Name: Tanya May Greenfield
Age: 21
Birthday: April 19
Astrological sign: Aries
Personality: More adventurous and courageous, Tanya has always been bold. She is likely to let her emotions take control of her and act brashly, on first impulse, rather than thinking things through, but she has a good heart. Tanya is very loyal, and a very happy person, generally.
Likes: Animals - Friends - Soccer - Others - Humor - Exploration - Summer - Actively Doing Something
Dislikes: Mean/Rude People - Being Told What To Do - Being Unable To Do Something - Being Ignored
Appearance: Tanya has a lean build. Though she is a roughly average height, a bit on the taller side at 5'7", she gives off the impression of being very long. When she was growing, she was a child that could be described as comprised up entirely of limbs. Though Tanya evened out over the years, the general impression is still a lot of limbs. The girl, Italian by blood some generations back, has tanned skin, straight brown hair to her breasts, and green eyes.
Race/Cultural Backgrounds: Italian
Job and/or College Minor and Major: Internship for training therapy/service animals; Majoring in Psychology; Minoring in Speech Language Pathology
Bio: Tanya has been raised by only her father for as long as she can remember. Though there are pictures of a mother at home, Tanya has no recollections of this woman; she, unfortunately, died in a car accident one winter, when Tanya was three. Tanya's father, a chef for a local, upper class restaurant, was always an excellent father. They've lived in the same house for as long as she can remember.
Since elementary school, Tanya has known Glenn. They have been best friends since they were just out of diapers. Funnily enough, the two couldn't be further opposites; where Tanya is athletic, noisy, and average in school, Glenn is quiet, brainy, and hardly even energetic. It was him that introduced her to the idea of training animals for at least a time- she'd always had an affinity for them- and him that convinced her to even apply to college. The two have been inseparable for ages, and seem more like siblings to one another than friends.

Current State and Town of Residence: Iona College - New Rochelle, New York

What else is there to know about you?: The house is quiet, because Shiloh and Tanya are still asleep, and Tanya's father has already left for work. It's been like that for hours, but not for much longer. The girl shifts about for a few moments, then sits up, eyes still shut. She pries them open, and blinks a few times. No alarm, with this much sun in the room? She must not have anything to do today. While this realization dawns on her, she starts to scratch Shiloh's ear. This wakes him up, if the flapping of his tail is any indication.
"Come on, let's go out," she mutters, and tosses the covers off of herself and on to her dog. He lifts his head and watches as she straightens out her pajamas and approaches the open door to the hall. She stops and looks back at him, grins, and he stands up, shakes the covers off, and leaps over to her. The pair descend the stairs, then Shiloh runs out after Tanya opens the door. She leans against the door frame and waits for him to do what he needs to and run back in.
Inside, they fall into routine. He follows her, tail wagging, and she fills his food bowl, then his water bowl. Then Tanya finds what she can to eat- today, it's just toast, but she enjoys it nonetheless. Shiloh follows her upstairs, and sits outside of the bathroom as Tanya brushes her teeth and showers. Then, he lays on her bed while she dresses in shorts and a tank top, and waits patiently for her to brush her hair. Finally, she grabs her iPod, clips it to the bottom of her shirt, dons a pair of sneakers, and the pair goes outside again. This time, they run. They run, they run, and they run.
