With a casual motion, Brahl tossed an unprimed grenade over his shoulder, sending it arcing towards Paza. "Stun grenade." he remarked. "Lot's o' noise, minimal damage. Aught to do the trick if a diversion is what you're after."

The sound of the infected shuffling about could be heard a bit closer now, which indicated that the creatures were slowly but surely moving nearer to the group. Brahl loosened his grip on his weapon, hovering his finger over the trigger. No matter. He was ready to deliver a hell storm at a moments notice.

Corbin grabbed a ripped apart can of beans and opened an air duct, tossing it down the shaft which would bounce all the way to the basement....taking paza's advice.
"This place is three stories tall and about eight city blocks long- if they are locked in a room we don't have to clear them, they will rot away in a few weeks" She said, looking around.

Joe wasn't entirely confident about the idea of throwing a stun grenade just yet. "They haven't done anything but watch yet. If we throw that grenade, what's the chances it brings them down on our heads in an angry swarm?" He shook his head a little and glanced at what the Commander had done. "If we can get the information we came for and get out of here without having to try and take them all out ourselves, I call that a win." The less they actually fought, the more likely they would survive.

"The overseer and supervisors offices are on level three like most mining vessels most like. Joe, you go and investigate it. We will be within earshot if you need help- not to mention if you have to you can shoot the floor bellow you and fall down to where we are. Or at least to the second story and subsequently the first" She said, beginning to investigate the area. It was mostly filled with locked doors and blood. Barricades that were thrown about and crumbling as most did in this situation. It was a brutal sight, but it could've been worse- the infected could be outside of their rooms.
