I'm gonna have to give props. I've been into the Naruto RPing scene for as long as I've RP'd, which is over half a decade at this point. And this seems to be an RP that I'd be able to get onboard with. Originally, I quite disliked the setting. It's post-cannon, and we don't know how the series ends, and there's seemingly no conflict between the nations, why would there be shinobi if the nations weren't at war? However, reading the rules, I've changed my mind, and I believe the GM's have taken my concerns into consideration and made sure they won't be a problem. So, all in all, really good job with what you have so far. Huge props.

Now, I only have one question.
