Yeah I know what you're probably thinking lol. SHE knows about Destiny? Or maybe you aren't, but one thing is for sure: I know everyone has at least heard the hype around the universe and new release of the Destiny2 game. And let me tell you IT IS AWESOME. Of course there are probably those who've been around since the first game as well, the one not so well recieved and such inintially. But anyone who knows the game lore/universe wise, it is slam packed full of history and things that can be explored into an RP, and watching many of my friends play this game and seeing how rich the story is now, it made me interested.

The story of Destiny is basically this: Humanity expands across the solar system in the wake of a great war called the Collapse, which saw many new alien races and threats emerge and plunge the system into Darkness, until the Traveler came, a sentient moon structured being who provides a mystical/cosmic energy to those fighting against the threat. This energy is called Light, and provided Guardians (protectors of life and Light) with their supernatural abilites and combat prowess. They combat threats far and wide to restore peace to the system.

So now I'm looking for people who want to explore and build a new story with me. To Destiny fans and those who've never played and just want an epic, sci-fi action RP, then this is the thread for you! Hopefully with enough interest I can pull some people in with this. Don't let my newness on this site fool you, I've been rping a while and I'm great at story development ^_^

I'm still working on what arc I'd want to do first and I'm great to hearing suggestions from you all! Also if this system gets under way I would want to limit everyone to ONE subclass of the three classes (Hunter/Stealth, Warlock/Magic, Titan/Artillery). Anyone unfamiliar I could explain further if this gets interest. But my character would be a cryptarch, NOT a guardian. I hope this gets attention, so yeah shoot a response if you like the idea!!!

Being a Destiny fan and having played the first game, I would love to do an RP on it. However, not sure which story arc to do, or whether to do an original one. I think I'm leaning more towards an original one, to be honest.

First off, thanks for expressing interest!!! Tbh I was more along the lines of thinking of doing an original story myself featuring our characters involved. I was sort of thinking of having our characters be in training specialists of The Vanguard Academy in The City (basically like basic training for being a guardian or whatever it is their expertise is) and through their tenure as becoming freshly certified guardians and chosen by The Traveler, they'll be thrown into an unexpected situation that is sort of a street level to fair level scale. Can't really say more without spoiling the story lol

My character won't have Light nor will she be a guardian, just wanted to push myself to play a different character.
 
I'll probably be a Titan, just like my in-game guardian, as well as being female.
 
I will probably make a Hunter, even though in the game I usually always play a Warlock (Bungie just neuter's the Hunter in power level compared to the other two classes).

Yeah i know, Warlock's tracking nova bomb and arc class is broken haha.
 
I spent close to 4,000 hours in the original Destiny so color me interested!
 
As a veteran of Destiny I'd love to rp about it. I'd definetly choose hunter class, it's my favorite even though they seem weaker in comparrison, But you just can't beat the void subclass.

So as I finalize the original story, what I need you guys to do is go ahead and reply me your CLASS and SUBCLASS, remember in order to create a little diversity you can only be ONE subclass for your character so choose wisely. I'm probably going to have the IC up tonight or tomorrow.
 
I'm probably going to be Hunter, Gunslinger subclass.

YEah you'd probably be the last one as I'm finishing up the story now, what class and subclass would you be?
 
I played the first one and really liked the setting, although the game itself felt underdeveloped. Would you still accept players? 'cause I generally am really interested.
