Foley yawned and nodded, "'Kay." He slipped out of bed and put his shirt, jacket, and a pair of shorts on. He put some socks on before slipping into his shoes. Once his shoes were on, he kicked them against the ground a few times out of habit. Stretching his arms and legs as well as back, he looked at Malcom and said, "You should stretch too. It's good for ya." His bones tended to "crack" whenever he stretched 'cause Foley's body was always stiff. Walking outside the shed, he took a deep breath, feeling the same breeze Malcom did.
Although it was cold, the auburn-haired male liked it that way. He hated wearing bulky things. If it was necessary, of course it was fine to wear such items. But he much rather preferred easy-to-move-in-but-still-somewhat-protective clothing. Shorts were perfect, and if was cold, he could just wear long black socks that reached to his knees. T-shirts were good when paired with a jacket. Sneakers or boots were easy to move in. As for the protective parts, he could always wear shin guards, steel-toed boots, elbow/knee pads, gloves, and thicker clothing. Foley made sure he would remember those things the next time they went out for clothes and guns.
It took Foley a couple of seconds to remember where he saw the Crazies' stash of weapons. It came to him soon enough as he remembered that they hid it in one of the third-floor rooms of a 3-story school building. He specifically remembered seeing them all gathered in that one room through the windows. He pulled Malcom along with him towards the school that was many blocks and main streets away from the shed. It would be a 30-minute walk to the school building. He figured while walking, he and Malcom could hold a conversation. As he led the other male down several alleyways and streets, avoiding being in the open, he whispered, "We'll be there soon enough. What exactly are we going to do after we get more weapons?"
