So since I don't have a soul can I pick what I feel would suit my role if i sign up for the staff.

You have to go through the intern process first, if you get selected from application. You can request to be put into certain areas but you may not end up there.

The newest batch hasn't been finalized or anything yet, no! Compiling and such was being done to try to get a good selection of applicants. :)
