His eyes followed her as he looked down awaiting the mans approach. The night was silent now as they sat in separate trees. The smell of blood emanating from the dogs bellow. He locked eyes with her again and gave a gesture that said, "Stay put, no matter what."

She managed a thin smile. As if she would move, not with the dogs down there, or the man. Taking a deep breath, she took a split second to decide to trust the boy, and held up the bundle, lifting the blanket up to show a shadowy, young face. Raising a finger to her lips, she held out her hand, as if to make a temporary pact.

He lost focus for just a moment as he studied the young girls face. Was she a mother? Was the child a family member? He couldn't take advantage of her now, not with this fact revealed. And the boy was obviously with her, perhaps the father? All these questions and no way to get answers in his current predicament. He felt this unspoken urge to protect her, and in result, protect the boy. He would do his best.

The Pale man stopped in his tracks when he heard didn't he hear barking. He whistled and the wind grew strong blowing his tie in the wind then the wind turned around towards him. "Blood... Hound blood..." He frowns and spits as he walks cautiously making not a sound as he see the first dog laying in a small amount of blood he sat next to the dog careful not to get his shoes dirty. He grinned then shook his head clicking his tongue. "Amdis... Amdis... Amdis I'll bring you back later...." He said getting before seeing the next dog and spits on the carcass before seeing the man.. He shook his head before deliberately crunching on leaves. "So... you killed Amdis.... and that mutt over there.." He said chuckling.. "Why do you kill such fine hunting dogs with so much use?" He says pulling out the green substance... lettuce and eating it. "Why don't you go home now... you seem old enough have a home... right?" He says crunching on the lettuce. "I remember a boy who looked somewhat like you... barely... I had thrown him out of my nice warm cabin into these woods to well hopefully die and hopefully he did."

Johnathan remained silent as his eyes remained fixed on the man. Again, all that was visible through his hood was his mouth and chin. He stood up on the branch, walked to the edge, and without warning quickly made his move. He threw one of his daggers roughly down upon him; only waiting a moment before following the blade down. The blade rushed at the man quick, as did Johnathan himself.

Celeste's eyes darted toward the cave. She hoped that boy was safe. Seeing the man made her realize she needed allies, and to trust children. Adults were a different matter.

The knife hit him in the shoulder he barely flinched instead pulled it out and threw to the side with ease as the boy charged him. He pulled up his hands which the nails were sharp to the touch. He waited for the boy to collide with him as he ran quickly towards him.

With a quick drop of the knee mere seconds before they collided, Johnathan was able to slip under his legs unscathed. He stood up, flipped around, and tried to land a well placed kick to the mans knee. If he made contact, the man would fall, setting up his next move.

The leg collided with his leg but with not as much force as the opponent hoped he flicked around and tried to hit the man in the cheek with his sharp "claws" before semi-stumbling but was able to get back leaving him open to a attack.

The claws landed against his cheek, drawing blood from the gashes. He used the momentum of the hit to spin around 360 degrees and land a leg sweep against the stumbling man.

He fell to the floor yelling in pain as his back landed on rock behind him paralyzing him for a moment.

Johnathan flipped over on top of him landing one powerful punch to the area just left of his nose. In experience, he has found this spot to knock out some opponents

When the man punched it it hurt a little making his mind go blank quickly before looking at the boy pushing his thumbs into the boys eyes to temporarily blind him.

Johnathan let out a shriek of pain as the man jabbed his eyes with his thumbs. He rolled back off him, trying to keep his eyes open. Even with keeping them open, his vision was hazy for the time being.

The Pale man jumps up quickly and charges at the boy with his left hand extended out in a tight fist.
