I made udon.

I accidentally put too many noodles in the broth but THAT'S OKAY BECAUSE THIS MIGHT JUST BE THE MOST DELICIOUS THING I'VE EVER MADE.

- ocean's halo ramen broth (<-- probably the only reason this thing is fucking delicious)
- wel-pac "Japanese udon noodles"
- 91% lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- alfalfa sprouts
- shiitake mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- bamboo slices
- tofu


EDIT:
Once it cooled down, it became nothing to write home about. So either inhale this instantaneously or welcome to my life of mediocre cooking.

I'm not huge on cooking or baking, unlike the rest of you XD but I did make eggs today!

Basically, it was just three eggs in a pan with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill, all added while the eggs were still mostly liquid ^_^
