I'm in. Are there any limits on what sort of supernatural characters can we have (IE no demi-gods or "well I'm a half demon, part vampire, kinda angel, but a little bit werewolf and there's probably some dragon in there. oh and did I mention my dad is president." characters). or is it a all out free for all?

To use your examples, a demigod would probably be fine, as long as his powers were well defined. However, that second one would be a definite no-go. I might allow hybrids on a case-by-case basis, however.
