Have a round ready for my men when we come back! Ordered Kroggar with a smile before drinking it all at once and returning the pitcher to go and look for his dwarven friends to enjoy the fine ale.

The young warrior opened his mouth to respond to the woman who had approached him. Likely, he was about to say something about impoverished children, but he never got the chance. The sudden burst of energy that had radiated from... somewhere struck him with it's vague, undefined force. Unwilling to allow himself to fall on the ground - possibly on glass - Arash grabbed the nearest thing to steady his balance, which was the young waitress before him.

Let's see where that gets him.

(edit) MY ROLLS ARE SO GOOD.

"Zara, how are you feeling? Are you alright?"

This time, Zara was quite clear minded and the initial dread and fear she felt when approaching the mysteriously cloaked woman. Though her heart was pounding, Zara did her best to maintain a dazed, unaware facade. From the outside, Zara had no idea what happened. She didn't immediately accept the offered hand, but the stranger had already gently clasped her hand to Zara's. Zara tried to focus on the woman's face that was now visible and try to recall if she had ever seen her before.

Kroggar's Defy Danger with DEX: 2d6+3 = 11 (Success)
How does Kroggar manages to stay on his feet successfully?

Arash
The grand energy discharge threw most of the customers on the floor! Only a few managed to get out unscratched. Unfortunately, Arash wasn't one of the few... As the wave came through, he was pushed away with force, he tried to grab on the waitress but Arash wasn't steady enough and brought her with him in his fall. As he stumbled across the room, he broke a few tables along his path and knocked a few customers in the process. Arash landed on a couple of dwarves and pierced one of them through the abdomen with his huge Kukri. A misstep which only left a cold and surprised stare on the dwarf's face, including a few bread crumbs on his long and velutinous beard...

It appears as the mystifying lady isn't actually a common human, her facial anatomy seemed quite odd as Zara took a peek at what seemed to be a face made of colourless scales, along with sharp lizard like eyes. Quickly she remembered the stories of the Tai Angs, who talked about Elven tales, the rayless tales of the old Serpent's times and the new, which changed the future of her people and culture.

What should I be on the lookout for?
Danger. The last time her people encountered Elves like this one, many lost their cherished lives and fell through the cracks of the nonliving.

What is about to happen?
She will attempt to enchant Zara once more. A unnatural feeling of belonging, a sense of home... a taste of trust. It is what Zara felt as her hand touched the elf's glove. However, this sentiment, was synthetic and through the vales of treachery, she remembered what she just went through. The dream... the lady's voice... it's her!

Well, he's a dwarf. He's strong and resilient, not to add he's stable due to being short and heavy, so he felt the shock but just made a step backwards

'Well that could've gone better,' Arash thought as he lay sandwiched between one of those diminutive mountain dwelling folk and the backwater waitress woman. All in all, not a very bad situation except for the dwarf blood seeping into his back and the path of destruction that he and that mysterious energy wave had carved with his imposing form.

"...Sorry," he apologized to the impaled dwarf and the people whose tables he'd smashed through. If there was one thing he had been taught, it was good manners. It didn't matter if you stabbed someone through the abs or not; that was no excuse to not apologize, even to mountain men and backwater women.

"Get... away from me..." Zara was still on the ground, but carefully stood up, eyes never leaving the direction of her now known to be kidnapper. "HELP!" She shouted loudly hoping a large enough group of people would come to at least cause this mysterious elf to flee. Zara was not one to discriminate, but this certain race held a significant exception in her heart.

(Defy Danger...

... with Cha? She is shouting for help so seems like a charisma thing :p)
