Here in my dimension we are born adults.

See, everyone has their own little universe/dimension with different rules. You were just unlucky and got the one with a really high age before becoming an adult Chain :D

You're in another dimension. We are all born in different dimensions with completely different rules. In your universe the age of the big kids is 13, and adult at 17. ALMOST THERE!
