Ember calmed down some when the strange wolf left and looked over to Soul. She felt a little bad knowing the struggle of being on your own but she couldn't just let her take their food and she felt protective over the others now.

Enyeto then relaxed himself, thinking on how he just reacted to a fellow wolf in need of help, he was just the same a moment ago, no pack to live amongst, no one to call family, he felt terrible for simply rushing out the female, after all, the more on the side of the small pack he was apart of, the better for them all.

Nique was out scouting around. She was a bit of a loner despite her beta rank. As of late, she hadn't been much in to the pack. She had joined the Star Light pack just a few weeks before the infamous night they attacked the sleeping Dark Fire pack. She had never approved of that attack or of the whole war, but the pack had taken her in after she was almost killed by her last pack, so she didn't complain.

She could hear the sounds of a hunt and as she followed the sounds, the scent of the Dark Fire pack wolves began and grew stronger. She reached the river, and stopped to take a drink then sat, looking out at the forest. She enjoyed the quiet times she could get. Many of the Star light wolves were loud and obnoxious.

Soul walked to the back of the pack and sat down, maybe he shouldve let the wlf stay... but they needed the food for themselves...

After a few moments, Nique got up. She took a few steps back and dashed forward, leaping over the river. She knee there was some good hunting on that side of the river, but she didn't quite feel like waiting for the hunt to begin. She hadn't been searching for too long before the sounds of a rabbit danced along her ears and she slipped into hunt mode, crouching down as she looked around slowly.

A moment passed and the rabbit poked its head out to see if there was any dangers around but it was already too late. Nique lunged forward and snapped up the rabbit by the neck, crushing it's spinal column at the same time. Once her kill was secure, she headed deeper into the forest, the smell of Dark fore wolves getting stronger. She found a small clearing a short distance from the cave and laid down to eat. She knew the dark fire would hear her, so she simply waited for them to come.

Soul heard strange sounds so sniffed the air star light... He padded out of the cave and towards the smell, coming into a small clearing he saw the wolf and approached slowly.

Nique heard the Dark Fire wolf approach, but to continued to eat the rabbit. When she was full she looked up at the other wolf. "Yes? What do you need?" She asked and moved into a sitting position. She was on guard, but only partly. Her yellow eyes watched the other wolf. His scent was slightly off from a normal Dark fire wolf. He smelled slightly of star light, which was strange.

Soul slowly walked over until he was right in front of the other wolf. "Just wondering what a single wolf like you is doing on her own away from the rest of her pack... You never know, you might run into another pack..." He shrugged a little, yawning, as if this whole encounter was boring him.

Nique looked at him. "I'm just wandering. A better question why do you smell like both starlight and dark fire packs?" She asked, standing up and looking at him. She wasn't going to fight him, but she wanted at least that answered.

"Ah, yes... That is a better question... But one I'm not going to answer..." he mumbled, before turning to leave. He paused and lay on his stomach, rubbing it on the ground a little because it was itchy.
