I like Germany as an idea... kinda has a whole Shadowhearts-esque feel to it.

Zypher: Estonia wasn't part of the Soviet Union until the summer of 1940.
 
I'm interested. Honestly I don't care which country to use, I'll be making a foreigner either way.

Hehe, nah, it's an understandable thing to get confused about.

But those stats do leave me questioning what to do here, because Germany's lead is slight and because most of the people who voted for it also voted for Japan. :[
 
hmm.. well personaly I don't think it matters which country we are in xD
 
Simple solution: stick with the poll.

Most people probably just don't care either way if they voted a certain way and then stated another. If you go with Japan even with polls saying Germany, what was the point in having the poll then?
 
Right, so. Germany it will be.

If you are dead set on a Japanese character, PM me and we will work something out.

Additionally, due to holidays getting in the way, I am delaying the OOC for another week while I get everything together. However, if I have a breakthrough magically, it will go up sooner. :]
