Name: Argan Azach
Age: 17
Race/Nationality: Obscure Village type place, rumored to be on the edge of another dimension
Personality: Quiet, observes the people around him. He is a friendly dude but he doesn't know how to interact with people so he keeps to himself and he's fairly naive and innocent. Sometimes though, strange thoughts will float through his mind, compelling him to do unspeakable things. He can hardly bare to look at himself in the mirror. Lately these thoughts have shown up more often and he feels some one watching him. Often, Argan will wake from nightmares about his mother and his father fighting a monster.
His mood is made mellow by his past, he feels there is little reason to be loud and happy and stuff. His grades are good because the subjects are mostly new to him, he study often and doesn't spend a lot of time inside. Argan tries to stay away from physical conflict as much as possible. When ever he doesn't have to be inside, he's outside in the forest.
Appearance: His hair is shorter and is a very dark red, and so are his eyes. He wears more normal clothes and there is this dark discoloration on his right shoulder and collar, darker than the marks on his arms.

Power/Ability:
Sensory: He can see in the dark and body heat, as well as sense electrical pulses. With this Argan can observe internal organs (works best in water). Spectre vision: He can see ghosts, but not if they really don't want to be seen. His ears are very acute and he can hear resonations from certain magical objects. With his hearing there are ill effects, his ears are sensetive hearing loud, sharp noises causes him pain, dog whistles are the worst. His nose is sharp and sensetive to the smell of evil. But strong odors bother him, smells like hair dye, perfume , bleach etc. make him feel dizzy and nauseated. If he's standing right next to some one with perfume, his eyes burn. When he smells the smell of evil, he becomes terrified and furious.
Strength/Durability: Super duper strength. Argan is highly resistant to concussive attacks and most magic. Being so strong he is extra careful with his movements and how he handles objects for fear of breaking something or someone. Magic he is weak to is telekinesis and mind control. Argan doesn't know how to fight and rarely encountered creatures that could harm him severly. Due to his infection, the joints of his right arm cause him pain and sporadicaly his arm will spaz and twitch. His right shoulder is more susceptible to physical damage.
Claws and Horns: His hands turn all black and his finger tips become claws. His horns can just withdraw into his head but not all the way. He got these claws and horns from an evil infection. Using his claws feels like frostbite. Rarely Argan will allow his horns to be fully exposed, making them grow causes him massive headaches. This infection is progressing it's way through his entire body.
Clubs/Affiliations: Gardening. Ikawa-Sensei's "special group."
Allies/Friends: He has no close friends. Every one is freaked out by his eyes and horns, call him a demon and stuff, which hurts his feelings.
History:
Argan was created to be a hunter, exterminator, eradicator of magical peoples and creatures. He was meant to be a soldier, to do what he was commanded without question or hesitation. His genes were carefully picked (his parents) as a part of an intricate plan. His father was a soldier of this corporation, a great hunter with great sensory ability. Argan's mother was a human with great skill in barriers and medicine. Soldiers of the corporation were not supposed to become involved with people outside the corporation. Argan thought it was his secret, but it was planned. They would allow him to reproduce and then convert his child into something greater. Argan's father discovered the plan and eloped with his love after he learned she was pregnant. They did escape, to an obscure village. They heard nothing from the corporation for five years. The corporation sent a special hitman/collector to their home. The hitman's assignment was to kill the parents, infect and take the child. The hitman stuggled with Argan's father. The hitman had a clear shot and shot black energy at the little boy. His mother shielded him but was hit in the shoulder, but his mother got full force. At his father's command, Argan and his mother fled. The house began to burn and then exploded. No one was seen walking away from the burning remains. Argan and his mother made it to his grandmother's house (on his mother's side) but his mom was not well. For a year they stayed, all the while his grandmother trying to cure his mother but only slowed it down. One night he awoke to see his mother standing over him, her eyes bright red. She attacked him, trying to kill him, incoherent and reeking of evil, black viens seeping up her neck and down her arms. Grandma rushed in, trying to restrain his mother and only getting clawed and thrown back. She turned back to Argan and he looked into her eyes. There was nothing left of his mother and he knew what he had to do. With a single strike his mother was dead. Years passed, Argan's shoulder wound stealthily festered, his grandma's health steadily dwindled until she died. After burying his grandmother he traveled around, being outcast where ever he went because of his horns. Eventually he heard about Kazeyama, a couple of stow away rides and a swim later, he made it there. Argan started classes at age sixteen in the middle of the semester and has been there up until now. He still hasn't forgetten the unique stench of evil.</http:>

Personality: Esperanza is sweet, kind, caring and bubbly despite her past. She is loyal to her friends and never breaks a promise, she is very intelligent, independent and creative. She can be quiet sometimes, preferring to hold her pain inside rather than open up and be potentially hurt. She make look like a typical girlie girl but don't let that fool you, she is extremely tough and a total tomboy. She never backs down from a fight and always speaks her mind.

They wanted to find the source of her power and use it themselves, so every day the performed painful experiments on her and every night they would lock her in a room full of other "patients". One day she managed to escape by shifting into an insect and squeezing out of the barred window. Her escape did not go unnoticed they hunt her to this day, which is why she moved to Japan and enrolled in Kazeyama high hoping to be safe and finally be able to stop running.

Power/Ability: Faeries possess healing magic and despite her often aggressive temperament, the touch of her fingers can alleviate bruises and seal cuts, whereas her actual weaving of magic can heal much larger wounds. Broken bones are beyond her instant healing, but she can speed the recovery. Organ damage and other massive injuries cannot be healed instantly either.

Eventually the pair got along better, but the child retained the hot temper given to her by the faeries.
