Story​

The philosopher stone, The black star, the same stone known by many names, but only one fact is certain, the stones creation will cost human lives. However, there is one item strong enough to face the philosopher stone and to reverse the stones affects, such as humunculus transformation, and returning chimeras to their normal state. Though it's name have been lost in the ages, it's placement and creation have been wishpered. The item have been given the name 'Forbidden sand' by rumor, however it's appearance is also uncertain. You will travel across the sea, to a new land known as engliten (Eng*Lit*en), in search of it.

Alchemy and Alkahestry:​

Alchemy- The understanding of comprehension, Deconstruction and reconstruction of matter. Alchemy can used in many of ways, however it will always follow its first law, equal exchange. With out a philosophers stone Alchemy can not be used to treat wounds.

Alkahestry- Its difference is slight from Alchemy, its normally used to treat minor wounds and basic medical needs. Alkahestry can only be learned in Xing.

Playable Races-​

Human- A mortal race cable of learning and using Alchemy alkahestry.

Human Chimera- A man/women who's DNA have been spliced with an animal. However there appearance varys. They can not use Alchemy or alkahestry.

Faux Humaine- A immortal race created by the Forbidden sands, only 2 lie in existence. Just like homunculus they also hold a tattoo among their body.

Homunculus- A immortal race Created with human transmutation and a philosopher stone, or by A human eating a philosopher stone. They all hold a tattoo among their body.

Background: Elrick was only six when he first learned the basics of Alchemy, However he would soon become one of the strongest alchemists known in Xing. Elrick just turned fourteen when the emperor called his family to a summons, ordering that Elrick use human transumation on the emperor's dead wife, who have died due to sickness. Elrick did as he was asked, only to lose both his arms and legs, However he also failed at bringing back the dead. With rage and bitterness the emperor ordered Elrick to return on his 17th birthday. Three years later elrick returned, his limbs now automail. Xings emperor gave Elrick immortality, However his immortality was limited. He was also given a Forbidden gift, this gift was known as Forbidden sand. The only price was elricks humanity, and loyalty to xings emperor. Then, elrick was ordered to find the other Forbidden sands, leading to him and his brother to travel across the sea.

Inhuman abilities/powers:

immortality- Elrick will live forever, However he can still die like any normal human. Only old age and sickness can not kill him.

Bone healing- Elrick can heal any Broken bone, doing so will cause blue sparks to show as the bone heals.

Knowledge: Alchemy and Alkahestry.

Background: Alexander was four when a war broke out in ishval, leading to his father to go fight for his country, and die. The war would only end with extermination of isvalens, making Alexander and his mother to flee their homeland, in search of a new country. This country was known as Xing.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of alkahestry and A decent grasp of Alchemy.

Background: Darrien is one of a set of twins. They were separated at a young age of only 6. His sister was taken by the authorities. They said it was protocol. She had potential, but they never said for what. For years he lived with his mother, wishing more than anything his beloved sister would return to him. News soon reached the family that she was dead, killed in a severe accident. This drove Darrien made. Being at age 13, he had trained in the arts of alchemy for years, and attempted Human Transmutation to try and bring her back. But of course, it failed. For the price of seeing the Truth, parts of his flesh had vanished, leaving only the exposed muscle tissue. Struck with grief and shame, he covered the flesh taken away from him with bandages, and left home, never to return. In his travels, he found a girl, a girl that seemed to be very familiar to him. She felt like his sister, but she didn't look like her. Hoping to fill the void in his heart, he allowed her to travel with him, and they are still together this day.

Background: Marian was nearly raised in a lab. She was used for harsh experiments in the study of Chimeras. She doesn't know anything about herself before coming to the laboratory. She doesn't remember who she was, or how she got there. She was given the name Marian by her captors. One night, an explosions sounded in the laboratory, and she escaped. There are still people searching for her, but thus far she has avoided them, thanks to Darrien, the man she calls "Big Brother."
Knowledge: She knows of both Alchemy and alkahestry, but cannot use either.

• And two hidden knives, which jut out of her sleeves, but may cause her gloves to rip, which, just in case, she keeps around 7 pairs of gloves in her bag.

Background:
Ever since she began to read, she was interested in alchemy. Acias began reading about alchemy since she was 4. She started to transmute items when she was 6. But nothing could stop her mother from getting caught by a deadly sickness, that was going around her town, which was about 18 miles from Resembool. Soon, her mother died during sleep, and the little family of three was devastated. Acias became distant and more absorbed in her books, and her father became an alcoholic. Her father also died after getting mugged, while he wandered alone in the town, drunk. Acias delved into human transmutation and attempted it. All she was able to do was lose both of her legs. After getting automail replacements and undergoing rehabilitation at the age of 15, Acias became a state alchemist, soon after, as well as the title 'Flare Alchemist'. She caught wind of information on the Philosopher's stone, and she was consumed with the idea of finding it to get her original body back, so she went to the land of Engliten.

Knowledge: Acias has a very deep understanding of alchemy or specifically fire alchemy. She can crete fire out of her gloves, or simply, any space with oxygen to burn. So confined room, no fire. She has little or no knowledge of alkahestry.

Extra: She has two hidden blades not only in her sleeves, but also in her legs, and can transmute her automail it make it really sharp and lethal.

Background: Renka was always wanted to be an alchemist dispite her family's wishes of her not being the the milita's dog. Though in Renka's eyes the though of having that ablilty and using it for the better though of good convinced her to do so. With this on her 18 birthday she left her home of Ishval and headed out into the world. Alkahestry was always a natrual to her because of her natural urge of wanting to help and heal others the best she can. That's where she got the idea of wanting to become a travling "Healer's Aid" And did so the night after her birthday. Though Oddly enough Alchemy didn't come to her naturally. It was her Lover Johnathan D'earth who is a alchemist that taught her and annoyed her to death about it. Even now she must still pratice and learn more about Alchemy to better suit her if she wants to help others. Since she's left she's obtain the nickname the "Medicinal Alchemist."

Perhaps, all the characters are attacks by a common enemy, which get all of the protagonists to fight together? Maybe the antagonists have the Forbidden Sand, but Acias could figure out that the Forbidden sand can be used as a replacement for the red stone later on.

Sounds Good, I have 3 antagonist so far. Also, the Forbidden sand haves power to create whole new life when used with human transmutation, only I don't think it should by pass quilte exchange. Maybe it could also be used as a ingredient enhancer.

His style also pays homage to the great Major Armstrong, as evidenced by the (gloriously bushy) mustache and tendency to rip apart his shirts. He is heavily muscled, though pale, and wears thick iron gauntlets similar to Armstrong's. The thick gauntlets have the phrase "Laufet, Brüder, eure Bahn, Freudig, wie ein Held zum Siegen" etched on them, a phrase from Friederich Schiller's 'Ode to Joy'.

Inventory: Iron Gauntlets [nicknamed 'The Odes'], several extra shirts, his signed Alex Louis Armstrong action figure, trail rations, a water canteen.

Background: Having grown up hearing the tales of heroism of the likes of Fullmetal, Flame, and most importantly, the Strong Arm Alchemist, Johnathan decided at an early age that he was going to be 'just like them'. His focus in his studies was to emulate Armstrong's alchemy; although he only partially succeeded, his own mixture of kinetic-based alchemy and physical strength, stature, and stamina make him a very formidable opponent. He now seeks the Forbidden Sands, called to adventure by it's siren song. To Engliten, where his fate awaits him.

Alchemy - Johnathan uses a type of alchemy that manipulates kinetic energy. He can transfer kinetic energy from one object to another, so long as he is touching both objects. He can also drain kinetic energy from a projectile and apply it to his own strikes and thrusts, making him effectively bulletproof. (Unfortunately, due to his tendency to go shirtless, he's especially susceptible to bladed weapons.)

Alkahestry - He is well-versed in the theory of alkahestry, and so can recognize it when it is being used; he is, however, unskilled in it's use.
