Well, Uhm... just to clarify:
Yes, I am still in Aldus itself, not with the caravan. I took care to avoid it once I entered the city, so to my knowledge not one PC has noticed me yet. I didn't do much in chapter one because of my late arrival and to be honest, that's going to work to my advantage as far as plot goes.
Once Chapter two starts up and everything, I'm going to be running a sort of separate plot in Aldus itself. Seeing as most PCs are heading towards Bravelle or are already in Bravelle (or in some cases buried in snow and ice...), I figured that someone should stay behind in Aldus to keep the place up and running.
Anyone who is going to be in Aldus in chapter two is more than welcome to shoot me a PM to discuss plot and such, though for the most part, unless someone comes along with something that I could use for my own personal plot, I think I'm going to be focusing on that: My own personal plot.
Now, A question I do have for the beginning of Chapter two is this: Will news of the caravan's mishap reach Aldus within a day? The pass they were in was described as being less than a day away from the city, a day and a half at the most. I imagine that word doesn't travel the fastest in Pegulis, but then again at such a close distance it might not be unheard of for the people of Aldus to know of the misfortune and possibly send reinforcements/ rescue teams etc. I'm asking purely for the intention of driving my own plot forward, and a detail like that could be quite important if played correctly.

No, the second chapter hasn't started yet I don't think. Last I checked all of the threads were still locked and in the "Story so far" section. But I am eager to get posting as soon as possible.

When I get my character to Barvelle, I might just take you up on that offer, Diana; if I don't have anything planned by that time (I have some snippet of thought concerning my character being her mischievous self though ;D But depending on what's what, they might not get executed >.>).
Right now I'm still trying to figure outt how my character will handle the storm o.o Not that I don't have anything planned for that, on the contrary I have several ideas and one involves Lord Wraith's character. But first, I need to get a hold of Porg and make sure he still wants the monster/dragon in the eye of the storm and round up some more thoughts on that matter.

In chapter two the Archon has a lot to be concerned with all over Pegulis. O__O There's the peeps trapped in the avalanche, the buried Tavark, stolen eggs, potential betrayal and whatnot. For people not sure how to get in to the Pegulis plots, I should be able to find tie ins for you. By the way, you don't need to be a native of Pegulis to get involved there or start out there. So if ANYONE is having trouble figuring out how to get in the plot, and want to start in Pegulis... >> *waves arms around*

- High fantasy is my personal favorite, followed closely by modern fantasy and post-apocalyptic, but I can happily play in any genre if the plot is good enough.
Is Eirene going to send for Ethelwen? He did go track down Siris after he had recovered from the blow to his head and escorted him through the city, but unless guygombaa has some plans for their interaction (which I would be very happy to work with) he would probably have just gone back to his standard jobs. I can make something up to get him involved in Barvelle again, but if there are going to be any particular side-plots within the city, it would be nice to know how I could best integrate myself into them.
