I am of the opinion that organic food is the best way to go. I tried vegetarianism but I love chicken and red meat too much, I could go without SOME meats. So instead I make an effort to get organic food, cage free eggs and stuff like that, however I will eat boca burgers and chikpea chicken patties, cause they taste good!
