IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
✯ cezara is one of three children and the oldest of the three. she was born in romania and at the age of 2 moved with her family to the states. her parents are very wealthy and powerful people, the CEOs of a multi-billion dollar corporation, making her the heir of that corporation; and she would have remained the heir of the company had she not been born with the inability to speak. her parents had always assumed cezara was just a quiet child, keeping to herself and avoiding conversation. by the time cez was 4 they knew something wasn't right, so they called a doctor and got her looked at.
✯ after finding out about cezara's disability, they quickly planned to have another child- to them, it would be absolutely disastrous if the heir to the company had a disability like that. they couldn't have her "tainting the family name or business", so they hid her away from the world and kept her at home. they made sure she was still schooled properly, of course; hiring only the best tutors and making sure she got the best education she could. if cezara couldn't become the heir like she was meant to, then she had to be something else to make up for that failure.
✯ she was 6 when her younger brothers were born, and from then on all of her parent's attention went to them. cezara was left to be raised by the house servants and tutors, rejected by her parents. all of her time was dedicated to studying and furthering her education, what free time she did have was spent learning a variety of other skills. cez was never bothered by this, however, because this was her normal.
✯ despite being raised mainly by the servants and tutors she had, her parents still played a part in her life. her mother, although hesitant to be around cezara, was always gentle and kind to her. sure, she wasn't the greatest mother, but she did what she could to help cez after an encounter with her father. the part that cez's father played was that of a tyrant, he was no drunk but he had terrible anger issues, and ever since she was young cez has been the target of his rage amongst... other things. the easiest way to put it- he took many of her 'firsts' (and no, it didn't stop there). there's a reason she never talks about her father.
✯ by the time she was eighteen she had already graduated high school and college, and with no idea where she wanted to go from there, cez came to the conclusion that she wanted to experience what it was like to go to school. so despite her parent's disapproval (her father actually didn't even know about it until after the fact), strings were pulled (and some money anonymously donated), and cezara was finally enrolled in a proper high school senior class.

APPEARANCE:
✯ cezara stands in at a whopping 5'2 and 3/4 of an inch (emphasis on 3/4 of an inch) and has a willowy, but very toned figure, with some curves. while she's too small to body slam someone, she certainly packs one hell of a punch and could probably knock you off of your feet if she really tried. she has silky, sunkissed blonde hair that cascades down her back in soft waves, which she occasionally straightens. her eyes are a warm chestnut brown and are framed by thick lashes. cez's complexion is fair, but she tans quite easily.
cezara has scars littering her body, mostly concentrated on her thighs, inner arms, and back. on the inside of her forearms and on top of her thighs, there are puffy white scars covering them, most of which were self-inflicted (she wears gauze or fingerless gloves that go up to her elbows in order to hide the scars on her arms). the scars on her back look to have been made with some kind of whip, the burns on her stomach made with a fire iron (fireplace poker).

PERSONALITY:
✯ cezara's inability to speak leaves most people thinking she's a timid, gentle young lady but that's far from the truth. even without her voice, cez is a sassy, sarcastic little devil who seems to be almost constantly angry (even though that isn't necessarily the case). she struggles to get her feelings across and bottles things up because it's much easier than trying to talk to someone about them. despite the tough facade she wears and the walls she has built, she's a very sensitive girl who takes things harder than she lets others believe. however, cezara would never let them see when she's upset so if something did bother her it's unlikely anyone would know.
she refuses to let anyone in to see her heart (and no, not
literally see her heart), she rarely trusts others even if she considers them a friend. because of this, she feels like a bit of an outcast; unable to communicate with others as easily as she would like makes it hard for her to take part in conversations. cez can only write so quickly on her whiteboard and so few people know sign language that she can't have many conversations using that, either. she hates it but has also become accustomed to being alone and overlooked. well, she used to be more accustomed to being alone, but after enrolling in high school during senior year and somehow managing to make a wonderful group of friends, the idea of being alone like she had been for the past 19 years is a terrifying thought.
beneath her rough exterior and breaking down the walls she put up, cezara is a very kind and gentle person. when she loves, she loves with all of her heart and the ones she becomes close with are the most important people in her life. she would do anything for them if it meant they were happy and safe.
