Ciana nodded in agreement, staring at the elf from this table. He really did look like he was just an elf, not that she'd spoken to many elves recently. Even in the forest she'd inhabited, fae folk kept themselves to themselves. "That's true, but I spoke to him and he is sick. He isn't like the other people I've spoken to." It didn't even cross her mind that she'd only spoken to four people today, two of which in passing, and one was a conversation she was having now. Actually, even talking to the elf hadn't been a proper conversation.
Such trifling matters! Her gaze returned to the human as he spoke, slamming his fist against the table and practically splitting it in too. Prank! Now there was a word a fairy like her could understand, it was the human word for trickery. Her eyes lit up with a mischievous spark. To think, a simple thing like a prank would cure the elf man. "Yes! Yes, let's play a prank." She nodded in agreement to the doctor's diagnosis. Ciana was surprised by his enthusiasm; in stories she had been told humans never seemed keen on fairy mischief. Yet this man seemed very excited, he'd even broken the table. She respected his dedication. "I'm Ciana."she said slowly, thinking of how she had made friends with the mage in class. Her fairy magic could not compare to his little bird and speaking paper, so instead she said simply, "friendship?"
