Anna-Mei rolled out of bed that morning completely exhausted. Half asleep she reached for her phone and turned the loud alarm off. She let out a loud unhappy groan at the prospects of being conscious, despite the fact it was 10 AM and she should have been awake an hour ago. But with a 45 minute commute time, she found an hour to be sufficient to get her life together to arrive on time to the Furui Kami bookstore. She pulled herself out of bed, wrapped her foot in her blankets and successfully face-planted right on her bedroom floor. Another day, another fall.

After a warm shower and other hygienic duties Anna-Mei worked on her appearance. She let her hair out of its messy and tangled ponytail and began to brush it. After a bit of brushing and flat ironing her hair was under control. Anna-Mei wasn't a huge make up girl, she had enough confidence to think she was at least a little cute so she didn't bother with much make-up. After a light gloss she was done and she went to her clothes- only then realize that she'd probably done that completely backwards. She stuck her favorite color sharpies in her back pocket (purple and pink) then headed out.

After a 45 minute ride (She barely was on time for the subway) she arrived. Arrived 10 minutes late of course- but arrived. She saw the other manga-kas who were attending sitting near the back and Anna-Mei went to join them. She took an empty seat by Masa and gave a sheepish smile. She hadn't seen Mariko yet and she prayed that somehow the woman had got stuck in the worst traffic known to man and she was late. Because then she wouldn't know Anna-Mei was late, which basically meant she wasn't late in the first place- right? Anna-Mei just didn't feel like the head editor learning she was late then throwing her usual fit about how "Manga-kas never do anything on time", getting onto Mariko who would in turn scold her.

Not that the head editor would be wrong- at least in her case.

It looked like a tornado, then an earthquake hit his room as Jung groggily got up. Papers were taped to his wall, strewn all over the floor, and his phone was in a plastic baggy which was on top of his dresser. His phone seemed to be 'shivering' rapidly as he woke up to the annoying siren going off. Which meant that it was probably 9:00AM. His newly bought game
'Reset June' was on, as he squinted as his favorite character. Jung had tried to beat it in one day despite having an appointment with his fans as he rubbed his eyes. He'd worked on his story just a bit before getting distracted by the temptations of playing 'Reset June'. He slowly got up dodging most of the scattered papers on the floor. Jung hoped with all his might that his roommate wouldn't barge in his room, after all his roommate was a clean freak and often costed Jung a lot of time, after all Jung has his own system. He sniffed at his sweatshirt and sighed.

"What a great day this will be!"

Jung laughed bitterly, he didn't want to go anywhere but he had to. After all his editor had approached him with the bright and sparkly smile, often known to Jung as the devil in disguise smile. Jung shuddered, Yamato (known as Yam to Jung) often let his jokes slide. Jung's shudder wasn't of fear, but of excitement. He could play so many pranks this morning to the afternoon. Jung was fully awake burning with the desires of pranks. Jung hummed and picked up his phone taking it out of the plastic bag.

>> Masa you better be awake you foolish child~ :)

Masa would probably sleep through his text but it wasn't like it mattered a whole lot to Jung. He didn't care much about his appearance but taking in mind that others might scold him he swiftly brushed his hair upwards and stuck gel in his hair. He put deodorant on, Jung didn't smell too bad, he smelt of pine, it was his normal scent after all. He pulled a printed T-Shirt and a gray sweatshirt. He already had jeans on as his grin became wider. He was extremely comfortable and 'ready'.
He grabbed his rugged grayish bluish backpack and shoved everything into there, including his lucky charm that took a form of an alpaca. He dearly loved those. He blew a kiss to his television, a lady currently on the screen of his dating simulator as he turned it off, throwing his remote on his bed.

He leisurely walked to the train and got on arriving a minute before they were due. He sat lazily on to a chair setting his backpack beside him, shoving his hands in his pockets grinning like a fool. One of the pens he packed (it was the only blue pen he had) was 'stuck' and was to 'jump' when tapped on, similar to a rabbits motion. It would get ink all over the editors clothes, of course it was washable just really messy. He noticed a fellow Manga-ka- Akisora-Chan walk in. He looked amused, Jung was a procrastinator, but always on time. He rolled his eyes at the head editor. He wasn't late, but the head editor was quite stingy.

"Yo-se Anna-Chan!~"

Even though he was mostly wrapped in his mother culture, he had never gotten around to realizing the purpose of honorifics. So he just stuck with 'cute' nicknames. He greeted the young lady with a bright smile, even though she was late.

Five minutes early is on time, on time is late and late is unacceptable. Mariko found that by living by that saying was the key to surviving in the professional world. She made it her goal to never be late for anything and yet...Here she was. Not at the signing, but jamming herself into a packed subway car and hoping that she hadn't forgotten anything at the restaurant.

Ugh the restaurant. That was the reason why she was late. Her father had once again forgotten to provide an important piece of information and so she had woken up to him blubbering on her answering machine begging for her help. He was her father, so naturally she hadn't ignored him and now she was late. Well not really late. But late by the head editor's standards.

When she arrived on the scene, Mariko's eyes nearly popped out of her skull when she saw that Anna-Mei was present. Embarrassment and irritation shot through her even though she had been lecturing Anna-Mei on her tardiness for sometime, but did she have to correct herself on the one day that Mariko herself was late? Ignoring the seething gaze of the head editor--the rigid crone-- Mariko headed towards the manga-ka and editor area and took her seat. Thankfully, there were some editors and manga-ka's who weren't present yet, so she couldn't bare the brunt of the head editor's irritation, but she was sure the woman would pull her aside anyway.

Shoving her bag under her chair, Mariko went to sit by Anna-Mei briefly and gave her a proud smile. "Good job on being on time, Anna-chan!" She cooed although her plain voice made it seem like she was unimpressed. "I'll treat you to any sweet you want later, if all continues to go smoothly." She offered, giving Jung Jin Woo a nod of acknowledgement, wondering if his editor was around to keep the prankster in check. She looked past her manga-ka at Masa-chan who she shot a friendly smile.

"Some people dream of success, while others wake up and work hard for it!"

The loud sound of an alarm clock, it's consistent and annoying beeping, filled the room. It did so for a few minutes, before a low groan rose from underneath a large and rather plush looking black blanket. The thing underneath the blanket reached his hands out from underneath the blanket and grabbed one of his pillows, pressing it against his head through the blanket. Didn't work. He could still hear the alarm. He had bought one of those alarm clocks that has wheels and drives around, going off until he turned it off. Got him up, but he hated it. With a sigh, the blanket and pillow were suddenly flung to the ground, leaving behind a messy haired Jin-Yong. He wore his Totoro onesie [yes, he actually has that and he actually wears it] and had a few pillows laying around his body. With a yawn, Jin-Yong flung his feet over his bed and rose, wobbling a little but finding his balance quickly. Raising one hand to his head, Jin-Yong scratched the back of his head tiredly as he looked around his room for the 'alarm clock made by the damn devil himself', as Jin-Yong referred to it. As soon as he spotted it, Jin-Yong darted forward, grabbing it and turning it off. With a smile he stared at the thing, feeling proud. Another morning, another victory. He thought to himself before tossing the thing on his bed. With that done and over with, he made his way out of his bedroom and to his bathroom. Looking in the mirror, he immediately asked himself what happened during the night to make him look like such a mess. His hair was a complete mess, knotted in some areas while others had hair standing up. Seeing his current appearance, Jin-Yong frowned at himself. With a soft sigh he glanced at the digital alarm clock he kept in his bathroom. It was 8:34 am. Right on schedule it would seem. He thought to himself, unzipping the onesie in order to take a shower and get ready for the day.

An hour later Jin-Yong was ready, having taken a shower, brushed his teeth and hair, got dressed, had breakfast, and spent some extra time working. Checking his watch, he saw it was now 9:37. "Good. Right on time." He muttered aloud to himself as he got his shoes on. Completely dressed, Jin-Yong left his apartment, making sure to lock it. Walking towards the apartment parking lot, Jin-Yong grabbed the correct key for his vehicle, a motorcycle he received from his parents on his 25th birthday. Such kind parents they were, despite never being around. Boarding, he inserted his key and grabbed his helmet. Many have found his helmet to be comical, finding it strange and amusing for him to wear such a thing, but Jin-Yong wears it with pride. You see, he likes it very much.

Two and a half hours later, Jin-Yong arrived at the set destination after hanging out with his younger siblings. They were always good company. Parking his motorbike, Jin-Yong got off and removed his helmet, setting it on one of the handlebars of his bike. He chained his helmet to his bike and his bike to the pole he'd parked it by. There we go. Now you're nice and safe. He thought, smiling to himself as he patted his bike whom he named Kiriko. He liked the way the name sounded. Magical, ethereal, mysterious. Checking his watch, Jin-Yong saw it was now 12 pm sharp. Good job Jin-Yong. He praised before entering the bookstore. Upon entering he saw Jung Jin Woo, sitting in a chair and grinning. Probably has another prank he's going to pull. Or is thinking of one. Jin-Yong thought to himself as he walked over to the man, smiling at him as he drew nearer. "Good afternoon Jung." He greeted, walking around the man and making his way to wear Masa Choi sat. "Hey there Masa. Good afternoon!" He chirped, smiling brightly at the woman before him. He sat beside her, choosing the chair on her right. He placed his bag under his chair, setting it down nicely instead of just tossing it. Seconds after doing so he saw the head editor walk in. Uninterested in what she was doing, Jin-Yong took out his phone and browsed social media to pass the time. After ten minutes had passed and people had already started gathering, a worried looking Anna-Mei rushed in. He smiled upon seeing her, watching as she approached them and took a seat to the left of where Masa Choi would sit down. "Afternoon Anna-Mei! I see you're late as usual." He teased, chuckling slightly to himself. Not much time passed until Mariko hurried in. Surprised, his eyes widened. This is a first. Usually she's early. Jin-Yong watched her, listening to how she greeted Anna-Mei. "Well well Mariko, it seems even you can be late. You're so robotic I didn't think it was possible." Jin-Yong chuckled, teasing the woman who was obviously uncomfortable with the fact that she was late. "Then again, there's a first time for everything. It would seem you're a human after all, which means mistakes happen. Anywayyy, good afternoon~" He said warmly, smiling kindly at the lady before leaning back in his chair.

He had gotten there early, too early, if that was possible. How did that happen? It started when he woke up before the sun had completely risen, that was not too abnormal for him. After all, Kousuke was an early bird, he was a firm believer in the saying 'the early bird gets the worm'. But because he got up at this time, he had plenty of time to himself.

And he didn't have to worry in the least about Jung getting there without help. The guy was a prankster, but he was always on time, even if it was on the dot. It made him wonder what type of prank he would have to look out for today? Maybe he didn't have anything planned on this day, they'd be too busy interacting with their fans.

The only person he was concerned that would get there late was Anna-Mei Akisora. She was a complete klutz, there was no other way to put it, but it was impossible not to like her. Mariko had her hands full with her. Then again, he was still one to talk, he still had Jung with all of those pranks and fooling around. Jin-Young was probably the only one who didn't have his hands full with Masa. No,wait, she was Jung's partner in crime, and he found himself waking her up all the time. She snored, loudly.

Thier office was full with interesting and vibrant people, that made it fun, though.

When it was an hour before starting time, he had already finished dressing, and eating breakfast. His mother had woken up just as early to prepare a meal for him and even picked out pieces to his outfit.

You could call Kousuke a Mama's boy if you wanted, it wouldn't be far from the truth. But, he loved his mother, and she and his sisters were all he had, and even when his mother was at her sickest, she tried to provide and protect them. No, she wasn't all there either, so while she took care of him, he did the same for her.

And, no, he didn't live with her, it was the other way around. She, along with his younger sister, lived with him. His older sister moved out a while ago and was even engaged now.

So, after prepping himself, he left with plenty of time to spare. The first thing he did was get himself a cup of coffee, Kousuke loved coffee. And then he found himself sitting in the shop with the head editor waiting for the others. It was hard to do, not because he was impatient, but because Tomoki was, without a doubt, annoying. He didn't have a clue on what she was talking about, so he made an excuse and left to read manga while he waited.

Because he hid behind a shelf, reading an older issue of One Piece, he was not able to see them come in one by one. But by the time Mariko appeared he came to join them, hearing Jin-Yong's voice. "Oh, great, you're all here." He smiled, genuinely pleased to see them.

Anna-Mei waved at Jung as her cheerfully said, "Yo-se Anna-Chan!~". The words made Anna-Mei a bit embarased, from the first time they met she was always Anna-chan rather Akisora-san. It was informal and rather intimate, which initially led Anna-Mei to think that he had some sort of crush on her. She soon learned that, this mannerism was simply unique to Jung. He didn't quite get the catch of honorifics and the appropriate time to use them or change them. "Hi! Sorry I'm late~" Anna-Mei grinned at Jung, however when Mariko walked in Anna-Mei's short attention span shifted.

"Good job on being on time, Anna-chan!" Mariko told her, in a voice that many would describe as void of emotion but Anna-Mei wouldn't. Anna-Mei would definitely agree that Mariko's voice had very little emotion but... lack? No. After a while of the two being not only editors, but friends, Anna-Mei could pick up the slightest hints of emotion in her voice. "I'll treat you to any sweet you want later, if all continues to go smoothly." Anna-Mei's face lit up at this offer, she had come across this new cafe with the best sweets in a reasonable range from her apartment. Also, everything was better with someone else to share it with- or at least that was her opinion.

"Mari-chan! Okay so I found this really cute cafe with the best sweets. We should go there afterwards!" Anna-Mei said with a bright smile. She firmly resisted poking fun at Mariko for being late, but to her defense it was pretty hard not to. I mean, her "I-have-no-sympathy-for-you-missing-your-deadline" editor. Her "You-have-no-reason-to-be-late-you're-walking-distance-from-the-office" editor. It was ironic. Soon Jin-Yong greeted Mariko so their conversation was a bit short. Anna-Mei waved at him.

"Oh, great, you're all here." Kousuke Yamato said, coming from somewhere else within the bookstore. The whole gang was there, and by the whole gang she meant the main inhabitants of their office. The three editors present all worked in the same office, and even though manga-kas typically worked at home- there were multiple reasons to drop into the office. Whether it was to chat, brainstorm, work or otherwise. The manager of the bookstore noticed they were all there as well, and let the fans in. It was a huge influx of people immediately.

"Akisora-san, I would be completely honored if you would sign this manga for me!" A teen, maybe fifteen or sixteen handed her a special edition of Seasons and pointed to where she wanted it signed. With a sharpie she signed Akisora❤ as she always did. "Don't forget to keep following your dreams, no matter if it seems impossible. As long as you take a chance in that city, no matter if its raining- the sun will eventually come out. Even if your dream didn't come true, the light will shine through the clouds. Never forget this. Nana." Anna-Mei quoted a line from her manga (which she hoped with all of her heart would become an anime). The girl shrieked and even finished saying it with her. The girl waved and ran off happily.

Masa Choi

Masa was exhausted. Somehow she had forced herself to be early to the signing. She didn't want to disappoint her fans. That's the one thing she did treasure, the people who read her manga. However the amount of sleep Masa got last night was next to nothing. She had gone on an Instagram spree of cat pictures and sleepy selfies.

Her morning had been just as chaotic. She somehow managed to get some sleep, and wake up ten minutes after her alarm went off. Thus ensued a rush for a shower and picking out a good outfit for the day. Never mind that it was chilly Masa looked like a boss. She took a celebratory selfie to commemorate it. Masa had no time to make her own breakfast, nor the talent to make such a breakfast. It seemed she would have to get something on the way. Masa was feeding her cats when her phone rang. Jung Jin Woo, the sly bastard. Grinning, Masa shot back a little kawaii face and continued to grab the cat food. Giving the cat the morning food, Masa gave her some cuddle time before racing out the door. She just barely remembered to grab her silver sharpies before she left.

Masa didn't own a vehicle, thank the gods. If she did she would be utterly doomed as she tended to be accident prone. This is why she took the subway. Masa also didn't check the time very often so by the time she had walked to the subway station the train was puling up. Looks like breakfast would have to wait. It wasn't a long ride to the bookstore, but by the time Masa had gotten there she had forgotten about her breakfast, as usual. She pushed open the door, greeted the editor, and proceeded to lie face down on the table and take a power nap.

The next time she woke up was when Anna-Mei entered the building. She was early. That's a first. Smiling happily, Masa gave a tired wave to her friend, giving off a yawn and a stretch. Anna-Mei might have been late, but she was still there. When Jin-Yong arrived, Massa grinned.
"Afternoon. Jin-Yong do you have food?"
Masa asked, giving him her usual sheepish grin. Her stomach gave a confirming growl as she asked, her face flushing with embarrassment. That was the second time that week she had forgotten to eat. And then the fans came in. Masa put on a smile and pretended like she wasn't dying on the inside, flipping her sheepish grin into a cool expression. The first fan was a middle aged man, a little younger than her. He had all the volumes of Haze set on the table. Grinning, Masa chuckled.
"I see you are quite the fan. Want me to sign them all?"
Masa asked, putting on a kind smile. The man nodded with embarrassment, and Masa shook her head, going ahead and signing the first one. She waited until the last one to write a comment.
She wrote, signing her name in large letters over the inside cover. She added a little cat face doodle and handed the stack of manga's back to him. Signing made her feel all warm and fluffy on the inside.

Smiling, Kousuke made his way to find a seat with the other editors. Though he was stopped in his tracks by a young girl, by her uniform,he could tell she was a high schooler, with twinkling eyes. And he was even more surprised when she held out a manga book, his manga book,in front of him. When he looked closer it was the first book of Can You Hear Me, Satsuki?. And then there were a ton of other books she was struggling to hold underneath both arms.

"Yamato-Sensei? Y-you are Yamato-sensei aren't you? Please, oh please sign this!" She looked absolutely excited, full of energy and obviously nervous. He was sure she'd explode at any moment, but instead, she stood there, waiting for him to sign the book.

Kousuke could only smile at this.It was nice to meet fans every once and a while. Nonetheless, today was not his day. He was here to watch over Jung and make sure the office jokester did his job.

"I would love too." He grabbed the book from the young girl, and took some of her other mangas from her arms to help lighten the load. "But if you really loved Can You Hear Me,Satsuki? Then you must also be into The Crying Umbrella." He said as he directed her towards where Jung sat.

"Absolutely!"

And with that, he had her in line to have Jung sign her books.

"There, and you're welcome." He said to the mangaka with a vibrant smile as he sat near his table."Things are starting to get rather busy and loud in here. And it's not because of the goofball squad either." He was obviously referring to all three of the mangakas with that one.

"Some people dream of success, while others wake up and work hard for it!"

Jin-Yong looked over in surprise to see Kousuke Yamato randomly appear from behind some bookshelves. He certainly hadn't expected that and thought that Mariko was the last to arrive late. Ah, then again, he was probably first since none of us noticed him. Jin-Yong thought to himself, smiling. "Hey there Kousuke! I see you're sneaking around." He chuckled, before turning to look at his friend, Masa Choi who was greeting him and asking for food. Worry crossed his face and Jin-Yong placed a hand on her shoulder. "Masa, you naughty thing, you need to eat! Tell you what, after this I'll treat you. Okay?" He said, his tone a bit firm but still warm. Hearing her stomach growl didn't help. He sighed and opened his mouth to say more but the doors had been opened and fans were streaming in. Literally. He compared it to rivers. It was scary. Jin-Yong sat in his chair, a big grin on his face as he waited for his fans to approach him. Being only an editor, he didn't have as many as the manga-ka's, so he was able to watch Masa sign a few of some man's manga's before a few fans walked up to him. It was a group of girls who, judging by their outfits, went to one of the nearby high schools. With a happy expression, Jin-Yong acknowledged them. "Hey there! Got something you want me to sign?" He asked, pulling the cap off a purple marker. The first girl giggled nervously as she handed him a copy of 'Love and Loss'. "Ah. A great manga indeed. Tell me, did you enjoy it?" He asked, staring her in the eyes. The girl blushed and started playing with the hem of her blazer.

"Y-Yeah. I really loved it. Mae-Rin and Ryoku were a great pairing and there was great character development. When he died I cried myself. I felt so bad for poor Mae-Rin, I just wanted to hold her and say it'd be okay. When she killed herself I cried, but it just made me love the manga more. I think it's amazing how connected I became with the characters!"

The girl's response was a great one and Jin-Yong chuckled softly. "You think so? That's one of my favorite things about this manga. You can really feel the characters. It's magical." He said, smiling brightly at the girl before he opened the manga and wrote in it. He chose a quote from the manga which was said by Mae-Rin. 'Love is an amazing thing. It makes you want to be next to that special someone forever. So much so that you'd do anything. It's truly beautiful'. It was the last thing she had said before committing suicide. Beneath it he drew a heart with cat ears and whiskers, then signed his name. When he finished he handed the manga back to the girl and one of her friends came up next with the same book. He wrote a quote from the book, drew the little symbol, signed, then handed it back. As he signed he asked if she liked it and she said she loved it, then gave an explanation as to why. He loved hearing his fans say why they loved the books, and why they loved some more than others. He always took what they said to heart so he could use it well, and just enjoyed conversing with his fans in general. After the girls, many other fans lined up and he spoke to them all the same.

Although he was getting quite the crowd compared to the rest of the mangkas, Jung's signature a quickly drawn
clock with the initials "J.J.Woo!". He was smiling keeping in mind that all the people who came by must have thought he was some important milestone of some sort. Most of the time he was internally screaming because he wanted to go home, play video games, eat plantains, and maybe guzzle down some booze. Instead he was here. Si- He frowned briefly before continuing the signatures. These people came because they enjoyed his books, and he set the thoughts of being the most unproductive person in the world aside.

"But if you really loved Can You Hear Me,Satsuki? Then you must also be into The Crying Umbrella."

The title of his book came up as he turned his head to 'Yam-Kun' as he returned to the signing.

"Things are starting to get rather busy and loud in here. And it's not because of the goofball squad either."

(That's what you think. Oh wait until you get a load of this trick.)

He shook his pen, he was finally running out of ink. His grin became wider as he looked upon who he was signing with next.
The man was wearing a sweatshirt and thick glasses, it had seemed that the high-schoolish boy would be classified as a 'nerd' if not for the book in his hands. "Guns and Gems." So far it had been the series 'The Crying Umbrella' being popular with most of the high-schoolers. Jung greeted the younger kid with a grin as the kids friends strolled into the book store with their own copies of the series.

"If you're looking for a smilish devil then turn to your left. If you're looking for Sire Woo, well hello there!~"

He motioned towards Yam-Kun as he twirled his pen in his fingers.

"Oh urm.."
The boy looked hesitantly towards Yamato as he set the book in front of Jung.
"I suppose it would be you.. It's quite unique. The idea of a black agency. The thrills of having your heart-racing
is sort of beyond irreplaceable with this tale. Especially with the tension rising so high!"

The boy smiled as his friends piled over the books.

"Glad you enjoyed it. I hope I'll see you around,
after all it's not bad meeting the kid who appreciates the secrecy."

Jung resisted the temptation to roll on the floor and squeal as he drew the clock once again, his initials inside it.
He officially ran out of ink as he pulled out his only blue pen. His lucky blue pen mind you. As he waved the next person off there was a pause as he pretended to click the pen. Jung was somewhat dramatic and faked a frown.
You couldn't tell if he was joking or not considering Jung joked all the time.

"Yam-Kun could you please test the pen for me? I wanna sign the paper but it seems to be jammed or something. I mean considering the fact that I chugged a whole can of soda while working on my manga."

Glancing from the corner of his eyes, Kousuke immediately recognized the blue pen as his lucky blue pen. Honestly, Kousuke wasn't a person who believed in luck, he just believed in skill and that some things were meant to happen. And he had great fun in teasing Jung about his 'lucky' blue pen. Nonetheless, if it helped with anything, especially his work, he didn't care if it was truly lucky or not.

"Sure thing, just a moment." He said, somewhat absentmindedly as he handed a now signed copy of his book back to the young high schooler who had gotten back in line to get her back signed by him. She was persistent.

Once he was done, the girl was off on her again, whispering, loudly, with her friends as they headed toward the exit.

"Oh my god, Yamato-sensei is so hot!"

"I know, he could be an actor or a model. They all could be!"

"And who said manga-artist were ugly introverts."

If Kousuke was a manga character, there would be a sweat drop on the back of his head right now. But he wasn't, so he turned to Jung and took the pen wth a sigh."How could this be jammed? I would imagine you take extra good care of it." He commented before pressing down on it.

Jung's eyes seemed to highlight with mischief and joy all at once. The poor innocent fan standing by.
Jung desperately hoped that the fans understood what kind of guy he was. Not careless, just casual wanting
to make them comfortable. Mostly he had gotten female high-school girls. He smiled at the fan as he went back to
focusing on Yam-kun.

"How could this be jammed? I would imagine you take extra good care of it."

"Oh you'd be surprised."

Jung said in a voice similar to a sly purr. Yam-kun didn't check the pen, and that was his mistake as he pushed upon the poor 'lucky' pen. The pen jammed with amazing speed up and fell between the space of Yam-kun and Jung, bursting open.
The contents of ink spilling out, the blue splashing all over Jung's hair, and sweatshirt. It splashed onto Yam-Kun, it was worse than Jung's outfit. It was amazing how much ink could be contained in a pen. It was all over Yam's face, a bit of the tips of his hair, and mostly on his shirt. Jung's grin widened as the fans looked over, the fan Jung looked concerned at Yam-Kun until Jung looked back.

"A-Ah don't worry. It's quite washable. I made sure."

Jung looked warmly at the high-school girl as her eyes widened before smiling softly.

"I hope you enjoyed the show!~"

"I'm glad you liked the book so much, thank you for your support through-out the feelings of Taro and Lin."

Jung laughed and looked slyly at Yam-kun.

"Sooooooooo.... The pen doesn't look so good huh?"

Jung had poured some water in it, so the ink was not only sticky, but additionally wet as ink dripped down his hair.
Jung playfully nudged Yam-kun waggling his eyebrows. He was quite surprised that it had worked, after all
Jung had played many jokes before this but somehow Yam-kun never learned. Jung was thankful for that, after all
the jokes never got old.

"You could say that you didn't have a, inkling of an idea, huh?"

"Gah!" Kousuke was, ultimately, surprised by the outcome. How in the world did he always, always fall for these pranks of Jung's? He didn't see himself as a gullible person. But, obviously, he was. There was no other explanation to why he kept going into these tricks without any suspicions.

He wiped the blue ink away from his face with the sleeve of his short and slicked back his dark brown hair with his free hand. Naturally, he had to clean his mouth off before any of the bitter ink entered his mouth. But he chuckled anyway.

"I should have seen that one coming. That was on me." He admitted, blinking his eyes.

"And that was a terrible pun, just so you know." However, he was still grinning. "I need to wash up anyhow." He stood from his seat.

Masa Choi

Masa looked up at her editor Jin-Yong having just sent away her first fan.

"Jin, you are the best."

She cried gleefully, wrapping her arms around his neck for a moment before turning back to her fans. A few of them looked embarrassed by her actions but Masa didn't care. She was friendly with everyone she could. Eyes bright and awake, Masa greeted the next fan.

"Masa-chan! Please sign my manga!" The girl said bashfully, bowing her head as she passed over the manga. Grinning, Masa took the manga gently.

"Of course~ I would be happy too."

Masa said cheerfully. She kept up her upbeat attitude around her fans. She loved giving them a good time. Her sales were slightly up as well from the last month which meant an increase in fans. It wasn't nearly as high as Jung Jin's, but it was pretty close. Poor Anna-Mei was down from her as well. Masa didn't doubt that Anna-Mei would be back in the game next month.

Looking down at the manga, Masa noticed that it was the collectors edition of Hai!~'s third and most recent arch. The colorfully decorated girls with hand guns strapped to their thighs screamed out from the cover. Masa was very proud of that cover. It looked like the perfect mix of chaos and cute.

"Which character is your favorite this arch?"

Masa asked, pulling out her silver pen and opening up to the inside cover.

"Uh, Meiko-chan is adorable! Her cute but deadly attitude pairs perfectly with the rest of the group. She may not be the leader, but I think she is so cool!" The fan gushed, putting her hands on her cheeks.

"Eh? Is that so. I kind of had Kosuke in mind when I wrote her. She is a real charmer isn't she!"

Masa said, finishing up her signature. Masa took an extra second to draw a little picture of Meiko on the inside cover. It wasn't super detailed, just a head, but Masa liked it. She added the caption "Freeze in the name of the parfait!"

Passing the book back to her fan, Masa gave the girl a hand shake and a photo before looking over her shoulder. She heard a faint pop while she was signing, and it turned out to be Jung Jin pulling one of his signature pranks. "Ahh! Good one! He got you good Kosuke~" Masa called, looking at the editors nicely stained shirt. "I think it brings out your eyes."
