    -Hisashi is capable of healing major wounds and broken bones with just a kiss at the cost of giving himself migraines or pain in his own body. Serious illnesses and foreign objects within the body are, unfortunately, out of his capabilities. He can help with the pain of a tumor or a sharp object within the body, but those would require surgery to remove completely.

    Note: Hisashi has no hero costume but instead wears civilian clothes when he's patrolling. Since he is a healer, being able to blend in with a crowd is crucial if he doesn't want to be targeted first.

His quirk allows him to control and discharge electrical blast from his body. He can also manipulate electric circuitry. The downside is that he works like a rechargeable battery. He can store a certain amount of electricity in his body but after it's used up, he has to recharge for a while. Another side effect is that when he is charging, you can see the current running through his veins like a circuit board.

Personality: fast talker, laughable, quick to test peoples patience, a bit crazy due to the amount of electricity going through him, outgoing, fun at times, charmer.

Background: (may change some still.)
His parents split when he was young. His father moved to japan for a job and his mother stayed and raised him in America. Life was good for a while. Alaric developed his quirk and he was nothing short of excited about it. His mother though wasn't sure how to take it. Alaric was constantly sucking up electricity from everywhere he could. Batteries, lights, sockets, fuses, and everything else he could find. It got hard to keep up with but, Alaric's mother keeps a smile on so that her son never saw the stress.

Things took a bad turn though. Alaric's mother got sick. Very sick. A few months of it and she had ended up dying from it. Alaric was broken. Not sure how to feel really. He did his best though to keep his smile. For his mom.

With no family left in America and Alaric just turning 15, he had to move to Japan to live with his father. His father who never really reached out to him except for the occasional birthday card and Christmas gifts. His father was a very important businessman in the Japanese community. His pull and reach were everywhere. That is why Alaric ended up getting a shot at UA.

Hobbies: Sports, gaming, movie watching, training, shooting off random electric bolts, staring at pretty girls, talking to everyone.

A fascinating mutant quirk that manifests the abilities and form of a ghost! Physical attack go through him like he were but a figment of their imagination if he focuses on letting his form pass through these strikes. this defence requires concentration, upsetting the mental condition of this hero can cause misshaps, who while he is transient between real space and... Ghost space... he is still a living being. Plus avoiding things that way gives him a headache and a upset stomache.

In the transient form he can also, albeit slowly like a walking pace, fly! He is unaffected by wind but environmental effects, such as fire, still effect him.. Though he does however radiate a aura of coldness, which is wonderful in the summer.

He can also, unsurprisingly, possess objects, what can be done with said object depends on what it is, if it can be picked up, it can fly, if it can't, it can move in a strange walking way one might imagine of a spooky ghost possessing it might. have you ever been stalked by a trash can? Well you can be now! Possession also extends to people, he bigger the object the more toll it takes on the ghost form. For possession, the higher the determination the more likely the person is to escape ghostie boy.

So if ghostie boy tries to possess someone, he can be completely ejected if the person has a high enough will. If he tries to phase through something with another person or an object, then height and weight would play a roll. For example, ghost boy could probably move a kid or a 50 pound object through a wall but a 7'0 overweight man/big ass furniture would definitely be an issue.

He still needs to eat and such, but sleeping is more or less a hobby than a necessity for some odd reason, it makes the nights very boring.

Due to the odd nature of his transient form physical attacks are ill advised, how ever elemental effects still harm him, as do mental.

Personality: To call him self defeating is putting it lightly, depressed is his natural state, sadness rules his every moment, only staved away by the promise of hope for others to be his friend. However, he is not the type to stay still and weep, at least ever since hes heard that freaks people out, he tries to distract himself by keeping himself busy by doing his favorite things, learning new skills that may make people happy.

He loves nothing more than to surprise people with gifts, help them when their in a time of need, or do just about anything for anybody as long as they are willing to be his friend. however his sullen appearance and demeanor tends to.. put people off more often than not.. And his occasional moments where he just SHOWS UP out of a wall or door tends to mess with people...

Hobbies: Music, running errands for others, making friends, video games, turning off the lights at night to save electricity, sewing, art, embroidery, cooking, anything else that can be taken up to kill time at night while not sleeping.

Background:
He did have a family, they are gone now.
They were good, wonderful.
But one day the car crashed due to a drunk driver.
That is the day he learned of his quirk and when it came forth.
Sadly, unlike his parents, he was a ghost stuck as a living being.
He loves school due to the life that it becomes filled with every day.
Even if people don't like him, he will do all he can to earn their love.
He misses love, he wants it so badly.
Why wont anybody tell him it will be okay?

    History
    Daughter of Ramiris Theresa Alucard, who is the daughter of the esteemed Alucard family, who are situated in Europe.

    Unfortunately for Amaris, her mother made the same mistake her own father did. Amaris was left alone at home, to raise herself. Or rather, the maids helped, but that's beside the point. Amaris understood, though, knowing her mother was an esteemed hero. She was busy. Always so busy.

    The true problem? Amaris hardly recognized this as a problem. After her quirk began to develop -which everyone knew she had a Quirk from the beginning, due to her Alucard heritage- she began to slowly but surely lose her emotions. A cheerful, if not slightly melancholic, girl began to slowly show signs of simply nothingness. Her very quirk stole her emotions, hiding them in the shadows that whispered to her. Thus, missing parents never struck the growing Amaris as odd. The lack of love and devotion was just what it was -it was there, or rather, not there. That was just her norm, and Amaris grew up in that depressing environment. She turned to music, trying to use it to understand humans which she began to feel distant from. Not that a vampire is close to them anyway. Only when she's submerged in her shadows do her emotions return, and only then, can she pretend she understands the people around her.

    Auxiliary Quirk Powers
    Alucard Heritage:
    Amaris's physical appearance is greatly altered from that of a regular human. Her skin can be best described as an icy chill, or deathly pale. She has fiercely sharp teeth and a pair of fangs that can leak blood like venom, with a stinging, paralytic bite. Also, said bite can also suck people's blood out, which activates lifedrink for her. Amaris feels pain from sunlight. She also possesses some heightened senses. Lastly, she has a hissing cadence while speaking, though one that isn't as pronounced as her mother.

    Lifedrink: Similar to her mother, Amaris can drain energy from her target, but only by biting them directly. Or by sitting in their shadow for an extended time, which serves as a way of healing herself and regaining her strength, at the expense of her "host".

    Primary Quirk Power
    Shadow Blood Bath: Can "merge"/"sink" (whatever you want to call it) with shadows that her blood enters and infuses with. This turns the shadow into a coppery color (though with focus can return the shadow's back to black / lacking of color). Once in there, Amaris is virtually untouchable, plus she can form attacks out of the "shadow blood". But she usually has to come out half-way in order to attack, which makes her vulnerable.
    • Shadow Blood Travel: She can move around in this shadow form, slipping through and into places one normally wouldn't be able to get.
    • Shadow Blood Follow: Where Amaris leaps into someone else's shadow and uses them for travel. (And for energy siphoning.) This is also her go-to way for traveling in sunlight.
    • Shadow Blood Portal: A "portal" of shadows will appear and she'll appear out of it. This portal can only be used in places that make sense, like between attached walls.
    • Shadow Blood Binding: Does what it says. It wraps tendrils of "Shadow Blood" around the target to ensnare them. Makes using one's power harder to manage.
      • Mental Muting: Amaris can exude her will over a target caught in this binding. However, this fails if the target's will is too strong to overpower, which is how it is typically.
    • Shadow Bloodrush: A 'late-game' usage of her quirk; requires intensive training to use properly. Empowers the body, as her shadow and blood blend together, then wrap around her body, causing her to smoke and burn in pain. It acts as a brief power-up providing a boost in speed and power. This power is dangerous, damaging the body if used for too long.

    Weaknesses
    Nomming Woes: Amaris is exclusively a carnivore, but also, she can consume blood. She's forced to eat meat (and blood), as a way to retain energy. Worst yet, she's required to eventually consume blood (that's not her own), as meat won't keep her energized forever. Though, she will typically consume as little blood as is necessary.

    A Creature of Night: While Amaris can be out in the sun, she's much weaker in sunlight. She must find a way to stay out of direct sunlight. Usually this means making use of Shadow Blood Follow.

    Light Aversion: Amaris's reflection looks "unfocused", blurry.

    Out-of-Shadows Sickness: Amaris's physical state gradually deteriorates while out of the "bloody shadows". Returning to them is the only thing that alleviates this sickly feeling.

    Black Hole: Her bloody shadows are a black hole of sorts. They have absorbed all of her emotions, leaving her in a unfeeling, muted state. She can only feel emotions when she is reunited with the bloody shadows. At which point she gains all of her emotions once again. But once out of the shadows, she returns to lacking emotions.

    Shadow Bloodrush Double-edged Sword: While Bloodrush is one of her most powerful abilities. This ability can only be used for a short time, otherwise it'll inflict serious wounds on her.

      History:
      The daughter of the esteemed Alucard family, who are situated in Europe. Father - a man with much prestige, power, and wealth. Despite finding her way into this rich lifestyle, was able to navigate it masterfully; a true aristocrat who was capable of working the rich crowd beautifully. Tragedy struck, when their daughter was born on the night of the Blood Moon.

      Ramiris's quirk was already there in the womb, sucking the life-force out of her mother. On the weak-side, from complications during her pregnancy, some of which are mysterious to this day, but which is mostly the result of her daughter, Mrs. Alucard died during childbirth. Ramiris's quirk has a life-stealing component to it, so sharing blood for 9 months drained her mother's life force, resulting in her death after her last feeble, yet noble action in this world. Ever since, Ramiris has tried to compensate for this. She acts nonchalant as a way to play off her pain. She acts superior, to keep her distance. Inwardly, she blames herself, and knows her father does as well. Hence why they don't speak, as he never seems to care about whats going on in her life.

      Growing up, Ramiris lived in her father's mansion, but rarely ran into him. Alone, with the help of some servants, she was forced to learn things on her own. Her general appearance meant she was on the receiving end of unnecessary cruelty, born from fear. Even though she was just like most; a simple girl with a quirk. Now, she hopes to prove she's as gallant and valorous as anyone.

      After her time at U.A. Ramiris easily adapted to the Hero lifestyle. Due to intense, stressful situations during school, which forced her to mature, Ramiris began to thoroughly get a hold on her vicious blood Quirk. After all that training, she learned to control her power extremely well. Due to this, it's what she's known for. Now she's literally called the "Blood Queen" quite often, despite that not being her actual Hero Name. Ramiris shot up the ranking of Heroes, taking spot at number 4. All because of her versatile, powerful quirk. Still, she namely keeps to the "night shift", which the #1 hero, Kaz, puts full trust in her to protect. Regardless, she gained a lot of popularity, which she revels in as a dramatic queenly hero would. Her dramatized queenly presence is something people seem to thoroughly enjoy, even though she still talks down to others, and has never got over her whole "maid"-obsessed mindset. To the point, that her fans all call themselves her servants, and regularly make fun of that aspect.

She also has various markings on her skin, like the crescents on her hands, which glow while exercising her power. Her eye's are very distinct: iris is red and gold, and the sclera is black. She has fiercely sharp teeth and a pair of fangs that can leak blood like venom, with a stinging, paralytic bite. Also, said bite can also suck people's blood out, which activates lifeleech for her. Ramiris is not welcoming of light, so her shadow is usually very tiny. She also possesses some heightened senses. Lastly, she has a hissing cadence while speaking.

      Life Transference (or "Lifeleech"): When Ramiris's blood attacks connect her to the target via some sort of tether, the blood siphons vitality and energy into herself. If the tether is broken, the siphoning effect disperses.

      Primary Quirk Power
      Bloodshape: Her quirk's typical ability is hemokinesis. She's limited to only controlling her own blood, though.
      Various Named Attacks
      • Bloodswarm: Ramiris currently already knows this special attack. She loves forming attack bats from her blood. She has complete control over them, though they usually seem to act on their own. The bats cause blunt damage by ramming, or cutting damage by forming mouths to bite with. Ramiris uses them for reconnaissance typically, as she has a connection to them. Though, they are able to ferry things around.
      • Bloodfamiliar: Ramiris can create bats that look similar to the previous ones, except they are fat and dark-red in color, and posses a pair of prominent fangs. Bites from these lifeleech to her. But they can be destroyed (like all of her bats), causing Ramiris a prickling, painful irritation.
      • Bloodmist: An aura cloud around Ramiris. The haze of blood gives her attacks lifeleech, and added reach. The mist also deters people from touching her proper. As she trains, the thicker the mist can become.
      • Bloodform, Cloak of Blood: Mature form of Bloodmist. Ramiris can completely envelop herself in blood, which is a powerful deterrent to others, and enhances her attacks greatly. Takes the shape of a bat and moves around. Requires a lot of blood to use though. A cloak made from literal blood hangs off her shoulders.
      • Bloody Wings: Blood seeps into her clothing, using her hemokinesis, she can lift herself and fly.
      • Blooddrip: Ramiris's fangs produce blood for her to use. She can control the flow her fangs release with training.
      • Bloodproduction: Ramiris's body, on its own, creates and produces an abnormal amount of blood. Which must be drained periodically.
      • Blood Hardening: Hardens her blood. Powerful technique as most things cannot break her hardened blood. Used liberally.
      Super Moves
      • Blood Raging, Bloodrush: A 'late-game' usage of her quirk. Empowers the body, as her blood rushes through her veins. Causes her to smoke and gain a reddish hue. Requires intensive training to use properly. It acts as a brief power-up providing a boost in speed and power. This power is dangerous, damaging the body if used for too long.
      • Angel of Death, My Bloody Crescent Moon, Reaper's Scythe: Hardened blood forms off her sword becoming a large, terrifying scythe.

      Weaknesses:
      Nomming Woes: Ramiris is exclusively a carnivore. Also, she can consume blood. She's forced to eat meat (and blood), as a way to retain energy. Worst yet, she's required to eventually consume blood (that's not her own), as meat won't keep her energized forever. Though she will typically consume as little blood as is necessary.

      Blood Limit: Ramiris's control over her blood is only as good as how much blood she can produce. While she's capable of producing blood more than your average individual, it's still a double-edged sword. As it requires her blood to be outside her body to be of use -- weakening her. Regardless, she's actually much more threatening with open wounds.

      A Creature of Night: While Ramiris can be out in the sun, she's much weaker in sunlight. She often wears a hood, or carries an umbrella.

      Light Aversion: Ramiris's reflection looks "unfocused", blurry. Her shadow, too, is affected, usually appearing as small as possible (think a little unformed blot underneath her). Except when she's using her power, or under the "light of darkness" (like the moon).

      Stagnation: Since Ramiris's body creates too much blood, and she currently is not great at regulating it, she must periodically drain it from her body. This isn't usually an issue, since it drains when she's training with her quirk. However, if she goes some time without training, she'll become sick and bogged down, and will need to drain the blood from her system. The blood becomes stagnant, and poisonous.

      Bloodrush Double-edged Sword: While Bloodrush is one of her most powerful abilities. The rushing blood through her veins is extremely dangerous, as it can cause ruptures inside of her body. This ability can only be used for a short time, otherwise it'll inflict serious wounds on her.

Quirk: X-ray Telekinesis

Charlotte's quirk is a hybrid of her mother's X-ray vision quirk and her father's minor telekinesis quirk. She is capable of utilizing both to varying degrees, though often it is the situation that limits her use. Charlotte is capable of gazing through objects and people. This can be as basic as looking through a wall or trying to sneak a peek at what is in someone's back pocket. Unfortunately, the trickier what she's attempting to take a look at is, the more concentration is required from her. Distance follows the same disadvantage; seeing through the wall of the next room and moving a desk around is far less strenuous than trying to see several rooms down. Furthermore her x-ray is limited by her actual eye sight; even if she can see a room three doors down, she can't spot what a normal person can't. For her telekinesis, Charlotte is only truly limited by the size, weight and number of items she's trying to manipulate. The greater each is, the larger the strain and more difficult to use them freely.

Personality: Charlotte in many ways resembles the fairies in mythos. Cute, small, and perhaps too bright for her own good, yet also mischievous and playful. The girl constantly appears to have some scheme in the works, whether it's to get on the nerves of her childhood friend, get some pocket money or simply for the fun of it.

Background: While born in France, Charlotte has spent most of her life in Japan. With her family immigrating to the country while she was young, the girl grew up and went through the Japanese school system like any other living there. The difference was, of course, the contrast between her features and of those around her. Even with people who had some very aesthetic quirks, her foreign appearance somehow stuck out more than her oddly-colored hair and eyes.

Regardless, whether the attention she received was that of interest or harassment, Charlotte retorted with style, grace and just a bit of antagonization. This led to her quickly earning a reputation as a bright and well-spoken, albeit smug little troublemaker. However, while all in good fun, or at least not being the instigator, eventually she happened upon one whom took things too far.

While Charlotte got a good laugh in, the person in question was a child to a higher-up in her father's office and got the final one. After her father was fired, Charlotte's family had trouble earning a steady income. Going from job to job, either through a stroke of bad luck or unfair methods, he never seemed to be able to keep one for very long.

It's primarily for this reason that Charlotte chose to pursue her current career path. She doesn't have any grandouise ambition to be a hero or will to do good. Rather she holds resentment towards those she feels wronged her family and seeks an occupation with the highest recognition and paycheck, seeking to bring some stability to her family and just maybe gloat in the face of those who crossed her.

Quirk: Ice Make

Masaru's main form of power is obviously the ability to form and manipulate ice wherever he is. It's capabilities are widely versatile, meaning he can make use of them for either offense or defense, focus on lethality or incapacitation. Uses of Ice Make can be, for simplicity's sake, divided into these categories:
  1. Conjuration and manipulation of ice, through the use of simple gestures, Masaru is capable of making a wall of ice shoot forth from the ground with a stomp of his foot or wave of his hand. He may construct pillars that shoot out towards an enemy, act as footing, or shoot ice shards to use as a ranged attack. There doesn't appear to be a specific limit to what Masaru can make, simply that his conjurations must be within an area, albeit a large one, around himself and that his own body must be taken into account as well as time depending on the intricacies of the item.
  2. Conjuration and use of weapons made of ice. Masaru appears able to create any form of weapon with his ice, save for more advanced technologies such as guns. However, he is known for being trained with a blade, as such betting on him summoning forth some form of sword, or several is fair. It is as well to note that weapons made as such can be manipulated the same way as the rest of his ice, meaning he need not necessarily touch it to send it flying at an enemy, or for it to return to his own hand.
  3. A more recent addition to his powers would be "riding" his ice. Masaru appears capable of "sliding" around on his own ice, though perhaps it would be more accurate to say that he skates without the need for the actual footwear. The technique can give him a boost in speed and mobility, or just aid in being lazy around the town. It should be noted, however, that Masaru requires a path of ice to "skate" along it. As such, abilities capable of disrupting any ice paths would limit or disable use of this aspect of his ability.
  4. Masaru is capable of detonating his icy creations at will. He can either expel them similarly to a fragmentation grenade, peppering the surrounding area in shards, or as of recently expand the ice upon contact in order to create sudden obstacles or even entrap portions of what the materialization hits. This includes the swords he strikes with which, instead of being simple melee instruments, they are now capable of "traveling" somewhat onto what they make contact with, allowing him to incapacitate someone via frost over time, or expelling ice outward in a less accurate, crescent slash.
However, while powerful and usitile with no real limit for creation, he's limited by his own mortal body. Despite his powers, he is not invulnerable to the freezing cold and with extended use of his abilities, his body starts feeling the effects. One might take note in a long fight with him that shards of ice begin sticking to his body and clothes. This is not an action taken on his own part, but a product of his body beginning to freeze. He might not just drop right away, but his reflexes and physique would definitely suffer, not to mention side-effects and symptoms in the aftermath of the bout. Theoretically, Masaru could destroy himself solely off the use of his own abilities, though he would have to be forced into continuous use for a long period of time.

Personality:

At first glance, Masaru comes off as stoic and serious. However, while stone-faced at times, he proves not to be as emotionless as he can appear. It's not impossible to make him smile or laugh, and once accomplished it will easily show that he's no one to be outright wary of. On top of that, aside from outright displays of violence it appears rather difficult to anger him. Mainly his focus is simply due to his goals and priorities as what he seeks to accomplish is nothing meager and requires constant improvement in himself.

He proves to have morals, at least compared to some others who think their quirk defines how they're allowed to act. Masaru will show a condescending attitude and overall shit-talk people as if he's above them, however this is usually in reference to bullies and those he catches abusing their strength. After all, if they think doing what they want because of their power is so great, then surely they wouldn't mind when he comes along with the same mentality. Other than that he appears well-mannered and honorable, to an extent. He wants to earn people's respect more than their fear, but towards more low-balling opponents, he won't be above sinking below his current level a little bit. It truly depends on the situation, if it's just him on the line or someone else.

Angry is an emotion Masaru hasn't shown in a long time, though it is possible to draw it out from him. Typically, things such as loss or insults aren't enough. Insulting or mentioning his mother might annoy or earn his ire. Aside from that, it takes rather despicable actions to actually piss him off, such as hurting others instead of attacking him directly, especially people he's learned to care about. Such things can easily be used as an anchor for him. Aside from that, the one person who appears able to immediately anger Masaru is his brother, Tadashi. It's been a while since Masaru has seen his brother, and the spite contained for him is likely a mixture of past experiences as well as Masaru's uncertainty of being able to best him.

Amusingly enough, he seems to lack expertise around women and romance, proving to be quite the prude. This is easily one of the quickest ways to break his stoic demeanor and likely a prime source of amusement from him, his reactions ranging from a reddened face to simply panicking and losing his temper momentarily.

Hobbies: Reading, Training, Working-outs, Kendo/Sword practice

Background:
Renown, Power, Respect, Authority, Wealth. When people think of the "birth lottery", most would look upon such categories to hope for. For Masaru, he was "fortunate" enough to be born into what is considered a powerful and renowned family, albeit renowned for the wrong reasons.

Takeshi, Chiaki. Masaru's mother was one who graduated from Shiketsu High to become a great hero. A powerful woman with a strong ice quirk, paired with combat prowess in the form of family-line swordsmanship. Today, she's known as the retired hero Yuki-onna, divorced to the pro hero Raijin.

Nikaido married primarily with the intent of creating strong offspring to further move up in the world. As can be expected, his treatment towards his kin could be improved upon. When his wife began pushing her kids against fighting and "coddling" them, he accused her of making them weak and sought to put an end to it with a divorce. Leaving, he took Masaru's elder brother with him. However the resentment, both towards his father and elder brother, was already instilled.

Enduring a rough curriculum of training early on and taking abuse from his own brother, Tadashi, who fully accepted their father's ideals, it's no wonder why he holds such aversion towards the both of them. However, while his elder brother followed their parents footsteps, enrolling in Shiketsu High, Masaru sought to follow his mother's ideals and apply to U.A. to become a true hero.

Quirk: Air Current Manipulation

Alfonso is capable of manipulating the current of air or wind around him. It is capable of being applied in a variety of ways. He may increase his speed by creating a current to thrust his body in a direction. It can also be applied to increasing evasion, using the current created by attacks or creating his own to aid his body in moving along and just outside of strike to allow for quick and precise counter attacks. Alfonso can also apply the quirk offensively, sending air currents out as blunt attacks or to limit movement of his enemies. Typically, the most effective use of offensive force is by holding a concentrated current in his palm, then expelling it once he makes physical contact with an opponent. The currents can also be used to levitate or "fly" somewhat, as well as to dampen an impact. As an example, Alfonso, if struck, could create a current to dampen his impact or prevent himself from impacting a wall or structure behind him, however it would do not to stem the damage from the actual strike. Thinner and more precise currents can be harnessed for a cutting force, though it is far more difficult to direct and as such is unfeasible for nonlethal combat.

Background: Known as one of the top heroes in Spain, Alfonso rose to celebrity status in the country as a pro hero coming from humble roots. Born to one of the country's poorest regions, Alfonso was exposed early in life to the dark-side of his fellow man, familiar with street life, gangs, drugs, theft and other criminal activities. While he almost fell in with the wrong crowds, the final wishes exhibited by his grandfather to stay on the straight and narrow and make rise passed his surroundings pushed the young adolescent into hero-dom. With a strong, versatile quirk, charismatic nature and strong sense of duty, Alfonso rose in popularity and renown shortly after his graduation, known as Tempest.

Takagi is capable of manipulating Keratin which is the structural protein that makes up the nails, hair, surface of the skin, scales, horns, hooves and claws of animals. With this quirk, Takagi is capable of manipulating her hair in a prehensile manner or strengthening it. She is as well capable of strengthening or sharpening her nails to act as claws and adjust the durability of the stratum corneum of her skin to enhance her defensive abilities.

Personality: Most of Takagi's personality from her younger years has remained, albeit having been calmed much. Often times Takagi will present herself with a calm stoicism when working or interacting with others, her former arrogance still being present but excluded to a more dry confidence dedicated towards her enemies. She appears to have overcome most of the self-doubt and worry she once possessed, in fact embracing a bit of her dark past in her work to scare and unnerve her opponents.

However, Takagi has also seemingly lightened up quite a bit, even if most of the world doesn't see that side of her. She deeply cherishes the friends she made and behaves far more gently and jovial towards those around her, being particularly clingy towards her husband and daughter.

Background: A controversy right out of the gate, Takagi's life has in many ways been of horrible luck in the sense of the lottery of birth and yet with great fortune of being rescued from what should have ensured she remain as what many call a cancer on society; a villain.

No sooner than Takagi was born was she passed off. She doesn't know who her parents are or were, whether they handed her off to her early caretakers themselves, killed and Takagi stolen from them of if she was simply abandoned and picked up. Either way, those Takagi remembers "raising" her in early childhood were neither parents nor guardians, but villains who, much like the society they so despised, saw value in her only for her quirk. These villains had other children in the same complex as well, ignoring the basic skills and interaction that any parent would value. Instead they were drilled with the focus of but two matters; the utility of their quirks and hatred of society and heroes.

As was typical with the constant bout between heroes and villains, when one had plots in motion or secrets to hide, the other wasn't far behind. The villain camp was located and foiled with many of the villains being apprehended as well as most of the children rescued, albeit some escaped. However, while the papers sang the praise of the heroes involved, there arose a question of what would become of the children involved. They were being raised as villains, even if they were but children being taken advantage of. While it was deemed natural that they should be saved, people still held an aversion to the ones involved. Their only role models were villains, even if they started re-educating them, would they not still have the characteristics drilled into them?

In some ways, this attention instilled what Takagi had been taught about society and heroes, until one hero lived up to the textbook. The hero Titan saw more than what anyone else had. While others saw a villain to be, he saw a girl with a strong quirk and advanced control for it for her age. Furthermore, he saw someone who could still yet be saved. He extended a hand to her as a mentor and a guardian and raised her from that point on.

Takagi had a home and now a family as well. However, just because one person believed in her didn't mean others did. Most of the rest of her life was, while comfortable, sheltered so as to prepare her for the world. She was educated at home, and while she was raised with actual care she was as well trained to focus more on control than damage when it came to her quirk. Titan didn't necessarily want her to become a hero, but didn't want her to get in trouble regardless of what she did. Despite this, Takagi yearned to become a hero and applied to UA, crushing the entrance exam and excelling in her classes. When it comes to reasoning, it isn't a love for justice or want to help, but simply to ensure she never goes back to that dark place before she found her home.

After graduating U.A. Takagi struck out on her own as "Grudge". Whereas some joined an agency of some kind to climb the proverbial ladder, Takagi got straight to work gaining renown as well as some infamy. Like her guardian, Titan, while effective with her work, Grudge was never a hero that tried to play the part of a traditional one. Instead of saving the day with a smile, she's more known for stopping the bad guy through the minimum force required, though that bar gets raised rather quickly if the criminal doesn't just give in. Just shying away from crossing any red lines, she's done her job well, but there's an ongoing conversation as to if her methods should be approved of or not.

Currently, Takagi is ranked as the eighth top hero in Japan as well as first as far as heroes who could pass as villains go. Still, she hasn't let any of her work or the discussion of it impede her from marrying or bearing a child with Allo, as well as doing her best to keep in contact with her friends from U.A.

Name: Ichirou Mizushima

Blue Inferno


Ichirou's quirk is a perfect mixture of his mother's and his father's quirks, creating a rather strange combination. Like his father's, Blue Inferno is a network of flames that constantly courses through his body which gives him various different benefits as well as possibilities for combat. When active, this quirk increases his strength to superhuman levels; allowing him to lift to about 2,000 pounds and move at heightened speeds currently. He can also shoot streams of blue flames from his hands that can go up to 50 feet in front of him, or create a fireball and throw it as far as his body will allow it. However, these flames also provide a second purpose; this is where his mother's part of the quirk comes in.

Wherever his fire roars, Ichirou can freely disappear into those flames and warp between each location which is incredibly useful in battle. He'll be able to leave fireballs wherever necessary and confuse the opponent by suddenly appearing one place after just being at another.

This quirk is incredibly taxing on Ichirou's body and can knock him unconscious if he is not careful. Though the quirk gives him the benefits of power as well as heightened heat resistance and warping between his own flames, the quirk gradually becomes more and more painful the longer the usage.

His father's quirk stemmed on emotional control, but Ichirou's flames burst brighter the longer he can endure the pain.

While Blue Inferno cannot physically damage him, the sensation of being on fire is still very much present. The painful feeling can cause Ichirou's brain to truly believe he is dying and can put him in shock or knock him unconscious. Currently, Ichirou tries to combat this weakness by focusing on the fight and to never look at himself during said battles. The longer he can keep his focus on anything but the pain, the better.



Pros:

Cons:

- Can knock himself out from too much pain stimulus

Personality:

Ichirou is a kind and bold boy who has a tendency to be honest about anything when he's asked something. Though he could lie, he would rather not since it would branch any potential relationships with other people in the wrong direction. He feels having the right people by his side is very important, and one of the main things to never break is their trust.

He is pretty well mannered and tends to have a resting "I don't care" face, but really Ichirou is just very analytical about everyone. He's trying to understand them in any way he can, through their appearance, body language, attitude, and even the smallest gestures.

Ichirou has a problem with his competitiveness and can go a bit overboard from time to time, but regardless he loves to participate and tries to hold back when possible. He is also quite the risk-taker, which has gotten him into trouble quite a few times.

Since he is the son of two prolific heroes, Ichirou has developed self-confidence issues and has the tendency to bottle up his emotions. He will usually smile in times of danger and pretend everything will be okay when around other people because he wants to be like his parents. Ichirou is prone to panic attacks and avoids complaining about his hero work at all costs; the Symbol of Hope never complains, and Ichirou believes doing so would just make him a weak, crappy coward.


He also enjoys video games, cooking, chocolate (thanks to dad), singing, Horror of all kinds, animals of all kinds, obscure artworks, so-bad-it's-good movies, and keeping his nails looking good.

What? He doesn't paint them or anything, just made sure they're presentable with a buff and clear coat...

Glass Hearts


Emika's glass hearts are little attraction bombs that can be used to mess with peoples' affection towards another person. When active, she emits a red gaseous substance that turns into a solid heart, which she can throw at her opponent. If more than one person is hit, the victims will fall under a pseudo-love sensation that will have them acting as a couple with the person of interest. If a group of people is hit, they will all pair off together. If there is an odd number of people, the last person will remain stunned for the remainder of the quirk's time limit (10 minutes) if no one else is around or they'll fall in love with the closest person to them (this works at random).

This red gas only works when the victims are at the same mental maturity. So teenagers can only fall for other teenagers, children with children, and adults with adults. She is thankful for this part since it saves her a lot of legal trouble later.

The larger the group of people, the bigger the heart she will have to make. If she wants the gas to stick around longer, she'll need to make a bigger heart as well.

The hearts have various other usages too. For instance, Emika is able to control how big the hearts are as well as the density, which can allow her to make incredibly fragile bombs that burst upon touch or sturdy shields to protect her or an ally.

She is also able to summon her heart at a distance and midair, but can only reach within 20 feet from her. Emika is able to use her hearts as platforms to get to higher places, she can only summon so many hearts at a time, so she must destroy and reform hearts consistently.

She cannot use these hearts to make people fall in love with her; in fact, getting hit with her own quirk makes her nauseous.

This quirk is also susceptible to friendly fire, so it's possible to have villains and heroes making out if she's not careful.

God save the people who hold sexual tension or mutual sexual attraction to each other.



Emika can summon 20 small hearts, 10 medium-small hearts (like the one in her hand), 6 medium-large hearts, 4 large hearts, or 1 huge heart. Creating too many hearts will make her hands bleed and herself nauseous.

-Stuns people for 10 minutes if there's no one near them
-Can create platforms and shields with these hearts

Personality: Emika, though has a cute appearance, has a rather aggressive personality. She believes in "actions speak louder than words," which is to say she believes that punches will get her point across better than a heartfelt monologue could. She tends to swear a lot and loves to catch people off guard with it. Emika enjoys surprising others and ruining expectations. It is part of the reason why she dresses so cutely while behaving the way she does.

Despite this, she understands that her personality isn't for everyone and will politely tell them to fuck off. She is not afraid to kick some sense into other people who need to grow a backbone and can help them learn how to stand up for themselves if they are willing. Emika tends to really insult those she doesn't like, but those she does like she resorts to playful teasing and nicknames. She is also a lot nicer and compassionate to those she's friends with.

Emika is still learning and makes mistakes constantly. Those who get past her swear words will see she's actually very self-sacrificial and carefree with her own life to a fault.

Background:


Emika was born to hero obsessed parents who had dreamed of becoming heroes themselves, but their quirks were too weak for the profession which led them to give up and work civilian jobs. Upon discovering their daughter's quirk, they tried to train her to live out their dreams of becoming a great hero. They paid for her self-defense training and tutoring, which Emika took in stride. In fact, Emika had begun using her teachings for the wrong reasons.

When she was in junior high, she met a group of free runners who took the time to teach her. This, with her regular fitness training, helped Emika become stronger and faster. She was outrunning all of her friends in no time, which boosted her confidence significantly. This group of friends also taught her the ways of shit talking and why it was important, which Emika never forgot.

She started committing petty crimes, such as stealing candy from a convenience store or pickpocketing a few dollars from someone's back pocket.

Emika was far too fast for the police to catch on their own, but one pro hero managed to put an end to her petty crimes.

A silver-haired hero who used his lightning enhanced speed to catch her.

Electros had been his hero name; she remembered that.

Instead of scolding her, he complimented her speed and ensured her that such quickness would benefit the heroes of today. He also told her that she probably had a chance of getting into UA if she applied herself on the right path instead of the one she was taking now.

She told him to fuck off.

Electros had only chuckled at that and left, leaving the police to deal with her.


Her parents yelled at her that night, asking why she would be so stupid. Emika didn't listen to a word of it though; she was too busy thinking about what Electros had said and was gradually piecing together her parents' lessons that they supplied her. She figured it out quickly and only smirked at the realization. They thought they could live their dream through her? Fine, she'll live their dream, but she'll live it her way.




Hero Name: Cupie


Hero Equipment: She holds a gas mask that enhances her perception, makes her immune to her quirk, and is able to seek people out via their body heat.

She also carries dual pistols that are specially crafted to shoot her quirk as bullets. The butt of her guns are made of a hard material so pistol whipping is more effective.

Portal Manipulation

After developing at a young age, Miko's quirk can project portals from his body that can transport the person(s) to a separate location, he can currently make a portal up to 193 cm tall and 200 cm width. When Miko uses his portal, he can transport a couple of people at a time and it can withstand up to 15 seconds before it closes or he closes it. The boy can also create up to 3 portals at a time from this time of age which could transport him up to 300 m away.

Personality:

If you were to describe Miko in a couple of words, you would describe him as a big brotherly figure. Miko is basically chill with everything and everyone around him, he doesn't like going by the books with everything and just wants him and everyone to have a good time, it would take a lot to set him off or provoke him, which could be triggered from someone hurting his friends or family. Whenever he meets new people, he wants them to feel at ease and to not feel threatened around him, he's the calmest and sweetest guy you could run into. Even though he quite chill, he will work hard for what he strives for, but won't make it a huge deal.

History:

Miko was originally born into a wealthy family as the sole child, his father was the CEO of a multi-millionaire company and basically only wanted a family for a front as a family man, he never really cared for having a wife and a child, which made him feel unwanted from his dad, but thankfully his mother was always there to cheer him up and feel wanted from her. When his mother finally had enough of his father she put out papers for a divorce, while at first apprehensive, his father decided to sign the papers even though he never gave an answer on why Miko's only thought was that it was out of guilt.

By the time he was 13, Miko's mother remarried an American man who also had a son, who was 8 at the time and the two hit it off easily and quickly became an older brother to the boy. As Miko continued to get older, he decided that he wanted to try out for U.A, he felt that he had the determination to make it, maybe even become a pro hero one day. So when he finally got the letter that he was accepted, he was ecstatic, he couldn't believe he actually made it.

    Description: The quick Lucien inherited from his grandfather. It allows him to create and manipulate electricity. His skills, having been extensively trained by his father and grandfather, allow him to encompass effects such as altering electrical currents and enticing a wide variety and range of discharges. Lucien's body, inside and out, is a quintessential conduit of unnaturally high levels of electrical charge. His ability to manipulate the electrical forces extant within his body allows him to be capable altering and boosting his physical abilities, supercharging himself to be faster and stronger. In addition, he is able to create high voltage blasts of electricity, his discharges can range from a harmless jolt to completely vaporizing organic and inorganic matter with electric blasts, though this is more than exhausting to say the least. In addition, because he's a conduit for electricity and his natural 'voltage' is quite high, touching him even casually can result in light, harmless shocks.

    His most notable skill is his ability to manipulate electrons, as well as an affinity for electromagnetism, allowing him to fire lasers capable of disintegrating objects. This is a skill that his grandfather became famous for, which earned him his hero name, 'Arclight' due to the bright, red light the attack creates.

Eventually, at the age of 40, he attained the prestige of Number One Hero in America. Around this time, his grandson Lucien was born. He kept an eye on the boy and, to his immense pleasure, his grandchild displayed the very same quirk he did. And from then on, he began to assist the raising and training of Lucien, finally displaying a notable care and interest in his family. His love for them was never in question, but ensuring their security and success for their was his main focus. While he was able to maintain his rank, he knew he couldn't keep it forever. He split his time between doing hero work and assisting in the raising and training of Lucien.

    Eventually, he decided to have Lucien sent to U.A. in Japan. This would ensure he receive better training and flourish in a better environment, with the intention of bringing Lucien back to America once he graduated.

    Type: Emitter
    Description: Shambala allows Lucien to manipulate the space of himself or the things he's come into contact with. Having complete autonomy of himself, Lucien is capable of warping from one place to another. Normally, he'd need to see where he's going clearly, the years of training he's undergone under the guidance of his father and grandfather have fixed this. So long as he can envision where he wants to go, he can teleport to that location. This has greatly increased the efficiency and potency of his quirk, allowing him to use it in more dynamic ways. However, he still has to be careful as repeated usage over a long period of time and across significant distances can have a massive range of side effects. This can range from mild/intense vertigo to spacial dissociation which essentially means he gets 'stuck' in between locations as his body doesn't know where, or when, it should be. Aside from this, he can manipulate space to control and alter the trajectory of anything he throws, as well as increase or decrease the velocity at which they're thrown through controlling their vectors.

1) Is there a time limit or something to the things he comes in contact with and can warp to? I don't think he'd be able to warp to something he touched years ago.

Name: Misoka Yamasaki Daichi - Hero Name: Dullahan's Flame

Description: The final version of Misoka's quirk, in it's normal state she was able to move detached parts of her body and move them via biological telekinesis. Or rather it was a combination of biological regeneration and telekinesis, combined that she poorly understood till her second near death experience at the hands of a Green haired terrorist. In it's active form, Misoka can create hovering replicas of her arms, head and legs to move with her "will-o-the-wisp" and bludgeon a foe. In practice this is mostly her heads and hands, able to collect information from them she can watch a fairly large area and given the isolation of parts she feels very little from them being damaged. She has been shown to control up to 9 heads within a 100 yard radius, with around 10 hands or and odd mix of parts as she hovers above the battlefield with her hands spread. Given the nature of her quirk this teacher is highly resilient to physical force and while not amazingly strong, the effects of her personal telekinesis should not be underestimated given it's ability to propel her parts at a foe with considerable speed. Working almost like a central computer center in the movements of her limbs and core, it is possible to defeat her but not a simple task.

While her classmates doubted the effectiveness of willpower. tactics and brute force, Misoka has made surprising use of her quirk in her adventure as a hero, ones that are not always or even often so direct.

Personality: Keeping much of her good nature and dark humor, the flow of time and the Akihabara incident had hardened her considerably. Becoming more obsessed with working hard towards her task and the following battles, Misoka would shape up into a good hero that often risked her life or took the time out to cheer up others. No matter how large or how small, rich or poor, Misoka would focus her efforts on protecting others.. Over time this led to her naturally drifting from most of her classmates as she took to protecting the rural area's of Japan. Deep down the events of those days still bother her and she has always kept up a serious mindset to her tasks, all the while trying to make people a little bit happy. She has returned to teaching while still on hero duties, to help newer Generations not be in the same position as she was so long ago.

She is known to complain about her low wages time to time however. Overall there is little she fears now, and she shows a surprisingly strong Maternal side with a forgiving nature. Misoka seems to always be aiming to help those who are weak and while seemingly fearless, she has became much more cautious and devious in her plans. While still hotheaded, she is a hothead who can make a plan.

Hobbies: Personal training, singing, public speaking, tea making, cat cafe's, outdoors exploring/hiking.

Background: Born to a rather normal if not eccentric family, Misoka never lacked for much, neither rich, nor poor. Having a traumatic incident in her youth, which unlocked her quirk. Having a strong liking to heroes and a will for Justice, Misoka would enlist with the Hero Academy. It was there she would make a few friends and started to take her first steps into the world of Pro Heroes.

During the Drug Blue case, in which the young Students would be engaged in heavy fighting, Misoka would suffer dearly at the hands of Ayai Shakushain, a wanted international fugitive, more so than the others in her group. It was from this near death experience that she would accept the conditions of her Quirk, aiding her in unlocking it to it's full extent. Towards the end of this aboard a Cargo Jet, Misoka and Ayai would meet once more.. At 10k feet, Misoka would in a grueling battle against the forces behing the earlier attack, Misoka would trick the woman about, finally opening a cargo lift to drop her to the earth. In what was to follow and at great risk to herself, Misoka was able to defeat the unstoppable juggernaut.. But it was then that everything seemed to change. Misoka knew she was weak and for that she was strong.

Finishing her schooling, Misoka was known to take up speaking with the general public and entertaining children and the elderly as best as she could, while forging contacts with the police and fire services in the country. They all were weak, standing before Gods in come cases. But men could kill Gods.. Pushing herself to the limit and in her replications, Misoka was more than able to communicate with her allies and to multiply her "false" heads, controlling them at will.

Named Dullahan's Flame, she set out across the countryside, leaving most of her classmates behind, there were people in the wider countryside that needed help and she didn't give a damn how "Hero Society" functioned. She did not want a single dime from the super powerful or to be stuck in the cities. It was there that Misoka's journey as "The People's Hero" would begin. Moving from town to town, she would help with any task, be it stopping robbers, fetching cats and most importantly, search and Rescue. While not slouch in a fight, Misoka's quirk was only good with regards to traps or keneitc energy, but it had a very wide use as a communications or scouting device. And she would use it as such, brutally pummeling the villains she could and working with civilians, other heroes or the Military and Police where she could not.

Never asking for payment, she would accept donations, sing or even put on little shows for money to survive, turning down any and all corporate sponsorships.. But she was limited to the relatively slow speed at which she could move.. That was until she met him... Isamu Daichi.. A Helicopter rescue pilot. Impressed with her actions, he and his team had decided to work with her, carrying her about at speeds she could not reach and at the Government's Expense, because of this Misoka became an unusual center of focus.

Making use of the ties she had built up, Misoka would become something of a spokes person for the Hero Agencies and a liaison for the Civil Protection Services of Japan with a modest civil servants salary. Minus the small donations that she would get to continue her mission to the "less important" parts of Japan, Misoka never once had any spotlight from the large donors. However her spirit and encouragement of the Weak being strong and co-operation with the Civil Services made her insanely popular with Rural Japan and even among some of the Youth. By popular vote alone she has managed to place highly in the Ranks, and as of this year is number 9 on the hero charts.

Over the course of these 20 odd years, Misoka would marry Isamu and the pair would have three children, out of concern for them and her own rapidly climbing age, Misoka has taken on a teachers position at the UA, to pass on skills before another Incident can happen.. Though she still acts as a spokeswoman and continues her hero work, chiefly in the field of search and rescue and in aiding the weak. It is expected that her ambitions may reach far beyond a simple teachers posting, given her active role in the politics of Japan and the UA...

Such is will of the Dullahan's flame, the shining light of the people.

Name: Kanna Tanaka - Age: 16 - Gender: Female

Quirk: Tranquil Fury
Quirk Type: Emitter-Mutation

Description: A joint Quirk made up of elements from that of her mother and father.
Kanna has aspects of her mother's quirk, Bleeding Fury, which allowed her own and the blood of others to supercharge her through combat or physical stress. In the case of Kanna, she can slip into a battle Frenzy state in which she she can call upon this blood based enhancement that infects her very cells. Simply with the act of breathing or living her blood constantly promotes a sense of rage within her body, working it's way into various cells and muscles. For her and her mother this can lead to a Berserker like rage and until the body is used to the full power of the quirk it is not unknown for one to break their bones till they adapt, with the quirk also recovering damaged internals fairly quickly. Additionally an aura of sorts seems to bleed from them. The sheer force of the blood promotes a near demonic like transformation in it's full state, and the Aura is often just the might or mental effects of the quirk leaving the body in a manner, excess particles of the blood that is the quirk cells in release, having taken hold of the user to the point it leaks out, corrupting them bit by bit.

Her father on the other hand had Tranquil Combat, allowing him to fight with swift and precise movements and to calm the fury of others passively. She has gained a portion of this allowing her to strive off the madness for a longer time than her mother and with a more precise control of the formers ability. That is not to say she is not immune to it's effects in full. Kanna can attack in full rage while retaining control and is able to attack with the relentless strength of a madman while gaining the speed and precision of a surgeon. But she has a limit on how far into a rage she can go into before they lose it.

Because of this Kanna is often held back by herself, fearful of her power, not a fact she speaks of openly. Currently she is able to bring down some buildings or lift and throw a car or truck in her "normal" state. Her ability to Regenerate isn't instant and takes some time depending on the seriousness of the wound, though the body will prioritize some areas over others. As a result this leads to her scars, in addition her powers are more constrained in deep cold. While still strong extreme cold impacts her nearly as much as extreme heat does Ayame, causing such weather to make her far more lethargic and her 'startup' all the more slower. As a Result she works out more in colder months and generally likes warmer periods.

*Kanna has started using more of her dark power rather than hiding it away. Not much has improved as of yet outside of basic parameters.

Personality: Fairly calm and peaceful seeming, she is something of a large bear and big sister sort. Kind and mostly warm, with the occasional psychotic remark or cold almost dead stare. Her aura is about as scary as her mother, but the warmth she seems to give off could give on the impression of a circus bear, while it is friendly it is still very much a wild animal. Unusually helpful and simpleminded, she is a rather pure young woman. It should be noted her means of helping are rather direct and can be comical and/or terrifying, even she at times doesn't know the measure of her own strength and common sense is not so common... However angering her purposely is sure to result in a terrible, terrible situation for the one behind it. That being said she is largely in control of how she is and typically tires to not leave lasting harm without cause and she is a rather good listener, cook and an actual Shinto Priestess, knowing many ceremonies and how to make charms, she tends to often act on ceremony or an overly friendly manner.

Overall she is a rather good person that will claim she is always angry and the aura she gives off seems to hint it may be true.. Either way she is well trained. She is rather forgiving to those who will correct the errors of their ways and utterly ruthless to those who will not.

Hobbies: Cooking, holding cultural events, training, meditation, cleaning, working out, playing with small animals, speaking with the elderly and country folk.

Background: Daughter of renowned, or rather formerly renowned terrorist Ayai Shakushain and Ota Tanaka, she is the eldest daughter of the pair and doesn't seem to know or rather to care about her mother's past. As far as she's concerned her mother had renounced her ways after her father spent many months healing her broken and battered body and teached her of the spirits and nature. A man who could match his soon to be wife in power but not in force, over time the two would grow close with Ayai finally consenting to the life of being the wife of a Shinto Priest and living in rural northwestern Japan as a farmer.

While the family lacked much they were happy simple folk, living off the land and helping out those in the community. Kanna had her mother's natural aggression and her father's sheer size and sense of kindness, though her childhood was a troubled one as she got used to the great strength within her body, breaking many bones and dealing with much rage, she found peace in the same way her mother did, through helping others and the worship of the Kami. As she got older however there were limits to what one could do or how much a small farm could feed a family of Five, her two following siblings included in the number. Listening to the tale of her mothers past, Kanna would reach out to Misoka, the so called "People's Hero" calling her to the Temple and Farm. The meeting was intense as ancient enemies met and Misoka garnered information on the family from the locals.

Though having seen what had became of the woman who had caused her much harm and yet had shaped her path as a hero, the Dullahan's Flame had done the surprising.. She would send an investigator with a pardon, taking the teenage Kanna with her to better help the girl and to teach her how to be a hero and to make good where there once was evil. Not having ever been into the City however, Kanna had a crash course in society from Misoka, even living briefly with her and her family till the dorms were reopened. Though this was an interesting experience for all concerned, Kanna was found to be a gentle giant, if not one who liked to eat a lot, more so in meat. While lacking in technological knowhow, the girl has a down to earth sense about her that most are missing in this era.

1) Is there a time limit or something to the things he comes in contact with and can warp to? I don't think he'd be able to warp to something he touched years ago.

2) How far up he can make the vector of thrown items go. Can you give an example of what he can do?

The target is still able to see when this is done, and usually doesn't detect that anything happening to them, though skilled Quirk users may notice that something is off. It costs very little energy to use this Quirk in its most basic form, meaning he can do it often and for long periods of time, but for application in battle in the form of almost reading another's immediate intentions based on minute eye movement, the possible duration is much shorter, limited to roughly thirty minutes over a twelve hour span.     Background:
    Born to parents with animal quirks, it was surprising that she didn't quite have one herself. While she inherited some animal-like traits, they are hardly enough to be registered as a quirk in modern-day society, and definitely weren't enough to get into UA.

    When her quirk manifested, the source of disease in others wasn't readily apparent, but it was no where near strong enough to kill or severely disable a person - just enough to give a person a headache and make them somewhat feverish, which, to be honest, could just happen from the stress of dealing with school children. But then it was realized to affect animals too, and since Alex was never affected herself, her parents realized that it was something to do with her, and thus her quirk was discovered to be based upon zoonotic diseases.

    Throughout school, she was a shy person who was concerned about hurting others, but she's ready for high school to challenge her and develop her as a hero and person.

His skin is in fact a living organic metal that creates current waves of electricity through his blood stream. The perfected version allows him to discharge burst it out offensively to things he makes contact with, but also when handed something that can siphon energy for use he can will his body to start sharing the energy to the device to power it. Thus with a specialized pad built by him, and his mother he can power energy based weapons design to rescue people, and subdue villains more effectively/efficiently then most current batteries or power cores. His body is always creating energy efficiently around the clock.

His skin due to the mutation half of his quirk allows him to take a horrifying hulk level beating in a fight, but does not give him any enhancements in strength thus his requirement in needing combat gear to help even the odds against the more aggressive quirk users. With its metallic features along with the battery requirements to withhold his skin together rather then burst in explosion Allo also has a high level of heat, and impact resistance, So far Allo has confirmed he can handle flames that can cause third degree burns like it nothing. Along with that he is completely immune to electrical attacks. Like wise due to the metallic quality Allo's skin when rushed against metal will create sparks... not really an advantageous thing, but a neat trick for parties. Due to the training from his U.A days its nearly impossible to pierce or crack his skin.

During a event when a particular future number one hero was corrupted by a pro villain i result to said situation in the midst of a psychotic battlefield Allo learned if he ingests a large volume of electricity or his own energy his body goes into a powerful state overload dubbed Discharge Roulette. In this state for twenty minutes Allo's reaction time, skin defense, energy output, and speed massively improve. The problem is this mode easily overloads his weapons breaking them upon one use, and if not cooled down within that Twenty minute window causes great stress to Allo placing him in a dangerous position. Battery Core's weakness to ice, and freezing temperature's is still existent, but not as brutal as when he was a kid thanks to Discharge Roulette.

Every the excited one was how Allo use to be, but after much growth from the "Drug Blue" case, the energetic hero has in fact mellowed out a bit, but of course his oddity in nature is very much still in play. A prodigy in the technological field kept his curiosity high, and his concentration sharper then ever. Allo is still as studious to a breaking personal bubble point that for those that don't know him are immediately taken aback by. However, his chatty nature is gone now replaced with a more straight to the point responses though his jovial side, and silliness does show from time to time especially around his old classmates.

Since his days at U.A his leadership skills have heightened impressively earning him a rather respected tactical keep in the rescue field. Being a father saw his supportive nature to grow as well never letting those around him kick themselves down, and keep everyone in high spirits even in the worst of situations. His most impressive feat on the matter being getting Setsuna to not be so emo all the time(XP take that Nov XD). The one thing that has definitely not changed to this day is his insanity while on the job. Willing to risk his whole being to keep those safe who find themselves in constant danger... a fact his wife begrudgingly accepts. Its nearly impossible to get under Allo's skin as he still to this day is way to optimistic though now having a child does give way to a potential panic if villains were stupid enough to test what would happen.

Background:
His dad was a salesman, and his mom a front runner of one of the most sought out Support tech's in the hero industry. Thus one could say they were quiet the power couple yet life at home was rather average. Yet upon having their child Allo they were going to have a world wind experience of raising a star eyed hero in training. Why his quirk made good for hero work his mother made sure he learned as much as possible to the tools of her trade to help strengthen his capability to reach his dream.

His dad took to his kids dream just as well working with his son to work on the physical requirements of a hero. Thus a training regiment with his dad began. His dream to be a hero surprisingly help the family bond stronger then ever expected, and thus a boy who dreamed big was given all the support he needed. With the training necessary to aim high he aims his sights right at the top of the hero world UA High School where some of the the best heroes are born.

Role past the examines everything he expected of U.A was delivered with more then he could ever expect. He met 14 other well gifted students who become his closest of friends. He experienced in his first year alone the true sense of fighting villains where he, and his fellow classmates got their asses handed to them by two S class Villains opening their eyes to how strong they would need to get. This eventually lead to them all getting involved into a well known case called "Drug Blue" involving a underground villain group making a drug that could be used to mind control those who drank it into mindless puppets. One of their own fell into this causing the rest to spring into action. However where they should have handed to the pro hero's a rather reckless at the time Kazuo convinced a good chunk of his classmates to jump into action to zero in on the villains responsible. Allo at first didn't agree but after informing the pro's quickly realized they would react fast enough, and jump into the fray as well.With all of Class 1-A in tow four of the six villains responsible for the drug were caught including the ring leader Black Slime who nearly killed Kaz, And Allo. Yet even with such a high result the two who got away proved to be the string behind two other villain factions.

What followed during his second, and third year could only be described as pure chaos. His best friend was temporarily corrupted costing the class pure extreme danger to get him back. Those S class villains came after them in a twisted game of cat, and mouse ending with Allo trying to fly a plane as Misoka delivered the finishing blow to one of them sending them falling to their supposed demise. He started dating one of his fellow students Takagi after a rather emotion explosion, but at the end of it all his class finished their schooling with much more experience then ever expected.

Into his Adult years it didn't take long for his hero company to kick into high gear enlisting his mom as a permanent project partner springing into life one of the most efficient Rescue Hero centers. Backed by funding from his tech division Allo's company has been able to avert many a death count across numerous disasters both natural, and villain caused. This along with his take down of numerous villains on his own, and with his team have been a massive drive to his popularity yet at the same time that popularity became bi polar when he married his U.A sweetheart Takagi a well known Anti Hero at that point. However even with that dispute of issue to the masses he still ranks number three among Japans heroes. However unlike most hero's Allo gives really no time to the press always dodging them, and only showing up on TV when someones recording a fundraiser, his fights with villains, or one of his disaster relief efforts.

Original two years ago Allo didn't give much thought to becoming a U.A teacher until a rather brutal event. Originally that day had just been a catch up with his friend Imma Routes aka Pro Hero Medusa the number 9 ranked hero at the time until the area they were in was sudden bombarded by a villain named Mauve Stinger a villain from their past school days. What followed was a rather extreme fight ending with Mauve Stinger getting away... and a grave being made for Imma. The event haunts Allo to this day, and for a good year was his obsession to find Mauve Stinger. Yet in the end he had to let it go whether or not he forgave himself for the tragedy is hard to say. A few months later he was approached by his old friend Misoka who suggested he take a break from the work, and start helping to mold the heroes of the future for awhile... he gladly accepted the idea, and is now prepping himself for his first year of teaching.

Chitose's quirk allows her body to dissipate into a thick fog cloud to not only limit the opponent's eyesight but trap them where she has a complete advantage over them combat-wise.

The fog extends to a 100-foot radius in a circle where Chitose would be in the center if she were still present. The cloud is mobile, allowing Chitose to move it to, at the fastest, 30 mph. Windy days will not move the cloud.

Chitose, in fog form, will be able to freely maneuver and teleport from within the span of the cloud. She will have to reappear should she attack her opponent, and attacking will leave her vulnerable to counterattacks. Her fog form will not make her invincible to physical attacks, so if the opponent can locate her and hit her she will automatically reappear. Chitose will also be able to sense where her opponent is inside of the cloud; but once her opponent steps out of range, she will have to either move the cloud or reappear to bring herself closer.

Since her UA days, Chitose is now capable of warping herself without the need of a cloud, but she is limited to teleporting within 10 feet of where she is currently standing while her fog drastically increases her distance. After teleporting, she emits a tiny cloud when she appears. She uses this technique to dodge and get better angles when fighting. Chitose is also able to teleport with people who are touching her and with her feet on the ground, but warping with other people takes up much more water than it would by herself.

The amount of body water she uses when warping and emitting fog has drastically reduced, but regardless it is still one of her main concerns along with gaseous chemicals and electricity.

Overusage of her quirk can knock her unconscious from dehydration or can be potentially fatal.

Chitose had grown and matured considerably since her UA days. She is still as bold, compassionate, and a bit airheaded as she had been back then, but with time and some psychological help, her inferiority complex is no more. Chitose grew out of her self doubt and admires her comrades rather than get angry that they do something better than her. Since the incident at the tournament, she is a lot more careful with what she says.

Chitose is still outgoing and strong-willed, though her motherly complex towards others had grown significantly ever since she had Ichirou. She takes risks and does her best whenever possible, but she is a lot more careful and strategic than she had been in the past. Chitose cares about all of her students as she would her own children, but shows absolutely no mercy to villains.

When in combat, Chitose is analytical of everything her opponent does and thinks of plans on the fly. Chitose tries to end fights quickly rather than put on a show (her current record is 5.9 seconds) since she wants to put the public's mind at ease rather than make a viral video. She smiles at civilians and assures them everything will be okay (a trait picked up by her son) so as to not cause panic and to this day has rarely shown signs of despair on the battlefield.

Quirk: Regenerating blood temporarily improves one physical ability of the person at random. So if someone is healed by their blood, the recipient may also get an improved vision, or heightened speed, or more strength.
weakness: He has to be careful about how much blood he gives them because of his blood may push their body's to a point it can't handle and that does more harm than good in a number of ways. Even though he has more blood than most he still has to be careful not to take to much damage or he could pass out or worst case be killed. Overuse of the ability can also cause severe tiredness and really bad headaches and other problems such as blurry vision and bloodshot eyes and more.

Pro Hero experience: Leon's family are not as well known as many of the other heroes because they are normally not on the front lines fighting, leon can fight very well but he prefers trying to talk things out before using force like his mum Anna Ran. When Shiori's quirk is activated, 3 pairs of silver, angelic wings sprout from her back. In addition to allowing her to fly, they can manipulate the kinetic energy of anything they touch. This allows her to block most kinds of conventional attacks with them by reducing the kinetic energy of incoming attacks while increasing her own attack power by increasing the kinetic energy of the wings themselves. However, stopping higher amounts of kinetic energy or applying higher amounts take more and more stamina from her.

Personality:
Shiori comes off as serious or even dangerous when she's focused. Whether it's training or studying, she tends to become quite serious about it and makes sure to get the job done. Her focus is rather admirable, as she is able to drop pretty much anything at anytime in order to focus on what she feels like she needs to do. In her free time however she actually is quite amiable and even playful, finding it fun to tease people a bit. This puts her in a bit of strange position as both an honor student type and a prankster.

Also, despite her incredible focus, this amount of focus actually makes her feel rather fatigued once she's done with whatever her task was. She's more prone to being silly or pulling bolder pranks if she's been stressed for an extended period of time.

Background:
Neither of Shiori's parents were heroes. Though both possessed quirks, neither were ones that they felt would make for good heroes. Shiori's own quirk manifested at the age of 4, wings on her back suddenly appearing and disappearing seemingly at random. Once they found out she could fly and even use the wings as weapons, her parents encouraged her to become a pro hero, something neither of them felt they were capable of doing back when they were children themselves.

Shiori didn't really have any clear idea of what she wanted to do or who she wanted to be. There wasn't really anything wrong in her mind with becoming a hero. It was probably a respectable job, even. But what she did know was that she didn't like her parents telling her what path she should take. A somewhat rebellious child even in her earlier years, she would often leave home after getting back from school to ease the pressure she felt on herself.

But as one might expect, a child running around on their own at later hours was far from a safe habit. One day she found herself attacked by a low-time villain, and froze. Adelaide can create loud waves of sound that can cause damage and velocity in the direction that is chosen. She can typically channel her quirk from her voice or fingertips causing pressure to a certain distance, usually up to 150 feet away. The quirk can sometimes cause certain conditions when used for too long or too long, such as nausea, migraines, and drowsiness. Her sound quirk can also heal smaller wounds converting small waves to her fingertips, like scrapes and open wounds. Her sound attacks can also be used as a defense to shield her from attacks forming a type shield to fend off attackers.


Personality:

After growing up in a strict household, Adelaide was taught to focused and diligent in her studies and to spend time on things that aren't important. Adelaide was always taught that striving for greatness which meant to be the best, while she only does it thinking her mother knows best, she has been starting to think for herself lately and finding what she wants to do for herself. The girl seems to keep to herself a lot, usually not speaking until someone asks her something, not out of shyness but out of her choice to stay quiet. Adelaide was always told to keep her emotions in check, never cry. don't show any anger and not to show any weaknesses, this has caused her to feel bottled up inside, ready to scream.

History:

Ada was raised most of her life in the heart of Paris, France by her mother, who made a name for herself the big face of Boucher technologies. Sadly Ada never got to meet her father, she had tried all she could to ask questions about him but her mother always told her that he had run off and that he never cared for the two of them, which made the girl give up on asking. As she grew up and her quirk started to form, her mother started to train her and control her quirk, she always wanted her daughter to be the best in their family, better than her and the best in the world. Her mother kept her on a tight schedule, everything had to be perfect for Adelaide to achieve greatness.

A couple of years later Adelaide learned about the great U.A all the way in Japan, she didn't know what but something inside her really wanted to go to that school, so after months of begging to at least have a chance, her mother agreed to try out for the school. The girl was ecstatic that she got accepted into the school, her mother also was happy that she got into the school since the school had previously had the number one hero, Kazuo Mizushima. As Adelaide began to pack for the move, she got a letter in the mail from her father, saying that he needed her help and she was the only one he could trust, apparently he was also a pro hero. She kept the letter to herself and knew that she needed to find her father, if he was missing then she was the only one that could help him.

A fusion of both her mother, and Fathers quirk. It mostly takes from her mother side giving her control of her bodies keratin allowing her to grow out her hair using it like a series of dangerous tendrils to strike, grab, throw, and even move herself around. Also like her mom Aurora can grow out her nails into sharp blades strong enough to cut through steel. The buff side of her dads quirk however has mutated the qualities of her moms. Just like her father her skin is a organic metal yet thanks to momma's quirk her skin is way denser, and heavier feeling exactly like metal upon physical touch. Hence the girls unexpected weight, and strength. What allows her to move normally is the surge of energy in her blood that keeps her in a constant adrenaline condition allowing her the ability to be mobile like anyone else. Yet unless using her hair Aurora can't exactly run that fast. Another addition of difference is her electrical blood between her, and her fathers. While Allo could discharge, and energize machines throughout his whole body Aurora can only cause electrical currents through her nails, and hair. Unlike her father though this electricity can't charge machines yet instead can siphon them revitalizing Aurora's strength, and stamina. Aurora does not have her fathers healing factor, but instead has boosted strength like her mother. Making her literally a walking tank immune to Electricity, fire, and ice elemental attacks. Water however is a massive weakness short circuiting the girls quirk out of control making it dangerous for her to go near large bodies of water, or deal with water quirk users. Telekinetic quirks, or any type of quirk that can actual lift her up into the air are effective tactics as thanks to her weight air recovery is pretty damn hard. Side note for evil torture to all male teens thanks to her skins quality its always in perfect "firm" condition.

Update to Quirk

Thanks to a test run during her Tournament bouts Aurora has developed fighting styles switched around, and changing her electrical flow as controlled with her actual braid hair styles allowing her to deliver fast electrocutions, movement speeds, and blocks in a fight. During her fight with Ichi Aurora has started to master a form of in flight speed up movement by vaulting herself around with her hair allowing her to fight, and catch up with faster opponents. Her training with Hardwire has also significantly strengthened her reaction timer with her hair making her lethal up close. currently she is trying to master her nail techniques.

Shockingly given her parents backgrounds Aurora is rather polite to a strange Victorian lady like concept. She is very respectful to her peers to a creepy stretch always optimistic like her father, but equally as scary as her mother if given rise to wrathful venture. She is tidy in nature yet unruly when treated as a lesser. Easily approachable yet bubble bursting once comfortable with someone. Understanding of accidents, but still punishing to repeated offenders. In a rather spot on description she is like a maiden detective proper, and polite yet gritter and unshakable. A stronger willed one for sure garnered by her parents personalities no doubt. Overall pretty fun, but very much a workaholic nature with a strange gun nut obsession.

Background:
Her mother is the well known Anti Hero Grudge a gritty dark hero who is misunderstood by the masses, her father the third rank Japanese Hero Surge Alloy goes without saying heroing was very much a equation in her childhood. Yet shockingly her parents were not absent in her life Allo, and Takagi made sure Aurora was never without one of her parents at all time impressively only needing a baby sitter during romantic nights, or national risks. Thus her family life was very vibrant, and healthy. Her favorite past time as a kid though was watching videos of her parents in action doing whatever it took to keep her home safe from the villainous forces across the country. Of course once her quirk kicked in the very nature of it excited her to the core as he parents were happy for her, but clearly concerned about her entering the hero world as it wasn't really what they hoped she would go to. Yet ever the supportive type they cheered her on pulling no strings as she requested of them. If she was going to get into U.A it would be by her own hands.

Most of her life she didn't have much friends do to the fact most kids were intimidated by her parents. Though around the fourth grade Aurora was introduced to Amaris the daughter of her parents U.A friend Ramiris. While a bit hard at first due to Amaris quirk the two steadily became best friends. "Or so i say," Aurora would tease to others mimicking Amaris's speech patterns.
