Character Name: XLR 011 / XLR/ Xarhs (Pronounces Czars) Lawrence Rei

General Appearance:
Current Goal/Purpose: To track down Seven Burns, question his own existence, and break free of his Tracker duties and instincts, and become a man once more.
General Personality: As a Tracker, he is entirely devoted to tracking down Seven, but has retained some free will of his own, which is to stop hunting, become a free man, and become a musician and a husband. Is able to understand basic emotion and logic, and has feelings and opinions, which can impede his programmed duties. Does NOT believe in hurting innocents, but will use force as necessary for threats to Seven, himself, and those he protects. Can be very emotional when regards to his testing and life in solitary from when he was deactivated to now. Jokes around a lot, sarcastic, and switches to robotic drones when Tracker instincts kick in.
General History: Was born the son of a scientist who was a creator of defense systems and robotics. Around when Xarhs was 6, his father had no ideas, and slowly began to grow insane over his inventions and ideas. He finally decided to, without regards to humanity and morals, used his son as a test subject for "Project Guardian Angel". He was tested in defending targets of interest, tracking down targets if need be, and weapon usage of all kinds. His son was placed inside a robotic husk, and was hooked up to a machine that implanted the instincts, the knowledge, and the duties of a Tracker, and as a defender of people. He was adjusted to the suit as he grew, which caused him pain. He was finally deemed a failure by his own father, after refusing to kill a target that he had protected before, as well as became emotionally attached to. He was deemed defective for not following orders, and was deactivated around his human age of 13. While the machine hooked up to Xarhs was deactivated, Xarhs himself was not, and was left to sleep and dream of being an actual human, and keeping himself sane by remembering music he had played when he was young. He has now been reactivated, after long years, by the people who wanted Seven back, alive. They were desperate, and Xarhs one of their only chances. They only hoped he would not defect and try to break free.
Strengths: Will risk his life in any situation for his target, proficient in most weaponry, while his best skill is with a flamethrower, shield, thermal energy rifle, and melee bashing. (cannon arm changes between flamethrower and thermal energy rifle, and arm expands into a circular disk on his arm) Robotic body means rather strong, has endurance. Small boosters on his back allow for quick bursts of speed.
Weaknesses: Somewhat unagile, unless boosting. Is very heavy, and moves just barely at sprinting speed after several seconds of walking and getting ready. Is also rusty, having been deactivated for so long. Can rust up from time to time, and render his cannon arm ineffective at times. Can also have freezes in decision making, having to fight the machine in his mind, and override it's programming to do an action Xarhs wants.
