Peter smiled a little wider, looking down nervously. Truth be told, when he was up close, he still felt nervous. He knew it was irrational, but this ws the most important man in Atlantis - it was only natural.
Peter ate silently, though it was not because he was antisocial. he would speak if he was spoken to, but he was much too hungry to think about such a thing immediately.
Peter finished, but did not ask for seconds. If it was the appetiser, then fair enough. If dessert was yet to come, he was saving room for it. If neither of those were true, he thought he'd figures something out.
Peter studied the food presented to him momentarily, before shrugging off any notions of not wanting to eat it, and proceeded to do just that. Thankfully, it was to his tastes.
Peter became a little flustered - he had finished his meal, and thought he would be allowed to leave. He sat back down again, mnaging to squeak out an apology.
