Name: Swifty Willownall
Gender: Male (Or female when he feels like it.)
Appearance: (Look at the Avatar. Shouldn't be to hard to get an idea of his appearance.)
Aside from his normal Black Top hat and Tuxedo, Swifty, in light of the Halloween season, has added several skulls onto his attire.
When his gender is changed into the female sex, his Tuxedo is switched with a long black Dress, several skulls lining the bottom. The Top hat of course, is left untouched besides it being moved to a slight, cute angle.(Ask Fluffy/Stitch for pictures. ><)
Powers:
Swifty's cane: The Cane that Swifty carries along with him can be used for many different things. The most obvious is how he uses it as a club, sword, or some other random form of a stick shaped weapon.
Chaos gun: This weapon is more random then deadly. Each time the trigger is pulled, a random item is fired out of the barrel of this pistol. Ranging from a rubber chicken to a dinosaur's bone, not even he knows what will come out next. If anything however, it's helpful.
Bigger then imagination: Being born from a girl's imagination, Swifty was blessed with the power to do everything. Does he ever do anything with this power? Well, no, not really, but the obvious lack of logic means that anything could happen.
Gender bender: Swifty can change his gender from male to female at will.
Top hat: Swifty's most prized possession. While he usually draws random objects out of his top hat like a magician, the top hat can "suck in" any one, willing creature. This creature simply takes a step into the top hat and vanishes. This Top hat is highly resistant and so far, invincible. Unlike the other articles of clothing, the Top hat cannot be taken from Swifty forcefully or pushed, burned, blown, etc, off of his head. Everything else however...can. Besides these qualities, it is a normal Top hat.
Not everyone believes in Chaos without logic: Swifty's powers cannot directly effect another being. He cannot make them younger, older, taller, shorter, lighter, darker, have more limbs, have two heads, change their sex, etc. He just can't. So don't ask. Seriously, don't.
Background: There use to be a lonely and sad girl who had strange and weird experiments performed on her by those she thought she could trust. She wanted a friend and thus, Swifty was created. Through her imagination, Swifty and an entire world was brought into reality. Swifty now lives on that planet with the one being who's even more awesome then himself.
What is he doing here you ask? Well, it's simple. Halloween is coming, which means candy, candy, candy! And Chaoshika has a HUGE sweet errr...teeth. But wait...there's no candy. What ever shall he do!? He's got it! Team up with random people who have absolutely nothing in common. Brilliant!
