Apologies for the double post, but I have a question. Two actually.
1) Is there a strong Templar presence in Bombay?
2) Is it possible for the GMs to bring in assisting NPCs? Langley reviewed what they knew about the group, and has surmised that they are severely lacking in technological abilities.
