Wooh! Glad to see no really overpowered characters just yet, that was one of my biggest fears making this but from the looks of it you've been pretty fair about it! Like I said, the IC thread will be up next week, and the signups officially will close on Sunday. A roster will then be put up at that point, along with a posting order.

GENERAL CHARACTER STATISTICS

Character Name: James Maledictori
Alias: Boulder
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Place of Birth: London, England.
Current Residence: Varies.
Occupation: Police officer, detective.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS


Height: 6'6"
Hair: Dirty blonde, shoulder blade elngth tied into a pony tail.
Eyes: dark forest green eyes with electric blue rings around the irises, and goldern red flecks around the pupil.
Distinguishing Marks: His eyes and a large scar on the back of his right arm.
General Appearance: James has a beard around his mouth and chin but the reast of his face if free from facial hair. Tall slim but not tiny, no muscle defnition but it's easy enoug to tell he is in top shape.
Strengths: Analytical, years of police work fashioing his brain into a analytical tool. Physical reading, lots of years spent stareing at faces most of the day and he's learned how to pick up a lie.
Weaknesses: He has a soft spot for women, he has to try and help them if there in danger.

MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

Aspirations: He wants to make it out of the siomple police work and get into the FBI.
Hobbies: Gambling, he's got the luck fo the devil himself. When he wins big the winnings are huge, when bad he has to stop immediately.
Likes: Guns, cards, money, pizza, and coffee.
Dislikes: Women beaters, criminals, thieves.
Inabilities: Small spaces, if he finds himself in a small space he cannot think he just breaks out into blind panic.
Fears: Snakes, hates em. Claustrophobic, he cannot deal with small spaces.
General Personality: He's a nice guy the happy one, often cheery and calm around others. Though around anyone who abuses women he literally cannot help himself. He will attack them without a second thought.
Inner Personality: Inside he's a seething cauldron of pent up anger and repressed emotions. He has to hold back all his disdain for criminals. Mostly because of his father.


SPECIALTY CHARACTERISTICS


Special Items: A gold ring on his right ring finger with the initals L.M.
Weapons: Sig sauer P226 pistol with flash-light attachment, three knives, one survival knife, and two flick-nives
Abillities: Electricity. James has dominion over electricity, he can pull it from his environment and emit it from himself. He can manipulate anything that is based around electricity from simple pulses of lighting or as complex as controling electromagnetic waves.

HISTORIC BACKGROUND


General History:

James comes from an abusive familty his father was a thief and a drunk who regularly beat his mother. James grew up rsenting and hateing him. With every fiber of his being. His repressed anger one day built up to the point where he beat his father to an inch of his life. Since that day his father has never touched his mother again. James joined the police in america at the age of eighteen in six years he rose from simple foot cop to a detective, he currently works murder investigations and most of the time he hates what he finds.

Present Life: His present life is the saem as always having just closed a case abotu a serial killer who murdered thirteen women in the space of a few months.

As long as he doesn't go overboard. The way I see it the more powerful the abillity the more it drains your stamina.
 
yeah if he's only doing minor things ie small electromagnetism like picking up keys ans minor items, or small electrical pulses to fry curcirty relatively low if he'd useing an electromagnetic field for about twenty meters or a large EMP then that'd zap him of stamina.
 
So, uh, how goes the IC stuff for this? ^_^;
