Safe Guard

Claradean laughed lightly and shook her head as they continued on their way, "You worry too much, scholar. We've covered more ground than you think; in fact, we're only at mid-day and about halfway to our stop for the night. Don't you worry, we'll make it there before we have to camp outside again. I know you would be quite unhappy if that were to happen again after all those leaches, hehe."

She was back to teasing him again, as little as it was. She found it fun to do considering how...sweet natured and inexperienced he was to the world around him. She wondered if anyone, especially woman, had taken advantage of him before because of that sweetness. She wouldn't be surprised; he seemed the type to crumble or become tongue-tied in the face of a pretty lady. Looking at him again, though, Claradean couldn't help but think that she herself would probably take advantage of him as well, but in no other way than sexual. She wondered what kind of noises she could drag from him should she push him down and ride him passionately, kiss his sensitive neck, and bring him to climax. She also wondered if Silas was a secretive dominate man in bed...probably not. The woman almost laughed at her own thoughts, but caught them before they gave her away and moved them forward, the pair finally leaving the valleys and finding themselves walking through farming fields.

Silas looked up a bit surprised by her words. He hadn't even realized they made it an eighth of the way. Then again he wasn't used to long journeys on horseback, plus the leeches had sapped most of his sense up until they were gone. He offered a small smile, "Good to know... very good to know." He replied seeming a bit less worried and more complacent in their journey for the time being.

He didn't mind her teasing him, hells it was about the most female attention he got in his life. Sure he had had passing talks but few cared for the book worm when there were war heroes and adventurers more than willing to buy them a drink and whisk them away on an adventurous life. He released a slight sigh as he remembered it all, though he soon pushed it down looking ahead on the trail once more.
