If we're talking about note taking that's stuff I might do rarely, though admitingly I'm more of an improvising roleplayer by nature..
But I don't ever actually makes full out hypothetical posts in advance that most likely will never be used.
 
Like I said, nine out if ten of mine do get used so it really isn't a wasted effort on my part :)
