For years, the peaceful land of Disney was filled with joy and wonder. Whimsy lay in every corner of the land, waiting to spring out and gift those lucky enough to cross its path with a pleasant surprise. The heroes always won and the villains always lost. It was a cycle that nobody seemed to think too deeply into, but soon there would be great consequences for this careless mindset.
For in the darkest depths of the land, in the Kingdom of Prydain, waited a horrific soul. Some say, he is the most fearsome of all the villains in the land of Disney:
But only recently, has the Horned King returned to the realm of the living, this time more dangerous then ever. Having encountered the other "Disney Villains" in the realm of Hades, the Underworld, the Horned King made a pact: if they helped him find the Dark Cauldron before his minions resurrected him, he would not only restore their bodies so they could live once more, but also help them exact their vengeance upon those who dared to defy them: the so-called "heroes". Hades explained that if the Horned King really wanted to help, he should locate and defea the demon lord, Chernabog, in combat. Legends said that if somebody was able to defeat the demon lord, then that person would be granted one wish, no matter what they asked for.
Not long after, the Horned King set off for Bald Mountain and conquered the Demon Lord. Having no real reason to wish for resurrection, the Horned King instead demanded that all of Chernabog's powers be transmitted to himself. Forced to oblige, Chernabog slowly grew weaker while the Horned King became the soul embodiment of Darkness. Resurrection was not far out of the Horned King's grasp now.
By the time he had returned to Prydain, the Horned King was long forgotten, as was his plan. Staying under the radar of any and all characters, he traversed the worlds in the land of Disney in search of the Black Cauldron. Although he now had Chernabog's powers, the Horned King could not resurrect the dead, nor did he have control over a powerful army. Finally, his search led him to the Magic Kingdom and Cinderella's Castle. Sneaking in and locating the cauldron, the Horned King reclaimed the heroes "prizes", which were artifacts and items taken from the Villains upon their death. Using the recovered items, the Horned King watched as the ground cracked beneath him, the souls of the dead re-entered the world, and the flesh and bones of the vilest villains recombined before his eyes.
With the villains reborn, the Black Cauldron in his possession, and nearly unlimited powers at his disposal, the Horned King decided it was time to make the world know of his resurrection. A plan was soon formed: Take the castle, then destroy the Sword of Light. Once the sword was destroyed, the villains would be allowed to exact their vengeance upon the heroes.
But, in the distance, a shimmering light breaks through the darkness. A group of heroes from the worlds will band together to defeat the Horned King, stop the villains once again, and save the land of Disney. Will they fail, or will they succeed? Only time will tell, but I can guarantee one thing...
It will be an adventure of Fantasmic proportions!
Now then, we've got a few things to talk about before you go ahead and set up your character sheet. To put it quite simply, rules:
1. No GMing. We don't want any Mary-Sues or Gary-Sues
2. Maximum of 3 Active Characters per person. Any more needs approval by a GM
3. Characters can die, but please ASK somebody before you attempt to kill their character rather then just say "Your guy is dead." This goes for NPC's too
4. Keep it PG-13!! Romance and Lovey-Dovey stuff is fine, as well as the occasional innuendo, but take smut scenes to PM, please. Also, violence is allowed, but please don't rip out a guys entrails and hold them above his head while he slowly dies. After all, this is a Disney RP.
5. Some scenes will be time skipped if they drag on too long/get too boring, but most of the time we will RP things through.
6. Each member of the RP will eventually become a member of the small group of heroes who save the land of Disney
7. Your character cannot have any GM abilities. Each power MUST have a weakness
8. Post at least a paragraph each time (more is fantastic)
9. GM posts will be announced (these include plot movers, special events or even the death/introduction of a new character)
10. If you got this far, here's a cookie *hands cookie* Also, include "M. I. C. K. E. Y. M. O. U. S. E." In your "Other" section just so I can tell who's read the rules and who hasn't.
11. Please make PvP combat fair. It really sucks when somebody unleashes their ultimate power and freezes the other person's foot to the floor, then proceed to just punch the crap out of their immobile opponent. In addition, GM moves will NOT be allowed inside PvP combat unless approved/announced in a GM event.
12. Enjoy the RP to the best of your ability!!

Examples: Monstro the Whale, the Headless Horseman, the Hydra from Herclues.
High Tier: The most powerful villains of Disney with the reason why.
Examples: Jafar (Genie-level magic), Maleficint (Powers of Hell-level magic), David Xanatos (he is named after the Xanatos Gambit and "owns a multinational corporation bigger than most counties you can name"), Davy Jones (immortal, controls undead, his dominion is the largest mass of water on a given planet; basically, evil Aquaman), Hades (god).
Special Tier: These are the eldritch abominations of the Disney Universe. Their powers vary, but they are incomprehensible.
Examples: The Phantom Blot, Heffalumps and Woozles from Winnie the Pooh, the Titans from Herclues.
The Horned King's Inner Circle: Maleficint (magical advisor), Judge Claude Frollo (chief of state), Shan-Yu (military advisor), Davy Jones (the wild card)

Name: Mickey "Willie" Mouse
Nickname: "The Mouse", "Steamboat Willie", "The Sorcerer's Apprentice", "Mischievous Mouse", "Meddlesome Mouse"
Gender: Male
Species: Mouseketeer (Human mixed with a Mouse)
Preferred Weapon(s): A Magic Paintbrush (in his appearance image) which he acquired from a powerful sorcerer which can either create objects at will, or destroy them (both actions require him to carry paint and thiner and the brush becomes useless when he runs out of both)
Abilities/Powers:
• Mickey, as a Toon, is in possession of a large variety of costumes and clothes, so he can easily disguise himself upon dangerous situations without any rational explanation of how he got the outfit, or where he got it.
• Mickey has been trained with the use of minor magic and can cast the basic spells (Fire, Ice, Lightning, Cure) without assistance, but he requires his
• Mickey, thanks to his half-mouse nature, is quite agile and can move almost anywhere rather quickly. He also can jump long distances and use his tail to grab things like ledges or useful items. He also has enhanced senses of hearing and smell due to his genetics.
Bio: Mickey is easily recognized by his red shorts with white (sometimes yellow or golden) buttons on it, white gloves and large yellow shoes as well as his round mouse ears. He often gets himself into trouble that varies in seriousness as a result of his mischief and the fact that he can be forgetful, but extremely imaginative. Even so, he can often think quickly enough to get himself out of a predicament before things get too out of hand, mostly because of his incredible imagination. Mickey sometimes chooses fun and adventure over working, a trait that often gets him into serious trouble.
Mickey stands as a father figure for Pluto and has grounded him on many occasions as if he is a young boy. He also counts Pluto as his best pal and usually puts him before nearly everything else. Mickey describes himself as a good sport but on occasion has lost his temper on both enemies and friends. He is usually dumbstruck by the mere sight of a beautiful woman, as most Toons are. From experience, Mickey believes there is at least a small dose of kindness in everyone's heart, resulting in him being quite forgiving. As a result, he is very understanding and sympathetic.
Mickey is also incredibly brave, as showcased in just about all of his many reincarnations. Mickey can also be very competitive, stubborn, and never backs down from a challenge, even when his opponent is twice his size. In many situations, Mickey has shown to be a trickster and enjoys pranking his enemies to get the better of them. Despite being very heroic, Mickey prefers to be laid back and enjoys the serene moments of life above all. He is optimistic and hardworking during harsh times and often encourages his friends to keep going, but on rare events has given up hope and even doubted himself. Mickey is incredibly noble and generally puts the people he loves in front of his own well being. He has even been able to set aside differences with his foes when necessary. Usually when it'll benefit the greater good.
Mickey is also very mischievous and loves to explore the unknown. However, he hasn't had a working job after Peg Leg Pete fired the boy from working on his Steamboat. As it turns out, whistling, driving the thing without his permission, and using the animals onboard like they were instruments actually annoyed Pete beyond belief. While Mickey occasionally manages a club in the centre of Main Street called "The House of Mouse" where old and new cartoons are broadcast for the enjoyment of the crowd every night and currently lives in a small house with Pluto in Toon Town, he does regularly visit Cinderella Castle alongside the other "Golden Characters", an elite group of characters recognized world wide as icons for the land of Disney. This includes himself, Pluto, his girlfriend Minnie, and his friends, Donald and Daisy Duck, Goofy and his son Max, Clarabelle Cow, Horace Horsecollar, Peg Leg Pete and his family, and many of the other characters who came up during the early years when Walt was still alive and working on Cartoons.
Being Walt's technical "son", Mickey has been granted full access to the land of Disney. Mickey has been to nearly every world in the land, from Arendelle to Agrabah, to the countless areas of Holiday Hollow (linking to both Christmas Town and Halloween Town), and even to a strange and fantastical world full of costumed heroes, as well as a galaxy far far away. However, he's never returned to those last few worlds because they looked like they'd fare much better without Walt's influence there. He knows every character by name, including the villains, who have long since gone from the world. He is knowledgeable about almost anything related to the land, including stories and the legends contained in individual worlds, but he doesn't know everything.
Other: As a Toon, you think that he would have the typical "pratfall invulnerability" attributed to his kind, but the extreme exposure to Paint Thinner has diminished this and now, he is almost as vulnerable as any other creature. However, he can still take a majority of hits, such as falling from a cliff and being flattened into a pancake, or having an anvil dropped on his head. Things like knives, guns, swords, and even Paint Thinner, though, have the power to instantly kill him.
He also has a yellow pet dog named Pluto.
