Lex had his arms crossed as he stood their a moment after the scientist left. Hearing the commanding monotone of the child, he looked over as she walked towards the entrance of the Ministry.

Great.... Now I'm to be escorted by such a child...

A soft growl escaped his throat again as he began following the girl. He supposed there were ups and downs for this. Lex had no clue about the layout of this town and would have been wandering about for hours as he searched for the home of his partner. But to be escorted by a little child got on his nerves a little, although he couldn't do a damn thing about it.

Lex walked about two strides behind Tomoe, completely silent as he walked, not even his shoes making a sound. If Tomoe would say something, or if he thought Tomoe had said something, he just rolled his eyes and looked away. A silent sigh escaped his lips as Lex just wished this walk would be over, and fast.

After the Ministry was just a little way behind them, two figures appeared in their lines of sight. The two seemed to be heading in the way of the Ministry. Could one of them be Lex's partner? And what about the little girl? Eh... Oh well. These questions left his head as quickly as they came. Lex stopped where he was standing when the little girl in front of him stopped walking. Apparently these people were important in some way.

As we walked down the streets I hummed as I swung Seven in the rain. I love it when the weather is like this, the cold breeze, the drops of rain, I almost began spinning, but stopped myself, I have a job to do. I reached for the address I was given and tapped in to the dot on the end of my index finger. After reading the damp address and looking around the area I put the paper back and was soon back in darkness. I didn't like tapping into my sight, the light is uncomfortable, I could manage with only my other senses.

I lead us towards the building the address lead to, but heard two footsteps and a familiar voice. It was Chad, he likes to hang out with my master, Diana, who was most likely the second footsteps. I stopped before both of them, and held Seven in a hug now.

"Master. Kaiser." I greeted. "I was told to escort this man to his master. Mister Kaiser this is Lex, your hound." I introduced blankly. I knew had heard a few things about this man, Lex, rumors always find their way to my ears. From what I have heard he causes trouble here and there. I've managed to keep my distance from the other 2 hounds until now. I usually like to find more information on people before I confront them and introduce myself, not like I really needed to introduce myself to many, I was well know in the Ministry, at least among the lab, since I've spent my entire life at the ministry.

The rain had calmed exponentially, still they walked.

"You know better Diana, you know that I will never be free of all this."

Chad looked to the sky as he walked, water painting his face slightly. He enjoyed rain more than most things, because it was just dull and calm enough, yet perfect for calming him down. it was as if it was the only type of weather than understood him.

Diana halted in her steps and he heard her call out a little name at the notice of a group of two walking up to them. His mind flashed instantly to a similar night and he curled his hand around his knife at his waist. His eyes narrowed as he squinted to look at the two and see if he recognized them. One seemed similar, but the other a slinky looking male in a strange etiquette for clothing.

The young girl introduced the new guy and Chad found himself eyeing the character up and down. it probably took him much longer than it would a normal person to show signs that he was done analyzing the new hound. Then with a "hmmm" and a tilt of his head; Chad pulled out a cigarette and handed it to the new hound. "So you will be helping me hate my life a little more than I already do huh?" A slight smirk played at his features and he offered his free hand to this Lex character. "You smoke?" Chad held up his lighter and flicked it once to light his partners cigarette. He didn't know much about lex, and he didn't care to. if the hound was uncontrollable then he would control him, with lethal means if necessary.

"Agent Kaiser. More flamboyantly known as 'The Smoking Dragon' Lets see if we can't get along heh?"

Neros sat back and watched the scene play out. If it came time for him to do much in terms of intervention, he would have no qualms with that, but witht he restrictions he had; if he could he'd stay out of the lime light. Besides, Brian was proving himself to be just retarded as the rest of the Ministry. A random girl. She knows about monsters, and still he is willing to just sit here and have idle chit chat with the bitch? It was almost laughable, but he maintained his tone like emotionless face and listened to each word, until something very interesting passed the "Big man's" lips.

"I'm not totally indestructible, the suit has its breaking point too. But it repairs itself, not immediately. But it repairs damage done to it. And when it takes some severe damage to it, it reboots. Which takes minutes. And when that happens, all those wounds, and injuries...they come back and it hurts like hell. I've died and came back because of it, I don't last a minute without the suit"

Was he serious?

Had he really just given his true weakness away to some child? This was the idea the Ministry had in instilling a 1st Rank Agent. Oh the idiocy was delightful, he almost had a hard time keeping his smug look from overtaking him. In his mind though all he could think.

"Just keep talking Iron man... just keep talking."

Din could barely contain herself from the sheer amount of shock and awe that was running across her features. Had this agent....AN AGENT just give up his 1 greatest weakness to a girl he just met 2 minutes ago. This situation was almost hilarious to Din, but she kept traces of it from her face and simply listened. She noticed that her poke unsettled him and could not whip a wide grin off her face as she simply teased. "Your own skin, huh? It would be a little creepy if everyone's skin was a layer of alien technology." She gave a small giggle and brushed a white lock from her hair as she continued to listen, but she could not help but add a comment when he spoke in detail about his suit. "So it would be an equivalent exchange in some fashion, yes? You give up your body entirely and the suit grants you strength... Do you feel as if you have sold your soul to the Devil...I mean, normal life must be rather difficult for you since you are basically a cyborg badass." She gave a small smirk and let her eyes wander to the agent's partner. She had not forgotten about him this whole time, but she had never felt a need to look at him until now.

He was leaned up against the wall and staring at the Agent with just as much shock as Din was feeling, sending him mental daggers of
"The Fuck Is Wrong With You?" Catagory. Din almost found this too funny to handle as her smile grew slightly, but she turned her attention back on the agent, letting her head cock to the side once more as she simply asked. "How does it feel to die, Agent Delini." She realized the forwardness of her question, however and quickly tried to make it sound less creepy. "I mean...It must have sucked of course, but what was it like...I'm sorry if that came out creepy or anything." She glanced away as if she was nervous and let her brown eyes rest on the wall for a moment, but her mind was quickly racing.

{So it seems that this agent is either too trusting or a complete idiot...He just gave his weakness to me without another thought and it seems even his partner is in shock about it...That partner.} Her eyes flicked to the man on the wall again and she simply watched him for a moment. The awkwardness of his stature, the slightly uncomfortable shifts, the cynical expression; she knew it the moment she laid eyes on him. {The Ministry has started taking in Monsters as well?...very interesting...}

Brian sighed "yes, it does hurt. Excruciating pain is experienced" he spoke, turning his head back to the girl. He could feel the glare of his hound piercing the back of his head. But it didn't bother him.

"Scan complete, no data found"

he heard the sound inside his head, a picture of Alice appeared in front of his face on the HUD. Her front face showed first, then the left and right side. If it hadn't taken so long he would've been gone sooner. Time to leave, the girl he held In his arms started to move a little "I wanna get down" she spoke. Brian let her down gently, and she grabbed his hand. She then repeated "I wanna go home..." She mumbled. He nodded his head before looking back up to Alice, "thank you for your time, and thank you for keeping Molly safe." He spoke sincerely. "I gotta go and bring Molly home, hopefully we will cross paths again, Alice" he said before looking down at the little one "lets go and find your mommy huh?" He said before turning around and walking out the alleyway "come on let's go Neros" he said before having the little one lead the way. Brian looked up, the sun was almost setting. "Lets make this quick"

"Damn it," Shinji cursed under his breath as the other two disappeared, Noelani, this was one of your dumber ideas. Stupid, stupid, stupid- you're gonna get so lost. Besides, I am the one with the tracking device. Why did we not go together? WHY DOESN'T ANYONE LISTEN TO ME?! Is it because I'm short? Because most still consider me a kid? This pisses me off, pisses me off so much... he thought as he sulkily walked along the street, his pace quick and ruthless and his eyes glued to the screen of his phone. At least Cerebus didn't seem to be moving too terribly quickly... if he was lucky he'd reach him within no time. The hard part would be trying to convince him to come with him back... and to keep himself from snapping when Cerebus (which would undoubtedly happen) teased him. That's even more annoying! Why does everything always be such a hassle? I don't have time for this...

Shinji's eyes narrowed as the small red dot on the map started moving more quickly. Running? Why is he running? he thought wearily before realizing that he was actually running in his direction. A small, half hearted smirk crossed his lips. Well, that's working out fine, then... maybe... Shinji wasn't sure. Before he knew it, the red dot turned a corner of a nearby neighborhood, motivating Shinji to quicken his pace even further. Soon they came into sight- Cerebus and Makoto... he wasn't sure if he was relieved or annoyed at that. He was sort of glad that he wouldn't have to deal with Cerebus on his own- not because he was afraid, but because the blood crazy monster pissed him off. He was sort of annoyed that Makoto had beaten it to him as well, since it meant he still was far from on par with the Lieutenant... then again, she was the Lieutenant for a reason, after all. It would take Shinji a few more years of improvement before he was anywhere near her level... which still didn't make him any happier.

"You know, Cerebus," he said flatly as he approached them, jamming his gloved hands into his pocket, "It would be nice if you stopped wasting everyone's time by acting stupid," he sniffed, feeling the need to break the composure he'd upheld up until then, and express his irritation over this entire thing.

Lex looked at the little girl, then up to the two standing before them. So, apparently this guy was the Chad person he was going to be partnered with, and the other was this girl's partner. With a silent huff and paying no more mind to the child or the other 1st Class, Lexor looked up at Chad.

So, this is my new partner... Hm...

Lex eyed Chad up and down at the same time the other eyed him. His eyes glanced down and noticed the cigarette in Chad's hand and took it. Smoking wasn't something Lex did all that often, but he found it an excellent way to calm himself, and he needed to be calm for now. Without a word, he lit the cig on the flame produced from the lighter then pulled it to his lips and took a grateful puff, blowing the smoke into the air with a relieved sigh. Hearing the words from his partner, he nodded curtly as he took another puff.

"... Yeah... Lex..."

He only spoke loudly enough to be heard, then resumed to going back to being his normal silent self, scratching his shoulder by a spike then doing nothing other than taking another puff when he felt necessary.

It was a good day. The sun was hovering over head, the sky was blue, the leaves were falling, and the air tasted great. Mano Wai was happy. He sat on the back of his wagon watching people mill to and fro throughout the Carnival, eyeing all the curious and amazing sites as they passed them. Mano'd only joined just a couple weeks back, so it was all pretty fresh to him too. The general, Kizuato was his name, didn't even require Mano to have previous circus experience. Nice guy, that Kizuato. Speaking of, seems he just finished with his act. Mano thought Kizuato's show for the kids was great, and almost wished he had a form like that. Most kids tended to avoid his monster form, despite his efforts to entertain them. Nobody appreciates a good turtle man these days. Mano blew out some air and hopped off his wagon. "Can't be spending all my time jus' sittin' around." Especially not when they were so close to the capital city. Mano had to see it, who knows when he'd get a second chance.

He briefly considered bringing a friend along, but decided against. Some of the Carnival goers had been warning him about the city and how many agents there are and it's dangerous and blah blah blah. What kine person lets some dangah keep him from living? Not him, that's for sure. But if a friend of his was harmed on his request to have a good time, that'd probably haunt his conscious. It's settled: he'll rough it alone. At least the first trip. Better hurry too, before nightfall. He is relatively inconspicuous in human form, but there's no hiding the other. Especially in a bright green Hawaiian shirt and some pants.

He passed by Kizuato speaking with some pale chick on the way out. Dipping his sunglasses lower on his nose to get a better look at the girl, he nodded in admiration. Not bad, braddah. Not bad at all. Making a mental note to interrogate Kizuato about his new friend later, Mano slipped out of the forest and jogged in the vague direction he knew the city to be. It didn't take him very long to arrive. He whistled to himself. He's seen cities before, but none like this. All these sky scrapers, all these shops, all these people. Southsage was a sight to behold, and Mano planned to do just that.

He'd been aimlessly wandering for several minutes before anything really notable appeared.
Is dat a robot? Mano's eyes widened and his grin grew. That's totally a walking, talking robot over there. Southsage has robots. He'd never seen anything like this back ho-He-He-Hellooooooo Mrs. Southsage! Down on the next block up from that robot thing a girl'd caught his eye. B-e-a-utiful blonde hair, expensive clothes, pure-bred demeanor. Apologies Robo-brah, Papa Wai's gotta do what Papa Wai's gotta do. Ducking into a store, Mano ruffled with his hair, adjusted his cool sunglasses, and unbuttoned his shirt. Adopting his best clueless expression, he re-entered the street and strolled down the block while looking like a lost puppy. He "accidentally" bumped into the girl as soon as she was within range, stopping them both in their tracks. It was rather transparent. "Oh, sorry, sorry. I'm just not from around here, y'know, guess I wasn't watchin' where I was goin'." Good so far, now put ya arm just so - Perfect! Mano slid his hands to his hips, pushing back his Hawaiian shirt and exposing his full chest for all to see. He flexed. It was, once again, rather transparent. "I was actually looking for some kine place ta grind at, you know anywhere good, sistah?" A reason to keep talking and an implied invitation to grab a bite. That's the Mano Wai magic. Being so caught up in feeling good about himself, he'd dropped the lost look entirely and was full on beaming at the girl.

Cassandra had spent her afternoon peacefully sauntering along the streets of Southsage, now and then entering a store that cough her interest, or simply viewing pretty objects in the display windows. She had for once tried to forget everything about what did and didn't annoy her, everything about her responsibilities and duties she, as the leader of The Aristocrats had. It would have been a lie to say that she didn't enjoy the brief moment she spent outside, minding her own business and her own business only. That was, until some complete and utter idiot (in her opinion) bumped into her, nearly causing her to trip though she regained her balance balance just in time.

"Oh, sorry, sorry. I'm just not from around here, y'know, guess I wasn't watchin' where I was goin'."

She swirled around to face the culprit, her crimson eyes jolting with irritation. That she barely understood what he was blabbering and his... strange way of showing himself off didn't exactly do much to lighten her mood, nor chance her already downgrading opinion of him.

"God blessed you with eyes," she replied, her voice as freezing cold as an ice storm and her expression completely unimpressed, "use them." It was obvious that he wasn't from Southsage. His accent was... strange, to say at the very least, and no Southsage citizen would have behaved in such a laid back and strange fashion, either. It was very much an alien behavior, and Cassandra strongly disliked it.

"I was actually looking for some kine place ta grind at, you know anywhere good, sistah?"

Cassandra blinked at him. Sistah? Sistah?! Who the hell does this moron think he is?! And... what is he saying? Forcing a polite smile, she quickly deciphered his words, deciding to act completely oblivious about what he was hinting at. She wouldn't spend more time with him than she absolutely had to- he was not only pissing her off, but making her feel uneasy as well. Take out those socks from your mouth when you speak, she thought to herself as she spoke.

"You mean you're looking for somewhere to eat?" she asked, feigning a friendly smile and tone of voice, "if you head down that street you should be able to find numerous restaurants and cafe's... I'm sure you will find one suiting your taste," Cassandre gestured in the direction of the street she was talking about.

Dineyra glanced up at the sky, not having even noticed that the sun had started to set. She could not stop the small smile that played across those rosey lips as she sky slowly turn pink and orange. She let out a small sigh and brushed a bit of hair behind her ear. "The sun is setting already?...Lovely." Her brown orbs scanned the skies with an oddly longing expression before she glanced back at Agent Delini and nodded, shifting slightly uncomfortably from foot to foot. "Yes...I do believe if I keep trying to be a hero...then we may cross paths more than once."

She gave a small chuckle and glanced down at the little girl, leaning over towards her and letting her smile grow. "Maybe if I see you again, I can buy you a milk tea...or some pocky perhaps?" The child retreated further behind Delini, her eyes watching Dineyra with a bit of fear. Din relished that fear, her eyes narrowing slightly as her smile grew slightly demented. This was something she lived for, terror, pain, blood, agony. How she longed to inflict agony like she had use to. She was almost itching for conflict now, especially because the sun was setting. Night had that kind of affect of her. Oh how the moon pulled out the best of her.

She straightened once more and turned more to Delini, her eyes scanning over his suit once more before she nodded her head again.
"This is where we shall part, then...Ciao~" She simply walked past the two then and headed for the mouth of the alley, folding her hands behind her back as she let a soft hum escape her lips. As she past the Agent's pet, however, she let her eyes fall over him. He looked rather familiar to her, but she stayed quiet about it, rather offering him a small smile as she stepped past him and into the light of the setting sun. A light breeze blew past her and sent a chill through her spine. Night air was starting to form...

However, a smell caught under her nose, causing her to turn her head slightly as she watched a man, in a rather loud shirt pass. She watched him for only a moment, but his eyes were locked on Agent Delini. She gave a small shrug and pulled out her phone, deciding it best to check her messages. Unfortunately, she had 30.

"hey are you alright?"

"What's happening?"

"Do you need me to call the cops?"

"was the creepy guy hot?"

"Are you dead?..."

etc.

Din sighed and answered, a bored look crossing her face as she yawned softly.

"Did you remember to add extra bulba?"

He couldn't help but roll his eyes at the words of the Lieutenant, his hands shoved into his pockets as he glanced away as he tried to ignore her for all it was worth. Eventually he turned back, her bringing up something that was slightly more intriguing. "So she is lost." He pointed out before grinning, his head nearing hers before he fell back against the wall, cackling madly like a madman which he most likely was. "That is just the best! You lost her!" He declared, waving his hand dismissively as he narrowed his eyes, yellow glimmering with a grin that just showed how much glee that caused him. "This is brilliant." He cooed, reaching down to pat her head. "I don't really want to find her because...you know full well she is going to get me for this but...I guess it would be stupid and make us weak if we lost our own boss."

He was about to sniff out the lost general before Shinji turned up, causing him to cock his head with a large, amused grin. "Oh, Birdy is here too!" He fake squealed, reaching over to drag the boy over by the shirt as he patted his head, making him fully aware of the height difference. "I didn't think Noelani would let you out, specially since how she feels about what happened~" He chimed, referring to events far in the past the general blamed herself for, not that Shinji knew about that. Though, he knew full well Noelani hated bringing Shinji anywhere near the hunters or the possibility of them. "Well, I could stop being stupid but it would make my life dull, and trust me, messing with those hunters is the best fun I ever could get...No, wait, Chatting with the War Boss is just as fun." He replied, shrugging his shoulders before turning back to Makoto. "Fine, Give me a sec Lil' Lady." He muttered, closing his eyes as he scratched his cheek, nose twitching slightly. Moments later his narrowed eyes settled on them both, curious gaze resting on them. "You sure she is in this town, I can't really find her scent anywhere near here.."

"That is just the best! You lost her!... This is brilliant."

When he patted my head I stiffed and let out a growl before punching him once more, still not enough to do anything to him though. I detest being treated like a child, and that is what it felt like.

"I don't really want to find her because...you know full well she is going to get me for this but...I guess it would be stupid and make us weak if we lost our own boss."

I placed my hands on my hips and leaned on one leg. "If I cared about your opinion I would have asked for it. Now hurry..."

"You know, Cerberus, It would be nice if you stopped wasting everyone's time by acting stupid,"

I was interrupted by Shinji walking up. I gave him a nod in greeting then listened to the two. I glared at Cerberus waiting for him to hurry up and start searching.

"Fine, Give me a sec Lil' Lady." I growled again. "Lt.!" the only thing stopping me from tackling him to the ground was him finally searching for Noe, but when he came up then nothing I sighed, clearly frustrated.

"Dammit!" I yelled as I started pacing. I was feeling much better now that I could rest. "And the sun is already starting to set!" There was ups and downs about this, in my monster form I could actually find her quickly, but then she would also be in monster form and who knows who would see her. I looked back at Cerberus then in the direction of the cave entrance, then back at Cerberus. "Come on. Shinji are you coming too?" I grabbed Cerberus' wrist and dragged him with me, knowing that if I didn't he would most likely escape again, and that was the last thing I needed right now so close to night. I closed my eyes the closer we got and followed my instincts.

"You keep sniffing, if you catch her scent tell me immediately." With any luck she would run into us... Sadly I think Lady Luck does her best to avoid me.

"SOOOOO BORED"

Claire looked at the clock. The sun was almost setting, things were getting late. Which means it was time to close up shop. It was a very quiet day, only a couple customers. And they didn't even buy much, at least the Gameboy kept her busy. But one thing made her very curious. Why she hasn't seen any monsters today, normally she would get a visitor once a week asking for the news on certain people. Guess the factions were having a boring time too.

The normal kinds she'd get are watchers, lady death and her kind always had something to do. It was rare when she would see a rat stopping by. And if so, things would be going down. She didn't tend to scam them of money as she did with the watchers when they asked. Watcher's were so easy to get money from for a little info.

Lights off, power down, and doors locked and closed tight. She pulled the keys from the lock and twisted the doorknob to check if it were locked before walking down the street. She walked by a alleyway and suddenly felt a hand on her mouth and a knife on her back. Getting mugged was common.

It was a he by the sound of his breathing and him telling her to "shhh...be quiet or ill rip your throat out dear" once they were deep in the alleyway Claire teleported, and appeared behind the bastard, she had the gun on his head, the click if the safety went of. And the knife he had dropped "y-y-your some Kind've f-freak...your a wich" the crook spoke "yeah...at least I smell good...you need a bath...I know homeless people who smell way better then you do" She said waving her hand to blow away the stench of alcohol from her. She reached into his pocked and pulled his wallet out, "hmm nice... Now scram before I beat you with my magical broomstick" she hissed. The man didn't hesitate before running out of the alleyway.

Claire put the gun back in her back pants, concealing it with her shirt. She walked out waving "pleasure doing business with ya!" She called back. She opened the wallet, fifty three dollars. "Hmph, score..."

"God blessed you with eyes. Use them." That line, quite unexpected, nearly cracked Mano's grin. Nearly. Playing hard to get, are we sistah? That's OK, Mano was a veteran on offense. And wow, was she looking at him. Glaring with pure... admiration? Yeah. Filled with assurance that his plan was working, he continued with the invitation to eat. This line apparently hit her even harder than his first, because she appeared to be close to tackling him before switching to a sweet little smile. "You mean you're looking for somewhere to eat? If you head down that street you should be able to find numerous restaurants and cafe's... I'm sure you will find one suiting your taste," Mano's eyes followed the girl's porcelain hand as she indicated a street to the side. He saw a couple restaurants right off the bat, some looked rather expensive. But then the sun caught his eye. It was already getting close to dipping out.

Mano visibly flinched, and checked his watch. Lolo! Gotta pay closah attention to time. His head swiveled back up to meet the girls strikingly red eyes. "That's real nice of you; I 'ppreciate it." He started slowly backing up the way he'd come. "Butcha see, I gots to head out bumbai I'll, uh, be late. For dis ting I gotta do. Name's Mano! Maybe next time I see ya we can find some kau kau suitin' your taste, eh girl?" He punctuated the end of the sentence with a wink and immediately pulled a 180 and started speed walking down the street. Once he'd turned a corner he began sprinting, but not before making eye contact with this high school looking chick with white hair. Making a split second decision, he shot her a wink too as he ran by. Always good to play da field. Making short work of the city by retracing his steps, he reached the outskirts semi-quickly. He'd had some trouble dodging pedestrians and getting yelled at, but nothing new. He had no idea what he would've done if he'd turned in the middle of the city, but he figured it probably wouldn't have been a good thing. Someone would have been mad at him, to say the least.

He left the city behind and went a ways into the forest before choosing a nice, shaded area in which to plop himself down against a tree trunk and rest for a bit. He figured he was just a couple minutes jog from the Carnival. Maybe he'd chill here until nightfall, who knows? He settled his palms behind his head and kicked out his legs. It was getting late in the afternoon, and as such it was cooling down in his little clearing. His sunglasses negated the little light that was still breaking the canopy. It was a great place for a short nap. Mano Wai was happy.

Din stared silently at the screen of her phone, the notification saying that Madoline was typing. She had been typing for about a minute now, so Dineyra knew what that mean. When her answer came, it was long, forcing her to have to scroll down to read the entire thing. Madoline had never been very lady-like, enjoying to show her emotions through eloquent speech mixed with the language of a drunk sailor. Din simply read over her message, her eyebrow raising slightly.
"A quarter pound, decrepted-haired, creep-fucking, dickwaffle..." She mumbled the phrase outloud for a moment, seeming to stare off into space before something caught her eye. She turned her head to watch a man...in a Hawaiian shirt, rushing by, but it was not the fact that he had rushed by that had caught her attention. As he made his way passed, he winked at her.

Dineyra had never been very good with men, only having one night stands since the death of herlover over 60 years ago, but it was not like she actually ever talked to these creeps. No, she let her body do the talking. Pedophiles enjoyed when their prey came to them, but Din felt as if she was doing a community service, even nicknamed herself "matis." (If you get the referrence, but if you don't; she noms all of the guys she sleeps with.)

Because of her "skills" with men, she felt a small blush play on her cheeks, forcing a rather large frown to cross her face as she simply looked back down at her messages. She was not exactly sure why she had blushed, however. Many boys had winked at her or whistled and Hawaiian shirt guy was no different. Maybe it was because she had a weakness for blondes.

She was brought out of her brooding once more when she recieved another message, glancing down at her phone with a sour expression. She really did not understand why she did not just kill Madoline, seeing as how the girl annoyed her to no end and only served the purpose of bringing her stuff and entertaining her when boredom was inevitable. It had seemed, however, that over the years, Din had grown slightly lonely, and with Madoline, at least for a year or two the girl could have a little bit of company. Din would have to kill her eventually and often thought of a way to go about it. Decapitation, slow roast, maiming, the possibilites were endless. But for now the girl was safe and Din was content...except for when she sent so many emojicons for the hell of it.

"I swear to god that you are 5."

Din sighed and dropped her phone in her backpack before glancing up at the sky. Night was falling fast. Turning, she walked along the streets towards the only place she knew would conceal her form...the forest.

Before this...I was with my Lieutenant and a member of the watchers in an attempt to find Cerberus." Answered the girl. The blonde perked his head up."Cerberus you say? Interesting.." He commented merely to keep the conversation going on."I...would like to inquire why you wish to form a bond with humans." She stated. Kizuato looked at her, feeling she wasn't done with her sentence and blinked, looking very dog like. He flicked his foo ears as if saying,'Go on, I'm listening' and so Noelani continued, Kizuato combing his fingers through his blonde hair, momentarily revealing his small horns on his forehead.

"I mean a large majority of our kind harbors hatred for them, anger and distrust yet you and your whole faction support the idea of peace between us both." The girl explained before concluding herself to a simple and mere one word..."Why?"

Kizuato stared at her. He released a sigh which escaped smoothly from his lips and reached over to pat her head."Well.." He started."That is because their life is already as hard as those monsters who are bring mistreated I'm sure." He explained."There is no need to wage a war through this... 'Segregation'.." Kizuato paused, searching for the right words."Monsters and humans, were not always bitter enemies. But rather, at one point in the past we held hands freely. We talked freely.. And we loved freely." Kizuato put his hand down and looked at the sky." To put it simply, things changed by one person. Seeing the same sight, causes the individual to find things normal. Therefore, mistreatment catches on quickly." Explained Kizuato."I believe that being a neutral party of finding and creating peace between monsters and humans will change a lot. The more people talk about or see this place, the more things become 'Normal' again. We support peace because we are also human. There are those who are civilized, and those who are criminals--We come in all sorts of personalities and reputations just like them. We do not all share the same traits. We want humans to know that we are like them. Each monster has different roles." He said."There are many answers I can give.. However we'll just leave it to that." Chuckled the foo dog in his 'human' form as he walked away. But he stopped."I do admit though, I did meet a certain someone at some point in the past and vowed to create peace, for the sake of achieving the impossible dream they wished for. Even if a tiny bit has been made, things are changing." He stated matter-of-factly before walking again."Join my lone side if you wish." The foo dog added.

Noe just stared, grey eyes staring with the usual cold depths at the sight before her, the faction leader before her, Conquest before her. He was aiming to unite two species she deemed like oil and water. Her eyes shifted around her, to the range of tents and homes, to the monsters that wanted nothing more than to get peace with the creatures that hunted and killed them. With a gentle sigh, the infamous Lady death couldn't help but accept a small part of it, her hatred hidden for the brief moment that she seemed like her previous self. Just...a small piece of her wanted to stop killing the humans she hated so much but by doing so she felt better for the loss of him. "I do not doubt that they have hard lives, but in doing so they try to make ours worse..." She muttered, her tone resigned as she shook her head with a gentle motion, raven locks caressing her shoulders before drifting down her back. "I can agree that we bare many similar qualities to the humans, other than our different forms and occasionally innate abilities we are practically identical."

Her eyes, stared longingly at the sun that was setting, casting a slight darkness over the sky that would soon signal the change, one that pained her far more than few understood. Silently, her who was known to use peoples fear was terrified of the pain that would appear once her skin would be shed and she would become a monster. "I equally hate monsters and humans, both are selfish and break the rules that are set for peace to be achieved." She stated, her tone venomous. "Monsters took away the one human who did not fear me, who did not run when my abilities influenced him and tried to tempt him into madness. Humans let him die." Even now she blamed both, a reason for why she so easily used the watchers to execute those who broke the rules. "You say we each have a place...though tell me, where to those of us with terrifying forms fit in? Those of us that make humans want to kill us? Large ravenous canine forms, or even one like mine that only makes them think of their idea of the reaper? Those of us that can take on little physical form and some who are just far to different to be accepted?" She asked, her tone softened, her eyes to as she almost pleaded behind the steely tone. If anything, Noelani wanted to get Makoto and Shinji a life free from the agents.

He asked for her to followed, at her own choice and knowing full well she could not remember the way home she shrugged, following him. "Soon the moon will come and we all take on new forms..." She mumbled, folding her arms as she finally regained her composure, the dark eyes and expression back. She was once again the cold and heartless leader of the Watchers, intent on keeping the rules. After all, that was the role she was given by him. "I apologize for my previous questions...they needed to be answered by a part of me that still lingers unfortunately." Death stated, tone firm and her posture once again rigid. "Though, Kizuato" For the first time, his name escaped her lips with the formalities. "In all honesty, I am not known to be a fan of your faction." Another cold fact. "However...I may have changed my view slightly, a bare minimum if you must. You are not causing no negative effects upon our race so I cannot punish any carnival member...Plus...it is nice to see humans near monsters without one dying a gruesome end." The final whisper passing with a slight grin. "I still loathe humans...though children cannot be blamed. They may changed their races view one day...So I hope, that your idea of co-existence succeeds in a small way, so that I will not be forced to take the idea that they must die to ensure our survival. If so, I will gladly see them to the gates of hell." She paused, expression one of shock as she turned to look back at him. "Why don't you come to the watchers tomorrow, just for a chat between faction leaders. Since our base is concealed I will have my Lt. come to meet you..if you wish you can bring one of your faction members with you, for security."

"Maybe we could even invite the other leaders..."

After all, she rarely spoke to any of the faction leaders other than war occasionally when she complained about the rats.

As they were heading out of the city, Cerberus was simply being dragged along and to be honest he barely cared. He would tease the lieutenant mercilessly later on for her feminine actions previously but right now he was bored and quite frankly, sleepy. Intrigued still by the robot, but sleepy. He wanted to piss Noe off some more, fall asleep on her couch to only increase her anger and wake up to go get a bit, meat filled breakfast. It was probably one of the few reasons he enjoyed the watchers, he scared them so he pretty much got as much breakfast as he wanted! Though as they traveled he occasionally sniffed at the air, seeing if he would catch the faint scent of lavender and cake(for obvious reasons).

Eventually he paused, stopping Makoto in the process of dragging him a long as raven locks fell across his eyes, those of which were shut in concentration. "Hey...girly...birdie..." He called out, turning his head to where the scent was finally present. "Just saying..you might want to put a tracker on Noe...but she may with be other monsters, a lot of them." He pointed out, raising his hand in the direction of where the Carnival stood a distance away. Not that far but it would be nightfall by the time they got there, unless they ran but with Makoto he doubted that. Turning to the female with a wide grin he began to tease her once more. "So, what should we do boss lady? Go to Noe and we all risk changing and getting hunted which I bet is against her orders...or we go back to base and hopes someone returns her safe and sound because she will take ages to find the base again."

"Monsters took away the one human who did not fear me, who did not run when my abilities influenced him and tried to tempt him into madness. Humans let him die." Noelani said. This very sentence half surprised Kizuato yet at the same time he wasn't. Indeed, there was a time when humans had also taken away and compromised or corrupted the minds of his past loved ones. In fact, they took two in which he was lead to kill with his own hands. The other.. Well, her status was unknown. So maybe they were similar in terms of understanding past experiences, however he said nothing and walked--Still listening.

The foo dog would indeed talk between her sentences, however Noelani seemed to be quite talkative at the moment. So everything he wished to say, he would be no longer saying it as the past things he wanted to say to her past words would just fly out the window. She talked nonstop, and he wasn't one to interrupt! Such a quick conversation! The foo dog looked over his shoulder before she was just about finishing up.

"I apologize for my previous questions...they needed to be answered by a part of me that still lingers unfortunately."
"You kinda shouldn't. I could barely keep up and have a real conversation, without you talking quickly, and nonstop." Chuckled the male.

Then she said his name, which caused his ears to perk up. No one dared to say his name, especially with this type of reputation. Even with that nice tone, it was quite rare to say his name without being rude, nervous, or snarky.. Coming from outside the carnival.

"In all honesty, I am not known to be a fan of your faction..
However...I may have changed my view slightly, a bare minimum if you must. You are not causing no negative effects upon our race so I cannot punish any carnival member...Plus...it is nice to see humans near monsters without one dying a gruesome end."

"I see. It is quite understandable.. However remember that there are also those who disapprove." He responded flatly. He wasn't even surprised the slightest bit that she was once not a fan of the carnival. What other monster was? It was rare. Then Noelani continued:

"I still loathe humans...though children cannot be blamed. They may changed their races view one day...So I hope, that your idea of co-existence succeeds in a small way, so that I will not be forced to take the idea that they must die to ensure our survival. If so, I will gladly see them to the gates of hell..."

Kizuato stopped and turned around. He looked down at her."I don't blame you.. But.. Do not hate humans or loathe them as deeply as you do. If you cannot live with them, then at least do them no harm, for theirs is already a hard lot. They are like us. They hunt us, they fear us,they kill us, any imaginable think you do, they also do. Be it the opposite or not. What they do to us, is no different the a hat we do to them, or wish to do to the,." Kizuato explained with a smile.

Noelani surely listened to him, then abruptly suggested to come to a meeting where all the faction leaders will be attending."Why don't you come to the watchers tomorrow, just for a chat between faction leaders. Since our base is concealed I will have my Lt. come to meet you..if you wish you can bring one of your faction members with you, for security." The girl pipped up."I'm not sure dearest--" but he was interrupted."Maybe we could even invite the other leaders..."

He smirked."You said come to the watchers 'just for a chat between faction leaders'. Dearest Nolani, I find it quite amusing that you then said,'Maybe we could even invite the other leaders'. How very amusing." He chuckled before sitting down on a bench. The blonde released a sigh."Realistically, it seems troublesome. Think about it, really. Everyone has their own views. I don't think we can all understand--nor, another agreeably." Explained Kizuato."Sitting in a room talking. The only thing will be politics and disagreements. It can't possibly work out perfectly without arguments." He adds."How would you plan on even doing so without conflicts?" Asked Kizuato as he furrowed his eyebrows.

Kizuato didn't wanna go if he knew there would be conflicts logically. There were factions who looked down on peace, factions who were selfish and mind their own business, and factions who wanted peace. All that mixed together can't work much. He began pondering and looked at the girl quite curiously.
