Welcome to Poketropolia the pokemon society!
This is a mystical old island, which is only populated by pokemon for like a forever, but not original pokemon, those pokemon are Dna manipulated, made by humans, there called Gijinka a humanoid pokemon. Only a few humans in the past are been seen inside this island but that's all (mostly those who were working at the labs or their familiars). Humans from other regions have heard rumors about this place, but nobody doesn't know its location or is it even real.
The past
Many years ago a scientist got an idea to mix human DNA with pokemon Dna, getting a human with pokemon abilities. The only failure was that humanoids could not evolve like the original pokemon, but they could breed without any type of limits.
The scientist gets too excited about his productions that the things got too large for him to control it anymore, so he needed to move it out for a safer place, finding this hidden island, most by luck. After the death of the scientist the humanoid pokemon start living on the island by themselves, building a city, and started to live as any normal human could. They didn't know how different they were, but they did know that the humans from outside the island could be dangerous so they had only small contacts to the outside world.
Locations
Kagayaki city
- is the largest city in Poketropolia. It is populated by Gijinka's (human-pokemon hybrids) mostly. The pure humans are rare in there, but they do can live there too as Kagayaki city does do a cooperate with the Meteor town which is more commonplace for humans.
Meteor town
- smaller town. for humans mostly, there live some Gijinks too, Town is located in the mountain to Kagayaki City. There is a large secret lab, which is heavily protected. The lab is like the birthing place for the very first Gijinkas and the reason those pokemon - hybrids exist.

You can have as many characters as you want, but I above if you make as lest one pure human too.
Please keep genders even
All pokemon are allowed but don't do so many same pokemon, I mean there are almost 900 pokemon to choose from xDD Oh yeah and there are no Pokeballs, ranger whips there can be normal pokemon "which are not Gijinkas", but they are not allowed to be captured by anyone.
This will be a discussion thread so all forms go here
Civilians can be anything, shopkeepers, police officers, teachers, students, etc. Guild members can have other jobs too.
No power playing
All sexualities are fine
Do not hurt, kill another character without the player's permission
There can be a little bit of blood, but not like cutting someone's arms off.
Keep this child friendly so fade black when needed
Not fighting in occ or cursing. Roleplay rivalry is a fine thought
Don't be your own mate, crush. Thought you can be your own friend, siblings, parents, or even ex-lover.
When roleplaying please say who you are and who are you talking to. It makes things easier. Please don't post just like "Hey" I called. one sentence is more than fine.
If you have some plans, tell me before doing anything.
