Obviously one of the programmers boyfriends was obsessed with the movie and watched it every week until the names were deeply imbedded in the poor programmers psyche!
 
Assuming that the programmer in question didn't enjoy the Titanic. I am not sure why they would though... Wasn't that profound of a movie.
