interrupted almost instantly when he heard the nearby commotion of the large scale group of people. His eyes widened and the insane number of goblins that had come to this single area and he thought back to reading up about floor 1. "Moonlight Raid.." he grumbled biting his lips slightly, his eyes narrowed as he looked across the death trap towards the city, not even but a mile in game away.
Then the soft tender tone of her voice could be heard, she almost squeaked when she spoke, a terror trembling within the undertones of her voice. He turned and met her gaze with a mask of confidence as he simple nodded and spoke up in the gentlest baritone that reflected his real voice. "We should probably go around, I think with them focused we could avoid most of the combat, but that's up to you if you want to take up more gold before you turn in." he had a foul bile in his mouth even suggesting the idea of her fighting as a reaper in this scale of a battle. The idea of seeing that brilliant red hair fade like dust in the wind made him tremble with sickening nostalgia and anger.
This game was built for people to interact and cover their weaknesses with the help of members in a aprty that helped. The Holy Trinity of course… Dps, Tank, and of course Sorceror, or in this game it would have been a range user, either chained weapon or Throwing knives/stars. She was a reaper, and he was a Blader that had not had a chance to invest into his Endurance stat quite yet. Even more than that, they were both injured decently, him even more than her, so chances of survival in a 50+ Goblin raid were slim to none.
"Umm I really think we should probably get back to tow.." he was about to suggest it, but then he noticed the few he had met earlier, others had gotten caught in this mess that he knew and it only made him tremble a bit more as he tried to sort out a hundred different reasons to deny himself such a suicidal heroic feat. Durendal stood off to the side, probably waiting to harvest what was left after the enemies were dead, and then that Klugh guy, the Pker was out there bashing skulls, fighting to the best of his ability, despite the fact he was a Blader as well. It made Tirian almost feel like a coward for a second as his grip tightened on his weapon, but he could not continue the sentence he was saying.
He continued to glance back and forth at Azzy as he had silently come to call her. That fact alone scared him too he had allowed her to graduate from one of his general nicknames, like "Loud Mouth" and She had become someone he truly didn't want to see get hurt in the cruel entanglement of this game. Speaking of which; as Tirian's eyes glazed over the field again he saw a familiar sight. The little loli girl Feather, standing on the ridiculous front lines of this battle, running throwing an flinging knives all over the freaking places. Other girls were doing the same that would have never been a type that was great with fighting, probably even abhorred it, but they still fought on, Morgana, too the little healer that he had helped before, she was in the thick of this battle despite her natural abhoration of fighting as well.
His grip tightened on his weapon as he started to lift it from the sheathe and looked again to Azzy. " Will you go to the safe Zone? I can help them even a little." He said as low as a whisper as he started to move around the side. The groups were doing well, some fell; died right before them, it was sickening when he thought about this in comparison to that damned Golem, but they were doing great and the numbers were falling quickly. Tirian had to make a choice soon, to do something and help them out, or focus on her and get her to safety, his muscles itched for him to help them, but when he glanced back with his pale blue solemn eyes into her own brilliant orbs of pure blue, he couldn't help but see her as more than he'd have intended.
His choice was made as he growled out. "Follow me, stay close." He was doing a devilish act when he thought about it, but he couldn't see it, if she died here, like this.. if she died… on him… no.. he refused.. So scaling the side, as Goblins struck out against them, a new rage built and he stepped back swinging at a diagonal to cleave them as he spun around like a dance and aimed to cleave another in half. His dance was flawless and only slowed the in small increments before they made it around the entire raid with no damage accumulated, he didn't allow his back to fall prey, only continued side stepping with her until he was sure they were safe enough.
His body trembled with fear as he glanced about once more and turned to face her with s solid confident, yet fake smile. "Go on ahead, I will be right behind you and I can cover you better this way." She was stubborn though, which would make things difficult, as he was sure she would never obey this sort of idea, of leaving him behind like this to cover her. He wanted to rush into the quickly diminishing battle, but for now he was standing single sword at the ready so that he could survey the field and find out if feather was still alright, as well as the lug Klugh, and Morgana, He didn't see Zephyr in the fray, but perhaps Zephyr was off doing his own thing like a real Solo player. What did that make him? He couldn't help but grin and laugh a little as he thought that over.
Am I even a Solo Player anymore....

Morte~ Kaozuki/others
Morte was still moving as if he was a phantom among them, but he was a devilish phantom of sorts. Whenever he knew he could not make the dodge he would tug a poor unexpecting player in the way of the strike, letting them take the damage, only a few times in the chaos did it work that the poor player was killed due to his preservation reaper ways. He had a grin that played on his face as he moved closer and closer to Kaozuki's location but he was much more careful not to cause anyone a death blow as he neared her.
He only caught a glimpse of a Goblin that knocked her down and hovered over her ready to land that final blow, and his adrenaline kicked in as he took off in full burst and was only slightly late when another player cut that goblin in half, just as his own blade clashed with that players. He recovered quickly and spun around like a deathly cyclone almost to cleave a few other Goblins in half, before he knelt down next to Kaozuki and offered a hand to her his soft voice emerging. "Let me protect you, there is only so much one can do on their own." He cast her a chilling grin and then hoisted her up trying to move with her to the edge of the battle, he hoped to send her off on her way to the safe zone. Today would not be the day he claimed his prey
